Victoria Banks-Lai Ive been here several times, and have always found them to be pleasant and helpful. Today I had a different technician, Cindy, and she was truly lovely. I went from gel to dip; I have thin, difficult nails to work with, but Cindy was gentle and careful, so I had no issues. She asked questions about my preferences every step of the way. I walked out with simple, but beautiful nails.

Prokitten Mom It’s just mediocre. The gel manicure was very sloppy, the lady was rushing I think to eat her lunch, she didn’t even put hand cream at the end. The gel was put over my cuticles, the tips peek through. In some fingers gel looks very bumpy. See photos for reference

Lichaela maddox I love Jenny and the ladies! They are so kind, funny and considerate! They also have such wonderful teamwork! They do great work! Especially in 3D/bling nails (if thats your thang)! If you want to have unique nails and leave out feeling special, come to Jennys nails!

Sarah Thompson I have been coming here for 20+ years. Absolutely love this nail salon. Jenny & Andy are great & everyone that works here is wonderful. My daughter LOVES the new pedicure throne they have added.

Cio Ortiz Amazing! This place is simple and the staff is funny, communicate, and have settled pricing. By far one of the less expensive nail salons and friendliest staff I have encountered. I received a gel pedicure and a dip powder manicure and simply came out amazing. I will definitely comeback.

Mark Fullner I came in today to get a Mani Pedi and I Candy and Jeny do my nail I called and they got me in immediately and they fixed my damaged nails from another salon and made them beautiful again. Everybody friendly at the salon and the salon is very clean my first time there and I’ll definitely be back. Do an excellent job. Taylor Rix I’ve been coming here for about 6 years and I came in in May to get my nails done for my graduation. My nails hadn’t had anything on them in a year because I couldn’t have them done for work but I wanted my nails done for my graduation I got them done and not even 2 weeks later the acrylic broke and fell right off on three nails all on the same day. One fell off in the shower another when sweeping and putting on my pants. I have never broken a nail before. Today it started peeling off from the back near the cuticle and just fell off. I don’t think I’ll be coming back cause also on top of this when I showed the nail tech what I wanted she gave me a much different design and shape and had he try and fix it and I was still un happy

Tanairy Ramirez 1st time i went to get my eyebrows wax here never again. (Been here before twice for a pedi) Lady messed it up. Starting telling me to fill it in with pencil or powder. Told the lady up front & they tried to say i came in like that & all she did was a $3 discount...they shouldnt put someone who doesnt know how to use the wax. Very disappointed.

Delia Dooley When I was checked in for my appointment, I was serviced right away. I liked that they made me feel welcomed. Henry did my full set mani, which he did an amazing job and even gave me a nice hand massage at the end. I enjoyed my pedicure as well. I didnt catch my pedicurists name though but I give her credit. She got down. I did notice the cleanliness or lack there of was not up to my standards for nail salons especially during this pandemic. I think any place with a lot of people coming in and out should be extra clean during this time. They are very busy. I recommend that you make an appointment. Masks are required and they check your temperature upon arrival. They also have plexiglass surrounding every station. Overall I had a great experience. I just think they can or should do better at cleaning between clients. They also had cobwebs around their cameras which I think they should take the time to clean as they do have very nice light covers.

Cass Stone walked in and noticed it wasn’t clean . That’s when I should’ve left . She Did not use any primer for the polish . Just slapped it onto my toes . And yes my TOES . Not entirely on my nails Bc she spent 15 minutes taking the darn polish off my skin . I left looking like I ate hot Cheetos w my toes . Never does my toe polish chip going anywhere else but on both my big toes it’s chipping and it looks so trashy . I kept having to yank my pinky toes back from her saying “OW” bc she kept trying to bend it sideways . I will say the other ladies who welcomed me in were nice

Julie Parker Ive been going to this salon for 14 years. I dont even live in the IE anymore. I drive all the way from OC because I wont go anywhere else. Im very picky and Tina does it right every time. Looking through other reviews, I see people complaining about things and it just makes me shake my head. People coming in after you were seen first? Thats because they made an appointment. They "rushed" you out with wet nails? In all the years Ive been going, Ive never seen anyone rushed out. Ever. They routinely shake their heads at me because I always try to leave before my nails are dry. Its not super fancy and they dont serve mimosas... thats why its not stupid expensive like a lot of other places. Make an appointment so you dont have to wait and remember that youre there to have a service provided by human beings. If theyre really busy, cut them some slack. Theyre trying their best to make everyone happy.

