Andy Perry Jeff first cut my hair in his first shop in Campbell, California in 1992. I remember having to wait 3 months for the appointment but I heard it would be worth it. Back then, I worked for a high tech company in Silicon Valley and asked a couple of the women who had the best cuts who did their hair, anf coincidentally, both of them said, "Jeff Pavon" (Guys - if you ever want to find a good stylist, ask the women with the best hair.) Though I dont color my hair, both of them said that he had an incredible talent for color. For many years, we both lived in the Bay Area and there was never a question of who cut my hair. I recall at the beginning of every year, he would set me up with appointments throughout the year and he was already booked for the holidays. Over the years where either he moved away or I moved away and I had to go to someone else, Jeffs cut was the one that forever set the bar. I travel quite a bit now and know that when Im going to be in the Bay Area, Im fortunate if Jeff can squeeze me in.

Lori Knight Jeff Pavon I found “ IT.” And what is “ IT” — the stylist that is punctual, kind and can cut some hair! Jeff is personable and a stylist you can trust to listen to your hair needs and request. He knew how to deal with and cut my type of textured , Halle Berry ( her short style from the 90’s) hair in a way that was superior and made me feel 21 again! Lol He has a way with the scissors! Breanne Ramos Came across Olive and Sage in a desperate search to find a salon that wouldnt overwhelm me as I usually to get my hair done. Tori was absolutely fantastic with ideas and then putting my plan in action! This salon has a great energy! I will be going here from now on!

Sally R. Tori (one of the co-owners) has been my stylist for a few years, and I can’t say enough about her. She is kind and courteous, and friendly yet professional. She does a great job, and she works quickly. What took 4 hours at previous salons only takes 2 hours with Tori. I have sensitive skin, and the super nice Davines products they use don’t irritate my skin at all which is SO nice! I highly recommend Tori at Olive and Sage if you want great hair, a comfortable and low-key atmosphere, and a stylist who listens to what you want and definitely delivers. I get my hair dyed with her also, she takes her time & makes sure you leave out her chair happy. My daughter goes to her to get deep conditioning & trims. mylene depinto This review is long overdue. My first consultation with Sam was in April ( 8 months ago). I developed severe allergic reaction to a shampoo & hair color. I started losing my hair with scalp itchiness, redness, alopecia, etc. It was frustrating & honestly, depressing. Sam “diagnosed” my condition, recommended I changed my shampoo, hair products. It worked! I have unbelievably so much hair growth now! Since we were having a family wedding at that time, she suggested I should try extensions. I don’t think I’ve known anyone who took excellent care of my hair than Sam. She is the best of the best in my book. Sam has my lifelong loyalty, gratitude & appreciation.
