Arrianne Sandera 10/10 this medspa knows what they’re doing. I just my had my first of three Morpheus 8 laser treatments done and not only was the staff knowledgeable but they made the experience as comfortable as possible. I appreciated getting step by step information on the process so I knew what to expect during and after treatment. My skin has never looked better. The laser significantly helps with collagen production, elasticity and makes your skin glow. I can’t brag about this treatment enough and I’ve done many different lasers. Its results are incredible, I can’t wait to see it after all 3 treatments. Thank you MiraMed for this wonderful laser treatment and experience!

Yessica Yomely I had a 90 min massage done by Leilani. Its with no hesitation, the best deep tissue massage I have ever received. I had a lot of knots in my back. Leilani was able to work on my back in such a way that I was not uncomfortable at all. Her massage touch was very intuitive, and I felt extremely relaxed. The hot towel, hot stones, and massage techniques were excellent. The entire atmosphere at the spa was so relaxing. When we went to the massage room, I felt even more relaxed with the music playing, ocean sounds, and the soft lights. Complementary drinks and snacks were offered to me. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Jeanette Couch I was visiting from out of town, they got me in the same day, I had to change the time and they were fine with it. I had my nails painted black, I dont like the black, but its not their fault. Color just doesnt look good on my hands. Usually I some how mess my nails up the next day, but so far they still look good. The best part was they let me bring my dog in. He was in his doggie bag, but they were fine with it. Next time Im in town I will definitely go back.

I picked the spa mani/pedi as I was not interested in any polish/color; I just wanted a really nice trim, buff, scrub, massage, ya know? And it was great. Ive been seeing Ticca for a few years now and there is NO ONE else Ive been to that has ever given me the experience I have had at her shop. The chairs are comfy furniture-type chairs, not the typical vibrating/massaging chairs, and the foot basins are lined portable tubs. They take their time with their manicures and pedicures, carefully using their tools with skill. I always feel relaxed and cared for when Im there. Prior to coming to Ticca I had acrylic nails. It took me a while to get my nails back to health but she really helped me. She suggested specific products, I used them and my nails are finally back to their strong pre-acrylic selves!! She knows what my nails need and I listen to her. She is also a great nail artist. I have given her some challenges to put onto my nails and she has gotten it done. The staff is high quality, kind and skilled. Personalized nail care, relaxing atmosphere and quality service is what you will get at One Carat. Its more of a nail spa to me, really!

I booked an appointment for the next day and was wonderfully pleased. I’m a Santa Barbra local who has gone to many mani and pedi places before, except for this one. Ciara Sarver I had the best experience here today for a last minute Gel manicure. Lee was so especially sweet, swift, and made me feel so comfortable. She even gave me an arm massage which I didnt think was typical with a gel mani, and cracked my knuckles for me because I love that! Everyone in the adorable shop, even the customers, were smiley and friendly...I will definitely be back. Google needed a better review for this place, I heard while I was there that yelp has 5 stars, so this definitely needs to stand up to that! Megan Pawlak Ive tried a few different spots in town and this is my best experience to date. Sang did a wonderful job with my nails. She was ultra precise, took her time, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. However, what made this a 5 star experience were the little things. Sang remembered my name and used it often to talk to me. She convinced me to go outside my comfort zone with a little gold foil. (Which I now love). She asked me about my activities to give me nails that will last. The team is small but they were all working together to give everyone a good experience. She sanitized her hands often and everything felt very clean. Even though she was also managing the front, I never felt like an afterthought. Im fairly new to getting my nails done, and as noted above Ive been to many places considered "the best" in town and have not yet felt this level of care. Sang and Glow Nails have a new regular with me. Theyre off the beaten path but worth it. Give them a try.

I felt like I had tried them all, but after I met Sang and experienced Glow Nails for the first time, I never want to go anywhere else. This has been my go-to place for at least 3 years now, and all my friends know just how much I love Sang & the Glow Nails team. My nails stay healthy and Im constantly getting compliments on them. There was one time where my nails chipped two days after my mani, and they accommodated me right away and got it fixed. The Glow Nails team really takes pride in their work and cares about their customers. I usually do dip, and it lasts a good 3-4 weeks. My pedicures last even longer! 10/10 love love love Glow Nails

LD New to the area and first time customer here. Terrible gel manicure experience. The guy seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Didn’t bother fully cleaning off my nails after buffing and filing but still applied the polish. He also didn’t even bother cleaning up the edges either. I was so annoyed and upset that I just paid and left because I didn’t want to be there any longer. Just sloppy work and will never return. Should have gone to another salon I tried out before this one but wanted to try here because of the great reviews. Sadly it didn’t live up to the positive reviews and I wasted my money.
