Made me very comfortable great vibes all the way around clean and neat. Very Reasonable prices if you’re out this way don’t Hesitate to stop bye. C Willis It was a great experience Latonia was pleasant professional and did a great job. I wear my hair natural so its hard to find a stylist these days to do a press and curl and an actual trim. I booked my next appointment before leaving. Found me a professional hair dresser who I actually like and can afford..Very reasonably priced.

RealLifeOreo To be clear, I did not receive a service from this business. I had a consultation and had an appointment made, which was supposed to be this Wednesday.
I initially chose Miracle Hair Studio because I wanted to have my curly hair trimmed and I wanted someone who knew how to deal with black hair. This was my first time having a real hair appointment, so Im not sure how the whole process works. I also have anxiety, so not knowing everything before the appointment was stressful. The business never answered the phone, so I found Charrons contact info through their Facebook.
During the consultation, I guess my questions werent well-phrased because I was still confused when I left. I was already a bit uncomfortable during the consultation because she seemed a bit impatient with me, but I figured I mightve misinterpreted since she couldve just been tired. I texted Charron trying to make sure I knew how many days before not to wash my hair (for a color service) and for an approximate total price and length of appointment so I could prepare transportation. I tried to ask for a good time to call/text since I was a bit confused. My questions werent being answered clearly and shed only address one part of my message, which I was patient about because I figure shes pretty busy. Id try to ask again on a different day and I kept having to repeat what I needed a clear understanding of.
2 days before my appointment, I asked if she could answer my questions (about price and time, which I only needed an approximation not exact) at least by the day before, and she called me saying I kept bothering her on her days off (which Id have no way of knowing since I asked multiple times when a good time to contact her would be and she never replied). Maybe I misinterpreted but she was very passive aggressive with me. Only after I cancelled my appointment did she make it a point to contact me with "Thank you"..
I just did not appreciate how Charron communicated. I did not want to go through a service with someone I wasnt comfortable with. I feel like instead of making sure I understood the process, she was just so short and passive aggressive.
