David Ceja I came in for my spirometry test/physical test for the fire acadmy. I wasn’t too thrilled about showing up to doctors on duty in the morning because I know how long and busy wait times can be but it was the complete opposite. It was great to have very professional and sweet people help me. Came in tired and serious but left with a smile, thanks to Selene and the staff!

Allen Protasio Dont go here unless you have an appointment. I waited for four hours before being seen without any sort of update from the receptionists. In fact, they called my phone an hour after I checked in WHILE I WAS STILL IN THE WAITING ROOM to tell me I needed to come back to be seen. I told them I was already there. "Oh, ok." And then I waited another three hours. Thats just ridiculous. It wasnt terribly busy. But if you dont have an appointment, you might as well be dead lol.

Soledad Lee Do not go here if you dont have an appointment, BTW they dont tell you this when you first sign in at 7:50 AM. I was the 5th one there and left at 12:00, being told there was still another pt ahead of me and an appointment pt AND the only provider had to take lunch. Front staff does not update clients. Computers where down for half an hour but no excuse to have someone waiting in the dark for 4 hours. I was checking hourly and was being told where I was on the list but no mention of the patients with appointment. All frustration could have been alleviated by a simple explanation upon checking in then one has an option to wait or seek medical attention elsewhere.

Angelica Alcala This is the 3rd time I see this this year... Ive never heard of an Urgent Care closing especially this often. And their notice is sooo unclear. Closed through October what? The entire month? Until the start of October? What???

Be Caasi I will never return to Doctors on Duty located on Harden Ranch. I was there last week to have my titers drawn as a walk in patient and waited for about 4 hours. My arms became a phlebotomy practice and had to go to nearest lab facility to be drawn. The Medical Assistants were lacking clinical skills, color blood tubes were collected in wrong sequence. I was told by the MAs to return when the results came back so the Provider could sign my work medical clearance form. I was told I do not need an appointment. I picked up all of my lab results from BioReference lab since I’m missing a few lab results in MyChart. I went back to DoD yesterday and I was told the doctor isn’t in and the provider that is currently working will not sign off on my papers. I came back the next day, right when they opened and there were about 3 people ahead of me. I waited for an hour and I was told to return when the form is ready. I ended up speaking to Maritza, I assumed she’s the front desk Supervisor and she said their protocol is 3-5 days for any documents to be completed. I tried explaining to her that I was misinformed but she replied, “I don’t know who told you that but that’s our protocol. You can wait here all day if you’d like!” If she’s the supervisor, she needs to work on customer service and her delivery. I was upset and frustrated that not all of the staff is aware of their protocols or SOP in placed, and as a patient, we suffer from their lack of skills and knowledge. I was billed twice for 1 visit, my own insurance and authorization from my company. In addition, my insurance company was billed for lab draw that they couldn’t perform. I do have to give credit to Doctors on Duty located on Lighthouse and South Main. They provide better customer service.

Thomas This campground gave us sunlight after being on the grey coast for too long. The racetrack and mountaintop were unique. The campsites can be windy as there is little shelter from the wind. In the morning the fog had rolled in and it was cool but pretty. Its nice to get out of the grey but you still get coastal temperatures.

Sela Rodriguez System for reservations is not good. They take reservations for the racers and events but not for regular visitors so you just show up and pick a site. Trouble is it may already be reserved. We had a confrontation eventually settled by the ranger with another couple who claimed a reservation. I am sure they had one but the site was listed by the rangers as open. Tarnished an otherwise nice stay. Great views. 16% uphill grade going in. GPS is off by 1/4 mile. Just keep going. Would stay here again but not during the races. It was a madhouse.

Robert Leonard This website tells you what the health dept can’t do, and how to dispose of your Christmas tree. No info on Covid vaccinations. Where and when this will occur. Calls reveal no solid answers from the health dept. emails to director go unanswered. My analysis is that we are in big trouble.

Jeffery Stillwell Looks like reviews are for Laguna Seca. MCCHD is on a campus with a hospital, jail, and sheriffs department. There is not, repeat, not a shooting range here. Do not bring guns. There is no campground, although some hospital staff park RVs in the parking lot. Do not bring a tent. There is no ocean view. Do not bring high expectations.

Texnia Stewart I debated between 1 & 2 stars for this review. It was a 2 star review & Im downgrading it to 1 because the new hospital is scrambling to give my hubby the kind of care he shouldve had from the beginning at Natividad. My husband was in the hospital with multiple problems. I feel like much of his treatments were "do enough to get by" or just "give Tylenol" for example:They never bothered to even find out exactly what was causing him to run high fevers – over 100, 101+. He also had a leg wound when he was admitted to ICU. They slapped a compression boot on him & until he was moved to a med-surg bed it wasnt looked at or monitored. When the med surge nurse removed the boot, there was a huge infection & were still dealing with it at the hospital we moved him to. If you or a family member want to come out of Natividad well & in 1 piece, DO NOT go to this place. Go to SVMH or CHOMP or some other area hospital if you value your life or the life of your lived one.

