Immediately when I walked in, everyone was nice and organized & I was overwhelmed with the tons of colors they had, but it worked out in the end. Kimmy #2 did my nails and did more than I expected. Amy did my feet, and she was so gentle and sweet. Im definitely coming here from now on & bringing the hubs for a pedi date ;)

Ashley Bolz My daughter got her nails done and spent $60 of her own. She got ignored with her request until I went over and told the lady to fix them. Sadly,I didnt see how bumpy and uneven they were until she was done, so shes stuck with them.. would not recommend for acrylics.

Lizet Ramirez Needed a pedicure done last minute and they quickly got me in. Karen is very welcoming and friendly. Lily is very kind and gentle and did an excellent job. I tend not to visit nail salons often but they definitely provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Hanna did a great job on my manicure. It looks like they also provide other services so I’ll definitely return to sample some of the others.

Judy Celkos Hannah does great work! My nails looks so natural. I usually feel kinda awkward when entering nail salons but this establishment really makes you feel welcomed. I never do reviews but I had to make an exception. The cleanliness of salon, great prices, talent, and friendliness of the staff has made me a regular.

ILOVE THEOCEAN My second time here. First time was great. Second time was horrible. The language barrier is a huge issue. My nails are not even close to what i asked for. My daughters nails are lumpy and uneven. She has almond shape nails and they filed them to look pointy. $100 i will never see again. Never going back.

Pilar Meany Who in the world takes off a 10 yr old’s acrylics for the holidays (she had them for the first time) with a metal spatula and no acetone. Just pried them off while the little girl said it was really hurting. The nail person cld care less. Never go to this place. I didn’t know this was cutting corners and a horrible practice bc I have never had acrylics. I trusted them and they were not to be trusted! And yes bleeding asked for a bandaid!

Hope Cha I love my nails!! It looks exactly what I wanted when I showed them the reference photos. I had Serena, shes very nice and did it fast too. I got gel x nails, I definitely recommend her to anyone who wants gel x! Ill definitely come here next time and request Serena again!

Erin Dori I had a dip polish and the Diamond Pedicure. I told the gentleman at the reception desk I wanted the dip manicure, but I believe something was lost in translation between me, him and the technician he had do my nails, because I did not receive a manicure, just the dip polish. There were two technicians who worked with me - one for the nails and one for the pedicure. I have no complaints about the pedicure other than the water, towels, wax and stones being too hot to start, so things needed time to cool down, and that some of the oil used to massage the front and back of my lower legs got on my brand new jeans right. I noticed it when I rolled them down, but at the time I assumed it was just water, but its definitely oil. Where I wasnt as happy was with the manicure. It seemed rushed and it was done at the same time as my pedicure. Instead of the nail technician working on each hand on its respective side, the technician worked completely on my left side, so I had to reach my right hand across to her which was awkward and uncomfortable. I would have preferred her to do my nails after my pedicure was complete so I could have fully enjoyed both services individually. There was also some gunk made up of the topcoat and the powder up under and around my nails, and overall they look uneven and bumpy. There was a lot going on while I was there. It was someones birthday being celebrated and I feel that there was a lot of attention being paid to that and the conversations between the techs than there was attention being paid to the job. Overall, I probably wont recommend going here, nor will I return. I paid $125 total for both services and then tipped each technician %20 for the service they provided (because I am not a jerk), so in total I paid $150.

Lauren Hammer I have been going to Elyssa for builder gel for almost 2 years and Im obsessed! She does the cutest designs and is so fun to collaborate with. Shes a girly that gets it! I was new to builder gel when I went to her and she has made my natural nails so strong and so long! This is one of my fav designs that we did, SO SO GOOD! I send everyone I know to go see Elyssa!

Germani Goodman I tried this place for the first time this morning. Got a manicure and pedicure. The woman who did my manicure was so friendly, talkative, attentive and just overall amazing! She constantly was asking if I liked the nail shape, the color, and the art. The man who did my pedicure was not talkative, very rough with the massage and the cuticle cutters. I would 100% come back for the lady that did my manicure!

