Juniper Rogers When I walked into this salon it looked fine nice and clean but that is not why Im complaining. First off I have been there before but I have never had my nails done there so I didnt know what I was getting into. I got french tip nails but they werent white but I Instead I just wanted pastels plain pastel French tips with different colors on each nail simple right but the lady who was doing my nails smudge them multiple times or had bubbles in the nail polish which wasnt that bad but when I went to pay they charged me extra money just for getting multiple colors and after that I went home and 3 days later the nail polish already chipped off. I do not recommend this place if you want nice nails or one that lasts a decent amount of time.

Monique Barrett When we entered, the staff was extremely rude. We greeted them, but the man ignored us. When I asked him about removing acrylic nails, he dismissively told me, Dont tell my wife anything; she knows what shes doing. I was simply asking a question, yet he chose to prioritize another customer instead. The rude and discriminatory behavior was very apparent. We will never return to this establishment. If I could give them a negative zero rating, I would.

Teak Hahn I got my nails done yesterday morning and my nail technician (I think her name was Lisa) not only took an hour and a half to give me a full set of gel on acrylics, but she also cut me with the nail drill in 5 different places as pictured.
Nice & personable people but poor service considering it was not busy at all and she took a long time. Discouraged from going here again...

Veronica L WOW. SIMPLY WOW. I would’ve given 0 star if they have this option.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. There are only two employees, and both had a terrible attitude. On 05/21, I went for a gel manicure and pedicure. The male technician who started my manicure rushed through it when a new customer walked in. He completed my nails in less than 10 minutes without even cleaning the cuticles, and the polish was sloppy and outside the nail lines. I was upset but politely asked him to fix it. He then had the female technician clean my cuticles and remove the excess polish. I thought my request was completely reasonable and I had treated her with respect. She had to clean up the guy’s mess, and I felt sorry for her, which is why I tried to comfort her, told her it was okay, said multiple “thank you” while she was cleaning, and tipped her around 25% in cash for her effort.
However, when I returned with my mother today, I specifically asked for the female technician. They refused, kicked me out, and told me they wouldn’t serve me because I “gave her too much stress.”
I was in shock when I heard that, and almost laughed cuz I was too speechless about the comment. Stressful? For what? Was it because I politely asked them to clean up the nail when they messed up, or was it because I tipped more? Crazy. It seems like they discriminate against Chinese customers because I observed that they were very friendly towards white customers. The same request to redo the nails would never have gotten a white person kicked out.
I am sharing my most honest experience without any exaggeration. Please take this into consideration before visiting this place.

navy07 I asked for a white french tip and they did it ok. if you look from the side, the nails are extremely uneven and they didnt do any cuticle work. The lady doing my nails also cut my from filing too aggresively (she did sanitize it but waited less than 1 minute before going back to dip the powder). When i left there was acrylic crusted all over my hands and cuticle, leaving it looking very sloppy. Eventually the acrylic on my cuticle did come off but it took a solid week. but they did give us mini bags of chips at the end and the staff was kind. Overall, you should come earlier in the day as there are better nail techs than in the afternoon/evening.
