Kimberly Encio My first ever experience trying a European Manicure and I don’t think I can ever go back! I booked a gel strengthening overlay and a European dry pedicure. Both services take about 1-1.5 hour, because she takes into consideration of being careful and delicate to your hands/feet! It was almost like watching a scientist at work. By the end of my service, she showed me how to upkeep and take care of my nails up until I was ready to book with her again. I TRULY had a great experience! Worth every penny!!

Kelsey Adamson If you’re looking for a nail salon - this is it! I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and this is by far the BEST place I’ve ever gone to. My nails have never looked so perfect or grown so long/strong. These are my real nails in the phot! My nails are perfect every single time and last at least 3 weeks. Lynn is the absolute best - she is so friendly, always fits me in even last minute and she is so quick. I’ve also had perfect pedicures every time and friendly staff for that. They are all so welcoming and professional. 10/10 recommend this place :)

Sally McCormack Walked in on a Saturday morning with my husband to get pedicures and we were welcomed right away without an appointment. I got the deluxe pedicure while my husband got the European pedicure. The technicians (Gina and Tommy) were both wonderful. Very nice and did a great job of getting our feet feeling and looking smooth! It was very relaxing with the massage chairs. I appreciated the different options in the controls and that there was a setting for petites like me! I was waiting for my toes to dry and scraped my big toe and asked them for the polish so I could just put a coat on top but they offered to do it for me. I was not expecting that and was very grateful! Overall we felt very pampered and service was excellent. They offer drinks during service but we didn’t take them up on it. Pricing is very reasonable and would highly recommend Beauty Breeze Nails & Spa!

Jazzy Kail Everyone was absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, very professional. Hannah (the owner) was extremely nice and attentive, even took time to massage my hands and forearms herself. Gina did my pedicure and she was incredibly understanding and accommodating to my odd toes (I have ingrown and cracked nails that she fixed with no pain at all). Tommy did my pedicure and I got to say I love a man doing nails, he was super sweet and quick. Overall, the whole place had a great atmosphere and vibe. I wish I lived closer because I would never go anywhere else!

He does great work with shaping and does amazing designs as well. He is truly a master of his craft. Also - one time I broke a tip off of my nail and was able to come in and have them fix it that very same day. They were so accommodating and helpful!

My friend recommended Twinkle Nails to me (she is the queen of a beautiful manicure) and wow! they exceeded my expectations! The salon is very clean and everything is sanitized. Trust me-Ask for Tony. He is so detail oriented and made sure the shape was perfect. The owner, Brian, checked in with me and overall really made everyone feel welcome. Sabrina Paul First and foremost, I LOVE Brian! He is the epitome of excellence in Customer Service, grace, and artistry. The shop is sanitary, well kept, the staff is attentive, and talented. They have become very busy over the last few months so do yourself a favor and make an appointment a day or two AHEAD of time. Of course they will do all they can to accommodate your schedule, but I have heard them have to regrettably turn away same day appointments or walk-ins. This is simply a testament to how WONDERFUL they are. Unlike other shops I have been to around town, I have NEVER had to ask for a touch up or a redo. The edges of my acrylics and gel are always clean, crisp, and last well over two weeks... The photos I am sharing here were this week. I am pretty broke. LOL! We are traveling to Padres Spring training and I wanted Padre design, but have no budget. Brian gave me Friar colors and I LOVE how they came out. THANK YOU AGAIN BRIAN!! I heart you very much!!

The elder lady that served me on this day took her time to remove my gel from my previous set (hard to remove!) and was gentle while doing so. I asked for a gel French Tip on my Almond-Shaped Natural nail and she completed the assignment with precision and perfect perfection!! I could not have been happier. I am originally from the east coast and from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out they treated me as if I’ve been coming in there for years! The space had a very good energy, all staff worked together, it was clean with seasonal decor (Christmas time!) I am very happy to leave this 10/10 review. Carol answered my call and was so kind. She told me to come in right away. I came over and she spent nearly 2 hours on my nails. I love them so much. In this time I was treated with so much kindness. Carol is amazing.

Kailey OConnell New favorite spot!! Jasmine did such an amazing job with these Halloween claws. They’re the most beautiful, sharp, uniform nails I’ve ever gotten! I can’t believe how flawless they are. Plus they fit me in for a full acrylic set + pedicure an hour before closing with no appointment, which I was super grateful for. Everyone here is so nice!!!

For my older daughter and she loved the people, and for my younger daughter liked how gentle they were with her feet and hands. Overall I think that this place is amazing for the tv screen to watch something while my pedicure and manicure. and the music is great

Torie While in town for a wedding, I decided to get a last-minute pedicure and came across this place. I went in without expecting much, but I ended up with a beautiful cat eye gel pedi done by Mia. She truly brought my vision to life, and I loved her work! The entire experience was comfortable; both the technician and the owner at the front desk were incredibly professional. Its a shame that I live out of town, but I highly recommend this place to anyone in San Diego! The prices are also very reasonable. Thank you!

