Istuti Gupta I recently visited QT NAILS and I couldnt be happier with my experience! Their gel nails and pedicure services are absolutely top-notch. The salons ambiance is soothing and relaxing. Definitely recommended if you want to get a rejuvenating foot massage.

Emily Kam GREAT! I showed my tech an inspiration photo from Pinterest and she created a set that looks so much better! She was super kind and quick. The prices here are really fair. I would recommend!

Aafiyah khan LOVED MY NAILS!! My friend and I came in and both got acrylics and a pedi. The nails looked even better than the inspo pics and the ladies were so nice. Will definitely be coming back.

Margaret Gabat Clean salon, friendly ladies and quick service. Ive been going here for at least 15 years now and I dont want to go anywhere else. Best times to go are during the morning and early afternoon on weekdays. They get busy on weekends and parking gets full in the shopping plaza.

Rachel Rahman I had a deeply unpleasant experience. During my waxing session, I was left with a significant cut that caused bleeding. This is completely unacceptable, as I trusted the staff to handle such a sensitive procedure safely and professionally. The injury not only caused pain but also raised concerns about hygiene and safety standards. I expected better care and skill from a professional establishment. I strongly urge others to exercise caution and recommend the management take immediate action to improve their training and protocols. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure no one else has to go through a similar ordeal.

Sharon Arroyo Hernandez I had high hopes for this place, because of all the nail art they have on yelp Before they got started on my nails I showed them a picture of what I wanted and asked them if they were sure they could do them, I told her that if she couldnt then thats fine, I would just get something more simple, the lady said yes she could do them and told me it was gonna be $70. I thought It was a but pricey but I didnt mind because the nail pictures on yelp and on their website looked like they were high quality. When she first applied the nails, one of them looked crooked and I asked her if she could re apply it. She said it was fine and that it would "fix" it self after she applies the acrylic. Again I trusted the process because of their website pictures. 2 hours later she finally finished and my nail was still crooked and the lines are so shaky and thick I cant even get them re-done tomorrow because Im leaving for 3 weeks on my vacation. Im so sad and disappointed, I wish she would of told me she couldnt do them and I would have picked something else. $70 is a lot of money for the low quality nails I got. My pedicure was nice I guess.

Meghann Hodskins I would give zero stars if I could. My technician rushed through my pedicure in 7 minutes…. And spent 25 on the polish because she did not know how to paint nails. My feet are still rough, my cuticles are chopped up, my polish is uneven and I paid $50 to basically still need a pedicure.

Alexa Westerbeck Im pretty new to acrylics and had an unfortunate experience at another salon that resulted in a very laborious process to remove them. Celine took such good care of me, was very patient and was always checking in to make sure I was happy. It was a completely painless experience (the last place had me grimacing the entire time and I had sore nails for two days) and I could not be happier. She was very meticulous and was not rushing through the process at all. Thank you!!

Jen Wheelock I had an amazing experience at Orchid Nail Salon today! Kim made my feet look amazing! My feet take a beating when I’m training on the trails. This is my first pedicure since the Pandemic so it’s been a minute. When you book your appointment that hour is yours. There is no one else ahead of you. So you arrive on time and Kim and the other nail technicians will take good care of you.

Nicole Salman Louie and her team are incredible. I have been to A LOT of nail salon. Louie may be the best and most talented person to ever do my nails. She is great! I even let a time nail (see photos) and she made me a fake one (also see photos), and you couldnt even tell! Shes very talented.

alexandria delguidice THEY SOMEHOW DELETED MY REVIEW— beware! So this was my first time coming here. I really wanted to love this place a lot. But look at my nails. For one it took 2.5 hours to do my nails. All I wanted was stiletto nails. It’s been 3 days and look at my nails! My gems came off the next day. The nails are peeling off of the gel and my nails are chipped! I had Kim and I spent $100 on these nails including tip. These people delete negative reviews and are extremely defensive and hateful when someone writes negative reviews. DO NOT COME HERE!! They deleted my review instead of offering a refund or offering to fix it at all.

A L These girls are the hardest working team in this field/profession, but its not just their skill sets alone. They bend over backwards for clients. I have witnessed them in difficult situations that clearly were not by their doing, and yet Louis, Kim, and/or Sara are always willing to listen and find solutions.

Kim has been my nail tech since day one and I’ve watched the other nail tech beside her, they’re all professional and high quality. Kim takes her time and ensures you’re happy with your set. I will never stop coming here! 100% recommend! I’m shook at the reviews as well because this place has been by far the best place I’ve gone in such a long time! I’ve been coming here for half a year now.

Kusumakumari Vanteru I got dip powder nail manicure at this salon. The experience was not good, my skin was hurting when the nail artist was trimming the inner borders, and the nail filing shape was not at all good, all of them were uneven and the final finish had so many bumps. I would not visit this location again. The artist was uninterested and said another customer is waiting for her.

Johnny Duong I’ve been here a few times now. They have excellent prices and deals, do a great job (techs are all awesome) and it’s a very inviting environment. I came here this week after work sucked the absolute life out of me and I left feeling cleaned up, feminine & relaxed. Thank you for your amazing work Tina who is a new owner of this place & new management. It was just remodeled & grand opening last Friday. My manicure and pedicure are fabulous and excellent. Your skills and care are evident in every detail. Thank you & will come back soon.

