Desiree Ammons Rachel the owner is seriously the sweetest woman ever! Her Brazilian wax is the best I have ever had! I lived in San Francisco for 8 years and nobody there was as good as her! She is so good Fast and precise. I get my brows and lip from her as well. She does an amazing facial with really nice organic plant based products, and has helped with the roughness of my skin. She is great and I am so happy to have found her. She is really good at what she does!

Anastasia White I made a same day appointment with Nikki and she was amazing. I asked for a butterfly cut and she made it fit my face frame perfectly and managed to cut out most of my dead without losing a lot of length! I did have about 24inches of hair and she has amazing skill to be able to manage it! Shes very friendly and makes you feel welcome and special! I will 100% would recommend her to my friends and family. Also the salon is beautiful! Very warm, friendly and inviting!

Trinity Kamler We only got to meet two ladies at Element Salon and they were both so so nice and accommodating they literally go above and beyond to make their clients comfortable the salon is beautiful and so clean we were lucky to have Lena and let me tell u she is AMAZING we needed a very last minute appointment and she took us and helped us out when she didn’t have to and she did such a beautiful job the color is beautiful and perfect she was super fast and very efficient her pricing is the best in my opinion low for her beautiful work she worked so good with my 10 year old We have a very happy daughter for picture day with beautiful vibrant blue hair Very friendly all smiles great conversation and beautiful hair at the best price we will definitely be back I think we finally found our salon thank u Lena

Tina Gordon Wanda did a fantastic job on my hair. She specializes in mixing the perfect color. She used Brandy coloring which was just what I was hoping for, medium brown with natural highlights. Next she cut and styled my hair. Her prices are reasonable. She also specializes in permanent make-up.

Rosemary Norton Wanda has been doing my hair for quite a few years and I am always very happy with her work. I have also had her do some permanent make-up for me and I love it. Her prices are reasonable and her work is excellent.

Kerry Quedens Wanda has been doing hair for over 20 years and knows what she’s doing. I have long fine hair and needed my roots done with a cut. She freshened up my color all over and layered it perfectly. I highly recommend her. She has a new client for life.

Brielle LaFlamme No one has mentioned in the last year the stylist named Rachel, I dont know if thats how she spells her name but she is wonderful. She is kind, compassionate, thoughtful. So many other words could describe her but Rachel is... one of a kind. Ive never had a hair stylist before who really CARES. You see it all the time in t.v. but never in person, shes one of those. If you ever go to this salon, ask for Rachel. She will treat you with the respect that you deserve.

JSB Mr. James is by far the BEST hairdresser I have EVER been to, and Ive been to so many. He was very nice, professional and he really listens to how you want your hair to look. Brandon Stambaugh My mother went to the salon to have blond put in and she came home with it looking pretty much the same and the cut is absolutely horrible. This was her birthday gift and so I am a little frustrated. The woman doing her hair didn’t even offer her some water in the entire 3 hours she was there..... highly disappointed with the job especially for the amount we payed. I don’t think this is right and I will NEVER use this salon again.

Pro. Rep Upon entering the Salon I walked in to the front reception area. No one was there. 2 women in the far back of the Salon yelled "Can I help you?!" Unprofessional and rude. Not even considering to walk up to where I was at the front. I said "Yes". After a long pause by the women, a 3rd lady walked up and asked if I had an appointment. No professional greeting. No courtesy. I left. I will not do business with people who behave like this. Horrible experience!
