Cyndal Mackert Kevin the owner was very nice and professional!! Jenni who did my daughters nails, did a GREAT JOB! I only paid $50.00! She got gel nail polish number 252. (This price did not including her tip)

Tricia Rabine This is hands down the best nail salon in Solano County. The owners are amazing as are all of their staff. The wait times are not long at all if you dont have an appointment either. They do the best nail art as well. I highly recommend this nail salon. Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed!! This will be my forever nail salon!!!

azo !! I’ve been coming here since June 2022, and I am amazed! Ms. Lana does such a good job and she is super accommodating of my requests for my nails. She’s super gentle, doesn’t cut my skin, and as you can see, she does a fantastic job! They have a pretty vast color selection and while I mainly come here for my dip gel sets, the pedicures they do are great too! I highly recommend this salon :))

Janet S. Went for a fill and pedicure. First, I showed the them what color I wanted from a specific pallet they gave me that was supposed to have matching gel and regular polish for my toes. (I don’t like gel on my toes) The girl grabbed the colors but they were not the same. Didn’t notice that until I got home. Then, the fill. I’ve had acrylics for a long time and never have they started to peal off or chip in less than a week. They weren’t even filed down correctly. They are so lumpy and uneven. They also only take cash which should be said to first time customers before the service.

Amy Carpenter Ive been coming here for about a year and they are fantastic every time. Ive gone to other places and had to come see Lana when my nails cracked. Lana uses good quality materials so my nails look perfect until they grow out. Both Ana and Lana have done my mani/pedi with some beautiful nail art. This is the place to go for nail art. Other places cant compare.

Bethany Longo I waited to write this review until I calmed down. This experience was a mess from start to finish. I went in to fix a broken nail and she asked me if I just wanted to do a fill on all my nails ($25 advertised) She clearly was not comfortable with dipped nails. I ended up walking out with massacred nails in a color I didn’t pick. She seemed irritated when I kept asking her to file them because they were so chunky and bumpy. She finally gave up and sent me on my way with a botched dip “fill” and charged me $55 for a full set. Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs. I have added photos of her work, and my normal manicurist’s work to correct them 4 days after because they were lifting so bad. So now I am out $120 for a set that should have been done correctly the first time.

Maninder Dhillon this place sucks! they did my nails horribly and they didnt do the right color. the lady that was doing my nails even hit me. she was even on a call and they could see me. i told her not to cut my nails, only file and she cut them soo short. she even hurt me when she was filing them.

Katie Alexander Went to get a manicure with my niece a and not only was I rushed when no one else was there. I got over priced for French tips (my niece was 1 color) and it was a chop job. Dont waste money here...

Cristina Nava So I went in for a pedicure which is my regular spot for pedicures ONLY but unfortunately I was convinced to get a manicure. So since I had been wanting my nails done as well I said sure why not but immediately regretted it. To begin with I had acrylic all the way up to my knuckles and it just felt messy and eventually when I went in the shower it stared to peal off but it left my cuticles looking crusty and not like i just got my nails done. Now 3 days later my nail are lifting and they look crazy. Definitely my worst nail experience ever. Also one of the main reasons I accepted was because the owner (TINA) was going to do them so I had decent expectations but nope she failed me. So now I know never will I go to them again for a manicure/ acrylics. Strictly pedicures. Also I paid $45 for something I’m not happy with.

Christina DiGiulio The people here are amazingly sweet! They always make me feel very welcome and communicate with me very clearly. Ive had an excellent experience every time. Ive only theyve been able to accommodate me walking in and pretty much saved me when my nail was broken below the quick. Im so grateful for this place!

Hillery First time customer here! I was pleasantly surprised with this establishment! It’s very pretty and clean. Ricki took care of me & I was so happy with my nails! She cleaned my cuticles & made sure I got the color I wanted after I changed my mind. Amazing service. I highly recommend.