Evangeline Sihapong After having a very disappointing experience at NewMe Nails on Mission Center Road, my friend and I took our daughters to San Diego Nail Lounge. This was my third time here and it was—and has consistently been- phenomenal! Abby designed the most awesome holiday themed nails. I’m obsessed. The staff here—especially Sara and Abby-pay much attention to detail and offer quality service. The facility is also very clean which is a huge plus! You will not be disappointed here. They make you feel at home and they always make sure you are satisfied with how your nails look!

Alex Zer0 Staff is nice. Service times are long. Booked a shellac mani pedi and the whole point of CND shellac is you don’t have to rough or thin the nail to apply polish and they did it anyways. The CND nail lamp comes with an instruction guide that says this. They also didn’t cap the tips of my nails so day 2 of a manicure that should last weeks I already have chipping. They are no longer a plant store and need to update their website. The bathroom needs cleaned and dusted. The staff asked several times if I was happy with the work, and I made some adjustments but it’s still not great. I should have told her to apply the French tip wider because 2 days in it looks grown out donuts not going to age well which was the whole point of a natural looking manicure. And I had mentioned to her after she did my hands about how shellac doesn’t need damaging nail techniques to apply it and she did it again on my toes. Look I’m not going to argue with you I just won’t come back. Especially considering your website raves about non damaging nail care. I felt like it was a waste of 3 hours and $150

Idelle Delapena Wow! What an experience today at Kali Zoi! I am such a happy and feeling beautiful camper! This was my second time at Kali Zoi and I am so happy I came back! I found Kali Zoi through the CND website. From my eczema, I get allergic to other gel nail polishes so I did research and found out that CND Shellac is one of the only possibly only non toxic gel polishes out there. I did a search through the CND website and found that Kali Zoi has their products! I live in PQ so it is a 20 minute drive to Normal Heights but I will be making this drive regularly to see this salon! Today, I had Rorey and Camila soaked my nails. It was difficult to remove my last manicure because it wasnt fully CND Shellac but Rorey and Camila did it with such grace. Im used to the hustle and bustle of the typical nail salon but I enjoyed the luxury and extra attention of Rorey at Kali Zoi. Its a natural nail salon so they do waterless pedicures and dont use nasty ingredients and everything helps the nails and environment. Rorey did an amazing job cleaning and filing my nails and getting the perfect almond shape which makes my stubby fingers look long and elegant. She took the time to paint my nails well and she even confessed shes a perfectionist which I secretly loved. I had Priscilla the first time and she was great as well! She is so friendly and nice. As you can see from my pictures the place is decorated so nicely and it is definitely artistic and a vibe of Normal Heights. I bought an Affirmators Love deck from them last time and love using it! If you want a natural gel manicure thats non toxic to your body and the environment definitely check this place out! CND shellac is by far the best gel polish Ive used and Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years. Thanks Kali Zoi and Rorey! Keep up the good work and Ill see you soon!

Melissa Pommier I just moved to San Diego from the Midwest and was super nervous finding a salon to help me out! I had dip nails that were in desperate need of removal. I actually showed up a bit early and they took me right away! (I believe her name is Alexa) Shestarted the process of removing the dip, taking care to make sure they didn’t take too much so my natural nail underneath could stay intact. All so she could get me ready for Rorey! Once done, they were super helpful in helping me choose colors. I couldn’t make up my mind so Rorey brought a few and tested them on my nails, which I appreciated! She did my French manicure (I wanted something simple and elegant that wouldn’t look obvious with grow out) and we used shellac polish! I loved how my nails turned out, super happy with how they took care of me and I will 100% be back! If you’re looking for a salon that listens to you, accommodates you, and makes you feel comfortable,please give Kali Zoi Nail your business! So thankful I found them!

M Mcd *ended up with an infection* I was recommended to this place by a girl in my building at work. Her nails looked beautiful and clean. They were what I was looking at trying to get done. After how highly she spoke of them I made my appointment and even took my man with me so he could get his feet pampered. My visit ended up being bittersweet. We got the "royal spa pedicure" or something like that its was the second most expensive spa pedicure on their list. It was WONDERFUL! The technicians were a pleasure to work with and were a joy to have conversation with. Yes the conversations were short but when you bring in a man with ticklish arches and it comes to pumicing his soles...good times. My technician checked with me for every part of the treatment amongst the temperature of the products used, if anything was uncomfortable, etc. The most I can say is that my man almost fell asleep and he had smooth feet for WEEKS (he wears boots in a labor intensive job so ya Im impressed) my toes looked great and I would go back to that specific technician. My problem was with my tech for my manicure...she was..unpleasant to say the least. This was not my first manicure nor my first set of acrylics.. she kept yanking my hand and twisting my fingers. She kept stabbing me with her own nails to the point of almost bleeding. She trimmed my cuticles to the point of several fingers bleeding... please understand I was very vocal about my discomfort during this appointment. I asked for a different tech and was told no with a sneer. I tried pulling my hands away several times but she would continuously grab my forearm and yank my hand back...the poor girl working on my feet couldnt do anything about it. She tried to speak to the girl doing my nails about something and she was immediatly shut down. Long story short, I got *close* to what I asked for. Each nail was a different length, the corresponding nail on the opposite hand did not match the length of the other. Nails were crooked and slightly different shapes. And to finish with my pointer finger got infected and swelled up within 24 hours. I got antibiotics and ended up losing the entire nail within a week. I say my visits bittersweet because I would say it was just this specific tech that ruined my experience. I wish I would have remembered her name but if I go back and see her there I will update with her name. Pics attached. What I asked for vs what I got and my toes as well.

