Tasha Hunter This was my first time at this salon and everyone was very kind and welcoming. They offered me a beverage and a seat at the nail bar and told me the wait would be 10 minutes and it was. I appreciate honest time estimates. Kaylin was my technician and she did a great job with my fill and nail art. She was gentle and very professional. I will be going back! Thank you all.

Arely Ramos I’ve recently been coming here and I have to say I’m obsessed! Vivian has been doing my nails and she’s seriously the best! She’s fast ( which I love ) and they come out perfect every time!! Everyone that works there is very nice and offer you something to drink. They have a lot of color choices too which I like because I love me some nude pinks and clears lol

ruby matiasevich Went in for a simple manicure. The girl was unfriendly… she seemed annoyed that I was even there. Her polish job was horrible and I didn’t even get a massage. I felt I had to tip her because she asked for one. She didn’t even tell me the price of my nails just asked for a tip and my signiture. I will never go back there!!! Horrible service!!

Extremely professional, they take their time, and they offer many options for pedicure upgrades. These ladies are literally artists. Myle did my nails. Very kind and listened to my needs. This place is also very clean. It’s a hidden gem that will not disappoint you!

MagicFaces LA Annie did my gel nails, Michelle did my signature pedicure. Both super professional & welcoming. This is my new favorite nail shop. Today was busy but they were able to fit me in without needing an appointment. They take their time to make sure everything is perfect! And have a 2 weeks no chip policy so you can return and get fixed free of charge.

rylee doyle Got a great set of Gel X nails and pedi. My fiancé got a nice mani pedi. Clean but small inside. There is a free parking lot so that’s nice. Got my full set and pedi done in under 1 hour so that was awesome. We will be back.

Valarie Armstrong I love this place! I’m always in and out with a smile. Mimi, takes her time and actually listens to what you want . Today I received a full set with chrome on top of acrylic only (no color). I have large nail beds and that can be difficult to create and shape for a natural look. But, Mimi has yet to disappoint and I’m a forever customer.

Elnie Camique It’s my second time going here and both experiences were great! Steven convinced me to do an acrylic overlay and it lasted an entire month with no breakages. My nails felt so strong! Mimi did my second set. She was efficient and her design application was effortless. I also got a pedi but didn’t catch gal’s name; she did a great job too!

Adreana Langston My nails look great but I dont think I will be returning. I paid $104 for a full set of french tip acrylics and a gel pedicure, a reasonable price by todays standards. I had already prepped my own hands and feet, including callus removal, cuticle removal and sanding and buffing. So I declined any extra services. My nails looked very good. The place was clean. The staff was friendly and spoke English well enough. I am giving 2 stars because the manicurist cut me TWICE with the drill used to sand the nails before applying acrylic. She didnt even notice the blood the first time. I had to ask her to for alcohol for the cut. She apologized and sprayed my finger. Okay fine. I have never been cut by the drill before when getting a manicure or pedicure but mistakes happen so whatever. So after cutting me once with the drill you would think she would pay closer attention. On the second hand she cut me again with the drill. And each time the cut happened, she was talking to the the woman giving me a pedicure and looking up from her glasses to glance at the woman or the salon. I mean, it was just a split second glance. But thats all it took to cut me. The woman giving me the manicure was named Vivian. The woman giving me the pedicure seemed to never take her eyes off my feet while she was working on them. When she looked up at me to talk to me, she put her tool down. When I answered her question, she picked her tool up and resumed working. THAT is the way not to cut customers. I tipped both Vivian and Helen because my fingernails and toenails both looked good. Super shiny, well shaped, all that. But Im not giving 5 stars to an establishment where the worker cut me TWICE, nor am I recommending it. There are so many nail salons in Long Beach where I have never been cut.

T SYN (Syn T) I needed the color to be changed and it was already super late. I called them at 730? Ish. They close at 8 and still took me in. A few imperfections nothing major. Kind of pricey for being in the hood. The lady kept burning me on the edges as she was trying to rush. My fault for being a last minute customer. Would use them again if I am in a pinch. Cost was $22 for a gel nail color change.

