Cindy C Got a same day appointment. Place is very clean and follows COVID regulations. I enjoyed my time there, both my daughter and I got our nails (full set) done and I got a pedicure as well. The chairs are very comfortable and new added bonus is that they are massage chairs! I loved the color and shape of our nails, she was very attentive to detail and did not rush though getting us out. Hilda Sanchez It was my first time going to Jenny and I only went there because of the great reviews and they weren’t lying. Jenny is so nice - I wanted a natural look and love them! Their prices are very reasonable compared to other places the only problem was two of them broke off in less than a week but Jenny fixed them for me unfortunately they broke again and color peeled off completely from two nails these are gel they broke off during my sleep so mot sure how that even happens not sure if it’s just me or they are not thick or strong enough. Idk if I will go back there as these should last a bit longer.

I had a gel manicure and pedicure and upgraded to the energy pedicure. So worth every dollar! Personalized service and really knows nails and the best service. Jade Knowles I got my nails done yesterday (11/18/24) and I can say the atmosphere was definitely nice like all the other comments but I feel that if you are not a regular your nails will look like this. I came in and told her I didn’t want the top of my nails filed down because I’m growing them out and she still filed them down. I also said I wanted two colors, and when she began painting my nails she only put one color on. After she finished, I asked her about it and she claimed she did (while saying the color was too light) but I know she didn’t because I watch her. This is only like my fourth time ever to get my nails done in my life but I know she didn’t put the second color on. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (the last photo) I told her I wanted the bleeding line effect and I picked out two colors then showed her the same picture again. I understand that those two colors are close together in tone compared to the example picture, but my nails shouldn’t be see through at the tips. After talking to my sister she said it looks like I got my nails done almost a week ago and not yesterday and I thought the paint was supposed to be closer to my cuticle but I wasn’t sure because I don’t get my nails done. Also I would be too mad about it being see through (I thought it was a little cute) if the red color covered the whites of my nails because my natural nails are long. When I went home I also tried to wash my nails and all that gunk is stuck on there. Also the tops of some of my nails are bumpy. I got Gel X nails

roevin geronimo Very hospitable and kind people! I didn’t get her name but my nail tech was a woman and she wore blue/grey framed glasses. She was very gentle and kept asking if I liked the color and the shape throughout the process. I showed her my reference and she color matched the glitter and nude base so perfectly. The music played in store was also soo good. I’m very happy with the way my nails turned out and fully recommend coming here!!

Harika Maddala I like how my nails turned out. I didn’t get the name of my nail artist, but she was very patient and meticulous with her work. I got a simple one color on acrylic nails, but she did a very clean job with my nails. Definitely coming back to this place

Kandis Burns Had a really great visit at the salon today, Sophie did my nails and they turned out so pretty! She really took her time to listen to what I wanted and didn’t pressure me to get acrylics. She even added on a gel top coat that was meant for strengthening weak nails when she noticed mine were a bit brittle. Heidi did my eyebrow wax and they turned out looking very nice! Both ladies were super sweet and friendly, definitely recommend this place!

I arrange an appointment for my sisters wedding and they did an amazing job on our nails. The theme of her wedding was Tim Burton meets 1920s gothic world. My nails were perfect.

Suzanne Spitz My daughter brought me here for my birthday, and wow, we were blown away!! We both got gel pedicures- I got a cat eye gel effect, and it’s gorgeous. Our nails were done by May and Annie (she did amazing nail art). Not only were Annie and May amazing at their craft, but also personable and professional to boot. The shop was lovely and very clean. This is my new nail spot!!!

Natasha Scott They are really nice people but their products are cheap and the quality o fthe nails are awful. Evertime I come here my nails chip. The last two times my nails were a mess in less than 24 hours. I will never return here again. I just added two photos. This is how my nails looks after two weeks from the place who originally did my nails after your bad refill. Look closely, there are NO CHIPS. they still look beautiful after two weeks. Im sorry Katie but this isnt the first bad nail job youve done. But this is my first bad review.