Brenda Roman It was my first time taking my baby to the ER and the staff were great. I was so shocked how fast we were seen. Staff were kind and professional and the doctor actually gave me the time to talk and express my concerns. I’m thankful they made a difficult situation easier. 10/10.

Jennifer Jones-Saltalamachia Went to Natividad Hospital because they are suppose to be a trauma hospital for a sore on my leg that I believe I was bit by a spider. NEVER saw a Dr only his ASST. He really didnt listen to what I was telling him and blamed me for the sore on my leg. Now it is worse!!!!

Stan O I was brought in by ambulance due to a trauma accident falling off of a roof. The ER and trauma staff were quick efficient and professional. I was in intense pain and they gave me pain pain meds right away. They were very attentive to my needs and communicated all the steps that they took in advance. They were thorough in their course of treatment with MRIs x-rays and bloodwork. There was a slight difference of opinion among the doctors on the course of treatment, both were viable valid solutions.

Arica Matheny Overall wonderful experience with everyone involved in my care at the ER. Every staff member was so pleasant and friendly. My husband and I were involved in my care from the moment I came to the department. Thank you for the exceptional care I received.

E Had major surgery here in 1984. At the time the operating room was state of the art with excellent support staff and a superb anesthesiologist.

Angela Dorado I wish Dr. Luder has his own private practice. He was truly amazing. I haven’t had a doctor listen to me in a long time. He listened and he helped me. Unfortunately this was for a workman’s comp injury and Doctors on duty isn’t my preference for PCP. The women in the front are rude and ignorant. That’s likely why I won’t be going back as a regular.

gatita the staff on 1212 main street was very friendly and helpful. they showed compassion and kindness with my medical condition. the Doctor was very very detailed about everything and expressed such great concern. i truly needed that. thank you for your kindness!! i truly appreciate it!

Shaina Perez I have been a patient at Drs on duty for several years now. I made the choice to make this clinic my primary PCP because of the service that they provide is always unparalleled. The staff there is always professional and kind. They accommodate my schedule by allowing me to check in and in areas of having to wait in the waiting area I’m able to leave the clinic and receive a text when I’m next in line. The MDs, NPs, and Medical Assistants are patient and thorough in their evaluations. I never feel rushed and always feel heard. I do all my lab work her, I get referrals to specialist when needed and I get assistance with employer and school physicals. They are always prompt with filling out paper work. At this clinic I have been seen by Sebalino, NP, Hampton, NP and Gray, DO all who are available through my chart if I have any question even after my visit. I have no plans of switching providers. Thank you to the team at Drs on Duty! You guys are great!

MS PLACE Awful experience! I drove over an hour to be seen at this place for a work physical. If it werent for the job placing my physical there I would never set foot in this god awful place. The clinic does not close until 4pm on Saturday. I arrived a couple of hours way before that and was told by the very rude and unprofessional receptionist named Breanna that they have stopped seeing walk-ins. I asked why because they advertise 4pm as closing time and she said oh its because its putting a "strain on our doctors." She was very unhelpful and didnt even listen but kept repeating the same thing over and over. When I asked to speak to Veronica the manager because thats what my employer told me to do she immediately tells me oh I can write her an email because the manager isnt in the office. Let me get this straight...you have no manager on duty? Who is running this place? Also why do you have a closing time and then you turn people away before your advertised closing hours. This place seems very mismanaged and a lot of reviews say that too. The whole thing is a scam and raises a lot of ethical violations issues. It highlights a lot of concerning health care issues. If your doctors are feeling the strain then that seems like a management problem. Either you have incompetent doctors that have no time management skills, they are tired, or you cant find many doctors to work for you. Given the way your front desk treats people Im not surprised. It is advertised as an urgent care but not really because people are told they dont accept walk-ins anymore. This is hours before they close. Make it make sense. Please fire your front staff (especially Breanna or whatever way you spell her name). Replace them with well trained and compassionate people who make an effort and not just parrot the same thing over and over. That being said I will also make every effort to let my HR know that they need to cancel our contract with Doctors on Duty and stop sending people to do medicals here due to the incompetent staff and awful healthcare services.

Mitch. G 3 weeks trying to get in touch with my pulmonologist for refills clearance for surgery pharmacy cannot contact supervisors dont pick up phones or call back it is utterly ridiculous for medical specialty clinic for these kind of medical needs.. Im so glad I havent had a an emergency respiratory issue the or would not be able to probably even access my medical records from this specialty group.

Maria Belman Whoever working at the emergency room today. Sunday Dec.8th at 12:00 pm. You are contributing to the problem in the health care system. You and your rules over not being able to be with your loved ones in the room with them, it is the stupidest rule ever. And to top if off the manners and the condescending attitude from the front desk/tent/ whatever you want to call it. No empathy whatsoever. This hospital has been one of my least favorite but after today, you are at the bottom of them all.

