Paula Whittier I wS so happy and I love the fact its husband and wife who have been in the same business for 20 + years it was closing time but they took us in , honestly " the mom & pop shop" was amazing and I will always come back. So hard working and excellent in my opinion. If youre in this neck of the woods please check it out

Alexis Bejar I went here because the salon I originally wanted to go to was closed. I found this place open next to DDs. Dont go here! I regret it due to they wanted to charge me $20 to blow dry my hair. I couldnt tell if the outcome was good. They demanded extra money to blow dry my hair, so I left the salon with my hair soaking wet. Didnt even offer a towel to dry it. I feel like my hair cut was also rushed because it was done within 15 minutes. I even showed the lady a front and back photo of the hair cut that I want but it was no where near the outcome. Despite everything, I still wanted to be nice to staff so I wanted to pay credit card to give her tip. But I didnt expect they charge $3 extra if I use my card. I understand its normal to pay for processing fee but its usually around 1-3% only. This place is a total scam.

Nae Huggins I really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe. Beautiful place. Very kind people and they serve wine! Definitely a plus for me. I’m giving 2 stars because I was disappointed that she cut my nails shorter than what I wanted. I emphasize to her, do not cut my nails short and it was already done. So everything I asked for wasn’t done right. I was charged almost $80 for nails I could’ve done at home, I just wanted one color for mani and pedi. Very basic, no design, nothing special, but I didn’t get that and was charged quite a bit of money. I got the gel for my hands and it’s already chipping away and it’s been 3 days. I still tipped, so I paid a good $100. Great people, but I don’t think I will come back. It’s insanely expensive and I wasn’t happy with the outcome.

Jocelyn Zepeda Very unprofessional, I called and scheduled an appointment for 5:30pm, I got there on time and they made me wait 30 minutes. The guy who did my nails was making and taking calls the whole time he did my nails. Expensive. They tried to charge me 65$ for SHORT plain white French tips. When I told the tech that they normally charge me 65$ for LONG nails he got upset and called the owner and made me talk to him so I asked him why theyre charging me the price of long nails and the owner said they raised their prices.. I told him I was not going to pay $65 for short nails when they made me wait 30 minutes and rushed to get my nails done, they were uneven and unclean (had white paint on the nails). They started doing my nails at 6pm and finished at 6:30pm. They say they close at 7:30pm so why are they rushing? The nail tech got aggressive then took my hands and cut the nails off, then yelled at me to get out and never come back. I never raised my voice nor gave him any attitude. I just simply walked out. They are unsanitary, they do not sanitize their equipment. The place is a mess, you can see how disgusting every nail station is. Health and safety! They must use MMA products because my nails burned and they never burn when I do them at other salons. I attached a photo and you can see how sharp and uneven he left my nails. stephanie chiquet Im so unhappy with ny service. Not only was the staff rude, but just really tough on me. While I was getting a pedicure I asked the lady to make the water less hot and she still left it on burning it literally burn my feet but that wasnt the point she was also being really rough on my nails when she was filing them down where she left cuts around my feet when it came down to get my actual set done I asked the guy to be gentle he kept being rough my nails are really thick all shaped when I said that the shape was off he try to blame it on my shape of my own hands I paid $80 for my set and I think that is just outrageous. Nicole Lorena spotty there is a lumps on the actual nail and they look terrible Im so unhappy

Naaf TOURE John was Amazing ! Thanks for taking me 15 minutes before close time. Everything was done efficiently and « quickly » ! Very nice and polite enough to ask me if I love the color… length.. I’ve already tried 3 nails shop in Vallejo but this is the first time they do what I ask.

Holly Devine Horrible place. They kept creeping up the prices after already agreeing on my daughter’s and my nails. She got dip powder and the over dipped on some nails so the colors didn’t match. I paid for the top of the line pedicure and they only massaged my legs for 3 minutes. They didn’t using the rolling tool they mention or hot stones. They didn’t give me the shoulder and neck wrap and only credited me back $5. I continually talked to them about my big toe being a fake nail and on day 2 because they used the old fake nail and didn’t glue it down my nail has popped off. Not to mention all my gel is peeling off. It started the next day and now my whole hand is chipped and peeling. The gem shines are crooked which the woman re did once. I was running late so I couldn’t stay longer. Also before I could say no the woman was already using the cheese grader on my foot which was hurting because she didn’t need too and I now have athletes foot! I spent over $250 for both of us. I have never had a nail place do this bad. The gel they used is very thin.

