Carmina Alemar When you walk in, to check in you have to put your phone number and email in. (To sign up for rewards) I paid $35 for the basic pedicure but all she did was clip my toe nails, rub my legs and paint them. Cuticles didn’t get done, scrubbing my heal wasn’t done. I fanned my toes, took the tissue out and left. Unfortunately, I guess it wasn’t fully dry so I’m going to get some nail polish to fix it…I haven’t gotten a pedicure in a year, I was just really hoping to have my dry heals scrubbed and cuticles done. Maybe you have to pay more? It wasn’t busy so I assume she wasn’t rushing.

Paula Lark Leslie and her husband were amazing! Did a spa pedicure and got Gel X with an “american tip manicure” It is a glossy French tip. i love the attention to detail from Leslie and the outcome of my nails. Thank you!

Donna Cunanan We love TT and Hannah. They do such a great job, so meticulous and really care about their work. We love coming here, environment is clean and so peaceful. They continue to always think of ways to better the shop and provide the best of services. Everyone is really nice.

keerthana boddepalli I got my acrylic nails done at this salon today, and within just a few hours, the nail polish is already peeling off. This is completely unacceptable! I expected quality service, but instead, I’m left with a manicure that didn’t even last a day. Definitely never coming back here!

Savannah Thedorff I was looking for a new nail salon that is closer to me and tried this place on a recommendation from a friend - it was pretty dissapointing. I was really excited to go here, especially after seeing the reviews! The aesthetics are awesome, and the guy that handles the appointments is really nice, but the pedicure experience was definitely a let down. I went in the afternoon, and they werent that busy at the time either. I got the basic pedicure and was in and out within 35min (including 10min drying). It definitely didnt feel like a relaxing, spa pedicure. The gal that did my nails didnt even let my feet soak before starting with the clipping/filing of the nails. Overall, it was just a rushed and disappointing experience. The nail shape and color was fine, nothing different from other nail salons. Great aesthetics, but if youre looking for a more in-depth pedicure (where they at least soak your feet before working on the nails, then this isnt the place.

Erica Davis Excellent service and everyone is very nice. I love their salon as it is bright, the nail colors are in rainbow order on the wall, and clean. Plus, they just got new pedicure chairs! I recommend calling ahead as sometimes they are busy, however walk-ins are welcome. I typically get a gel manicure and it will last at least two or more weeks.

R Kay Normally this place does a good job and I brought my mom because she just had a bad experience at a nearby salon. Unfortunately I had the same experience. Sloppy nail Polish and bubbles on the color. You can see my cuticle was still flaky. After a $75 mani pedi you expect more. Not going here again. See photos for evidence. I assume the photos with the flowers are all taken by the shop, because even my mom’s cuticles were jagged.

jodie G I had a wonderful Cinderella’s Spa Pedicure today from Lisa at her new location in Concord. The minute you walk into her spa it just brings you so much joy. It is so beautiful and relaxing. All the aromatherapy sprays that she uses just really relax and calm all your senses. I came for the best pedicure and the massage just made me melt. We all deserve to take the time to spoil ourselves and Lisa does just that. Whatever pedicure you pick make sure and ask for the Jelly. I highly recommend this spa and let Lisa spoil you!!

Dena L. Folks, this is a 5 star service. The pedi, mani and facials are performed with top notch products in a clean, relaxed non rush atmosphere. The offerings of hot tea,beater or champagne are special. I appreciate the one on one sessions and total dedication to self care. Lisa is always creating unique ways to make people feel and be beautiful. Ive seen men and women in for services. The appointment scheduling is easy, flexible and the service costs are reasonable and worth every dime. Treat yourself be beautiful!

Debbie McCarthy Lisa preformed a perfect job piercing my ears. Shes very conscientious, gentle and careful. The piercing placement was perfect. She listened to me intently and I got exactly what I wanted. She wisely told me to use an alcohol water mix on the piercings for 8 weeks instead of that other “stuff” some other places might sell you to use. She’s also very friendly and fun!

Sarah Zedaker Nails Naturally is my one and only nail salon. They may not be as inexpensive as some other salons around contra costa county, but what you are paying for is quality work, a super clean environment, the best spa pedicure you could ask for, all while talking to one of the most genuine people I’ve met in my life. I can’t say enough about the owner Lisa and the care and attention she has for her clients. Lisa only uses quality products and takes her time, ensuring your nails look amazing. You will leave feeling wonderful and pampered!

Darci Johnson Definitely out of the normal nails I would do but Im in LOVE! Birthday photo shoot ready!!! The customer service was amazing. Also got a gel pedicure which Im super satisfied with as well. I WILL BE BACK!

