Rachel Trautman Mallory went above and beyond to bring my hair to life for my wedding day. Getting my hair done is a vulnerable venture for me, as I love my long hair and have had terrible experiences at other salons. Mallory is patient and talked me through all the nerves I had with ease. It is evident how much Mallory cares about her clients, and transforming her clients hair to exactly what they desire. She is a true professional. Mallory exceeded all my expectations. I have finally found my hair wizard. The pictures speak for themselves... I can not express enough about how much I adore appreciate Mallory for making my hair dreams come true. She is a master at her craft. Champagne Janes is such a great atmosphere. The girls who work there are so kind. The owner is engaged with her fellow stylist and clients. She even taught me how to style it in an easy, accessible way and gave me a product rec that was actually useful and low key life changing. Amy Dow Love this stylist! She has done amazing things with my hair! Her coloring of my hair is seem less went from a natural blonde to a red head and people think it’s my natural color! Plus I have very curly hair and have had many bad cuts in the past with other stylists so I always stuck with the same cut and style. With her she cuts my curly hair so we’ll I’ve gone out of the box from long layers to chin length layered bob and currently my first ever curly bangs and have loved each cut! She always gives me what I want in a flattering way for my hair as well. She has done many other services for me and with each there is always skill, professionalism, and most importantly kindness! Can’t recommend enough!

Grace Cunningham Had an amazing experience with Magdalena! She’s the kindest hairdresser I’ve ever met, who takes all the time needed to talk and make sure you’re completely comfortable. Sandy Stylist, Steve, is deeply sensitive to my needs, i know i can trust him 100% with my hair. He takes his time, doesnt make assumptions - doesnt let his ego get in the way of what *I* want. On top of that hes very good at his job; Its obvious he loves his work and I leave feeling pampered and pretty. What more can a girl want from a visit to a salon?

Amber Theresa is hands down the best stylist in Nevada County. She takes time to listen to what your hair goals are and works with you to make you look fabulous. Her salon provides a super relaxed atmosphere that everyone is welcome in. Her prices are very reasonable as well. Shane Plunkett Id give him 6 stars if I could. Hes cool he gives a great haircut. I shave my head but my son has beautiful wavy curls, for his first hair cut I walked in and told him what I liked, he did a great job and the man knows what hes doing. Initially I was in mild shock by how much he took off it was way more than I expected but it quickly grew on me. Now we only go here and I dont ever worry about the end result.

John Egan My wife used to take my son when he was 5 years old to Youngmans. Hes now 22. When I got off the road, I began going there, as I just wanted a mens haircut, something you cant get at Super Cuts for some reason. Sam has been cutting hair since he joined the service in WWII, and knows everything that goes on in Grass Valley. This is a nondescript barber shop in an old Victorian style house. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
