Nicole Chell honestly i would give 1 star but don is amazing, he didn’t do these nails it was a younger woman she looked angry the whole time, i just felt mistreated, kept hurting my nails and the nails look so wide in which i’ve never had my nails look like this, she was going quick and you can just tell she was doing it on purpose! it’s been two days and their already coming off do not come here unless you schedule w don honestly

Z C The lady that did my nails wasn’t that great. I felt she did better with solid colors than the French tip. My French tip was okay, but she didn’t use a clear or pinkish color to cover the nails before applying the white so my nails were lumpy on one side. It was a decent job but I wouldn’t go back. My toe nails were better. She only filed my toe nails on one side and didn’t file the other side. My sister also got her nails done by a different tech and she liked the result. Overall, the job wasn’t as messy as the other place I used to go to.

Pisces Energy They priced quite high for the service provided. I was charged $70 for a full set. I showed a photo of a glossy, milky white set with chrome french tips. She nodded her head and got to it. (Her and another worker were wearing masks and coughing up a storm, I felt bad they were working being that sick.) Well, cut to the point where it was time to do the chrome tip, she puts glitter on my nail and asks if I like it. I say no, I want chrome please, and I showed her the photo again. She put a different type of glitter on my nail and I said no, I want it just like the photo, metallic chrome french tip. And then she told me they didnt have that. I wouldnt have sat down in the chair to begin with it she wouldve told me from the start, when I showed her the photo, that she didnt have the product to do it. Eventually, she whipped out a silver polish and I settled for that since I was already about done with the set. I felt charging $70 was too much. I still tipped $7 because I felt bad she was working when she was clearly sick. No one should have to be doing that.

Michele Chastain I have been coming here about 5 years and the last 3 times, I wasnt given the option of which pedicure I would like. Im given the basic one. The pamphlet with the options should be given every time. I enjoy the longer massage. I like your establishment and the employees are great.

heather B Cindy does wonderful Pedi ! Takes her time and gives you the best with the deluxe Pedi. Been to her 3 times, shes my new girl when my feet need a spa day. Salon always clean and comfortable and staff helpful and friendly.

Alejandra A. 1st time here and it had been over a year that Ive got a set of acrylics so I was a little indecisive, but the nail technician gave me exactly what I wanted (olive green/ coffin shaped) & helped me w the rhinestone placement! He was very patient w me & had a friendly environment. 10/10

edk Ashely set up an appointment for me with Tina for a pedicure and manicure, both were excellent! Tina was ready when I arrived slightly early. Tina, was perfect, just perfect. Kind, attentive, and most importantly, she is an expert at her trade. I wasnt a regular pedicure-manicure guy before visiting Pro Nails but I am now. Big thanks Ashely and Tina, you are the best

Elsie Yalitza Macias I feel generous just by giving them a 2 star rating, more out of pity and due to the bit of decency in the service provided. For starters, the moment I walked in, I showed a picture of what I wanted my nails to look and if it was possible to have something similar done, I was told they could. After waiting for about 30min. A gentleman called me to his station. Once again I showed the picture on my phone, he proceeds to agree he can do this. He starts on my nails, pretty messy, as the acrylic overflows he cleans it with his nail which has a cluster of acrylic almost callus. As he starts trying to put polish I ask if hes going to shape my nails, he says he doesnt know how. Ok thats fine. I just ask he square the edges up a bit. Next is the polish, he starts painting all the nails the same color, I ask if he plans on doing the leopard print on top of the polish, he says oh no he doesnt know how to do that. -?!?&@@??!$&@? I ask that he stops, and if he can get someone who does know to help him. He raises his voice and asks everyone in that salon. They all nod their head and say no. Im furious at this point, so I ask if theres anything he can add so my nails arent so bland, he suggested black diamond looking gem, I agree (not knowing Id be charged extra). He finishes, Im completely dissatisfied. Then he charged me $40!! Im in shock, I ask for some sort of discount due to the poor work that was done. Nothing at all was able to be done. I pay the $40 and leave. Never again will I go here, nor would I recommend it, if the error would have somehow have been corrected somehow I would have been content. However there wasnt, and for this I give them such bitter review. Now that I relive this horrid experience I feel inclined to retract my generosity and give them 1 star.