Yajaira L. Celso Theyre so nice and happy to help you! The lack of gloves and touching their face as they touch feet is definitely concerning though. At one point she left to the bathroom which is fine, but hadnt put any polish on my toes yet and made me put the UV machine on? Unfortunately Ill have to file into the shape I asked for and didnt get either. I hope they get some new polish replacements. Their white polish was so thick and splotchy as she applied it on. She rounded off my toenails and now they look ugly and bulbous.

deborahb i called last night to make an appointment. They asked me what time id like to come in and i said 10am. They said, "how about 10:30am"? i said perfect. I got there this morning, 4 employees and 4 clients - things were going well (my first time there). 5 walk-ins came in all wanting pedicures and the employees said that they could be helped within 15 minutes. All wanted to wait. 3 or 4 More came in wanting pedicures and then the time was pushed to 30 minutes. This is all fine. I feel badly for them not wanting to turn away business - I get it! . I got my pedicure, then went to table for my nails. i had to tel Tom 4 times that i want my nails short. Frustrating. Then i noticed dead skin on my heels. I asked Tom if they could take off the dead skin on my heels (and offered to pay again) and he had the nerve to say "come back at 2pm or 3pm whatever is good for me". In essence, they were taking walk-ins rather than existing customers. This is bad bad business. Toes beautiful, heels bad.

sarah hodosh Unfortunately, I cant give my first experience at this spa more than 2 stars. I selected a color with quite a bit of shimmer and when it turned out to be extremely sheer I asked if it would be better to do a solid color underneath. I was told that a second coat would fix the problem. I asked again when the second coat was still too sheer, and was told we could do a third coat. After a FOURTH coat I realized I just wasnt going to be happy with the results. It looked like Id done my nails myself, and at least half of the gel polish chipped off in the first 4 days. Super disappointing. But everyone was very friendly.

Amelia Stpierre- fedele Such a friendly place! I walked in was automatically greeted and felt so welcomed. Ken does the best acrylic nails I’ve never had any other nail technician do them better. Not to mention it is super clean not dusty like most salons I’ve been to and the tools look very clean as well.

Ashley DeCook I was excited to try a new place out for Mani and pedi. Unfortunately I got cut while they were removing my old dip powder off. Because I was cut the nail polish remover stung everytime it touched the cut and the man working on me continued to put the remover on it and I had to say over and over you cut me and it stings now. They would not give me a discount for the service, instead they gave a $20 gift certificate for the next service. Why would I go back if I had been hurt and had to pay full price for a painful experience.

Maribel Amador This place is alright. I’ve gone here three times but will not be going again. It needs better lighting/lamps for those sitting on the big chairs.. the lady who helped me missed a lot of the cuticles on my toes. As for my manicure 1) the lady who helped me assumed I wanted gel but I don’t like the LED lamp on my skin. So I declined. She insisted and seemed a bit annoyed that I said no. 2) She did not use the Cuticle Remover tool and instead only used the drill. As a result… my manicure looks like something very basic that I could have done at home. Towards the end it all seemed rushed as new clients walked in. The massage, exfoliation and hot stones was a 10/10. The price is too high for the quality of the service. The picture provided is three hours after I left the salon.

Your Pursenality While visiting a friend in Concord ...we decided to get pampered for the day she looked up this place Nailed it Salon and were happy she found it. We didnt have an appointment but we were greeted, welcomed and were arranged to be taken care of even without an appointment. The wait wasnt long at all. Their service is excellent, their personal is amazing and extremely friendly and attentive. They offer champagne, tea, water, coffee and candy while your nails are being cleaned. They have, eyebrow waxing, paraffin for a softer texture of your skin, either hands or feet other than that, they have a nice set of options. Theyre prices are decent. I was happy with the end result of my manicure. This place is one to go back to!

Tiffanie did my manicure and she is the only person to have shaped my acrylics EXACTLY the way I want them. She is so friendly and nice. I love this place! Will def be back!

Everyone in the salon does a great job, so even if you have a favorite manicurist, you can trust anyone to take care of you, if your regular person isn’t available. There are lots of colors, and an excellent list of services - from regular mani pedi to gel, acrylics, to dip - whatever you like you can find here. Kim is the owner and she makes sure the salon is meticulously clean at all times. Everyone here is so friendly and they are always happy to see you. Make an appointment with Kim, Steven, Tammy, or Ann, and you will not be disappointed. And if you want to forget the stress of a hectic week, Barefoot’s signature salon pedicure will take it all away. Five star service!

