Juliana Campbell This place is a disappointment. They have old polish and curing light is low voltage. Got my nails and toes done, about $100.00 - one day after, my gel manicure chipped. Went back… they fixed but, you could obviously see the repair because they didn’t blend… looks awful. They also had me come back at 7:00 pm - despite me asking for earlier appointment because I had my son. My top coat, is chipping all up… my nails are also lifting. I am one week post manicure and the whole set looks like crap. Really bad job… will never go back and do not recommend.

Thank You I came in asking for a pedicure. Before I began my pedicure, I realized I was ten dollars short. So I told them I will only do pedicure without gel. The nail lady insisted that I did gel and she only offered me services with gel on it. She said I couldn’t do regular services. The ladies next to my left staring and this was making me very uncomfortable. The color came out beautiful. But the approach to my $34 dollar service wasn’t welcoming. I asked for her name, this way I knew not to refer people to her. But I liked the place itself. It was nice to be there and the chairs were comfortable. But I would not recommend it as my first choice. She said her name was Julie. Then she said her name was Lulu. But I overheard another lady being called Lulu so I am not sure if there is more than one Lulu. Anyway. I felt this review was necessary. I wouldn’t want my sweet young daughter or niece or anyone I know come here :(

Mali Diaz Very price, be careful the price post it in the wall is not true. I went for a new set of basic color, I got charged 85. The owner decides the price after gets done when she says one price.

Jennifer Perea Came in this morning for a full set. The woman that attended me was very nice but unfortunately I didn’t like how my nails came out the first time so I asked if she just can do nude color instead. Originally wanted French tip. My nails came out uneven and crooked. I also have multiple cuts as well. I’ve come here for years and I haven’t had a bad experience until now. I really liked this place but I’m not to sure now.

alma C I was sat down and the first tech tried to take off my set, stabbed my cuticle with her own nail, then proceeded to use her mechanical nail filer on the skin of my thumb, successfully burning me. I asked for a different nail tech, and the second one was slightly more careful, but not enough since she ended up cutting my skin with the cuticle clipper. I informed the main lady, and she just shrugged and said a half hearted sorry. Clearly not caring for my experience. The overall job was subpar, the gel polish that I paid for does not look nice and was not applied properly. All I asked for was a manicure. Do your nails here at your own risk.

Dolores Velasquez I’ve been coming to Kathy Nails since i was 15 i recommend them. They do amazing sets.

Samara Danae Linda was very sweet and took her time on my toes. She didn’t rush and was very gentle. Kathy rushed my nails and cut me twice. She left acrylic on my nails as well. I asked for a shorter length and i didn’t get that either.

Roxanne Arana My family has been coming here since I was a kid with my mom and I cant imagine going anyplace else. These ladies have always taken excellent care of us and on the rare occasion a new nail tech makes a mistake, Cindy is quick to correct it and make it right. I wanted a special set to celebrate my milestone birthday this year and Miss Lisa went above and beyond with my gel x nails. With purple jelly polish, black matte French tips, gold webs and a jeweled spider design on stiletto nails I felt positively bewitching! I was blown away by her artistry and technical talent! My sets usually last me about a month even though Im rough with my hands, I do a lot of fabrication and meticulous restoration of high visibility props. In my years of getting gel x, Ive yet to break a nail outright. Kathys Nails is definitely worth the time and money!

LaMeraSantanera Kathy’s nails is a Santa Ana gem! It’s been around since I was just a kid and I’m so glad it’s around for me as an adult. I went for acrylics and my sister went for gel x (light teal cat’s eye) and we couldn’t be anymore satisfied with the results! Tran worked on my long red coffin nails and I’M IN LOVE! I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Danielle Rico Love this salon so much! Cindy is always so great and welcoming, and Sandra did an amazing job on my nails. I got a gel-builder manicure with cat eye gel on top. I’m so happy with the results.

Mireya Villela Terrible, the lady who did my nails put so much acrylic over my cuticle it was painful growing out. It’s been a week and my nails already started lifting probably bc of how much acrylic is on my cuticles. Bubbles in my nail polish $75 for that And then I asked them to just paint my daughters nails. Charged me $40 and said that it was mandatory for her to get gel because she’s young and will mess them up and my daughter has had her nails don’t multiple times which I explained she knows what to do. And they kept telling me no and tried to sand her nails down for the gel after I already explained I didn’t want gel on her nails.