Risa Martinez Place came highly recommended by a friend and they saw us quick...but the customer service was terrible. The guy that did my nails was rough and caused 3 of my fingers to bleed and didnt seem to care. When I brought it up he proceeded to clean my finger roughly with alcohol which made it bleed more. One of my nails isnt centered and then he was very rude when I chose not to tip at the end. Like dude Im not gonna tip for you butchering my cuticles! You could see where he cut deep....I have issues with this place.

Elexis Cuen I’ve had good experiences with gel pedis. Had an acrylic set done and it felt rushed even though there weren’t many people in. Minimal nail prep before placing acrylic. No cuticle cut. French tips were kind of wonky and fingers left messy. $65

Sade Gutierrez First time here and NEVER AGAIN!!! Don’t let fancy looking salons in a nice area fool you just because they look nice doesn’t mean there work is good! $92 of horrible services I got a full set and something simple the lady did not shape my nails well at all than I asked for a simple daisy flower which she could not do and smeared the yellow into the white did not bother fixing it or asking someone else to help her out and do it if she couldn’t nails are thin as paper clear coat is not fully coated she did not bother to clean up my cuticles before starting the full set which is a first for me than I got my daughters nails polished with gel which was $22 but they did not bother cleaning up any of her nail cuticles which was extra and I was willing to pay for it and requested it after..yet no one ever came to do that! Felt they were pushing people out so fast and for the prices not worth it!!

Luisa Bowman The salon is lovely and cozy. Nice decoration and clean. The staff are all very friendly and professional. I specifically came here for waxing and nail art. I really love the nail art I have left.

Elena I just went here yesterday and unfortunately have an infected ingrown toenail after coming here which hasn’t happened to me in years at a nail salon (sorry for the graphic photo) I don’t like being that person to complain but I was literally flinching while getting my toes done because my pedicurist kept ripping at the same spot of skin until I started to squirm from the pain. It’s very unsanitary and I’m surprised there aren’t more pictures of the inside showing this. The floor is very dirty and they don’t wipe down the chairs. Most of the waiting chairs had crumbs on it so I sat on the second to last one that seemed the cleanest until I was called up and the salon chair trays were very dirty and sticky. I really do like the workers here they’re sweet and they do a great massage and fun services, I hate that I even have to write this but I really think customers should be aware and unfortunately will no longer be coming here.

Melinda Jones I drive all the way from Clovis to go to this nail salon! I love every single of their nail techs. I feel so taken care of every time and their prices are so adorable and reasonable. I also take my boyfriend with me to get his nails done and it’s always a relaxing experience!

MLissa Morillo We had a great time with the Neon Glow pedicure! The massage and the hot rocks were so relaxing. And it was nice to choose our scents for the soak water. La was our person and we loved her! Beautiful interior design. And we are both very tall and were happy that our chairs were adjustable!! Great experience!! Thanks “La”!

Lisbeth Franco Awesome place, this is my favorite nail salon in Fresno, for pedicure & manicure. The attention is always on point, they greet you when you walk in to your appointment, you can schedule it online and it’s easy. They offer you drinks on the house anywhere from Vietnamese coffee to mimosas. I am a regular here.

Beatrice Parker Tim does an awesome job on my nails every time . And hes quick. He does then just the way I like them. The team here is very nice. The weekend is very busy. I recommend making an appointment.

Kristina Hernandez The salon is very well kept up and clean. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and directed to the tech who would help me. I’ve been in search of a nail tech, and I’ve found one in Lynn. She’s precise, and fast, but isn’t rushing.

Kristy Sauerbry This was my first time at this salon. David did my builder gel refill and Nancy did my pedicure. Both did a great job, were friendly, and efficient. I would recommend either tech. The salon was consistently busy while I was there, but still had a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment so you know youre able to get in.
