Lindsi Reback From the. moment we walked in the door it was an AMAZING experience. The front desk women was so nice and helpful, to the RN who checked us in. It was a VERY VERY LONG day with Santa Rosa Memorial being our 2nd ER visit. I knew within the first 5 minutes we finally found the right place.
My son and I were traveling down south for a baseball game when my son got hit in the mouth with a baseball. This was not a small injury it was very serious (fractured jaw, stitches in inner lips and 3 of his bottom teeth moved completely back into his mouth) I knew instantly we could not travel the 3.5 hours home and get the help we needed for all his injuries. We started at a little ER and I was losing hope that we would not find the care my son needed. But then we arrived At Santa Rosa Memorial under DR. OMAR FERRARI. He listened, he saw my worries and he knew that he had to HELP my family find the care that he needed. He went above and beyond my highest expectations. It truly a miracle that at 12:00 am on a Sunday morning he arranged for my son to get treated. I cant thank this hospital enough and would recommend to anyone. I was truly losing hope and then counting my blessings. Thank you to the entire staff and Dr. Ferrari, you were all a true MIRACLE for our family.

Caitlin Steele My daughter has been hospitalized at SRMH twice. She initially spent a week there at three months due to RSV. Recently, she was hospitalized again, about a 1.5 years later, with RSV (she likely has asthma, virus’ hit her hard). I have nothing but good things to say about the pediatric department, the nurses and physicians always go above and beyond to ensure she receives great care and is comfortable. I only have Kaiser to compare it to. While Kaiser is definitely newer and prettier, in my experience, I feel much more comfortable at memorial and would prefer my child be treated at memorial over Kaiser any day. However, given my personal experience with hospitals, I am grateful we have three amazing hospitals and some truly wonderful nurses in Sonoma County.

S. K. Definately consider the state of these reviews before visiting, if you have the choice. When you go to the hospital you go with the hopes that youll be taken seriously, and with proper care (ESPECIALLY in the ER) but that was absolutely not my friends experience here. Nurse was dismissive and inconsiderate, seeming more intrested in trying to rush people out the door than taking the time to tend to my friends needs. 6 HOURS of discomfort, waiting around, and trying to find out whats happening, well past midnight...all while said nurse consistently disregarded her privacy and complaints.
This is not the place to go if you want basic respect.

william Sargent I was in a horrific car accident. Car was totaled. I sustained a broken wrist clavicle, staple stitches throughout the face and skull. And uh, some Macy, 6 and C7 neck bone chips and Ill tell you what I was there for 11 days and the ER those people are spec. Tacular, I appreciated them tenfold, a tentative kind Consider it Talk to me, spoke to me. Let me know everything that was going on at all times very cool, very nice, and then even go into the regular rooms, not as much eyes on over there. However, they were still fantastic and they were very attentive and sought to my needs. I appreciated them, and I would absolutely Go back if I had to. Id spend a few more days and the food wasnt bad. And even the lady who comes down from the kitchen to kitchen cook. She came up and saw me 3 times made sure that my food was good made me special shakes, protein shakes, man, I was blessed all the way around absolutely breast. And I thank them For taking care of me, saving my life appreciate it always be blessed later.