Shirley Vang Due to positive reviews, photos of beautiful nails and because a friend also referred me, I had high hopes. This was the first time in over a decade to go back to a nail salon because i havent had the best experiences so Ive done my own nails but i thought since its my bday, Id treat myself. I got my nails done yesterday 12/14/24 and they look like ive had them for a week or 2 already. I paid $80 for my full set (and still tipped 15% because my tech was nice and listened to my requests and answered my questions) BUT what I got was nowhere near the quality and look I had requested especially for the price charged. I showed my tech the photo of design I wanted, he also took a picture of it and used it as a guide. My nails are FLAT. NO APEX TO HELP SUPPORT MY LENGTH. They have the look of 1-2 week nails. The filing for my coffin shape is uneven, snow flakes look like, well, not snowflakes because the tech told me my nails were to small to make them look right, but in all honesty, the brush he was using was just to thick, and the nail beds were barely filed because one side is higher than the other on all nails. You could see my natural nail on the sides because the tips were shorter than my natural nails then the sides of my nails were filed to an up angle so I feel like I have chicken claw looking nails. I hope the individual in charge please sees my review and tries to make this right. I have photos provided.

Mikayla Spear My gel manicure was rushed and came out looking like a ten year old did it. The male artist made me bleed in multiple spots when cutting my cuticles (see the wounds in the pic). My nails were not shaped and are extremely jagged and rough and will tear if they get caught. There are bubbles literally on every one of my nails. Would not go back. My old, previous manicure from another salon looked better, and it was almost 4 weeks old. This is not okay. Will not go back. I paid for this? Really?

ValE My daugher has got her nails done here . And they look nice but not everyone does them nice . I was skeptical to get mines done . The older man in second or third station on right took me in to do my nails . First of all looks like they don’t clean their items or disinfect. Not good . And my nails are so thick and uneven . Never again will I get them done here unless I’d with the younger guy . Or another person . Bummed I have to wait for them to fall since we’re in vacation .

Veerpal Sond I got a pedicure and acrylic nails. The nail techs were very unprofessional, do not acknowledge you and are clearly speaking about you in their language. Its day two of having acrylics and 3 nails have already popped off. They have very poor technique or were in a rush. Do not recommend.

L Vivi is the best And such a sweetheart! I’ve been coming to her for a couple years now and she truly does a great job and cares. Sandy and Tiffany have also worked on my nails and they are great as well. Mike at the front desk is very friendly and professional.

Yvonne Haas I had a pedicure with French tips done. It took 1/2 hour. Other than that got a 30 sec massage on each foot. It turned out nice but I feel the cost was rather high at $47.

Samantha Lieberg I was kind of disappointed in my nails as there are streaks and has bubbles and the shape of my pinky and the finger with the ring look off. I was charged $50 for a basic acrylic set and a plain color when Ive been to multiple salons with the same color and shape and only get charged $35. For what I got Id say $50 was definitely not worth it.

White Debra (Realtor at ReaL Broker) I was looking for a nail salon that had great customer service and quality pedicure. My daughter in law said this one was really good and she was right. It was obvious from the moment I stepped in the door that the establishment was well managed and the customers seemed very happy while getting mani or pedi service. There was a gentlemen who kept walking around and making sure available chairs were filled and engaging with customers. He was very friendly and it seemed regular customers liked him. I will definitely be returning and will highly recommend this salon to other people.

Cherry Went after church 2 Sundays ago and got right in for a full set and a pedicure. Services were fast and good quality, though I have one nail lifting I plan on getting fixed this week if I can get in on my lunch break. My only issue was that its cash only and I had to use the ATM which charges a fee because its not my banks ATM. Other than that it was a nice atmosphere and they have the friendliest dog that just hangs out at the door. It was a fun experience.

C L Those that know me know I do not get my nails done often, so when I do go into a place there is A LOT of work to be done to make them look nice. Even then, my bad habit of chewing one or two down to the quick makes it near impossible. When I went in, they were short a couple of staff, though not very busy. The woman who was doing my manicure also had to answer the phone. Despite multitasking (and doing so very professionally), and me dragging my wet nails across the paper towel she had, she made sure my nails looked as perfect as they could. Very happy with this salon, and will return again next time I get my nails done.