Gabriel Morga My wife go to this place and she get infection and her nails and her see the all the tools they use not clean and got And they do not dis infection the tools.

They are so very thorough, she shared that they have a TWO week guarantee for anything that happens to my gel nails she said to come back and they’ll fix it no problem. The peace of mind, reassurance they give the kindness they all give are priceless here. Thank you thank you thank you. I love my gel manicure I got all the colors I wanted! My nails are short for now since I’ve been busy and haven’t had a chance to get these bad boys done, but Wendy helped me feel amazing again and she did such a great great job!!! 10/10 recommend!!

Laura Limon The lady that did my nails suggested adding acrylic powder to my natural nails vs acrylic nails. They look very nice and are more convenient for house work. Theres also no lift. This picture is two weeks after I got them done, they still look nice.

Shelina I went to diamond nails to get my nails and feet done and my toe got infected it’s been a week and it still not healed I even went to urgent care on Tuesday ladies be careful I don’t think they clean their tools properly I was in so much pain and haven’t been able to walk properly. I will never go there agin do to this situation and poor sanitation. Now I’m scared to even go get my nails done from anywhere for this same reason. Thank you for your response to my review but I know it was your location you are located in the food 4 less parking lot my technician was Ten that’s what she said her name was . I paid in cash I always do at salons of course you wouldn’t have record of my name . If there’s any other information you need I will happily give it once agin. Danielle Kelley Well after coming here for 17 years I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I am getting a pedicure and after 15-20 minutes into the pedicure the young lady was told to stop working on my pedicure and to take another customer. This is the second time this has happened under the new management. I have had to wait over an hour in the past even with an appointment. Unfortunately I think I have been a little too understanding with this establishment. I’m so disappointed. I had planned for a manicure as well. But I will just finish with the pedicure and go elsewhere today.

Adriana Morales Omg.... please do not go to this place.... when I went in and sat down In the chair for a pedicure, I started looking around and noticed how dirty everything was. The floors werent swept and the cabinets/ display shelves were dirty. The walls looked patched up and the baseboards were all scratched and dusty. The lady who helped me was nice until it came down to the scrub and massage. She only did the front of my legs then put a timer on for the massage that was supposed to be 10min. She started the timer and took 4 min to put all of her tools away and clean her station so I got 6min. It was not a massage, she basically rubbed the lotion in and whipped it off. When it came time to pay she kept asking for cash, I only had my card. She ran it but didnt do it right and she claimed it was declined. She demanded cash again and I told her I dont have it. She was being very rude and I told her to run it again. This time it cleared. Not a good experience at all. I normally dont do reviews but I felt today I had to.

Corrine Gray This was our second visit and it was just as wonderful as our first. Another great pedicure for me I always have so much stuff to clean out of my nails they bring instant relief with their techniques. They are so patient and kind to my little one. She was so excited to get a design on her nails this time. Thank you, cant wait to be back!

thisiscrissyy Great experience here. I went in as a walk in at 11:30 am on a Sunday morning. I was taken by a young man, I honestly didnt get his name.He took off my old gel polish and gave me a full set of acrylics with gel polish. They were long, hombre, coffin shaped nails and it was still adorable for what Im used to. They came out very pretty.

Jamie Muller Look. I’m not a super picky, my nails have to be 100% perfect type of gal. They did a good job. My nails look great. They were singing karaoke the entire time, but you know what?! I kinda enjoyed it. It was different and I like experiencing different cultures and vibes. No one was rude or mean and I was asked what I needed to be asked without awkward small talk. Walk in. No apparent mention.

