Scot Wood I called about getting my eyebrows threaded. Unfortunately they do not do that but Victoria was extremely nice and helpful on the phone. After I hung up she was nice enough to take her time to look up a place that performs it and called me back with the information and also texted me the information. Helping someone when you do not benefit is a very hard thing to find. Victoria is awesome!!

Diana Roy always does a great job on my nails and also my daughters. He is always on schedule and very professional. Not only do I love the work Roy does, he is also a great person. If I could I would give him more stars, he really deserves it, the best nail shop in Ukiah hands down!

Apple I Im a first timer here Roy is so professional he truly knows how to please his clients with patience and experience my first visit was excellent I love that he spent time with his work not rushing through it the salon is so neat, lovely and very clean it has warm feeling like you are at your friends living room. Super happy with my nails definitely be coming back. I recommend call for the appointment.

She came home in tears of relief. Her back pain subsided, her headache disappeared, and she felt completely renewed. She said she didn’t realized how bad it was but felt like she could walk straight again. She has gone back and her second experience was just as amazing as the first. Devon Richardson Laura‘s massage felt like a toothless baby hippo naughing on my entire back… As a 40 year old man who spent decades in the physically grueling trades with multiple herniated discs. I’ve gone to many massage therapist and always felt kind of lost as if I’m supposed to say ouch to let them know they’re in the spot they need to be, but we don’t just yell out something hurts, We stay silent. And I always hope to find the massage therapist who could feel within my body those points of tension and Laura did that! she found them and she chased them out… By far the best massage I’ve ever received! Five stars and I’m definitely going back!

Marissa Rocha My cuticles burn, my nails hurt, there’s no apex in the nails and the worst part is that my nails were not done right at all. There are multiple missing gaps in my French tips, my pinky’s look nothing like the inspo photo either. I’m so disappointed cause I paid $75 for the worst set of my life. I rarely treat myself to these things but with Valentine’s Day coming up, I thought it would be worth it. Would not recommend coming here

TreVaughn I called and booked a deluxe pedicure and a full set and were pleased with both. The staff was extremely pleasant and the service was top tier. The shop most definitely had a nice vibe to it . My favorite was the nice mini massage I received after my full set. It definitely made me feel like I was being pampered.

Asia Darling Last time I got acrylic nails, which turned out fine. This time I got a gel pedi which I made an appointment ahead of time with two friends. The lady doing mine left halfway through to go help two girls in the back room. She didn’t say anything to me, just left me there. She took so long that another worker came to finish her job after finishing my friends nails. I asked for sparkly white. Apparently that means them smearing glitter powder over gel. I asked her to just put a clear coat over so I could leave. My friends were well over done and I didn’t want to waste more time for them to fix it. I almost felt bad for not tipping, but I honestly don’t feel the whole experience was even worth the $55 charge. I love bringing my girls here for the princess chair fun. Unfortunately today’s experience gets a 1 star review.

Francisca Castillo This shop reuses there supplies and do not santized the pedi tubes after each use with any antibacterial sprays or disinfectants just sprays it down with water. They re reuse the plastic scrubbers to scrub your feet over and over they’re warped down and visible at the sink. They will also help other ppl before you even if you call a week out in advance to get an appointment. Just super rude about it and then will make you wait which is also rude when you as a customer go out of your way to schedule an appt in advance. I’ve also sat plenty of times getting a mani and pedi while they talk in Vietnamese loud and talk about customers in Vietnamese . Will never go back there again!

Clark Simpson My girlfriend went to get her nails done here. After three days her nails are chipping. Shes very upset by the price, and the service. The way her previous nails were removed was unprofessional and unsanitary and hurt her natural nails.

Melissa P April is one of the best manicurists ever! Absolutely love the attention to detail and the energy of the space. Seems like its mostly by appointment or regulars stopping by. I was lucky to get a last minute appointment. I live about 2 hours away, but may do the drive regularly just to get this quality. No rough edges, she listened to what I wanted, showed me options and also gave me great suggestions.

Robbie Reeder Had a gift card and thought I would treat myself. They were friendly but I paid $65 for deluxe pedicure and this is what I ended up with. I am very disappointed. I do not expect perfection especially with my feet but this is really bad.

J Marino So I asked for this shape In the third picture and this is what I got but that’s not really what made me give them a one star review what maybe gave them a one star review is when I asked her to reshape them it was almost like an inconvenience for her to shape them the way that I wanted I was kind and respectful but her attitude towards me completely changed and on top of me kindly asking her there was fuzz in my nail that I asked her to take out and also it was inconvenient for her to fix I do not recommend going to this nail salon as you can see I posted the picture that I left with the picture that I showed her are not the same at all, On top of all those mistakes that she made she still charge me $70 for a full set that looked lumpy and fat..

Mylea Login This was my second visit to this salon, and unfortunately, it was even worse than the first. I had a bad experience with my gel nails on my last visit, but I decided to give them a second chance. I called ahead for an appointment and was told to come in, but when we arrived, we had to wait over 40 minutes. They rushed through our services, and just like last time, my gel nails didn’t even last a week! I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

sarah acosta I’m sorry but I did not like my manicure experience whatsoever. You can tell right off the bat they don’t properly wash and disinfect their implements as they visibly had nail dust & other residue. Also, the lady was working under someone else’s license so that was a red flag. The manicure felt like it was done very lazily; and once she asked me if I wanted a massage (which they charge $5 for 8 minutes) she only did it for like less than a minute. I’ve given this place at least 4 chances, and they keep letting me down. If you guys want to go to a more consistent nail salon, go to Rose’s

Distancing between customers, temperatures required at entrance, Plexi glass between customer and nail technician. Seems like theyve got their system down and it was a great pedicure. Prettiest design for my toes!

Redblues b Our hotel was nearby and had time for a pedicure. Was very impressed with pedi, foot and shoulder massage. So much so when I left I forgot my wedding rings and my great aunts ring. Did not realize till the next day at 6am when we were ready to get back on the highway :/ Thanksfully, they were open on Sunday!! Was there when they opened and Emmie ? recognized me and THANKFULLY had seen my rings and kept them safe to give back to me. HOW LUCKY!! Great salon, even better honest, genuine people. I will never forget how grateful I was. Finally to our vaca destination and wanted to say Thank again!

Kelley Samantha She did the absolute worst job on my nails Im never going back here again she didnt do what I wanted and theyre uneven looking bubbles she did it half fast, didnt even fill my whole nail AND got acrylic on my skin! Avoid this place at all cost thought it would be nice cause of the location but dont let that fool you
