Sheryl Sousa After being a client for over 20+ years Lona Martinez decides to take out her personal issues towards me, out on me by slicing me not once, not twice but three times in a row with a sharp nail file. The third so deep that I was gushing blood for a good 5 mins & left in tears. Only to be told "I wasnt paying attention" She might do great work but not at that price!!! There is better out there....trust me

Jaira Safakish I had a flight the next day so I needed my nails done quickly. I was helped quickly, which was great, esp because I just needed gel. It felt rushed. My nails were uneven, so I had to ask them to fix that. My thumb nail was poorly painted, so I asked them to fix it, I was told it was fine, but it was not. They eventually redid it, but not before she used the file on me so harshly, it actually burned. When done, I had nail polish on my fingers. Also, not sure what theyre sanitation process looks like, but it didnt seem like much because she just grabbed someone elses file to file my nails down. I will not be returning.

celeste lopez This place is very unprofessional. I had Madea appointment 1 week in advance and called the night before to confirm and all of a sudden I was not able to be seen. Appointments are not worth making. Lots of excuses . Owner said the other girl who made the appointment was sick. Well I never received a call. I would have shown up wasting my time to just be turned away due to their mistake. Accountability for your mistake would be nice. I warn you others do not go here this establishment is not up to A standard business.

Leonardo Martinez Doesnt respect appointments. Is happened twice that they dont respect appointments. The first time I accompanied my mother, who made an appointment a few days in advance. When we got there she was attending a different client and told us to come back later. Recently I went with a friend to get her nails done and they had left a young woman in charge even though she could not do nails or take appointments. Not her fault she wasnt allowed to do much and the bad management. She told us to make an appointment with the nail technician. So we did. When the time came for the appointment she backed down as she preferred to attend two other clients. Even though she was shown the message where she confirms the appointment she still didnt respect it. She clearly has favoritism amongst clients to where she doesnt respect new clients appointments. Dont recommend as they wont respect your appointment if your a new client. No respeta las citas. Pasó dos veces que no respetar las citas. La primera vez acompañé a mi madre, que hizo una cita con unos días de adelantado. Cuando llegamos allí ella estaba atendiendo a un cliente diferente y nos dijo que volviéramos más tarde. Recientemente fui con un amiga para obtener sus uñas. Habían dejado una mujer joven a cargo, aunque ella no podía hacer uñas o tomar citas. No es su culpa que no estaba permitida para hacer mucho y la mala administración. Nos dijo que hicieramos una cita con la técnica de uñas. Así que lo hicimos. Cuando llegó el momento de la cita, se nego, ya que prefería atender a otros dos clientes. A pesar de que se le mostró el mensaje donde confirma la cita, aún no la respeto. Claramente tiene favoritismo entre los clientes a donde no respeta las citas de nuevos clientes. No te recomiendes, ya que no respetarán tu cita si eres un cliente nuevo.

Hice una cita con ella una semana en advance y cuando llego a mi cita me dijo que nunca la hice aunque tenía el mensaje de la cita y atendió a otra gente mejor. Ni siquiera pidió disculpas, ni habló conmigo sino mandó a otra persona a decirme que no me iba atender. No respeta el tiempo de sus clientes y no es profesional. **Update** The first time it took two times for them to attend me. And the second and LAST time I went it took an hour and a half past my appointment time to get service. The worst experience with a nail tech by far. I scheduled an appointment with her a week in advance and when I show up she says I never made an appointment even though I had her message confirming the appointment. She took in other people instead and didn’t even speak to me, she didn’t apologize and instead sent someone else to tell me she won’t do my nails all while giving me dirty looks with her client. She doesn’t respect people’s time and lacks professionalism.

Aylin Montoya Bad customer service! In the beginning the person doing my nails was nice and as soon as i asked her if she could fix my nails that I had already spoken to her about she got mad and told me she was gonna remove it all. When I was paying her for her time and I would even double the cost if it meant I’d leave satisfied with the out come. Told me that I didn’t tell her there was something wrong when she had told me she was going to fix them in the end. I asked for French tips and all the nails were super thick, the shape wasn’t in the form I showed them, all 10 nails were uneven. In the end she removed the nail polish and I went home with no satisfaction of my nail appointment and her service. They made me pay 45 out of the 60 when I should have payed them nothing at all for wasting my time making me think they could do the job. If they told me to pay 20 understandable but they just left my nails beat up.