Morgan Ulery This is the only place I’ve found that does dip manicures the CORRECT way without using the UV lights! Kim is the absolute best and I won’t trust anyone else with my nails. They never lift or break and are always symmetrical bc she pays such close attention to detail. Welcoming atmosphere and the most lovely technicians.

Cecilia Scoppettone I love Kimberly! She goes above and beyond to make sure my nails look perfect! I’m so glad I finally decided to give Barefoot Nails a try. The salon is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Give it a try….you will be glad you did!

Valerie DeShong I love Anna! She’s very quick with her work but also meticulous. She can also do simple designs. Whenever I make a suggestion for something fun she is always happy to give it a try and it comes out great!

Nicole Cortez Kim is the best person hands down if you want dip powder. They never lift and always last for 4 weeks. She is worth the trip over the bridge! I can’t recommend her enough

Marilyn Silveira I paid for the $30 pedicure (regular polish) which includes cleaning under the nail & cuticle trim, well she didn’t bother doing it even though I politely asked her since it’s included, besides that as you can see the polish is very sloppy! I’m very disappointed, won’t be going back unfortunately

Allison Snow THE BEST NAIL SPA in Concord. Clean, sanitary, professional, excellent nail care, doesnt nip cuticles, and polishes my nails so beautifully. Been coming here for years. This is the place for a weekly Mani Pedi or an every once in a while treat. The women are all lovely and professional.

Monique Villalvazo Today I contact the nail shop at 10:30am to make appointment for a fill and pedicure. I went in at 3:30, as I was scheduled. I waited 30 minutes and finally someone helped me. I didnt make a fuss about it. As i watched the lady who was working on my nails , she stopped to go help 2 other customers. She went back and forth between others for about 2 hours. Then she polished my nails and stated she would the design after my pedicure. I said no problem. The lady who worked on my pedicure, did not file my toe nails correctly. I did it myself. I didnt get upset, I stayed calm and collective. I waited two more hours for my nail lady to finish with another customer. The lady stated it was my fault that she had taken 5 hours, I dont see how its my fault when you did not keep your appointment to me. This is the reason why we "customers " make appointments. She then worked on my nails and left them looking like speed bumps. The nail rep also informed me that I was picky because I told her my nails had black holes in the nail polish, mind you the polish was white. This usually happens when theres lint or the polish is too thick.. I was over charged. 85 dollars, for what I dont know. I left with no design, my nails look horrible, Ive waisted my entire day.. I had to come home to try and fix them myself. I would like for the owner to contact me or the manager. Thank you for your time .

Julie Elzam I have had Mindy do my Nails now for over a year and I just love them every time, I won’t go anywhere else. She’s amazing. She takes her time and doesn’t excellent job. I won’t go anywhere else.

Haley Gunderson I came in about an hour before closing as a walk in, and the customer service and communication was great. I got a full acrylic set done by vi and she is definitely the person you wanna go to for nails! She did mine in a timely fashion and they came out beautifully. Only thing I will say is the price was a bit high, otherwise an amazing place.

MightyMeL B My 2nd time getting my nails done. 1st time was a walk-in. They were accommodating. And my 2nd time was the same but this time I made an appointment. I got the french manicure/pedicure with gel. They do incredible work! The place is clean and has been updated. The place is under new management from a few years ago. The place is now modern and updated. Vi does an incredible job with my manicure, & so does Jessica with my pedicure! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Ashley Hamblin New to the area and have been looking for my new nail place. Tried Princess nails today with my mom and was so happy with the service. Everyone there was super sweet and took their time to make sure my mom and I were happy with our services. We both got pedicures which came with amazing massages and after while my mom waited with me while I got my fill they got her water and snacks which was so thoughtful. Not to mention Vi absolutely killed my nails. They are superrrrrrr cute and she took the extra time to follow my inspo pic and make sure I left with exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy I found her!

Lavanya Natchiappan I called in today to see if I would be able to get my nails done and they were able to get me in immediately. I did a dip manicure and gel pedicure. This is the first time I got dip nails and Vi did such a great job with them. Jessica did my pedicure and she really took her time to make sure the pedicure looked perfect. The service here is really worth the price. I would 100% come here again!

Isadora Lambert I had a horrible experience getting a pedicure and gel manicure. I requested not to have my nails cut and filed into a rounded shape. The stylist then proceeded to cut them unevenly and sliced the edge of my nail, causing it to bleed. When I realized the color I selected was too transparent for my liking, I asked for a different color or sparkles to make it more colorful. The stylist didn’t understand me so I kept repeating that I didn’t like it. She ignored me and kept insisting it was fine. As soon as my nails were done, I was hurried out of the chair. I left the salon stunned and in tears. I didn’t realize just how bad the cut and color was until I got home. I also noticed there is a huge tear in the middle of one of my toenails. This was supposed to be a treat for birthday tomorrow and I just feel ugly and ignored. Will not be returning.