Cyntia Peña They are open! I made an appointment for a regular manicure pedicure. Everyone must wear a mask and cash is recommended. They offer cold bottled water if you would like. They practice social distancing and all employees wear a mask. They also have hand sanitizers for all to use. They are so nice and I always feel welcomed. Please support local business!

Deb Michel Kim is caring and a pleasure! She does a fantastic job with my nails. If I want them short, she accommodates me completely. I generally do dip powder and a French manicure. Excellent job! I totally recommend this salon and Kim of course!

Lidin A My friend recommended this place to me, as an excellent place. I went two days ago for a manicure and pedicure. Today Im starting to see that my nails are peeling off. I show them to my friend and she tells me "They already know me, "you have to go with me, the first time" and I looked surprised. "I told myself, so to get a good job done, you have to go to one of their clients? Wow!! I dont think thats very good customer service. I paid $72 dollars for a manicure and pedicure plus a $10 tip (a tip they dont deserve). with gel color. It was the worst place I have ever been to, and very expensive. Two days later I returned and told them in front of their clients that it was a very bad service and too expensive. And about customer service, needless to say, these ladies know nothing. Dont go to that place, I dont recommend it. According to them, they fixed my nails, they didnt give me an apology... nothing. Im not going back to that place again. Something else I didnt like, while they are giving a pedicure service to a person...the Chinese woman wants to tell the lady..." that you have very ugly nails" with her bad Spanish mocho (I imagine she had fungus). Nobody goes to a place to pay them, so they can make them feel bad. At Google this place It appears as lovely nails, but it is really called Love nails.

E. Meza When I walked in, I asked for a manicure and pedicure as well as acrylic over my own nails. I was assigned to a man that did not listened to anything I requested. He trimmed my own nails when I said to leave the length only to make them shorter which defeat the purpose of getting my acrylic over my nails if theyre so short now. But I gotta say that the pedicure was amazing. Of course a woman did it. I would recommend the pedicure but not so much the acrylic nails by the man.

Claudia Walder Had a good experience overall. I had to wait about 15 minutes for a Mani/Pedi and Eyebrow wax. Pedi was done by the salt and pepper super short hair lady. She was super nice and paid close attention to polishing my nails. I had another lady for my manicure. I think she was the boss. she had longer hair maybe in her 50s, darker complexion. She speaks a little louder in volume but she was also polite. They were not pushy at all which is a nice change. I noticed a little mess up on one nail and she fixed it, and she was smart enough to give all other nails another coat of polish and they looked even better with the 3rd coat. She was very quick but, did a good job. I did feel a little rushed and tech told me they were short staffed today and they were starting to get a line up of clients. The same lady did my eyebrow wax. She made them a little thinner than what I usually like and have done at my other nail salon but they look fine over all. The lady who did my pedicure saw I forgot my flip flops and brought me the disposable flip flops. The nail color selection wasnt that great but i usually bring my own polish so no biggie for me. They are quick, reasonably priced and not pushy so that is a plus for me.

Ramiro V Took my 13 year old niece to have her nails done. Told the lady at the desk exactly what my niece wanted, french tip, gel manicure, and no nail cutting was emphasized. The lady who was supposed to do the job ends up cutting my nieces nails. We specifically said NO NAIL CUTTING. the nail tech had the audacity to get smart with me after i got upset. I would not recommend this place at all. The job wasnt even done well. They still tried to charge us the full $45. Do not give these people your business or hard earned money.

Michele Lowrance I had a really good experience at this location. Minimal wait time approximately 30 without an appointment. The staff was very friendly and my nail tech really listened to what I wanted. The price for my full set with the color and style was fair, and a bit less than the surrounding nail spas. I would definitely recommend.

Elena Codner I came here since my normal nail shop was booked for the day. I had the tech take off my old set and put on a new one. I even brought my own color to make things easy. Once she saw I wasnt getting gel or one of their colors she acted different. We were silent most of the time. The shape is crooked on some nails and fine on others. I didnt have time to have her fix them because my shift was about to start (since I work near by). She demanded I paid before she painted my nails. She painted my nails with my color and before the color could dry enough she put a thick quick dry top coat over it which created a pocket of wet polish underneath. Even after sitting in front of the fan for a long time, they still werent dry by the time I left. I paid for a set I hate and have to go buy a file to fix the shape on the bad nails. Two weeks cant come fast enough for me to go back to my normal nail shop and get better service/quality nails. I wont be back.