Ilsa Petersen I broke my foot yesterday afternoon and had to go to the emergency room. They got me a wheelchair right away and the triage people were so nice! Everyone I encountered working there was exceedingly kind. From the x ray tech who offered me a blanket to the people who made my cast to the wonderful lady who taught me how to use my new crutches. I struggle with anxiety, but I felt at ease because of the people working there.

Esmeralda Aguilera Horrible experience in the ER!!! Took my son in for a concussion I ended up leaving the ER because the wait time was ridiculous. Other people that were waiting were getting called in except my son. I asked twice and all I got was sorry we are very busy! I grabbed my son and walked away. Never again going to their ER. Horrible waiting time.

Michael Burger Service, service, service. From the moment we walked in to the bedside treatment, to the staff communication, and the genuine concern for comfort and patient best interest. Our experience has to be the best we’ve ever experienced. My wife and I are so impressed with the care and treatment that we can’t express enough our appreciation. My wife received the best care and they were so courteous to me. This is how to make an unpleasant proposition in to a wonderful experience. And this is how to deal with a husbands anxiety. Thank you to all the staff.

Christina Yanez Dr Lew is not a good doctor. He was no help to what so ever. He wouldnt take the time of day to sign off for power mobility chair that was necessary for my back surgery that will help me with comfort . Plus called me obese instead of helping me work on weight management. He shouldnt be in the medical field as a doctor. He didnt even check my urine for UTI. I ended up at er due to UTI today and stomach bacterial infection which could of been handled during visit today . Which he was very unprofessional for not taking his time with a disability that had needs.i refused to never see him again hope the new female doctor at prime are is more better and doesnt rush patients. Tina Gularte I understand that each individual takes time BUT when I respect my appointment time I expect it to be reciprocated. There is no reason one should have to wait 1.5 hours and still be waiting. This infuriates me to no end….

Sean Curry Doctor Rudrapatna has been my primary physician for years, and he started me on meds for hypertension originally. Since I turned 50 hes tried to schedule a home colonoscopy and even made me witness him asking the staff to do it. They never did. At 54 I finally asked him to schedule a full colonoscopy instead. I hadnt visited for a while and was told my prescription couldnt be renewed until I scheduled an in house appointment and labs with fasting. Was able to schedule the labs but MyChart was just showing No Availability for the doctor. Received reminders for the labs, fasted 12 hours, took off work and checked in to the exam room. Was told the doctor had not ordered labs, he was working from home and not available to see me so they sent me away. The next day I received an after visit summary and a message that my refill was denied. Now Im a week away from running out of blood pressure medication and looking for a different medical group. I just dont have the time to keep trying with PrimeCare.

Gerardo Campos I had lost my insurance and had to go on medi-cal at 6 months pregnant due to being laid off from covid. I had unfortunately chose Dr. Anastasia Click for my OB. From the first day I met her, she was very cold and abrasive. I was in labor for 73 hours with little to no progress. She refused my C-section with my child stuck in my birth canal for too long. Her words to me where “well you wanted to be a mom, than you need to go through it.” I had to literally DEMAND my c-section due to no progress PLUS my preeclampsia getting worse! Dr. Click is 100% RACIST. If you are a person of color and/or on medi-cal PLEASE do not choose her as your doctor. She Will let you or your child die, if you do not fight her for safety protocol!

Will Myers In response to many of the comments / reviews I read earlier, I wanted to write a review of my experience with CSVS - Sanborn. Granted, I had an appointment, but I was in and out of the clinic in about 45 minutes. The reception and medical assistance staff were friendly, hilarious and helpful. The doctor was quick, but efficient, and addressed all my concerns satisfactorily. Whatever issues seem to have been present 10+ months ago, my experience reflected something vastly different, and my only complaint is that it took a couple weeks to get an appointment, but that timeframe was better than some of the other clinics I contacted.

Juan jose Belmontes When in a couple a weeks about to register as a new patient and was quickly assisted at the door by Nely. She was super helpful and registered me really quickly and gave me some information I requested. She seems really knowledgeable. The place gave me hospital vibes instead of clinic vibes. I’m going in for my first appointment at 830 tomorrow. I’ll give an update on how that went. So far so good.

Ana Rivera Such bad service in general... I have been bringing my mom for her appointment, and she literally takes 3 hrs or more to get attended and helped. Then, when they set appointments, they either called her later or earlier cause they had space but ended up helping her at the time she was supposed to come in? When they give her diagnosis, they always go back on their words. In other words, they contradict themselves. They dont even know what theyre saying, and when my mother asked question about other stuff, they literally ignore it and just tell her its fine and so so. Apart from that, the whole staff seems and sounds so unorganized . My mom tells me how, at times, the doctor assistance is the one giving her the diagnosis while the doctor stays quiet? Like, okay. Apart from that, the nurses and doctors are always saying that one of them doesnt know better than the other one like? Maam what do you mean arent you all licensed? I understand that many nurses and doctors come here to put in "volunteer" hours needed for the medical field, so take this position seriously if you guys(staff) want to transfer out of this place because so far your attitued and service so far here in this establishment is such a joke to even be consider in any place. Im very disappointed.