Dalia Rodriguez Hello, hope you guys day is going good. I came here for the first time ever. I asked for Gel and a manicure. The lady who took care of me was pinching my cuticles a little too far and it hurt me quite a bit. There was a lady watching over her and well which I found weird. I asked for a nail color and she said that that’s not gonna work out. I chose a similar one and she ended paining my nails bright pink. I mentioned that this is not the color I asked for and she happily helped me and redid my nails with the original color I asked for. But instead of that color she gave me a different color. I told her, this is what I am talking about the color is not even correct and it doesn’t match the sample. She told me that they didn’t have that color. And they told me if I wanted a different color to top it off. I said “okay” I still ended with a color I didn’t want. At this point they gave me 3 different colors. They also pained on my cuticles and parts of my fingers. And after they corrected the color they told me I needed to pay more for the color replacement. And I said that I wouldn’t pay for that because they were the ones who messed up. The nails ended up patchy because they pained a different color on top of the “original color”. The nails were bumpy, my cuticles were painted and my skin was pained. They wanted to charge me extra. I will never come back. I hope the best for them but this experience was indeed stressful and weird. Lady was also filing her nails with the same file that she was using on me. She also didn’t take all of the last color off so I have small weird patches on my nails. (Week later) I saw the message the owner wrote on this review and called back asking if he was available so we could talk about this review. The lady on the other side of the phone said “he is not available, I’m busy right now, bye bye” and then hung up the phone. Haha this is absolutely ridiculous. I really can’t believe this interactions, both times I contacted this location and both times have been Terrible. I will be reporting this location. I’m sorry for the owner having terrible employees.

Amma G She does not know how to do nails. I had to teach her. Their priorities are watching tv while they do your nails. She lied about doing my cuticles and I had to practically convince her to do them. I would never go there again. Very unprofessional.

Ebony I have not been able to afford a pedicure in over a year. But today I was able to treat myself. And I had THE BEST pedicure from a sweet lady named Ms Ha. She was very detailed and THE MASSAGE was AMAZING!! The whole shop has such a relaxing vibe. Its really what my spirit needed today. Thank you so much!! I will definitely be back!!

RainaRavenwood I went here less than a week ago. The nails were almost exactly what I wanted. I was happy with them, glossy uv reactive green and a matte French tip. However, I was quoted a starting price for a full set at 45. He didnt tell me my nails would cost 75 until they were glued on. I conceded because we were halfway done. I posted the last picture of the day they were done. Now, almost a week later and I have to call them about their guarantee of which they claim to only cover breakage within the first day or two. Im a student and I dont work, Im writing in notebooks and typing and reading all day. Yet, a week in and my top coat is peeling on all my nails and the nail on my ring finger is lifting. Ive had acrylic nails before and they usually last me 3-4wks. I find 75 dollars for nails to last someone who doesnt work with her hands much only a week to be unacceptable. And they are unwilling to rectify it. I want them removed but I refuse to pay them more money to do it. Another salon I go.

Mari I had my eyebrows waxed here. i requested for thinner eyebrows. The lady over waxed my brows!!! They are extremely thin. And even worse, she waxed off about 1/4th of the outer side of my right brow!!!! She stated that I had a scar there, which I do not!!! I am so embarrassed of how my brows look and will never go back there for waxing.

Mena Kang I went in for a soak off and was so sad with my results. I never knew I could be upset with a soak off. I’ve been growing out my natural nails for about 2-3 years now. I finally got them to be long and strong. I started getting builder gel and never had issues with getting them done or removed. I came here because it was down the street from my house instead of going to my regular salon. They filed my nails so much they burned in the process and are super thin now. I was told the gel my salon used wasn’t good but I’ve never had issue before. My nails always came out strong after they removed it. Update: I had to cut my nails down to nubs and they still hurt. They are so weak that I can’t even wash my hair without feeling discomfort in my nails.

Kelly Ellis The staff were nice but my nails don’t look good at all. My first visit went well, I got a fresh set of Gel X nails (Princess Pink Color) I was a happy customer. My second visit didn’t go so well. I came in for a Gel X fill in. I was not happy with the outcome, my stiletto nails had lost their shape after the fill in. The manager tried to convince me that the shape was not altered but the pictures don’t lie. I paid a lot of money and walked out with clunky chunky nails (white)

sidney laws I got my first ManiPedi in years. It was very relaxing and comforting. Very calm atmosphere and no chemical smell like some other Salons. I went again today and had marvelous service from Erin. Shes very attentive and detailed and super friendly. I highly recommend Luxe Nailscape! Ive been 3 times so far and I can say that I have found my nail salon!

