Griselda Garcia Came here a few times but the last 2 times I have been here their acrylic and gel nails have not held up over 2 days. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated.

Alxx Flores I was told they dont make appointments, come to find out, they only offer that service to regulars. So unless youre a regular, they dont make time for you or care about the quality of their work. I gave them several shots to redeem themselves, and every single time (different person) they did such a horrible job. They gave my sister a scar on her thumb from carelessly buffing her nails, since she was in such a hurry. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this place and am advising anyone to NEVER go there. I was a loyal customer 2 years back and Im so disappointed in all the same ladies that used to treat me like royalty when I walked in.

Gloriann Scrugham Horrible customer service! Went to this salon last Sunday 4/25/21. Had walked in and this other customer was also behind me. I had asked if you have time for a pedicure or should I come back? The owner who was the front, said “right now, pick a color.” One of the women that worked there , filled the bowl. The other customer that was behind me was served right away. I thought she was going to start her after she sanded her gel off her toes. I waited patiently, while one of the other workers was finishing up a manicure. Meanwhile, I’m still sitting in hot water by then, my feet are getting feeling like pruning & itchy. I had to rub my heels & spilled a little water on the floor & apologized. Nothing was said. By then it’s been 20 min. Other customer was done with her manicure. Worker went in back. Still the owner didn’t say anything., lady that came after me was already half done with her manicure. By then I took my feet out of the bowl to drip dry. The worker was in the back for like 7min. After my feet were somewhat dried. I left. I supposed that they didn’t want my business or they only cater to there regulars! Very poor customer service!

Amanda Fraser Had a bad experience at my usual place so we tried this one out and now its my new regular shop. They did great! Very clean and the ladys are super nice!

Ang T I have gone here twice so far, and I think they did a great job. They seemed to be very friendly to me, and I felt like they took not too much time, but just enough to make sure the work was on point! Last time u went I got a pedicure, and the lady said she could do my hair too, so for $45 + tip, I got my hair washed, cut, styled, and a bomb pedi. Sundays are the best day to go, its not too busy.

Sabrina Bravo I called yesterday for an early morning appointment no problem. Showed up today and didnt wait long. Mary started my pedicure and Kim came shortly after to start my manicure. Excellent service and so friendly. My hands and feet feel so good. Will be scheduling my appointments with these two from now on. Thank you ladies.

isabell mora Total of 3 huge painful cuts. Nails are crooked, fat & oddly shaped. I decided to treat myself on Sunday, which I never do. Sucks to have this experience and waste of $50, especially in this economy. Will not be wasting my hard earned money here again. Very deep cut. Nail tech instantly put some sort of alcohol on my cut to prevent it from bleeding anymore at the shop which made it sting soooooo bad. My face was in discomfort and I no longer wanted to continue with the service, but I was too timid to speak and hate confrontation Fingers were swollen for four days. Very sensitive very painful could not use my hands

Ivette Flemate Ill start by saying Ive been coming to this salon for years, never had any issues. Sunday I came in, got a pedicure and full set done. I showed a pic of the nails i wanted got nothing close to it. This was not a white tip this is a half a white nail. I came back 5 min after i left that there were air bubbles all over my nails, all Jennifer did was file once and put more clear polish on them. I told them i was not happy with them, i told them i would come in the next day since they were closing to get them fixed which Jennifer agreed. I came back at 450pm the next day and Jennifer was gone. The lady "in charge" was dismissive, rude, and ignored me and said "she doesnt want to be involved". She gave me multiple excuses as to why not do my nailsor at least make me an appt for the next day since they wanted to go home early. She states no one knew how to make an appt. No one knew how to do nails, no one else spoke english, no one had jennifers number (which they ended up calling her later) they were closing early, this wasnt her problem, she didnt care, and walked off. They called "jennifer" but it was Ellie the owner according to her, and was very apologetic and made me an appt to come in the next day at 5 and they would remove my nails and put a new set. it would all be taken care of. I agreed. I get a call this morning from Jennifer who is supposed to be "taking good care of me today" and says i need to come in at 4 since shes leaving early, i told her my appt was 5 and was assured this issue would be handled today. she again said she was leaving at 4, or i can pick up my refund my full set. Im picking up my refund but they have been so unprofessional and for being such a loyal customer for years this isnt how you do bussiness. STAY AWAY

majaira rojas By far very impressed with the customer care each employee gave me they were so sweet and very gentle I had gotten a pedicure and needless to say I’m very picky with pedicure I’ve been coming here since I moved to Ontario and the way they massage the feet and clean them I was in feet heaven it’s very cozy in the salon they make you feel right at home!

darlina lopez some bumpage... Also, on more than one nail, they didnt polish over the entire nail. On the toes, I think she forgot the topcoat on 2:/ They paint far from the cuticle, so it looks like you already need a fill. Cheaper for a reason. I dont know why my mom likes this place.