Amber Spencer I am a Clovis mom - 20+ years in the community. This is the worst nail salon in our area and it needs a new owner badly. Here are my reasons I absolutely do NOT recommend this place: 1) They lie about how long you have to wait. They’ll say 30 minutes but you’ll wait an hour. 2) They oftentimes will work on you AND another customer at the same time - causing a 45 minute pedi taking much much longer. Plus it’s just down right unprofessional. 3) My last pedi took 2+ hours from the time I walked in, waited, was seated, and then waited again while she worked on me as well as another customer. 4) And making an appointment is meaningless. You will still have to wait and you may have to share your manicurist with another customer. I gave this salon three chances to get it right. All three times I encountered the above experiences. Don’t wast your time. What they are offering is simply not worth it!

S Hendrix Original post date: 6/5 I had been here before and the service was decent. I ran in yesterday (6/4) to get a quick pedicure.. I only had 40 minutes before an appointment. They said they could fit me in. The nail tech didn’t seem to rush because standard pedicure fits in that time frame just fine. I did have a hang nail on the side of my big toe so it felt that way before I went in. It seems the hang nail was removed leaving an open wound which has now resulted in a bad infection. I also have a small toe infected on my other foot. I’m unsure how sanitary the bowl or tools were that were used but I do know some kinda of oil or lotion was rubbed on my feet after. No alcohol or anything to treat wound was put on during pedicure. I didn’t think anything of it until I woke up this morning with a bright red throbbing toe. Unfortunately, I will not return here. If it’s not better in another day I will go to doctor for medication. *update 6/6 Had to come to urgent care because it is very painful and infected. Ended up spending 3 hours at urgent care to get an antibiotic prescribed and for the doctor to tell me to take the gel polish off. I will never get my feet done at any salon again, what a nightmare.

Peyton Slaven Oh my gosh, I loved Spring Spa and Nails. My mom called in asking for an appointment and we got right in. Everyone there is so nice. It was like we were welcomed into a family. My toes look so good. So thank you to the girl that did them they look so nice. And then one of the guys touched up my nails and they look really good!!! I also like how they started a conversation with me it was really fun. Definitely will be going back there !!!

Kylie Ward Horrible pedicure I will not be coming back. Scrub and massage were maybe 2 minutes total it was not relaxing at all. Also be cautious they DO NOT clean the pedicure bowls under the plastic liner they just put a new one on top of the dirty bowl that is covered in someone else’s nasty pedicure water!

I am very indecisive when it comes to picking a color, and the owner helped me choose a color that Im OBSESSED with. The service was quick, beautifully done exactly the way I wanted them, and very reasonably priced! Im upset that I dont live here and cant come visit Villa Nails every time. The owners are both friendly, efficient, and solid in their craft. Im glad I followed the positive reviews to this place, it was everything I was hoping for! 10/10 recommend

Aaliyah Haqq So I’m here 04/17/23 and the time is 6:10pm. I called them to see how much their pedicures were and the man told me $35, no problem. I called again shortly after because I was lost and the man directed me to come by dd’s. So I walk in the store and it 2 workers and 2 customers. The lady worker says “how can I help you”… I tell her I’m here for a pedicure. She says we would but we’re busy. Why didn’t the man tell me that on the phone ? That was a waste of gas!! Don’t come here, they will discriminate against you !! Never again!!

Sahn Saelee My daughter and I went in for our nails late yesterday but was told all full. However, offered a time slot for today for one person. We accepted the appt for one person and left. Received a phone shortly after saying there was a cancellation and we could have two time slots back to back for both of us. Of course we accepted. We didn’t have to wait at all when we came in, both of our nails were done by Nikki. We’re very happy with them. She was very gentle and super understanding what we wanted. Kristy Harrison Amazing experience overall pedicure and full set on me and my sister and they nailed it. With a full collagen massage pedicure and a full set on both my sister and I the total was 200$ however you are getting what you paid for. 70$ with a cuticle clean up is not bad at all. The pedicure is amazing with full treatment and a massage chair and they do your nails while you relax. The quality is amazing. I will be going here more often
