Elena Hernandez I tried this salon for the first time and had a great experience with Jessica! Since moving to SoCal, I have struggled to find a salon with great service and a comfortable atmosphere but I feel like I finally found my spot with Crook and Co. Jessica was warm and friendly and offered a selection of drinks upon arrival. She really listened to what I was looking for and included me in the process. She was happy to tweak the cut a few times and I love the way she styled it at the end. After a wash it still styled well and I’m very happy with the result. The salon space is so cute and being greeted by Gary the dog at the door was just a cherry on top. Highly recommend Jessica and Crook and Co!

Annie Brewster I love everything about Crook + Co! I drive through hours of LA traffic to see my favorite stylist Alison. A hairdresser who listens and cares about your needs. Cuts the perfect preferred length and her balayage/color melting is so stunning. I have thick, unruly frizzy hair and she has the patience of a saint.

Im really satisfied with my haircut and the prices are so good. I got a trim, layers and curtain bangs for $35. I would definitely recommend coming here and I am looking forward to coming back!!

Anbokhar It was my first time getting balayage. I let Steph decide what would look best and she did such a good job! The salon is clean and quiet. The salon has more of a presence on Instagram and I recommend checking them out there to see how great her work is!

I tried it for the first time and it’s the next best thing to a facial! They take the time to look at your scalp under a microscope and see what your unique needs are and tailor the treatment to you. It was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had and it felt SO good. You can see immediate results after and I see why I’d need to do this regularly!! They also use only the best products from Korea and Italy so you know you’re getting the best treatment. Plus, you get tea and snacks to top it off after you’re all relaxed! She’s great at communicating and patient when explaining various hair treatment options, and is always up to date with the newest techniques, which I appreciate. Just like in any field/specialty, things are constantly evolving and I love that she is at the forefront of it. She’s also just an exceptional leader, and her humble thoughtful nature fuels E2 beauty’s culture. Grace Chiang E2beauty is my go-to place for all things hair and beauty! I initially booked Genie for hair and makeup years and years ago, and since then, I’ve also had my hair and makeup done by most of their team and they were all amazing, super professional, and I always loved the end result. Since then, I’ve been so happy to see their business expand, and I’ve been able to try various other services they offer such as haircuts and styling, and most recently their new headspa! Let me begin by just saying that I’ve tried several other headspas in Orange County, and none of them can compare to e2beauty’s! The entire experience I had was heavenly! It was so relaxing, and I did not want my 90 minute session to end! On top of that, my hair and scalp has never felt healthier, and I definitely will be back to do another session soon. Every single service I’ve had here has exceeded my expectations and beyond, that I trust them wholeheartedly with anything hair and beauty related!

Genie really goes above and beyond to make your feel accommodated and really works around your schedule to set up appointments and trials and even helped me do a last minute add on to the schedule. She truly loves her work, and it really shows. Sarah has been a friend and my go-to stylist since she helped me with my wedding. I absolutely love her, and she always takes her time getting what I want for my hair done and chiming in with her own recommendations. I have never been happier with my stylist, and I honestly feel my hair is healthier even when I highlight it. Shes an amazing person! Dorothy was my makeup artist, and she truly takes her time and really matches what you want into your makeup. Shes so very sweet, and I wish I could have her do my normal makeup routine every day, haha! Truly would ask for her services again in the future!! Kelli was the head spa person I got to work with today, and she is an amazing person all around. She definitely made you feel at home and helped you relax, not to mention all the recommendations on what not to do to my hair to help keep it healthy. The scalp massage was to die for, and the treatments I feel really made a difference in my scalp and hair! I will really have to try this treatment again in the future!! Highly recommend this salon or team for your wedding!! They also sell some very unique and affordable Korean makeup or skin care and some other hair products, which I will look into the next time Im there. Happy customer :)

Madeleine Branch I recently visited E2 beauty salon & headspa and had the most amazing experience with Genie! I received the 60 minute headspa treatment and it was incredible! My scalp was evaluated to start the service off and see if there were any concerns or problem areas. I changed into a comfy robe and went into the head spa area where I got to relax in a plushy chair and enjoy an hour of scalp treatment bliss! My scalp has never felt better or more clean! At the end of the service, genie gave me some helpful tips on how to keep my scalp healthy. Overall it was the best first experience with a headspa treatment! I will definitely be back for another!

Teri Goodwillie OMG! First time getting my hair colored a not natural color. I did pay for a consultation, because i really wasnt sure exactly what I wanted. Andy was the best! He helped me figure out what I wanted. Had my hair done with purple streaks. I really wasnt sure exactly what I wanted him to do. He showed me some picture examples and I chose one. We then figured out the hue of purple. I let him take over and tone it down. I told him to have free run with my hair and how the streaks were put in. I almost cried at the finished result! I LOVE IT! I love this place! I have never been happier with a stylist and how my hair turned out.

I struck a conversation with a lady at a beauty supply store nearly 10 years ago, and she recommended we go see Andy because he was a miracle worker! Needless to say, 10 years later, and Ive never let anyone else touch my hair. I have hard to manage, thick, coarse hair, and Andy makes me believe otherwise! He takes a lot of pride in his work and always does what is right for the client and their hair type. I get routine cuts, color, highlights, Brazilian Blowout, and hair dos for every special event with Andy, and its amazing EVERY time! Ive recommended several people, both male and female, to Andy over the years, and each one has become a loyal client. And so will you! Okay so enough about how devoted and skilled Andy is, Andy and Ray are also incredibly amaaaaaazing people with hearts of gold! They are always a pleasure to chat with!

Suzi Hambruch Trish has been cutting my hair for over 30 years. Not everyone does curly hair well but she is great! Also has cut hubby’s and sons hair and they are always pleased. Trish is attentive and really takes the time to understand what you want. She is also always ready with a recommendation when you want to try something new.

camerola00 Chelsea gave me the best haircut I have ever had!! She is sweet and thorough in her consultation and she tells you what she is doing while cutting your hair!! I trusted Chelsea with my new wolf cut, but since it was such a drastic cut for me it was nice to hear what she was doing and why. She took the time after the cut to go through the new style and make sure there were not any changes that I may have wanted. I met Trish who is also fun and sweet. I dont think you can go wrong booking an appointment with either of these two. I am going back today for a trim on my 8 week old cut and I am so excited to have a new hip hair stylist!!! Went back a week later to have it cut, I would have preferred a more masculine style but she blew out the curl and gave me a little old lady helmet head but when I got home and washed it out the cut was great and it lays just fine with a little bit of gel.