Patricia Mohr Tommy is the best nail person in the world. He had been doing my nails 14 years. Beautiful everytime, the last for a long time. Very gentle, quiet person. Restful peaceful salon! I would give 100 stars if I could!

Mayra R. Casas Will not recommend this place! The nail technician cut into my skin multiple times, took way too long applying multiple layers of acrylic, did an extremely bad job shaping my nails, and my nails still came out uneven. See pictures. Stay away!

Martha Gonzalez First time and wish I lived closer to come back regularly. Great service and Vivian took her time with the treatment and massage. Highly recommend this place.

Thompson Charity Do not go here they make up their own prices dont know why I paid 60$ for the ugly nails I got my nails done for Thanksgiving the next day one of my nails popped off and then got it fixed the next 3 days another nail popped off the lady that did my nails that sit at table two had an attitude because she had to fix it again I will be finding another nail place or just do them myself I do not recommend this place and this is why people thats doing nails at home are winning

Nancy Ramos Salon is under new management and it shows. The employees were all nice and friendly. (Greeted us with cold water bottles/ noticed I was on my phone and gave us the wifi password) I did a gel set which came out great and they gave me a free upgrade on my pedicure. Will definitely be coming back again.

Claudia Canseco Just got my nails done at Ivy Nails and Spa in Ontario. The nail tech did an amazing job as you can see. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he went above and beyond to nail the job. 100% recommend this shop.

Aurora Lopez I just went in for a regular manicure and pedicure and it just seems like nowadays if you don’t get gel, your nails and your toes don’t look good. They tried to accommodate me and do another color, but it wasn’t even the color. It was the quality of the manicure and pedicure. They were friendly, but the quality is poor.

Elsa Nile I havent had my nails done in a long time and I was very pleased with the service. The staff members are skilled in applying nail enhancements, such as tips or extensions, for those who desire longer nails. Super convenient to my house and each tech Ive had has been very respectful and detail oriented. I will never go anywhere but Ivy Nails and Spa for a manicure. So sweet and do many different colors and options to choose from!

Carlita C Asked Chair 7 for French tip. She cut nails waaay too short, made my fingers bleed and lines are thick and uneven. Unhappy with nails. However she did do a better job on my pedi. I will definitely not ask her to do my mani again.

Official Nathaly Cordero Service is average but the lady from station 12 did a bad job with this. I ask for pink French tips and got this, it’s so thick and the tip are not even straight! I’m not happy with my nails, it looks like they were just learning how to do nails. And to top it off she still ask me how much I was going to tip her !!

Angie Godoy Lynn is AMAZING!! I came in for a fill from another salon that had done a horrible job and she took her time to fix and shape them properly. She was super sweet and will for sure be coming back. (:

Mallory Estrada Came here because I was waiting for my son to get out of school. I love the shape and simplicity of my nails. The lady, was very nice. Im a quite person, so not having to force a conversation is always nice. She took her time, and made my nails look amazing. Ill definitely be back.

Sandoval Bianca (BBBBB) Love coming to Beauty Bar. Happy to have found them as I was on the hunt for a go-to nail salon for months prior! Tracy is phenomenal, I love how she shapes and does my nails. I always make appointments and will be a loyal customer.

Angelia County The place is really bright, clean, and pretty and the staff is really nice. I started coming here since the pandemic started and they were appointment only. When I arrived I was greeted by name, which is nice. My pedicure was great and my gel manicure looked good, my only complaint is that my gel manicure seems to expire right at the 2 week mark. My nails looked great and then suddenly on day 13, all at once, I had five chipped nails and two with cracks in the gel. I get that they arent supposed to last forever but Ive been more than once and it has played out the same way. If you plan to go every two weeks like clockwork, you should be fine.

Lori Nichols This salon is thee best when in comes to cleanliness and prompt. My tech was Tracy and I have never had a pedicure like she gave me before She went above and beyond! My nails were done perfectly and she took her time, unlike other salons that hurry to get the next client.. no this salon spaces out their appointments!

A B Quality work, Clean salon, SANITIZED utensils they break open in front of you. Tracie is very kind. .speaks clear english, explained which product was best gel, powder, or acrylic. ****ONLY one negative thing that almost turned me off from going....they only accept cash or zelle, that is NOT acceptable in business. Your a classy place ...provide card payment options,...your prices are competitive with other nail salons ...pay the dollar for your loyal customers...stay classy.

Jessica Salvador I went in for a pedi and a soak off and I got attended right away for my pedi but they ignored my soak off request. Afterwards, they said its faster and easier to get it taken ripped off. I said no because I know it damages my nails and it hurts. They kept on insisting to ripped it off. I could off said no but I needed to get my nails off so I said yes. I was able to handle the pain with only my left hand. I told them I would get my right nails soaked off somewhere else since they wouldnt do it. They got upset and just started talking and they made me feel so uncomfortable. I definitely wouldnt recommend coming.

