Matty Ferguson Buckingham Reserve – A Must-Visit Playground!
Such a fantastic local park! Buckingham Reserve has something for everyone, but the highlight is definitely the flying fox – fast, fun, and perfect for kids who love a bit of adventure. The playground equipment is modern, well-maintained, and caters to a variety of age groups.
The open green spaces, shady spots, and picnic areas make it great for a family day out. Theres also plenty of seating and clean facilities, which is always a plus.
Highly recommend stopping by if youre in the area – it’s one of the best playgrounds around!

Julia M Plenty of space for running, riding bikes, BBQs and undercover seating, great waterplay, flying fox, tall and short slides that dont require obscure climbing for little ones, one all abilities swing, 2 big kids swings, one harnessed swing, round swing and other things.

Michau Tracy (Tee) Great place for families to come together. Suitable for anyone. Great playground for kids. Long paved path/trail that runs along the creek. Joggers,people walking & cyclists frequent the reserve, with or without dogs on lead. The council have done a great job on the whole area. Can be very picturesque.

Andy Q Im surprised how well kept this place is. The kids loved the variety the playground offers. Especially the flying fox. Plenty of tables for our door bbq and electric BBQ onsite. The tables have covers from sun and rain. Great place to hold kids party with heaps of things to keep the kids busy for all ages. As a bonus there is a huge field for outdoor sports.