Ieshia Inconsistency in the quality of work. Made an appointment with a specific technician and the appointment wasn’t honored. The tech wasn’t with a client either. If you get a fresh set they seem to be better. if you go in for a fill on work they did, forget it. If you ask for an imperfection to be corrected you’ll be ignored until someone else comes to look at it.

Michelle Smith I loved it here at Fiona Nails! She was professional and kind and just made my whole experience there wonderful. I hadnt gotten my nails done in a long time and she did a great job! My fullset Gel-X was perfect she didnt rush and it was very natural and last long. My pedicure was also awesome! She took her time and made sure I was satisfied about my service. I Definitely will be back again she made me a new customer for sure!

Janeth Aguilar Avina Fiona Nails! Great experience. She took me on a Sunday! Appointment only! Love that she punctually, friendly, personal and my nails look fantastic. I can not recommend enough. Once you’re one of Fiona clients, you won’t want to go anywhere else.

Tori Johnson Fiona is absolutely amazing! She is the best for nails and pedicures. She takes her time, listens to what you want and makes sure you are happy with the results. All of her designs are super cute as well!

Myra Victa I love Fiona! I’ve been seeing her for about 9-10 months now (I followed her from the last location she was at) and I’m so glad I found her. Fiona is really kind and patient, even though I sometimes ask her to do the craziest nails combinations and designs for me. Tiffany Kellerman I came in tonight at 7:00 not knowing that they close at that time. I was given VIP treatment and Tonya did a wonderful job on my nails. She was friendly, professional and fast!! I will definitely make the trip from Davis to have my nails done every 2 weeks. I cant say enough about the fact that I was taken in after hours, treated like royalty and the quality of the job was well worth the money spent!! Thanks Tonya and company!!

Tiffany Cook The staff is very nice and accommodating. They answered questions. The relationships they have created with regular customers creates a friendly and relaxing environment. That is one of the main reasons I decided to come back.. Unfortunately, my service wasnt as pleasant. The service felt rushed. The dip powder used on me had various clumps in it and gave me the impression it had been used on many other clients(not sanitary). The finished product looked a little wonky (see images). Dont get me wrong. I have received good service previously on a weekday , but perhapse a holiday weekend is not the best time to come. The staff seemed overwhelmed today and it changed the quality of the service. I recommend coming on a weekday.

Johnika Osborne I went in with a a design in mind, and I got just that, I will be returning, she takes her time and make sure you like it every step. Very friendly and respectful. Great place to replace after a long weekend. Happy Monday

Terra J Been here multiple times, always got a decent length, 3 colors for $60 never paid a dime over... Came in today wanted the same, was only charged $50 even though I told them I wanted medium which I would assume was the normal $60... Asked me where I wanted them cut then cut WAY below that twice.. when I complained they were too short she argued that its not short to them and she only charged me $50 like she couldnt have just charged more for what i wanted... When I tried to explain the difference she got mad, tried to refund my money saying I made her feel bad for not liking how she was doing my nails which I didnt ask for... Her and another employee tried to convince me they were medium and I had to argue my point to which she started to tell me to stop talking and I didnt have to come back .. Never seen her there previously and definitely wont be back seeing as I didnt ask for a childlike manicure... These are NOT medium, they are SHORT... I am not pleased

No One I got bad service all the way around. This establishment was wait to my appointment I got attitude they actually. Ended up Messing up my eyelashes To the point to where they cut off my real eyelashes On my right side. In replaced, Im with fake ones. Then they charge me full price. What kind of nails salon are yall running? There cause I will never be back and I am sure they gonna spread the word. Since this establishment cannot seem to make things right with me.

M J This was by far the worst experience ive ever had getting a set of nails done.. First off, they only had one person doing nails in this shop. The lady was working on 3 clients at the same time, literally running back-and-forth. She had 2 other clients just get upset and walk out. Apparently, they had been waiting there for a while. Then, one of her scheduled clients showed up for their appointment, and she was asked if she could come back tomorrow. She also walks out. This lady, who did my nails, was the worst nail tech I have ever had. She made my nails way too thin, and in the corner of each nail, was a small little crack in them. I believe she did this on purpose so my nails would break, then Id have to come back and pay more. After having my nails on for 3 days, one broke just by reaching in my purse. I had another one break wiping down the windshield of my car. My nails were not cheap, it was very disappointing that I only got to enjoy them for 3 days.