Vanessa Gonzales My go-to is Jen for my gel fills. I also enjoy the pedicures. All the ladies are great, though. I am picky, yet they listen and do a nice job. They are next to the Jcpenney. I like that the third level parking in the parking garage can lead me straight to them without having to walk all of Main Place Mall. Their prices are great compared to other expensive salons. Hope you enjoy, too!

Melanie Cardenas Went here for my 1st set ever. The 1st lady gave me very bulky nails. I’m not exaggerating at all. Went there a 2nd time they asked me who did my 1st set since even they knew it was such a bad job for my 2nd got lifting. It also seems that they don’t know how to paint correctly. I go pay other ppl because I can’t do it. They also charge extra for cuticle removal.

Maria Ibarra To be very honest I didn’t like the way they did my pedicure I felt like I could do that myself and everything they offer as extra the charge is crazy, I came here because my regular lady is very busy and I urged came here thinking I was going to receive the same thing (which is my fault lol). They took 15 min just soak my feet dry, cut and did a 3 min massage with stones that weren’t uncomfortable burn and it hurt mostly than relax when my lady she takes 35 min but she takes out all ingrown nails like really she is great in all senses. I won’t come back here, welp I think I learned where not to come anymore!

Invisible Citizen Scam!!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! ILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. They charged an extra $25, yes TWENTY FIVE dollars to put a VERY SIMPLE & quick design on my nails when last time (my 1st time going) it only cost an additional $10. They also didnt tell me until AFTER over halfway through. Careful when you show them a nail design or even picking a color because theyll adjust it as they please, rhankfully I pay attention & had them make it what I asked for. Every little thing that should be part of a pedicure or getting nails done is an additional upcharge. Cutting nails down a little from 2 weeks ago an extra $5, pretty much just making the acrylic edges not super sharp an extra $5, etc etc etc on top of their SUUUUUPER BASIC pedicure which should only be like $18 because it includes soaking in water, a VERY quick foot scrub & nail polish. I would say cleaning up nail bed but that might as well of not even been included because she skipped nails. I have been getting my nails done for decades, I know my cuticles/nail bed needed it so shouldnt have been skipped over.

Christina Came in as a walk-in cust. I was immediately helped and Tina my new nail tech when I come out this way was Friendly and fast. I had one acrylic attached w/gel manicure. Clean and organized.

Leticia $50 for bad shaped nails I think someone that wasnt an actual technician shaped my nails because i asked for square shaped nails and even asked the sir to fix the edges but he said they were OK & when it came to painting them, he had to ask someone else to do it. Dont think the price was fair considering they dont look good. pretty upset and wont come here again.

Leaniris Leandry So let me start by saying that I had to wait 25min to be assisted even tho I made an appointment. I think it’s understandable to wait since sometimes stuff happens but I think it was a little unpleasant for my first time here. My set cost $75 that I don’t think is worth it but then again it’s California and I asked for the gel sculpture that I think my technician had never done before. So not a bad experience but not the best.

Myras Beauty I’ve been going to Finest Nails for 4 years ever since the first time I came here I’ve never stopped coming they are the best nail place in Santa Ana. I’ve been doing my nails with Jessica and Phil they are my favorite, but all their nail techs are amazing as well and are really good with designs and shaping, and what I love is that my nails are always so perfect. I always get so many compliments in my nails everyone always ask where do I got my nails done. ❤️ They know how to do any type of design you ask for. Even my pedicure is always so perfect the girls that do pedicures are so good too and I love to come in and get my feet massaged. Everyone that works here are always extremely friendly and make you feel welcome.

Kimberly Roy GREAT experience. My 1st time there getting a full set of acrylic dip w/tip. I wanted french manicure (sparkles) in the powder. Alice added a flower as a nice touch (free)! Alice is fast and experienced. The only downside is the price, $65 & $45 to fill. It makes me think about going back to my natural nail. I gave it 5 stars because Alice is worth 5 stars.

