Elaine V R I CAN’T EVEN CONTROL MY LIFE, HOW CAN I BE EXPECTED TO CONTROL MY SPLIT ENDS?!?!?!
For the last 6 months I was trying to grow my hair as long as Crystal Gayle (circa 1977). My fantasy was to have milk chocolate brown luscious long locks. Instead I grew out a head full of hideous frizzy split ends, in multiple shades of dingy browns! My hair was looking like HATE! It was so unsightly and embarrassing (like my father’s post on social media).
I reached out to Charity for her expertise and asked her to cut ALL my split ends off! About 6+” was chopped off! She was just like Edward Scissor Hands, working her magic! My hair now has the 4 B’s; BREATHTAKING BEAUTIFUL BOUNCY & BEHAVING!!!
Charity is not a beautician, she’s a MAGICIAN!!! (She’s also a great therapist. She let me drone on about nonsense without telling me to “zip it!” If I were her, I would’ve said, “Elaine, I’m sorry, I have massive headache. Can we have quiet today?”) She’s simply a DELIGHT!
I left the salon with 99 problems, but split ends weren’t one of them!

Cheryl Alvarez Miranda took my long, thick, and healthy locks to horribly thin and constant breakage. Since I am now in beauty school myself, I asked my instructor why my hair keeps breaking and is super thin since Miranda colored my hair. Per my instructor, she should have lightened my hair gradually to avoid excessive damage. Also, money was her focal point as I paid $480.00 for a job that trashed my hair. I was a first-time client and was told Miranda was an hour behind, which didnt sit well with me, considering I drove over an hour for an appointment. I mentioned to the salon receptionist/owner, and this was brought to Mirandas attention, so maybe this is why she destroyed my hair. Lesson Learned. If someone doesnt honor an appointment time slot, its best to go elsewhere as mentioning it only ruined my hair. I went to Miranda in February, and my hair has not grown since and constantly breaks off.

Tracie Thompson Third time, after owner stopped being my stylist after 20+ years, with the recommended replacement and honestly still couldn’t get it right. Wouldn’t listen to me and had to take my business elsewhere. So sad that loyalty means nothing nowadays.
And a reply about concentrating on your salons means taking care of the clients, no? You said you would share my cut/style with who you referred me to and you did not. You said that you would continue to care about the services rendered at your salon and you did not. Don’t get upset about hearing the truth.

D D Smruti was so sweet! I had to cut my hair really short due to breakage and it broke my heart but she was reassuring me that it was going to be okay. I will definitely come back for her, i absolutely adored her and made me feel comfortable
