Skin cancer is an upsetting diagnosis but Dr. Geisse, Kyle Goleno and staff provided excellent care, made sure I was totally comfortable, and followed up after surgery. The surgery site was between my nose and lip so I was admittedly concerned about scaring. My results have been remarkable. Communication was fluid and clear. Best experience.

I find Dr. Gjerde to be a knowledgeable, thorough, caring Doctor. I feel comfortable with her and feel she is interested in my well-being. Not all doctors are like this, so I feel fortunate to have her as my primary doctor.

Beverly Herod My doctor, Dr. Quon is an awesome doctor! He has been my doctor for many years and it’s wonderful to go to a doctor who really cares and takes his time when I come for an appointment. He also makes sure I am referred to other doctors who are also very knowledgeable and caring as he is. The whole staff at Adult and Family Medicine are outstanding people! Thank you for having such amazing support people along with your Doctors.

M Wenzel Dr. Quan is well-versed on current medicines and trends. He’s always willing to take the time to explain various options and treatments that he is considering and why. On top of that he’s very kind has a great sense of humor and treats everybody with respect I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.

Nanette Sage When going to Kaiser over the last few days my experience was outstanding. I went for an MRI of my Neck on one day and Brain on the other and in both cases they were very professional and caring. They are always so very professional and yet their "bedside manner" is super friendly and comforting. Its like getting to see someone you always loved being around but have not seen in a long time. Just a great experience.

Violet I have Mixed feelings about Sutter Health and Dr. Chua because he didnt want to fill out the form and sign it, so my man can get his diabetic shoes but if he was Caucasian he would have filled it out and signed it for him thats why the health care system has to change because its bias towards ethnic minorities

Bianca Faye No reflection on upper management but the people down here in emergency desk cant speak proper English. I have no idea whats she talking about and shes nasty and rude. Your security staff is to the left of me keeps talking about being mistreated by their boss. She will not stop coughing and has no mask on. They things that go on here makes me think of Highland Hospital. Security is super ghetto talking all ignorant and loud. Is this a county hospital or what. I pay an insurance policy every month. Smdh

Du The Doctor actually took time with me!! My first visit was amazing, a true visit. In 38 years Ive never had an appointment last more than 2-3 minutes!!!!! And the doc was great! Now the only reason that I didnt give 5 STARS, is because when I arrived at the clinic for my appointment the doors were locked!!!! I had the hardest time getting in the office but I finally did. Maybe the girls up front should focus more on helping people instead of locking the doors early. Other than that, I had a great experience.

Melissa Mitchell I can’t say enough about this place, I usually don’t give reviews but I’m so impressed with my primary care provider nurse practitioner Victoria Owens, she treats myself my husband and my 3 year old son. We have been going to her since he was born and she has helped us through SO much, she always listens and gets to the bottom of our issues and treats us with so much understanding and respect. We actually had to transfer to kiaser for insurance purposes a while back and jumped through hoops to get back to la clinica. There awesome!! Also there new facility is super nice! One more thing doctor Merab (I’m sure I’m spelling wrong) is also SUPER good would trust either of them with anything!!

Alejandra Arguello The worst clinic in the third world, providers who are not doctors, unethical, lack of knowledge and professionalism, they gave me a bad diagnosis and as a result my dorsal spine is worse, limited range of movement, with chronic pain that does not let me sleep, because the pain is too intense, the provider (she is not a doctor) after she ordered me to do that the pain was terrible and he didnt care at all and he only said in the telephone appointment that he could do any type of work, I explained to him that the back pain was terrible but he didnt give it any importance, he didnt refer me to a spine specialist, Now Im getting worse every day, but not only that, the last time I arrived I told him that my potassium was low, he didnt believe it and I ended up in the Emergency Room the next day, I had to constantly call to find out the results of the exams because they didnt even deign to answer. return calls, they lost exams, please do not go to a clinic where in my case it is not a Doctor who treated me for 6 months, I have tests because several times I was accompanied by another person due to the pain that did not allow me to handle. Very bad experience, I hope they take the correct measures to provide good health to patients and American citizens and patients in general because health is the most important thing to continue having quality of life, being able to work, etc., in my case they destroyed my quality of life for being a provider who is not a doctor and does not have the knowledge to care for a patient with chronic problems of spinal pain, now I have cervical and thoracic stenosis with chronic pain, added to that I had to be calling to They gave me the results of a mammogram because they couldnt find it and I have balls inside that hurt, they lost my heart tests. California is a disaster along with this clinic, I already changed providers, thank God that from the first day he saw my x-rays he detected the problem because he is a real doctor and he did the right thing by referring me to a good spinal column specialist. The North Vallejo Clinic has less than 0 stars. Now I understand why the map turned red in these elections, I am an American citizen and I was treated the worst. Give feedback because California is the biggest disaster that exists in terms of health, quality of life, they say they are so liberal and they are the most racist there are and the worst with American citizens like me who are the ones who can vote for the changes. Before I was in Wisconsin and Florida, these last excellent states, unfortunately I made the worst decision when I moved to California without knowing that here health does not have its due importance.