Shoshana Maran My daughter wanted to get a set of nails, very last minute 5:45 pm on a Friday, she not only accepted my daughter but me as well! I had to wait a bit, but the owner stayed late and very gracious. It was very inexpensive and they look amazing. It was hectic, she was very calm and professional!! Great set, so affordable & a future returning customer!

Edward Morin Went to get nails done for my bday party and one of the ladies helped me out. During the process I noticed on one hand it wasn’t matching the others with the glitter/shiny part. I told the lady and she blamed me for not putting it in the light long enough. I told her I did do that and she said I didn’t lol. Ok. So she told me to put it under the light and after I told her it wasn’t matching still. She said it would look better under the sunlight. I paid $60 for me and my daughter’s nails (she just got a pink color nothing crazy) and went outside. It looked off, but maybe it was me. As soon as I got to the car I asked my husband and he said it was way off. I went home and called the lady and she said to fix it it would be $10 extra to fix something she messed up on so I said no it’s ok. A couple hours later I got a payment update to my card that they charged an extra $5 for some reason?!?!

S Anne is amazing , she always makes sure Im happy with my nails/waxing. If she does not have an open appointment, when I call to schedule she always returns my call with a time she knows is convenient for me. She creates a very welcoming environment and literally remembers every single customers name that walks through the door.

Monica Hamilton I made an appointment for dipped fingernails. Turns out they only have a dipped base coat, which they paint over with regular nail polish! REALLY??? Needless to say my nail polish was cracked on all 10 fingers within 24 hours. I went back the next day and they saw what a mess my nails were. They told me to come back another day when the owner would be able to help me. What? I am supposed to live and go to work with nails that are peeling off? Why didnt they take my number and have the owner contact me? Apparently they have no service recovery skills - and from the recent reviews they need it. And they need a better business plan. How deceitful to make an appointment for dipped nails when you dont even have the products!! Dont waste your precious money or time.

I came to get my nails done for my daughters wedding and the lady said they looked ugly because THATS HOW THE COLOR I CHOSE SETTLED AND DRIED. cheap quality, horrible job!! Horrible experience, they still made me pay for their horrible poor job! They didnt even bother to clean up the edges or fix the parts where the paint was coming off.

Elianna Reyes Last time I went to this nail salon they did really good but today I went back and it wasn’t the same. In the photo you can see they are nothing alike. I had to speak up about the glitter (which while doing my nails she said she didn’t have). And I also had to tell her about the stars because they forgot to add them on. Then I got charged 50$…. I don’t understand why they said they could do my nails like I wanted them then proceeded to have non of the materials for it.

leonor medina If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been her a few times, but NEVER again!! Always a bad experience with the workers with them being rude or not wanting to do a simple design (flower, or lines, etc.) this last time I got the owner Michelle, and oh boy, she is extremely rude. They make you feel uncomfortable since you can tell that they are talking bad about you. Then when it came for my picking a color she throw the nails onto the table and asked what color with an attitude. Not even a minute passed when she asked again in a mad voice. I feel like they do it rushed and not professional. It hasn’t even been a whole day and the gel on my acrylic nails is already chipping, which has never happened before. Never again. Always a bad experience.

Caitlin Croghan Just got a manicure with Michelle. It was my first experience with her and her salon and it was a wonderful one! She is pleasant, diligent and efficient. As someone who is very new to getting my nails done, I’m pretty shy and self conscious about it, but she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be going back.

Alondra Ruiz I would ignore the bad reviews if your a new person looking for a salon; Im sure the bad reviews are all a bunch of "Karens". I have been coming to this salon for many years and I have never walked out disappointed. Many of the reviews are talking about appointments and waiting long. I recommend making your appointments early between 10am-12pm. If you walk in in the afternoon you will definitely be waiting a while. People need to understand this place is a great salon so of course they will be busy, especially in the afternoons. As for some people saying Michelle is "rude" she is not, she is just a very serious person. Shes not coming to work to make friends shes there to do her job, which she does very well. Never fails at what you want done.

Liz Atilano I was a bit hesitant based on reviews, I’m glad I looked past them. It was very nice and quiet. Even the employees speak to you in a soft voice that my poor hearing had to adjust to the calm environment. Go with time. They take their time in the best way! Even though I was there late and the shop closed while I was still there I did not feel rushed in the slightest. Helen took her time, she was sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back.