Shaylene Hill Highly dissatisfied with the treatment I received while going here! Nail tech by the name of Hannah spoke poorly about me the entire time I received my pedicure to her client in the chair right next to me. Her own client even told her to stop and knock it off but she proceeded to continue bashing my service and say how my acrylic on my big toes were disgusting and how it looked uneven and bad. When I confronted her she had nothing to say, and when I told the owners what she said I was told they would talk to her. No apology, no discount of the service, no attempt to correct the wrong doing. I was fuming the entire time I received my pedicure and was unable to enjoy my service. Paid $155 for my hands and toes and still tipped both my techs, because that’s the kinda person I am and they shouldn’t have to suffer for a distasteful colleague. Just know, if you come her Hannah is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Maria Velazquez The first time here I was much happier than my sceound time. First time pedi was $18 second time it was $25 for the same color. My acrylics was done by Tina not happy with the shape. They look crooked every single one, first I mentioned my thumbs and acted that I gave up on the shape. They also look like they were done 2 weeks ago. And the worst park in 5 years I have never been cut while getting my nails done until the day Tina did my nails. Her seeing blood didn’t stop her from continuing to hurt my finger.

Stefanie Cullingford Went to this place in a whim, as it was the closest place to my bridal salon. It was amazing! The place was super clean and they got us in fast. The women did a great job. I was impressed them but now it is three weeks later and my toes are still painted!! They did not even do the gel, just a normal pedicure. Because I do triathlons, usually my toes are ruined in one hard run, but this pedicure has survived the weeks of hard training and a race! Totally recommend them!

Vicky Sh I have come to Ocean Spa several times for a manicure/pedicure and always enjoyed the experience. The team is always kind and flexible with my requests (nail art, colors, shapes). I am someone who is easily overwhelmed by nail salons and all the options available, but the stylists here have been patient with me and provided helpful suggestions. It makes for a truly relaxing experience that I don’t often have at other salons and I love walking away with the fun nail designs. The prices here are also very affordable and I often receive discounts (like for my birthday!). I will be back with another nail design request soon!

Catera Hammond Absolutely Amazing! I got the Spa Pedicure and it was 100% worth every penny and very affordable for all that you get in the service. Becky was attentive and so sweet, she was very gentle and affirming to my needs. I will definitely be coming back. One of the best pedicures I’ve had in a very long time! Don’t hesitate to book if you are thinking about it.

Katie Bayliss I had a wonderful first time experience getting my manicure and pedicure. Becky and Kim did an amazing job. They took their time to listen to me, take care of my needs, gave me relaxing massages, and beautiful fingernails and toenails. I came to them in a desperate and embarrassing need. One of my big toe nails had been injured months ago and turned black. As it grew out, there was a big gap between the damaged toe and the new toenail. My mother suggested to get acrylic to fill in the gap. I asked Becky if she could help me. She said not to worry. She had this happen to herself before. She asked if it was okay to try to remove as much of the dead toenail as possible which she did! She filed a lot of the black and dead nail away. She then filled it up with acrylic and take a look at my after photo! You cannot tell which big toe was injured! I am so blessed to have meet such caring and loving nail technicians. I went from being ashamed to now being proud and no longer in pain. I asked for a cute design for Halloween and look what they hand painted? Spiders!! I am so grateful for my new nail spot. Don’t wait. Come and they will take care of you well!!!

Allison Shamrell Great place! I went with my husband and 5-year-old daughter. We all had a great time and loved the results. They don’t have any little pedicure chairs for young kids, but they had a very kid-friendly attitude and were very kind to our daughter. We are just visiting Anaheim but we’d absolutely come back here in the future!

Evelin Delgado Infections. I got infections on both my big toes due to how aggressive they were. The lady made my toe bleed on the left. Both of them are red and swollen with pus. I am hardly able to walk from the pain and had to stay in bed all day. The nails from my manicure feel sensitive too. (Edit: I now learned that my nails were sensitive because of the ring of fire on my nails that they left which are almost done healing months later)

Malia B I came in as a walk in on November 2nd and they were able to fit me in, which was really nice. Every person I interacted with was super kind and welcoming. It was a truly relaxing experience. However, one nail has already started peeling. It’s a bit of a drive for me, so going to Fleur may only be a once in a while kind of treat for me, but I truly enjoyed the experience.

Cristina I wanted to love this place after receiving great service on my pedicure with Vicki during my first visit! Unfortunately my second time here I tried Gel X for the first time in my life and a different nail tech did a poor job. Underneath a few of my nails you can see a thick layer of glue between my real nail and the tip, meaning she didnt press them on correctly. I was charged $90 just for my nails to break off after 2 weeks when she told me they last as long as acrylic. Im extremely disappointed for the price I paid. This is a great salon for pedicures but I wont be going back for manicure services.

I came in on my birthday and made an appointment online and selected the birthday cake that they offer which was also beautiful and delicious not to mention a perfect touch to make ur day extra special. Jesse did my nails she did amazing. I will be booking with her again!