George Edward Shockley II Hello, my name is George. Ive been a client of La Clinica North (Vallejo) for many years. I appreciate the care I have received through them. In addition to my PCP (Primary Care Physician), La Clinicas Urgent Care has also played a key role in maintainin my health. The Staff is pretty sharp with attention to detail, and I have never had my information shared without my prior consent. They have made Nutritionist available, and when my need was really great, a Food and Clothing locker filled the gaps that I couldnt. I would like to thank Dr. Anne and the rest of La Clinicas Staff. You brought me a feeling of not only Humanity, but mattering, . . Even when the rest of the World didnt. This is a 4 3/4 Star Rating, only GOD gets 5 !

Lee Slade I been coming here since I was a teen and have been always treated well by staff and anyone who interacts with me with me on site. Definitely would recommend getting any routine check ups or evaluations done here last time I was there Elizabeth was very helpful and friendly and was able to get me taken care of in an efficient matter.

DaShay Carter My Dr is very helpful! She respects my wishes and honors my decision to do things the natural way. The nurses always give my kids stickers and books even when it’s not their appointment.

Celeste Harris I visited recently, got an appointment by using their "standby" appointment system. The person at the front desk checked in with me from time to time, appraising me of my place in line and probable wait time. Upon entering the exam room I was met with nothing but efficient, competent, and caring medical staff. The in-house lab is especially nice. Upon my request my new doctor even telephoned my daughter later that day to discuss my case. I may be on Medi-Cal, I am low-income at present, but this facility matches any fine clinic I have been to in the past. From start to end my time at this facility was well- spent and pleasant. Thank you.

Stacy Velazquez Do not come here if you have chronic pain! They cant even give you the right referral for youre issues. They dont even put the issues of youre issues on that referral or they send you out of network. Please dont waste youre time with these people like I did with faulty promises! Or be told you have fibromaylga when you dont. On top of that you have to wait months for test results that concluded you have issues.

Ahnjaelee Surgery in 2 months. All labs and tests done, just need clearance from PCP. No available appointments, was advised to go walk in. Going back and forth each time we were 4th in line, they only accept 3 walk ins. Terrible. Health care shouldnt be like this.

kerinbot I have found them helpful and responsive. They provided referrals when I needed them and when I needed an appointment more quickly, going in early and waiting for a walk-in usually works if you have the time to spend a few hours to get a sooner appointment. I didnt find the grief/mental health appointment very useful... but for my physical health, theyve actually been pretty great.

Kati Steineman First and foremost Dr.Bayon is one of the worst doctors Ive ever been seen by. He was about and hour late and ignored half of my requests/concerns. His staff isnt much to rave about either. Front desk person got snarky when I tried to dispute a claim. Front desk mislead me into thinking I needed a follow-up phone call for a lab order that I already had the results for and is now trying to charge me $45 for a 2 minute "telehealth appointment" that was completely unnecessary. Will not be going here again.

Linda Young Terrible service, they dont answer the phone, you have to physically drive there to make an appointment, they check you in, you set for 20 minutes in the waiting room, then you sit for 50 minutes or more in the exam room before the doctor comes in. He barely listens to you and he just writes you a prescription and hopes that you go away. Unbelievable! Why are they opened? I have heard stories from others but I have my own experience.

Linney Mallian I wish they will have someone new in the front desk - either they do not know how to take a message or pass a message. And so argumentative when you ask a simple question in a nice way like "were your phones not working yesterday" - I asked this question when I called and no one picked up - called 5 times on the day in question.

Catherine Desley Let me start off by saying, I am confident about the ability of the doctors here. I do feel that they care about their patients. They are the best Ive seen in awhile. One of my family members has had Dr. Bayon, and myself have seen Dr. Yoshisato. They are very passionate and knowledgeable about their work. My complaint is more about the office environment and insurance coverage. As many reviews on the web will note, the wait time for anything here is absurd - its true. Ive also experienced this, having to wait forever on hold (or having my call dropped) to schedule an appointment...and the only availability was several weeks out. I get there, fill out my paperwork, wait to be called into a room, wait more. The receptionist comes in and tells me the doctors are "working on" contracting with the insurance coverage I have. In other words....they dont take it. I say fine, the visit fee is affordable. Get seen by doctor, get a Rx filled for $140 eye drops (which I could probably get a cheap equivalent of at the Dollar Tree, or perhaps Walmart OTC), and go home. Guess what? I looked online, and this has been an insurance problem with doctors everywhere for 2 whole years. Simply put, its *insurance discrimination* against Blue Cross Pathways PPO. aka Covered California aka ObamaCare. Yes, Im lazy - I could go get different insurance - but I also have no reason to, as I have no major medical problems and live a modest lifestyle. I get it, its not an ER - they can take their time - but Ive been coming to this place under the impression of convenience, and I clearly misjudged here.

