J Lopez A little GEM that I have been searching for for over a decade!! All other nail salons in the San Gabriel Valley/Pasadena area noisy, unprofessional, dirty, and the technicians are abrasive. There is no sense of calmness or relaxation that one expects when having your nails done. Polished Nails is quaint, super clean, charming and it has a pleasant atmosphere. Karen does my nails and like never before, they are strong and healthy because of the care and products she uses. Attention to detail is a non-negotiable, she is so knowledgeable and takes her time. I finally have found my little piece of “nail” heaven.

Jayda Lobban check out Alice if you want great work for a fair price! She takes her time, so be prepared to be in the chair for over an hour. Personally I don’t mind because she’s thorough and a perfectionist. These are my natural nails with hard gel overlay. Cleanest hard gel application I’ve ever had done. I asked for Russian manicure and my cuticles have never looked better. She uses good quality polishes, she’s sweet and takes pride in her work. I’m so happy I found her!

Jennie Marie This is an adorable boutique nail salon. Just Gina and Kim. We went for my friends 50th bday and they were delightful. We got tipsy of the white wine they served, but we gabbed like we were all friends. Kim did my SNS dipping nails, hands down best dipping nails I have had. Kim made them so light and thin, most salons have them to thick it looks like acrylic and I dont want that look.

jennifer b. This is the best nail place Ive ever been. The ladies were all very nice. I had a pedicure with no polish, just a buffing and a foot and leg message. My daughter got gel-x nails. The woman hand painted everything. The entire experience was less $130. Less tip. They are having a special right now. We also were given drinks and at the end we were given a free beauty gift and bread. Im telling you this place was FANTASTIC!!! Oh, and the place is super clean and professional looking, but with the nicest people.

She was very attentive and did a great job repairing one of my toenails, also she gave me a great leg massage. The salon was clean and spacious, also the bathroom was clean. Diana Rodriguez Im really wondering if the moat recent reviews are real. Based on my experience, I highly doubt it. My first time here. Theres a banner in the front that says its under new management and first time customers get 10%. Cool. The girl that greeted me turned on the foot spa. A young man approached for my hands and a lady for me feet. As they got started, the girl that greeted me placed not 1, not 3, but 5 color books ok my lap. I had one hand in a bowl and the other one being worked on. The guy had also placed a pillow on my lap. Weird. The lady made both my big toes bleed. One more than the other. They really shouldnt be allowed to dig into the side of the nail bed. They guys brush strokes were awkward and he pushed the cuticles back a little rough. It took more than 6 minutes for him to apply the first layers of polish (yes, I timed it). He kept going back and forth between nails stroking on color. When I went to pay, I asked the girl about the first time customer discount. She said that the place went under new management 10 months ago and that its no longer valid. Remove the banner. I added pictures the next day. I tried capturing the streaky job on the hands and terrible color job on the toes. Number of stars is due to it being a cute clean place. Im not going back though. *update June 1. More pictures added. Gel polish chipped and peeled off too soon and it looks like I have a little fungus.

EMC I’ve come four times now, each time I’ve called ahead and had an appointment. Very important to do for this spot. They are busy and they care about the quality of their work. Today was my 4th time, they did squeeze me in and they did have a lot of patience when I asked about the nail colors. I really appreciated this. So happy to have found a local place!

They did an amazing job from removing my gel polish, using clean tools, cleaning and buffing out my nails and pedicure, the mask scrub for your pedicure was so refreshing and cleansing, they did a thorough job cleaning out my ingrown nails in my toes, and neatly painted my nails. I appreciated feeling relaxed and cared for, not rushed! Quality work! This is my new favorite place for a mani/pedi!

The ladies here have been so sweet, so ready to jump in and take on a challenge. They also have a reward system that gives you a birthday discount and points. Highly recommend! It’s the kind of place that I expect will get very popular soon. I have dropped by twice, both times I was asked if I had an appointment. I think they prefer appointments! But they still took me in and helped me quickly. They also offered me water, and a beverage. They are very hospitable and talented.

She kept the shape of my natural nail. She did not try to pressure me to get more expensive services. And the shop was not overcrowded and did not feel like a farm. The salon was so clean and smelled like a spa, similar to an experience I had in Palm Desert.

Val This is one of the best nail salons that I have ever been to. I went at 5pm on a Saturday and it wasnt crowded. The location is perfect as it is next to a lot of stores. I was sat down within 5 minutes. I went for a gel pedicure and paid $55 in total which is average for a gel pedicure. The color options they have are so beautiful. Chi did my pedicure and she was so sweet and made my day 1000% better. Will definitely recommend and will be coming back when I am in the area.

Mark Hafeman I was late for an 11:30 appointment and called. She told me they would do a rush job on my mom because they had an appointment at 12:00. She said they also had a 12:30 opening. So I rushed in for the shorter appointment rather than wait. I even gave her a good tip. Then I realized as my mom’s nails dried that she didn’t have a 12:00 appointment because she was eating lunch. Since she didn’t have a 12:30 appointment she obviously could have gone slightly overtime since she did not have a 12:00 appointment and lied about it. I wish I had not given her a tip. I have other options next time.