Bonnie Lavis I cant believe the negative review someone wrote about this place. I have had nothing but amazing service here and wont go anywhere else. The place around the corner, serenity gave me a crappy dip manicure and burned my eyelids with hot wax and when i tried to tell them they just offered me a discount next time. Deluxe has been great since vivian took it over. Highly recommend this salon. Its the bomb.

J K It was my first time at this nail salon and my experience didn’t go well. Nail technician who worked on my nails used the nail drill crazy as someone who is non-experienced would do. She hurt me on three nails: on one she just drilled too hard while removing my old nails, second on the edge of one finger and made it to bleeding, and third thumb edge that almost bleeding. Those nails become sensitive to warm water and are painful. After all that… they didn’t offer me any discount!

jumping out windows I had a great experience with Tammy and Sara doing my manicure and pedicure. They were very professional and kind especially as I am new to the nail salon world! They were both informative as well, telling me about the different types of nail polish. The salon itself was beautiful and very clean. I loved the massage chairs and the decor was also very nice. They have a TV running in clear view for clients to watch while getting services. The entire salon is very well run and you can tell all the ladies there are experts at their crafts.

Elyse Rabb Great customer service and the craftsmanship and quality of the nail services is one the best I have ever had. I have been getting nail services for over 20 years and Belle nails is the best nail salon I have been too. Never disappointed by Tracy’s work. I have tried other technicians in the salon and the execute quality work as well.

Carmen T 10/10!! Amazing experience every time I come here! All of the women are so talented and super sweet! They create long term relationships and always remember their clients. They serve you with beverages/refreshments, and are always very accommodating with special requests. Today I had a pedicure with paraffin and lovely massage by Rochelle and a structured mani by Sharon. Absolutely love love loveee my nails and the experience they provided today. And again, all of the women are super amazing— including Betty, Tracy, Tammy, and more (I’m sorry I forgot names) but I’m always grateful for the services you all provide! Thank you!! :) 10/10 recommend and will be coming back!

Care is always taken with each manicure and pedicure treatment. Clean, quiet, relaxing environment. I knew right away that I would not go to another nail salon ever again. Experience it yourself.

April Painful and overpriced with long wait times. Was quoted hour 1/2 for manicure and pedicure and it took over 3 hours and over $200. Gel Manicure was done terrible and she filed my free edges so much the file went into my skin and cut me. She used the electric file and kept getting my cuticles on 3 fingers, again bleeding. Nail art was nice though! I’m not from here and went to Serenity Nails based on reviews. I won’t be back.

Kimberly Gonzalez I’m not coming back for any type of manicure, I was ripped off. I came as a walk-in for a mani and pedi. The pedicure was fine, nail polish was put on incorrectly but I don’t care much about my toe nails so it was whatever to me. After the pedicure I was moved to get my manicure. I requested Medium almond dip nails and provided a reference photo of what I like/ have had previously. I did not get anything close to what I wanted. I knew once the nails were glued and cut they were too short and it all went down hill from there. The nail tech was working extremely fast and there was absolutely no attention to detail. My cuticles were not trimmed or cleaned, the nails are lumpy, bumpy, too short. The girl who was going to go after me and sitting next to me changed her mind after seeing how mine were going. I’m very bad at speaking up for myself and I just wanted to cry at this point. It was very upsetting to be paying so much, for nails I absolutely hate. Don’t come as a walk in, although I don’t think having an appointment would help you either as they seemed to squeeze in everyone and not care about the quality of work being provided.

Jessicka Lujan Anna was phenomenal. I took my 11 year old to get her nails done for her birthday and Anna exceeded her expectations. She is so happy! I was able to make an appointment online and was confirmed with my chosen slot within 15 minutes. So easy! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The salon was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Christina Rodriguez So clean and peaceful and my feet look amazing!!!! The color is perfect. My technician was so sweet and kind and offered water. During the heat wave it was nice a cool inside. I love how they treat everyone like they are important. The service is top tier and they always try to get me in when I schedule last minute. I used to go across the street to belle nails but the quality there has gone down a lot and it’s always packed and not relaxing at all it’s getting dirty too. I’m ver happy I found nexgen !

I have made appointments they confirm them then when I go to appointment I am told that I cant be serviced (they said they called bt I dnt have a missed call) this really makes me not wanna come back..this saddens me because I really do like tha quality of nails I received