Raisa Full set was surprisingly cheap I was expecting it to be more and the tech did a good job . No complaints. The Pedicure was okay , I wish there was a package or menu to choose from especially to keep up with the time with other competitors. One thing I really didn’t like is there is no wax room but yet they offer it and it’s done facing the customers in the back, a tad awkward but other than that the team there was friendly and nice.

Rich Gloss charge me 40$ for horrible nails. The polish is so bad and started looking old within 2 days… She made me nails very crooked and still insisted to do them longer than i wanted. if i would have seen them while she was doing them but i couldn’t from my seat i would have just said never mind. i’ve never had my nails this horrible.

Elizabeth Llamas I went to another place to get gel ex the next day. I decided to add some French tip to my nails so I came to this local place nearby and I will write them negative. They are so horrible. I came back so they can correct it. the technician was giving me attitude, she end up filing off the Nail polish white tip with a filer and scratched my nail and proceeded to get on her phone and talk on the phone this place beyond horrible I will not recommend them at all! Clumpy nail polish she was upset because I came back save your money go somewhere else that will not give you attitude and do a nasty job!

ashley vazquez If I could rate a negative I would!!!! Avoid this place!!!! I never write reviews but it came down to this! So to start..they rush EVERYTHING and dont do a good job.The moment I sat down, the man was gluing the nails on my hand and he put a nail that was way too big for my size so I told him it was glued to my skin. He then decides to PULL IT OFF and it rips off half my real nail! I was bleeding everywhere yet the fake nail was still tangling and he sees its clearly bleeding but decides to pull it off once more! I was in pain throughout the whole process. He doesnt even know what hes doing because he then gets a nail glued to himself and spends two minutes trying to remove it. When he applyed the nail color, he decided to switch the colors and I told him those are two different colors. He insisted they were the same so I had one hand blue and the other hand purple. He was getting mad at me for seeing the two differences. I asked 4 different people who were also getting their nails down and they agreed they were two different colors. It was ridiculous ! I spent 3 hours there! They rush to get you done but only because they try to do multiple people at a time and they dont focus on you. Worst place ever! Ive been to MANY..MANY places and none was worse than this. To top it all off, they made me pay full price and I tried to argue it yet all I got was a "it was an accident". They do not care!!! My nails turned out crooked and some nails shorter than others. I did all that for getting charged the same price. The only reason I stuck through the pain and finishing up was because I needed my nails down before the next day. Never again!

Moranda I went here Friday 4/13/2019 ...Was welcomed and told the wait would be couple minutes. About 15 minutes passed and one of the ladies started to work on a girl who just walked in ,figured she has appointment so I just let it go. Still waiting. The lady who told me 10 min noticed I was getting annoyed and she called someone , a man came. I’m about 35 min waiting. I was going to leave but it wasn’t packed so I just stayed . The guy there ,don’t know his name but he was short and older... He has messed up finger /nails like he has an accident ... anywho he did my nails ,he did okay but slow af & when it wasn’t time to paint them he kept messing up bad I was so annoyed ... I’m like no so the girl came to fix and then he did gel and my nails was 35$ before the gel, he was like I’ll give gel for free. I’m like yea ok you should my nails aren’t that good for 35$ . Anyways never going back. Terrible service

Jes Walsh Beautiful place and good service. Over charged me $5. Okay fine. But i got a new set and had 1 fall off on day 3. Then the forth day one chipped, the next day another one. By day 12 of a new set I have 5 good nails. So low quality. Or poor nail glue or something Ive never had a bad set like this before.

Reanne Roa I’m new to the area so I was iffy about trying a new nail salon. Fortunately for me, i love the outcome. This was also my first time trying Gel X. Michelle was so nice to me and executed these nails!! It is an old school nail salon so you shouldn’t expect glitz and glamor when you walk in but overall I will be going back! :)

Amber Stringer She didn’t know how to do a proper French tip . I asked for pink French tip on my hands and feet . They gave me white . My finger was cut twice . They didn’t listen to any of my request . I asked for a flower on my nail I left with basic white French tips . I asked for a discount on the price for everything they did wrong they only took 5 dollars off

yzflores I took my mom for a manicure. They insisted on doing my nails when I said no thank you. I gave them a chance and got a regular Pedi. It was overpriced and I got and infection on my toe. I can barely walk and hope it heals. I had to see my Dr bc it was so bad. The ladies are always on a hurry regardless of its not busy. They dont sanitize their tools.

Allii Maya Horrible. First I told them I didn’t want my nails trimmed or cut and they did it anyways. I asked for no gel and they started giving me attitude. They didn’t ask if I wanted gel on my feet and they did it anyways. Some lady next to me needed to leave and told them not to paint her nails because she was there for hours and she needed to leave and they kept making her feel uncomfortable and for insisted. Once I paid for all my things, I was already to my car and they waived me down saying that they forgot to charge me more after I paid and tipped them even for messing up. I’ll never come here again!