R. I dont get sets often and with that being said the few experiences I have had ELSE WHERE have engrained some bad memories. My manicurist was patient and he understand why I was jumpy when it came to addressing my cuticles (previous places not in vallejo would leave me bleeding after my appointments). The rest of the staff were kind too. They took me ad a walk-in also. I couldnt be happier getting my nails done literally 5 hours before event. THANK YOU! Also now to 10/1 get 20% ALL nail services

Scheria Nail Tech Susan did a fantastic job with my full set. I brought in a picture with my favorite flower to have something to help me smile more during the day. She did a great job with removing my old set pain free, the coffin shaping, color matching, and design. I LOVE it. Faciloty is always clean. They use high-quality nails, nail polish, and powders. Wide variety of colors available. All the nail techs are professional. They take their time to do a good job on each client. Make an appointment on a non busy day if you dont have the time or patience to wait.

Kari Wilson I just called the Shop to make appointment with Tiffany. The man that answered the phone is very rude. Talking to me as if I’m a child. Kept saying you’re not letting me talk. Tiffany online appointments are closed that’s why I called. Telling me to make appointment with another person. Don’t go anywhere when they don’t respect you on the phone or in person. Do be desperate!!

Flor Mejia From all the nail salons in vallejo this is the best one, online showed that they were booked for the day still but i called and i was able to go in, the wait was 20 mts or so which was great compared to other places that make you wait up to 1 hour….and also the design on my nails are super beautiful the best nail salon in vallejo because they know how to do acrylic nails, only complaint is that when they were aplying the nail coats or whatever is called it would burn soooooo bad but the had a spray and that would stop the pain within 7 seconds or so also my son was spinning on a little chair and the lady told him no so not so much family friendly, but i agree in a way because those chairs are to sit not to play but her grandchildren or whoever kids they had they did it a couple times and she never saw that or didn’t tell them to stop neither also some places make your acrylic nails so bulky and they did great! Also the next day my nails were hurting alot so i think she did my natural nails so thin but after the second day it was so much better now it doesn’t hurt anymore

Leilani Leilani The best nail shop in town! Very clean and professional. Although everyone here is talented & does great, my go-to is Jenny & Mark. Whatever I request, they definitely deliver. Very pleased with their services.

Shaquera Amajioyi I came for a pedicure because i got a recommendation and the cleanliness was not up to par. They advertise “All services Guaranteed 100% Sanitary” , and it doesn’t seem like it at all. I was sat in seat 1 closes to the door and a swarm of flies were in front of me, on top of that the floor around my was filthy and my water was icy cold. When i told them my water was ice cold they just added hot water without draining any which made it below lukewarm. I told the lady it was still cold before she walked away and she proceeded to walk away. Unfortunately they are one of the only open nail salons today so i will stay for my service, however i will not be coming back. When it was time for my actual service the lady brought over towels that were used on the lady from seat 4 or 5, the towel had nail clippings on it along with cuticle clippings and acrylic clippings and i had to ask for her to use a clean towel to put my feet on. I will say the lady over the phone who seems like the owner is super nice and sweet and when i walked in she immediately knew i was the phone who called for an appointment.

MaRejioney Lowery They are great with customer service, good with trying to match what you want, and they take off 5% of the total price if you pay in cash. Also, if you don’t have cash they have an ATM as well! Lastly, they do/make fake toe nails (powder) if you request it :)

Mani B Hello I went here today September 20th for one I want to start off with the nail shop is very dirty and unsanitary but the prices are cool which is why I go. But today they racially profiled me and asked me to pay ! Mind you I come here every month then accused of me not paying and walking out. The lady who did my feet was there and I showed them proof they told me they don’t remember when it happened or what the person looked like but they know it was me that didn’t pay! Which is false! How don’t you remember when it happened ! How you don’t remember the service or the price ! How you don’t remember what I look like but telling me that I didn’t pay! Do not go there ! They are racist ! Unsanitary! Everything be dirty it’s just the price is affordable never again !

Halee Terra I’m embarrassed to say I even paid for this “pedicure”. Gave me gel when I asked for paint and When I mentioned how sloppy they were it was no big deal because they’re in a rush home. Used to love this place but will not be back again. Looks like a child did ny toes and I paid $50 for them. Would not recommend this place to anybody after that experience.