Daisy Amaral I have been getting acrylic nails pretty regularly for years now and have not had an experience this poor in a very long time. I have a baby so it is difficult for me to make time for myself lately. I called Natalie’s Salon around 11:35 am to see if they had time for a full set before heading there. I had childcare for 1-2 hrs so I wanted to take advantage of that time. They told me that they did have time so I drove there getting there before 12pm. Once I got there, the question was do you want long nails or short (I already got a bad feeling with that question). I said I wanted short nails so they told me where to sit. Once I showed the nail tech that I wanted brown ombré chrome nails she immediately hesitated and said another nail tech would do the design. I noticed right away that she was not experienced but she was nice and I decided to give her a chance. An hour and a half later she was done with the application and by this time my patience was very thin. She’d cut me on almost every finger and had taken so long for the application I wanted to give up. I was fearing that I would not have enough time for a pedicure or even color change on my toes. Again, I tried my best to be patient and had been there so long already I just wanted my nails to be done. When I thought another nail tech would complete my design, they kept taking other clients and forced the tech in training to do my design. She tried many times and could not do the ombré effect on my nails. Another nail tech tried and it did not work out either. They kept trying to use a sponge but it was not blending well. I even asked if they had the airbrush which I’ve gotten in other salons but they ignored my request. In this day, what nail salon cannot do the ombré effect?! I should’ve walked out at this point with unfinished nails but I had invested so much time that I rarely get since having my baby, I really wanted nice nails. I decided to give up on the ombré since no one in the salon was able to help this tech in training and I told her to just do one whole solid color. Once she was done, I asked if she could add chrome on top and again she hesitated and called another tech to help with chrome. The nail tech that came to finish the chrome tried fixing some of the errors but I was not satisfied and they didn’t care if I was satisfied or not. TWO AND A HALF HOURS and $70 LATER I stormed out of there unhappy and sad that I was so stressed on the very little time I have to myself. Short, square basic acrylic nails should not take 2.5 hours long. I wish they would’ve told me they were busy so I wouldn’t have had such a bad experience. I uploaded photo of the ombré nails I requested and what I got in the end.

Kimberly Hernandez Edited to add photos: $50 dip manicure last Friday (I’m posting these pictures on the very next Friday). 4 of my nails were chipped and 2 of them popped off in half. You can see that the shape of some of the nails is uneven. Thats because they started chipping off last week and I was filing them down to keep the chipping from getting worse. Well that obviously didn’t help much. I’ve been here 4 times and I was hoping the service would get better. The staff has a culture of rudeness. I’ve heard 5 of the nail techs on different days blame customers for mistakes that the tech actually made. Nail chipped? Your fault. Polish messed up mix-manicure? Your hit something with your nail. Forgot give your niece a full manicure? You forgot to remind me. Bad nail work? Must have been another tech. I’ve also seen several of them give dirty looks to clients who are specific about what they want. Then they immediately talk about them in Vietnamese. If you go, turn your Google translate on and interpret all of their conversations. You will be AMAZED. They do not respect your time, even when you have an appointment. Got my last and final dip manicure there less than 48 hour ago. Yesterday I had 3 chips on different nails and today another nail chipped.

Karen Rosselly Unfortunately on Monday I went to this salon around 3:30 pm to get my hair done for my wedding day which is in 2 weeks, I asked the hairstylist that I want my hair to be a dimmensional brunette. Not having yellow-orangey highlights. Not coming back to this salon again. I wasted 150$ basically for nothing. I can’t even get my money back. Goodbye have a good day.

I called several times to make an appointment and there is never availability and I went early (9 am) it said open and the youngest woman had it locked and when she went to the door she spoke to me as annoyed and said "what do you want" and I said manicure and I He replied that he didnt have time today but yelling at me. the way of addressing people is not the most appropriate unless it is a client looking for a service for which obviously will pay. you should close that site if you dont have time or ways to attend