Kelsey Scroggins I paid 71$ for poorly painted nails and she didnt even file them nicely. I wanted white tips but she decided to paint the white on instead and it turned out awful. Ive never paid even close to 71$ for acrylics its usually 44-50 max. Definitely do not recommend this place total waste of money. Will go to persimmon in the mall next time.

Laura Harmon Ive never had my nails done before and my experience with this place makes me want to never have them done again. I was talked into a gel-x manicure. The woman cut my cuticle and made me bleed, said nothing about that, and gave me the worst manicure. She didnt file anything into a shape and left it lumpy and only partially cured. It peeled off the following day, leaving my fingers covered in uncured gel. Today one of the false nails popped off entirely. It is supposed to last up to 4 weeks and didnt even make it 1. Avoid this place entirely.

Sellys Phat Life Went in for a fill & left with my nails not complete!! The guy at table 1 assisted me. I had 1 broken nail, & literally took him 10 minutes to take it off! At that point I already knew the service was going to be slow & terrible. When he was applying the powder on my nails he applied it over my skin, left a whole blob of it underneath my nail which then he took off but sooooo painfully. He also put so little powder on one nail that would bend when you would touch it. I told him to just finish applying the nail. He himself even told me "you dont have to pay". Also when I went there was nobody & the girl at the front desk said it would be a 30 minute wait. Will not be going back here. He also did not shape the nail correctly. I asked for coffin & got what you see in the picture.

I love that they have a mommys only area and offer an up to date, safe and plush kid friendly area for the girls to get glamorous while mommy takes a load off. Letty Most definitely not happy with my pedicure. I’m taking a closer look at them and the nail polish was just done so terrible, my poor nails are not even full covered! I do not pay $50(+ tip) for my nails to look like this. Not only was she running cold water on my feet on cold weather but she rushed the whole pedicure and honestly I didn’t even feel satisfied when I left. Very bad experience.

GLADIS The lady who did my toes was nice but they seemed rushed as soon as she finished my toes she asked me to go sit with the gentleman so he can do my nails but no waiting and not removing things out of my way so I can pass through ended up getting things on my toes lint and she said she would fix it but didnt. Mary Ruiz EDIT I HAD MOLD 2 WEEKS AFTER THIS APPOINTMENT PICS AT THE END! IM SO FREAKING DISGUSTED DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! The more I look at them the more upset I get. Never again. Im pretty sure who did my nails was not licensed. I went in for a new set. He only did a fill. I wanted very sharp nails, he did some weird almond. The color is spotty and the application is really really bad. I have to go somewhere else and get these fixed because they are really really really bad. And they charged me 60 DOLLARS for this sloppy job, and it took 2 hours. I just want to cry. I am also in the beauty industry, I need nails that last me 3 weeks at least. And I get them done EVERY 3 weeks. I will never come back here again. Dont waste your money here. Just go to hot nailz or 4h nails instead. Better quality for less. Im so freaking upset.

Jackson Ijanae “Izzy” I was confused from the time I got there. Be shown an iPad of confusing services where the prices listed aren’t the price you pay was extremely disorienting. If you pay with a card, they round the price up to the nearest $10 or whole number. The lady who did my feet barely exfoliated them and I had to do it myself at home at 9 months pregnant. Terrible service.

Carmen Haats Walked in to nail shop . Not busy . The person who did my manicure never spoke to me . She cut my finger never used a bandaid or gloves . The owner was SUPER RUDE!!!! To me embrassed me . I have a new debt card the chip was not working Nor was to insert the card. The Owner was SUPER RUDE. My bank said it could of been operation error or they could of call as a merchant . Will never go back Terrible service . O stars

Joy Hoffman Worth every dollar - it was a really relaxing & thorough pedicure & spa treatment (collagen pedi - $69). Not rushed - I felt pampered. I fell asleep I was so relaxed. Salon looks new - comfy massage chairs (10 total), 7 manicure tables, nice ambiance. I walked in without an appointment and felt fortunate to get in to treat myself. Its also in a big shopping center (Riverside Plaza) so if there is a wait, there is plenty to do to pass time until a spot opens. Im not from the area but Id come back if I was visiting again. Ask for Alan!
