Marissa Braithwaite I started getting my hair done by Andrea about 3 years ago, I wouldn’t ever let anyone else touch my hair. I always go in without a clue of what I’m going to do and she helps me figure it out and I always love it! Yesterday I went from blonde, to mocha red. I’m loving it! Highly recommend!

Laura Vickers I started coming in to Andrea about 5-6 years ago when I was looking for a stylist with razor cut experience to help manage my coarse & thick hair. She is proficient, friendly, and skilled with a razor & scissors. She listens with a keen ear and knows when to offer suggestions.Andrea has excellent expertise in color & is a true pro color wizard! She has become a trusted friend to boot & my hair has never looked better.

Emily Barber Andrea is great. Her highlights are beautiful and shes very fun to talk to. Shes always there to help me in a hair crisis too :)

Ana Jones The owner did a rush hair cut to my daughter, she basically shopped instead the cut it right, never see such a bad hair cut , never again prefer go pay the $18 dollars to my Chinese lady, a least she take her time and listens to you.

Robin Rodriguez After spending several years trying to find a new stylist, I finally found her! Roseanne did an amazing job with my hair after a "trim" went terribly wrong. She fixed what happened and left me with a beautiful wash and wear cut. Thanks so much for the great cut and wonderful conversation. Im so happy to have found you at Elements. As for the salon itself, it is beautiful, clean, bright, open and full of lots and lots of great products to bring home. I highly recommend Elements and all the stylists were so friendly.

Cindy Ward Best hair salon I’ve found. I have thin fine hair but when Michelle cuts my hair it looks full and healthy. I wake up in the morning and it looks good. Michelle is amazing! The salon is comfortable and Gabe and Michelle are so friendly and welcoming.

Dondy Flack Not pretentious, and a great vibe! They didnt give me a hard time for having "working girl" hands when I got my manicure and that was so nice. (Other places definitely have made me feel like an ogre haha) Prices are all very reasonable and Ill be going back for hair services next.

Tanya Cain Ive gone to Sasha for years and she is the best, most professional and friendly stylist Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing. Everyone at the shop is professional and highly skilled. In short, they know their stuff, from amazing color and cuts to waxing.

Chris M Jaime is excellent! I wasn’t very satisfied with any of the barbers in town, so I switched to Jaime and have never looked back! She provides a fantastic men’s haircut and gets it right every time.

Roberta Warden Jamie is not new to her profession she’s very experienced and does an excellent job. She has just opened her own salon off Placerville Dr by Mikes Cycle, formerly at Cosmos off Broadway. I have been blessed to have found her, needed a transformation and had no idea what would look good on me after having long natural wavy hair for years. She took a look at me and knew exactly what to do and what would look great on me. I instantly felt trust with her and let her do her thing. I love it. Hope you give her a try.

Stacie Derencin Kat is amazing. My regular stylist had some extenuating circumstances that left me in a pinch. It must have been my lucky day because she was able to see me on pretty short notice. I have ALOT of hair. Seriously every stylist who sees me for the first time is shocked at how much hair I have. Ive learned that I have to be picky with stylists and forewarn them because my hair is not for everyone. Kat is pro. She was great at providing a color consultation and finishing style. Highly recommend you check out this salon while they are still taking on new clients. It wont last for long.

Francisco Rizet We were in and out within 20 minutes. I like how you can make a reservation online ahead of time and you’ll have your spot reserved. They did a good job cutting my hair. They save your style in the computer for your next visit.

Paul Doerr I ALWAYS get an amazing cut from Jennifer. My son who is very picky will now only go to her for his cuts. She is personable and definitely knows how to manage even the toughest head of hair (like mine). I look forward to her making me look good every time I come in!

Jesus The service was great! Had an appointment for 10am, got there about 30min early and they were able to get me in the chair and out before 10am. Both stylists made great conversation while getting and after my hair cut.

She takes the time to be sure her cuts are perfect and individualized. She does an extraordinary job on my curly hair - the best ever.

Karen Carter Amy has been cutting and styling my long, wavy / curly hair for years. She does a fantastic job, and always offers helpful hints for at home styling. Im now taking my daughter there, and Amy does just a great job with her fine, light hair. The salon is relaxed and tranquil, I always leave feeling stress free.

Terese Shelsta I went for my first appointment with Stacy and was extremely happy with her work. I made a follow-up appointment and due to circumstances at work I was unable to make my appointment. I was advised she would get the message that I needed to reschedule as she was unable to come to the phone. She never called. I tried again and left a message with no call back. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.

heather goodwyn I was able to get in for a cut & color in super short notice and not being an existing client. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Lauren and hands down Ive found my forever stylist. I brought in a few pictures and she tailored the look I wanted to perfectly fit my face. Shes very friendly and easy to talk to but also quiet if you just want to sit there and relax which is an amazing customer service trait. She got my color so perfect it looks natural and she didnt make a single mistake. She meticulously examined and touched up every bit of hair so the cut is totally even and beautiful. She is a 10/10.

Sarah Alvarez BEST SALON EVER! I feel so at home when I am here. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Lanea is my stylist and she always gets my hair right! Sometimes I don’t even know exactly what I want, I’ll just say “give me a natural look” and she nails it every single time. They are quick to squeeze you in if they can or get you an appointment as soon as there is an opening. Salon is clean and tidy too. Thank you ladies! ❤️

Shelly Bice Wow I would never trust this salon especially since they dont back up their work. Steer clear of Lenea because if she makes a mistake and it could cost you a lot of money and you will be devastated with how you look. Our hair is a huge part of our identity and if it gets screwed up it can be very traumatic. Im pretty sure my friend can sue this woman because she totally chopped off all her hair. She was supposed to get three fingers and instead got closer to 6. The parr buzzee look. Now it looks like something that a woman who wanted to look masculine would do her hair like. It was supposed to be sexy and somewhat subtle. What she got was outright bold. Not what she wanted at all. Its put her in a very severe state of depression even. This is a very serious issue and the fact that this woman wont take it seriously and refund her money is horrific. Ill be sure to let everyone I know about this. I tried finding them on Yelp but they didnt have an account yet so I added them. Interesting... Heres a photo.

You get what you pay for when it comes to hair and Ive had a lot of terrible cuts but not at Cosmo! Im growing my Mohawk out and she did an amazing job shaping my hair so that as it grows it will not look funky but cute. Thank you!

Cassandra draxler Cassandra has been in the beauty industry for over 25 years. Her attention to detail and customer service is impeccable. She has worked on the run way, and photography and weddings displaying her accomplishments with hair and makeup, as well as worked with plastic surgeons, dermatologist as well as working at the burn unit at UC DAVIS. Her work is very customized to fit individual needs. She is far from a cookie cutter professional. The salon is calm and inviting, from the colors, the music and pure aromatherapy scents. A real jewel in Placerville