Cassandra Chambers I am new to Fairfield location. After visiting two other shops I was still not pleased with nail services. I randomly chose Luxe, called and made appt to go on Sunday. I believe her name is Lena, my manicurist, did an amazing job. She recommended some things to help my nails get stronger. That was more pleasing to me. I will be returning in two weeks! Karina Montes It took over 3 hours to complete my manicure and pedicure. It didn’t bother me that much until I heard their prices. I understand it’s a small business but paying almost 200 dollars for white toe nails and medium French tip acrylics is insane. Especially when my toes look like I did it myself. The last time I went to Luxxe,I loved my toes. This time was different. It’s a scam that choosing to do French tip costs you 30 extra dollars. When I got home I realized my toes do not look finished and the paint is all over my skin. It took so long that I was exhausted to go back. The workers are nice and my finger nails look good but that doesn’t fix the fact that I feel scammed and that my time was wasted.

Alina Fontaine Tay Tay was so wonderful & sweet!! I called for a walk-in appt & they fit me in for a full set. I normally get really long & sharp nails, but this time i wanted slightly shorter & more round- I felt so comfortable communicating what I wanted to her without judgement & boyyy did she deliver!!! Will definitely be back! They also do trendy nail styles!! 5/4/23- wanted to update that Tay Tay is still so wonderful & super talented! Love this salon!! 7/20/23- another update! whole staff is just overall wonderful. vibes are just great all around, they even gave me a discount for my birthday! complimentary mimosa with my pedicure & truly got to relax. literally lovvvvve it here always! 7/24/24- back again! always love this place, they’re really great. i can be picky & they always deliver no matter who im with! they’re also very honest about what will work with some nail designs & what won’t, which i super appreciate & respect, and are willing to work with me to find something in the middle that i end up totally loving!!!

leah hauer I love this place! I discovered them out of a few nail shops in the local area on Yelp and Im happy that I made this decision. I got a fill with gel polish and my experience was absolutely great. The lady who did my nails make sure that I like the shape I like the lens and I like the color and she worked. She didnt make me feel rushed and she didnt make me feel like I had to be repetitive with asking for what I want. My only problem with this shop is that there were a few flies but that could have been because the door was open and it was a hot day that I went. The shop was clean other than that the nail tech open new tools and even open new polish for my nails. I will absolutely be visiting them again! Color 612

Hillery My first time here, I had the guy assisting me. I asked to see pinks to choose from since I was requesting a French tip with dip. He nodded and said yes but then didn’t give me any pink colors to choose from. He chose for me. The pink he chose for me was too light for my skin tone. He also didn’t clean up my dead skin around my cuticles. I paid $50 including a $15 tip.

Jacqueline Carrasco Went in for a fill and asked that she remove the 2 nails that were lifting. She removed all my nails (I didn’t notice this because I was looking through the color book) and then ended up having to get a full set. She was extremely rough while doing my nails and cut me multiple times. When I asked that she fix the shape of one of my nails she just pulled my finger and said my finger was crooked? I was charged for a full set and nail removal even though I didn’t ask for the nails to be removed. Not a great experience to say the least.

Em E My niece and I came out here from Sacramento to get our nails done for my birthday. They were cute at first but after a few hours charms started to fall off completely. I paid 332 dollars just for our nails just for them to be ruined before my birthday. I literally went 2 days before my birthday and they were ruined too fast . It doesn’t make any sense that I paid that much and it was low quality.

Ivette Rivera I did enjoy my visit here, I like how they are polite and offer you a beverage (the coffee is amazing) . I also enjoyed the heat over my shoulders while I got my nails done. I do believe you get what you pay for here. The customer service and attentiveness of the staff is what earned my business. I would ask the cost before accepting services since I was charged a nail removal fee which I had no choice but to pay since I requested a new set. Ben did an amazing job with my nails and Annie made sure I was happy with my nail design. They also gave me the cutest mug for supporting their business. I will definitely be back.

Shakara Reed Kayla and her staff were wonderful. Their customer service is top tier. I got a pedicure and everything about it was amazing from the massage to the application of my polish. Kayla really took her time and was very thorough with her work. The shop is very clean and beautifully put together. You can tell they really care about their customers. She even gave me gifts for my first time coming in. This will definitely be my new nail shop moving forward. I would not hesitate to visit and make this you new nail home.

Karen Absolutely love this salon! My boyfriend and I got pedicures from Annie and Mai, and it was amazing. so relaxing and such a great experience. I loved it so much that I went back today for a new set of acrylics, and Annie did an incredible job! I needed a last minute Valentine’s set, and they were so kind and accommodating, squeezing me in with no problem. I’m so happy I found this place! Definitely my new go to spot! ❤️
