Linda TERRELL 8/14/2020 Kelvin is STILL WORKING MIRACLES. I had been wearing Wigs, crochet styles and braids. My hair was in Extra Bad shape. It was dry, shedding, alopecia no edges etc. BAD shape you hear me. But God used Mr. Kelvin!!!! OMG. No one could tell me that I was not CUTE When I left that Beautiful shop. My hair IS BEAUTIFUL!!!! Hyde Volney Received a call back and was ready to make an appointment to surprise my girlfriend with a day of pampering at Normas... We were traveling to San Bernadino for just the weekend. Asked if they were near our hotel, the woman immediately became exasperated and hung up in my face! I called back and was sent immediately to voice mail. Perhaps my being male threw her off. Thankfully, I was able to make a appointment elsewhere in plenty of time to make our dinner party. Accordingly, I am left with no choice but to give Normas a well-deserved FAILING grade in the customer service department. Sign of the times, I guess.