Alison M C I came in with a photo of acrylics that were longer than mine, but Lily did my gel manicure really close to the original photo (from this nail salon). She was also FAST--done in less than 45 mins. She was efficient, nice, and made my nails look pretty and clean. $55 for the gel design of base color plus 3-colors (red, pink, white) marbled nails with gold leaf. Id come back to her in the future. Seems like an efficient shop.

Victoria D Ive been here a few times between my last review and now but took a break for a while. When i came back today i brought two friends. We all had negative experiences. We had appointments and still had to wait. They forgot one of my friends wanted a pedicure so she ran out of time for one. None of our artists could accomplish the looks we wanted. We all had to compromise and that still took a lot longer than it should have. Very disappointing considering how great i used to think they were. When you have your good artist dont stray in faith the others are at a similar level. -----------------+ This was my second visit and I brought my mom this time I set an appointment ahead of time for the two of us. Immediately had artists for both our Mani and pedi which was nice I didnt catch my artist name this time but she did the blue marbled nails with the gold accents She did a phenomenal job with the shape We got the pedicure this time and that was okay Im not sure why but my moms took an extremely long time (My pedicure was already done and I was already seated getting my hands done) and she said that her massage was barely even a rub which is disappointing because thats something we really like about our other salon ------- I went to my normal salon and the design artist was not there so I found this one Im glad I did This is my first visit and my nails were done by Little (black and nude nails) I showed her an inspo picture and she for sure executed I look forward to coming back here and getting a pedicure as well. The chairs looked pretty nice and all the stuff seemed friendly

Omggg I’ve been over here crying! I even tipped via ZELLE to some lady. I’m so hurt. Got them done November 11!!

Darrell Mccain Me and my husband went to London nail salon for the first time tonight. We had the most wonderful experience. We have been to many nail salons in the area and London nails salon is the best. It is a mom and pop salon, the couple that own it are absolutely amazing. I felt very welcomed and treated like a star. My husband and I have booked a standing appointment for every 2 weeks. The prices are fantastic and the service wont disappoint you. This salon is not hi tech or super fancy but it doesnt need to be. The service speaks for it self. Please give them a try. Darrell & Ron

He told her it would be an extra $25. She said he didnt charge her the last time she was there. He said "leave if you want to" and she did! I wont be back!

Alicia Dorton Had a pamper me day. Nails, feet and eyebrows done. Less than $100 including tip. Social distancing and mask were enforced. They also have plastic and plexiglass installed. Service is awesome..I drive from Fairfield to Vallejo ..25 minutes to go here.

Sun did an amazing job, took his time,n did my nails as I wanted, hes very funny,makes you feel comfortable.. would I recommend this shop DEFENALLY. chinna ford Love this place! I take my 9 year old and it’s a lady that is so sweet to her. She encourages her to take care of her nails so she can do intricate designs for her. My nails come out looking fabulous every time. They do not mind me experimenting with new colors and designs. They have so much to chose from—cat eye and mood polishes are my fav.

Santigold Pantheon I’m giving it a 2 because up until now they have been cool. Today, however, I mad an appointment with Tony for 4 pm. I come in and he is with another client. This bleeds over to 4:30. He doesn’t apologize, tell me what’s going on, doesn’t even make eye contact when I ask how much longer he has to go. When I finally sit down and tell him that I need him to shave down the sides a bit more to remove old acrylic, or just soak the acrylic off to start completely over, he pushes my hands away and says he doesn’t have time for that. He just wanted to glue my nail and the old acrylic back together. Gross. So I ask why he is being so rude. And walk out to cool down. I go back in and demand that something be done to make up for his rude behavior and the response went from trying to ignore me to trying to say he was hangry as an excuse as if his lack of time management is my problem. I can hear him talking mess in what I assume is Vietnamese. I ask them what are they going to do about his bad behavior, and they tried to ask me to come back today, Monday. Nope. I have work. The lady who ended up doing my nails said maybe I was lying despite the fact that everyone was writhing earshot of his rude remarks, but when he left, she apologized, as if she was either scared or didn’t want to be seen taking my side in front of everyone else, which is so wrong. She stayed an hour past closing to do my nails, but that was the very least that could have happened. Needless to say I will never patronize this place again.

Marina V. Thomas Came in here as a walk-in on a Sunday and was promptly greeted by Hilary and Vivian. Both took such good care of me, and provided me with excellent service. I live 40 miles away, and would make the trip to see them again.