Sierra Kahn I have been coming here with my mom since I was a little girl, and they are amazing. The new owners are great as well and have made some nice upgrades without changing things too much. Tonight, Annie did my nails. I have seen her a few times and she is always great. She pays very close attention to detail which I really appreciate, and she really takes her time on my nails each time I come in. Theyre never busy when I come in which surprises me, but I love it. Most nail salons in Pb are always packed. They let me sit in the spa chairs even when Im not getting a pedicure, just because theyre more comfortable Tonight when I walked in, I let Evelyn know that my thumbs were sore from an injury. After Annie was done with my nails, Evelyn came over and gave me a hand massage. The girls are always so sweet. The salon is clean and up to date. No matter who does my nails, they always do a great job. Thank you ladies!!

Tam Trinh I have a dip powder set for $45, including take off the old set and this new one. They are able to take me in as a walk-in, which I really appreciate. The experience is great, but today is the second day, and one of the nails has already been chipped in the corner. I would love it more if it could last a bit longer.

Tatem Chase I went in to this salon yesterday for almond shaped French tip nails and they did not disappoint! Got us in quick (with an appt) and only took about an hour! This set was $57 which is the cheapest I have found in the San Diego area since I’ve been here. Will come again!

Cerise M I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I was a walk-in, getting my nails done in San Diego for the first time. Based on the good reviews, I decided to give it a try, but I was thoroughly let down. I asked for an almond shape, but my nails turned out completely uneven—some are short, others are long, and none of them match. The gel polish was applied unevenly, with polish left on my skin and cuticles. On top of that, all my nails are bumpy, and there are even a couple of literal hairs trapped under the top coat. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Maryam Attarpour A clean and nicely decorated spot. I was able to get an appointment on the same day, and that was a relief because my toenails needed help. The overall experience was good, but I was very uncomfortable because my gel manicure and pedicure were being done simultaneously, so I had to contort in my seat to accommodate. I also noticed two of cuticles were cut during the manicure. The loss of one star is because of the discomfort, cuts, and that the gel pedicure was an additional $16 add on to my pedicure price, which I wasn’t aware of. I also have a pet peeve about places that charge you extra for using a card, and only accept tips in cash. Overall, a good spot, but could improve these aspects of their business. They also do have a great polish color selection.

Ive never had a more thorough and well done pedicure without having to ask and point before. They cut out my ingrown nails, cleaned the cuticles, scrubbed the pads of me feet and shaped the nails perfectly. The manicures are beyond amazing as well. They dont rush, explain and answer questions about the various sevices in detail to make it easy to choose the service that is best for you, shape and clean the nails beautifully and pay close attention when doing designs. Crystal Carter The lady was really nice but after leaving, I noticed these horrible gaps between my nail and cuticle on both hands and the polish is all over my skin. Unfortunately, I am on vacation and biked 2 1/2 miles to get there and was already back before I really looked at them.

Savannah Delaney I wish I could leave 10 stars. Natalie did my nails better than I could have ever imagined. They’re so beautiful. I came in with a difficult design and she knocked it out of the park!!! I decided to get a 30 min massage while I was there - WOW. I feel amazing. Yen is a great masseuse she did a phenomenal job. I left so happy and feeling AMAZING!!! Thank you ladies!!! ❤️

Ally Kennedy Blue Ocean nail spa is the best. I have been coming to this nail salon for years and I still I drive all the way down here from caramel Mountain Ranch. I will drive multiple times in a single week to get my nails and my lashes done because they do a better job here than anywhere else that I’ve ever gone for either service. I’ve had most of the ladies have done my pedicure, and they do an incredible job and I always go to Natalie for my full set, refill, and eyelash. I would fly across the country for Natalie to do my nails and eyelashes and I’m not even joking when I say that. I don’t mind sitting in traffic and driving up to an hour to come to this nail salon because they are the best and I never want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend. Staff is also very nice and customer service is extraordinary.