S.M. I’d had multiple visits to the hospital on base, since we’re a military family. I was continually treated like an annoyance there. And they never treated my pain or gave me any answers. The pain has gotten so severe, that I decided to try this hospital! I got back immediately, and saw the doctor within 5-10 minutes of going into the room. The doctor immediately put in orders for bloodwork, urine test, got pain medicine put in, and got the ultrasound ordered. It turns out my endometriosis is severe, and I’ve got a big cyst on my ovary. I’ll forever be grateful for the wonderful staff. Who were caring, and kind! They didn’t make me feel unwanted. This is a WONDERFUL hospital and you’ll absolutely be taken care of.

Ashley Skinner I came here after being discharged from John Muir. John Muir discharged me knowing I didnt have a BM in 5 days. Coming here I was in immense pain and a day out of gallbladder surgery. I was rushed in the back and was instantly getting treated. I had nurses setting IVs, other nurses setting up EKGs. CT scan showed that my colon is inflamed. They admitted me. From the start the nurses and the ER Dr reassured me everything is going to be okay. Now being admitted I have nurses and DRs who care, they check on me. They do everything they can to ease my pain. They helped me in many ways I never had help from hospital staff before. They care so much for their patients and not so much the dollar signs. This is the hospital I will be going to for now on. Thank you Suttee Health for taking such good care me.

Tina Marie Free I came into the ER here for a broken nose and Ive had to wait in the waiting room for 4 hours before being seen. They are severely understaffed and it should be a crime to continue running this hospital in the city of Vallejo offering less than adequate service. There is a man in the waiting room bleeding out from his hand leaking blood all over the floor and he isnt receiving any assistance. This hospital needs to be evaluated so they can correct these gross incompetent services.

Joe Mendiola Took my wife into ER due to high fever from skin infection. They took 2 small bottles and 6 vials of blood for testing. It took several hours for the doctor to see her. In the meantime, while waiting for the doctor in room, she was shivering from being cold. The nurse assigned to that room, named Risa, said shell bring a blanket. After a few minutes waiting, I went to look for her and found her sitting and scrolling through her personal cell phone. I asked her wheres the blanket? A few minutes later, she appeared with the blanket and said "here put this on her ". She hauled ass out of the room. Minutes later, she came in the room with a few pills and water and said for me to give them to the patient. I would dare to think that all these were the job of the attending nurse. Perhaps because it was in the middle of the night and she was having a bad time or she just doesnt like her job. The hospital administration should admonish this employee to be more caring with proper professional attitude no matter the ethnicity of patients she is caring for. Do not let her attitude be a reflection and culture of Sutter Solano Medical Center.

Cat Austin My mother had a short stay at Sutter Solano and was so impressed by the staff. From the nurses to the support staff, everyone was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make her comfortable. They anticipated her needs and always took the extra step to ensure she felt cared for and supported. Im truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism during a difficult time.

Christine Marie Gomez Came to take my fiancé to the ER to see a doctor cause he’s not feeling too great got here at 9:30pm Tuesday evening and now it’s 2:36am Wednesday early morning and he still hasn’t been seen by doctor this is the worse ever normally we are out and in but today nah this is bad!! What the hell! I’d be better off taking him to Kaiser or David grant emergency room!

Ian Harding Jessup 2 worst hospital I’ve ever been too, the first being the Vallejo Kaiser, if you can make it up to Fairfield go there. Doctors are pretty good but most nurses there have a god complex. Seriously how some of those nurses sleep at night is beyond me.

Laronda Fortenberry I have been living in Vallejo for 7 years and this by far is the worst ER I have ever been to in my 33 years of being on this earth. I always have to beg them to run certain test. One nurse told me I was faking and then 3 hours later I was admitted into the hospital. If I could drive myself to John Muir I would. Lord help us all.

jason doe Horrible! I went to the ER because I felt sick and short of breath ….. blood test , x-rays , no swab to test for influenza A or B or Covid ….. I was sent home with an inhaler and prednisone ……. I got home and it got worse …. I Bought a 20$ test myself ….. I have influenza A , HOW DID YALL MISS THAT????? You’re the place we go to get the correct help , or at least that’s what I thought ! I’d recommend cvs pharmacy before Vallejo Sutter ER !

L M After leaving messages to get back into the PHP came in person to speak with someone because of the lack of not returning my calls and the urgency of me wanting to return back to PHP. Was able to speak with someone in person and spoke of urgency and being a prior patient of the PHP I have yet to receive a intake phone call and this probably a blessing in disguise because of going to return the John Muir PHP because I would not want to be experiencing a serious crisis and have to rely on this staff to attend to my needs.

silly billy BEFORE I SAY ANYTHING they lost my stuff and i didnt get it back for two weeks it took my mom AND the soical worker js to get it back no wonder why he left .. he even said it was bad himself my first mental hospital .. why would u put a mental hospital in VALLEJO i herd burn outs and shootings my whole 10 days here in november 2023 atp js shut down.. joe is cool tho sometimes