Evelyn Bedolla My first time here because the nail salon that I’m a client of was closed due to the Thanksgiving holiday. I asked for a pedicure and a manicure, but the lady who did my manicure did not clean my cuticles well, she made me bleed from two fingers. She put too much nail polish on my nails, they looked so fat. My pedicure…. Oh my, the lady did a horrible job. I asked for short toe nails and she kept them long. I asked to be gentle due to my medical condition, yet she did not give a damn. She did not clean my cuticles at all. And the nail polish she used looked clumpy. The skin close to my nails was painted. It looked like a 5-year-old had painted my nails. I asked to re-paint my toenails and another lady painted them, she also did a horrible job. I ended up just asking to take the nail polish off. I was very unhappy with my pedicure and manicure. The lady who did my Mani had told me it was going to be 30 dollars but because I kept telling her how to do my nails she ended up charging me 40 dollars. For my pedicure, they were charging me 40 dollars and I told them no. I told them that I was willing to pay $25. They got mad but they granted me 25 dollars for my pedicure. I do not recommend this place, aside from doing a horrible job, the salon is dirty and unsanitary. Save your self a dollar and go to another salon.

Jennifer Jones I’m so very happy to finally found a great place to get my nails done and eyebrow wax also. I have been looking for about 3 months going from salon to salon in Watsonville hoping to find someone who can do my nails and my wax without hurting me as well as listen to what I actually would like done and do it. Finding a place who can do both , nails and wax , with great results , and be affordable has been so challenging. Almost gave up on being

Jessica Trujillo If I could, Id give negative stars. They were happy and willing to take me as a walk in. But thats where the pleasantries ended. There were old nail clippings in my seat when I sat down. The tools did not come from a fresh pack. After removing the polish, they began cutting my cuticles. She cut me and I was bleeding. I then said it burned as she tried to continue with the pedicure. I asked her to stop and said I did not want to continue with the service. When I asked how much I owed for the nail polish and cuticle removal, they tried to charge me the full $30. Then, when the lady who had done my pedicure heard that I didnt want to pay the full $30, she started yelling, making faces at me, and walked off. Filthy establishment, filthy environment, filthy work, and filthy customer service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR $1,000,000 in cash!!

Alejandra Lopez Went in asked for a short french tip zebra acrylic set. Left with weird stripes that don’t even resemble zebra print. The lady doing my nails cut me twice, she seemed to be in a rush and was rough, my nails were left uneven and crooked, and i was charged $60 for work that i feel should’ve been way less than $60. Overall the worst salon Ive ever been to, won’t ever go back again

Kristal Alvarez Seemed pretty rushed. Nails were painted sloppy. They kinda cut me on my bigger toe.. it stung, plus they didn’t clean around the nails?!? Mind you this was $51 dollars when I had specifically asked for the GEL SPA PEDICURE $35!! Had to buy my own file after to fix them!!

Kimberly Egler Lady didn’t literally do ANYTHING to my feet. I kept telling her what I needed/should be done, but she didn’t understand. The lady that was doing my daughter’s pedicure could tell that nothing was being done for me, and actually just took over mine when she was done with my daughter. THIS was what was done to me in the end. Back, not bottom, of my heel was scraped raw from the pumice stone. Allegedly I was given the “deluxe spa pedicure.” I also didn’t see anyone wash their hands, pull instruments from peel packs and/or sanitize their hands nor equipment. 0/5 stars!

Sarah K Horrible. Dont go here. The salon is dirty. Finger nail and toe nail cuttings all over the floor. Trash. The lady cut my toes and used the tool to take off my gel, but did cuticle on my big toe, rubbing it raw. After they booted her, the next lady sprayed my toes with alcohol and I could feel every cut. Then they put a cotton ball soaked in alcohol on my toe and it burned. I asked if they cut me and she said that she was fixing it. Im reporting them for sure.

Louise Johnson Had the full treatment because it was close to the previous appointment I had. They are never on time according to the times posted. Their excuse is always the same...TRAFFIC! the wax room was filthy but the job was done well. They seem to be nice but they overcharge for simple massages that come free in most other salons.. Ill never go back!
