Karam Devnani This is my favourite burger in Melbourne. Best one Ive had without a doubt. They put train carts on top of a building and put a restaurant in it. Its just so cool.
The burgers were amazing. The oklahoma fried onion cheeseburger. 2 smashed patties, fried onions, cheese. Simple, but done so well. The patties had a strong beefy taste and quite lean. The fried onions gave it that nice sweetness and the cheese was your typical american cheese. This burger just satisfies my cravings every time. The sweet potato chips with gravy and cheese was a great side. The chili cheese fries were as good as you would get them in America, and the onion rings were perfect. Cant fault anything Ive had in this place.

Rayana Oeyshi Tried Easey’s Burger Joint recently—mixed experience overall.
Food:
Oklahoma Fried Onion Cheeseburger – Not a fan. The beef itself was tasty, but the onions were overwhelming—chewy, undercooked, and too crunchy for what I expected.
Mac & Cheese Loaded Fries – Loved these! Great portion size and full of flavor.
Chicken Bow Wow – Really enjoyed this one. Tasty and felt like a lighter, healthier option with the cabbage slaw.
Ambience:
The decor is definitely cool and trendy—strong "young crowd" vibe. We reserved the train lounge for dinner, which added a fun twist to the experience.
Service:
Disappointed here. We mentioned in our online booking that we were celebrating our honeymoon, but the staff didn’t acknowledge it at all. Most places would offer a small gesture or even just a “congratulations,” but nothing here. It made the experience feel a bit impersonal and inattentive.
Would come back for the fries and chicken, but probably wouldn’t go out of my way again.

AJ Martinelli-Walsh AWPTV Went there yesterday with two of my siblings, Great food, I especially liked the chips, plenty of great options for all kinds of budgets. Was super cool eating inside an old Hitachi Carriage. Also really appreciative of the service and the communication from them and Im super grateful to the restaurant for accommodating our needs, especially when we arrived 15 minutes late after our train from Albury/Wodonga got delayed in the outskirts of Melbourne and required a change to the Metro train at Broadmeadows. Highly recommend checking this restaurant out.

Nina Lin Easeys is one of Melbournes most distinctive dining destinations, featuring train carriages on the roof for a truly one-of-a-kind experience! It’s a trendy spot (a must-visit for influencers) and perfect for capturing photos of both the food and the quirky setting.
We ordered the Rowdy Double Cheeseburger, Oklahoma Fried Onion Cheeseburger, and Chili Cheese Sweet Potato Chips. The Oklahoma Fried Onion Cheeseburger was my favorite. The first bite was decent, but with each bite, the flavors became more satisfying, and I ended up loving it. The Rowdy Double Cheeseburger felt like a high-quality take on a McDonald’s Double Cheeseburger — tasty, and I enjoyed it as well.
Unfortunately, the Chili Cheese Sweet Potato Chips were disappointing. They weren’t hot when served and had turned soft and slightly soggy, which took away from the experience.
Overall, Easey’s is a fun and unique place to visit, ideal for capturing great photos and soaking in the atmosphere — even if not every dish hits the mark.
