Ivan Salgado I went in for a haircut and she said she could do it. I showed up and once there she sat me down for a cup of tea and then she said she would call her friend to cut my hair since she didnt know how to cut male hair. An hour later her friend showed up and turns out shes learning how to cut hair herself. Long story short the haircut was bad I had to get it fixed with someone else. And then had the decency to say I owed her friend money. I never went back.

Veronica Dominguez I spoke to this place to ask for a quote for a perm for my teenage son, I took it for $60.00, after a week his hair was no longer wavy, I went to talk to the person who did it and he said there was nothing he could do, he had I have to pay to do it again, she said it could last from 1 to 4 months depending on how much your hair grows, but a week is ridiculous for what she charges, I dont recommend this place.

Alex Love this place!! Came in to get my hair fixed up after some terrible last minute decisions and I got situated with Sheryl! Incredibly nice, she sat me down, asked me what I was looking for and was completely honest with me with the options I had left to get my hair fixed. I was also showing her the haircut I was for and was completely honest with me, told me that I probably wouldn’t be able to get it exactly like that but would do her best. Love the honesty. She wasn’t like other stylists who just sit in the chair and start chopping away after you tell them what you want. She was very professional and was amazing to talk as well! 10/10 service, definitely coming back!

Miguel Absolutely terrible customer service. I made an appoint 2 days in advance. Setting up the appointment took like 4 different calls at different times! When I finally got to the place they said they didnt take card! I went to go cash but when I returned they closed their doors and said they wouldnt take me. Dont bother with this place.

Alice Ramos Worst customer service ever; bought a body cream from them that ended up being expired, took it back and the lady that is the manager could not even do an exchange, claiming that the product was good when you can clearly tell is was expired with all the brown gooey stuff all over it; she clearly has no knowledge of her products. DO NOT RECOMMEND DONT BUY HERE!

Bree bo Customer service was subpar. I walked in and was there before someone else the man that was there started to help the other person first and told me to wait, I said I was here 15 min before her but im going to give both of you a pass. Then he kept leaving me going back to the register for 10 and 15 min when there was someone up there running it telling me to wait. When I tried on a wig he told me to put my purse on the table and then looked under the wig I was trying on as if I was preparing to steal something. When I said I wanted to view another one he said no one at a time. When I did find the one I was going to purchase he said I couldnt not hold it as if I was about to make a dash. I have never been treated like that and I didnt see him treat the person before me like that. I wonder if it was because I was black and they were both Hispanic. You will never get anymore of my money, if I wasnt in a crunch wouldnt have bought anything. The Asian shop down the street had better customer service and treated me way better than that. I just moved to this area people support your black business and places you wont be treated like your a criminal when you walk through the door. I understand people steal but dont treat all black people like there going to. Im not going to jail for stealing any one wig and dont need to steal. The experience was horrible.

Unlike other places weve been to, where they just trim the hair without much attention to detail, this stylist truly listened to my daughters requests and delivered exactly what she wanted. The end result is stunning - her hair looks healthy, bouncy, and beautifully styled. The best part? My daughter cant stop receiving compliments on her new look!

Evelyn Zick I give this place a 5 star because I always get highlights and Yenni does a wonderful job at not drying out my hair and causing less breakage with highlights . I started coming here 3 years ago when my hair had fallen and I had a bad dye job. Yenni restored my hair and now it has grown full and I get beautiful highlights done. She knows how much to push your hair to get highlights.

Mark M I had came better before and unfortunately for the 3rd time they have managed to show 1. When they are closing (I got there at 5 they close at 7 ) you get a rushed cut. I only had 15 bucks and the woman assured me it was no problem. After seeing what was done to my hair again. I made sure I went right back and gave her 10 more bucks within the half hour. Here’s what my hair looks like normally the last 3 are what happened yesterday . I’m not sure why she took it upon her self to literally give me a bald spot in the front right off my head. Now I get to look very unprofessional and wear a hat till my hair grows back in.

Nidal Aboabdo Horrible experience at this location the person that cut my sons hair shouldnt be working there and seems like this was her first ever hair cutting experience. We sent my 7 year old son here with his grandpa to cut his hair and she completely butchered his hair. She gave him a hair cut that makes him look like he has male pattern baldness with bald patches in the front and back. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AT WHAT THEY DID TO MY BOY.

Tim V Anna opened her doors despite my showing up before store hours to my amazement and delight! I got a trim and a style in a custom cut that rivaled where I usually get one done just down the street. Anna was very attentive, courteous and educational. Not only did Anna perfect my hair but also introduced me to the other services offered such as pedicures, manicures, coloring and other pampering services that make me want to come back for more!

Andy ! Very rude & unprofessional barber and place of work. Dirty store and she runs its like a day care as her son feds his daughter chili cheese fries. Thought it was just a one time thing but NOPE. Lady waste ur time during open hours locking the door and you only seen her grandchild sitting in the store. This place is a joke and cant wait for it to be the 10th place that ran outta business at that location this is the DIRTIEST one YET. Someone should call CPS on this family. casper Ghost Lady was rude super rude called me Gordo in English means fat and my haircut looks nothing like the picture it is super short and when I didnt know spanish she said a Do you speak Chinese or what huh and when I was getting my haircut she kept touching my face with greasey sticky hand and when I left she said bye Gordo =fat and that was just rude and Im never coming back Im not even going to go near there And she also kept asking a bunch of personal questions.