Thalita Kirmse Kim always does a great job with my nails. I have been going to her for over a year now and she never disappoints. Whenever I want to try something different , I bring her a picture and she does her best to get exactly how I want. Last time I asked her for the “ donut glaze nails” and I have been getting so many compliments! Love it ❤️

Xiao Wu Great nail salon with much attention to details! They welcome me immediately after I walk in. Provided water and snacks. And they made my nails exactly the way I wanted, checking with me a couple times about coloring and pattern. The price was very fair for such a nice job. Highly recommend!

Cyra Sin Came in near closing, but winnie was able to do an amazing job at my nails! the set was around 70 and i paid a generous tip for the inconvenience. Lots of colors, and she did an amazing marbling effect after i showed her a inspo picture! I also loves how they include pricing on their website.

Vivian This used to be my favorite nail salon for when I needed a gel manicure, so it hurts me to write this. I enjoyed coming here because the service was great and I was always greeted with a water bottle and banana chips to snack on. Its a nice touch! I recommended this place to my girlfriends when we needed to get our nails done for a trip, and unfortunately, that would end up being my last visit. I thought that the visit was fine, despite the workers there being more chattier than usual. I didnt think too much of it. When we left, my girlfriends told me to never go back there again. Two of my friends understood and spoke Vietnamese, and they told me that one of the workers there wouldnt stop talking about me. Turns out, she was making fun of my hand eczema. My friend told her that she understands her, and that she should stop. It was overall a disappointing experience. Ive dealt with bullying since childhood, but did not expect this to happen as an adult. I do not wish this business any ill will, but I do hope that the owner reads this and tell the staff to do better.

Hana This has been my nail spot for the past three years while in law school. I went to several other places before finally coming upon this one and when I did- I never let anyone else do my nails. Wendy is the best. Before Wendy, I thought it was normal for acrylic nails to fall off after 3 weeks or so. However, with Wendy, my acrylics stay in tact for over a month. Wendy is so talented, gentle, and amazing. Wendy and these ladies are magic! Love them.

Georgiana Tugui Took them 3 hours to do acrylic, never come back again, this is the second time I came to this place and second time taking too long. didn’t listen to my instructions asking many times to do the nails shorter now one of my hands has bigger nails than the other one. If I’d ask again to make them shorter I would probably waste another hour, never again. Been to other nails salon but never took this long. Now I have to fix them at home wasting more time with my busy schedule.

Adrienne Martinez Went there for a gel pedicure. It literally took the girl 2 hours and 15 minutes! The lady seemed inexperienced and did not address my ingrown nails. I had to tell her twice. And even then did not fix them. I had to go somewhere else afterwards. I was quoted one price and then when I went to pay, it was $10 more.

Florencia Quiroga I loooove this place, the staff is so welcoming, kind and loving. I get silk nails done for the last two years. Gel nails had damaged my nail so much and silk it’s been amazing for me. They last me for so long without breaking or chipping at all, I literally go every 3 weeks once my own nail has grown enough. Prices are reasonable and again the attention is amazing!

Janet Uhlir I wanted to have my hair cut, bleached, and dyed pink, and Hunny had an appointment available and was affordable. The appointment started at 3:30, and she spent until 8:15 pm, after closing, working on my hair. The bleaching took a long time because I have a lot of hair, even after getting it cut from mid-back to shoulder length. She recommended leaving it natural at the roots, which I wasnt sure about, but I ended up loving how trendy it looks. She mixed a cool magenta pink for me, which still looks great after a few washes. Heres how it looks now, over a week later and still looks fresh. Thank you, Hunny!

Krystal Sarcone This was the worst experience in my life. I think the person doing nails is losing her vision, and she was very inconsistent across each nail. I asked to improve and cut back cuticles on 2-3 nails she missed, and she went through and addressed all of them, which was unnecessary and painful for those already fine. The same happened when she missed painting part of one finger nail, she then went through and painted all of my nails sloppily to fill in missing paint but then it looked horrible and sloply like a child did it. I explained it was just one nail you missed, and she was annoyed. And really reluctant to liaten and instead would just do everything over, which was unnecessary. Then less than two days later theyre peeling like crazy. I have never asked for a refund in my life. This is the only time it felt warranted. And I only did so on day two when they peeled. She is declining a refund saying my nails took an hour, which was horrendous for me too. But was because I asked for two small things on three nails and she would start over on everything. Its also not a very clean place. I cant speak for the instruments, but just not a tidy place and I was already getting bad vibes sitting down but was willing because they were available and convenient to my grocery shopping. She also has you pay before painting your nails, and now I know why. It seems so slimy. Very rude when I called and asked for a refund. I even offered to let her keep her tip. I just want a refund for the pedicure. Its so upsetting.

Rachel Salinas Not the worst gel manicure I’ve had just not the best or great. I was a walk in at this salon and asked for a gel manicure. The color selection was ok (no OPI). I decided to get a neutral color just in case I didn’t love the place. I know that colors like this can make your nails look unfinished but this is the color I wanted. I started off by getting my gel removed and that took a long time, she had to wrap my nails in foil over and over again. At one point she tried to pull off my gel instead of soaking it off which I feel like should never be done to help keep your nails healthy. Overall nothing terrible happened I just feel like attention to detail was not the best. There are parts of my nails where there isn’t polish and some of the polish is on my cuticles.

Sofiya Joseph I have tried almost all nail salons in the neighborhood and can say Leanne does the best nails! She takes care of all small details and does an amazing work. Call her or make an appointment before going as she is the only person working there.