Nayyy .marieee I had a terrible experience today, I waited for TT as I was getting my nails done. She said it would take an hour, the person doing my nails took over an hour and 30 minutes for a simple short set French tip and he could not paint worth a damn. Another woman had to come and redo my nails because they looked, so uneven and terrible. Because he took so long TT put somebody else in my place so she was doing a pedicure and someone else’s nails, I decided to leave and not be the third client that she was juggling. I would not recommend they cannot do any updated styles. They are nice, but it is not worth the price and the time you spend there . .

JaySee It seems like my job was rushed, gel paint was left on my cuticles, and the paint is really uneven. I can only speak for the nail tech I got. Hopefully the others are better. I don’t think I’ll be coming back

laniya davis DO NOT GO HERE! They were nice however the person doing my nails messed up painting on my gel on my right thumb (third pic). Another thing the SECOND DAY MY RING NAIL BROKE! Idk what they use but it’s not it. It’s day 7 and I only have 7 nails and one of them hurts super bad to the point I’m scared I have infection . I’m so disappointed. I cut my right hands nails do I can start to remove them today. Paid 60$ for nothing.

Yessenia Mora Cute Spot, very clean. Have gone in a couple times and as many chances as I give something always ends up wrong. First, dont bother making appointment its not respected. Second, got spa pedicure ($26 value) a couple times and yesterday 9/14/17 girl did the most basic pedicure didnt use any sort of separation on my toes when painting them and now I have chipped toes. No cleaning of toes nothing. Nails were gorgeous got a bright yellow gel, and realized my nails are full of dents. Not sure if product being used doesnt work or why they end up this way a day after.

Jennifer Miller I have gotten a few pedicures here. The first one was fantastic! They have been worse and worse since then. This last one was horrible. She wouldn’t cut my nails shorter even though I kept asking. And the polish job was HORRIBLE! I’m really disappointed!

Nail polish from previous hard gels wasnt fully removed manicure with cold water, rudeness and just because someone is black doesnt mean they dont understand other dialects! ShaRea Mitchell I used to love it here, but now it is a HOT mess due to new staffing. The new lady that’s in charge of doing your toes (short and kind of on the heavier side) stopped mid pedicure session to argue with her man on the phone. She also skips over certain steps when doing your pedicure. She is also very invasive of your space, touchy, and can make you a bit uncomfortable. Last time I went, they also had one lady there doing multiple full sets so the wait time was terrible and she will also stop mid session to start on another client and then bounce back to you. The nails never look like how I want it, the powder was laid on my nail bed incorrectly so it was very bumpy, and some of my nail didn’t even have the powder on there so small bits of my nail was uncovered. Honorable mention: the lady that did my toes got into it so bad with her boyfriend that she had me take a picture of her doing my toes so she can send it to him….so unprofessional and uncomfortable :(

Morgan M I absolutely love this place, not only because it’s fairly priced, but also because the work done is quality! The two you will always see there is Anthony and Jenny. Anthony always does my pedicure, and Jenny always does my manicure. I am a very picky person and they always allow me to voice my opinion and do their best to accommodate my requests because I’m quite particular about my nails and toenails. They take their time as to be perfect so do not expect a fast nail job. Plus it’s usually only the two of them so relax... They are very kind people and I recommend anyone to go. By the way, YES, they ARE OPEN even though yelp says they are closed.

Audrea B I love Milano nail lounge. Don the guy that sets appointments and takes payment is amazing. He always has an upbeat attitude and makes sure throughout your appointment your needs being met. Here they have so many colors designs and capable nail techs. I normally find 1 at most shops that can accommodate my needs here there are at least two nails techs i love. They are fast and precise. They do pedicure here at the same time as nails which is amazing and always offer a beverage. The shop is always clean and they always have beautiful flowers. Parking is easy

Zachara Ormsby I’ve been coming to this salon for about six months since moving from New York, and I’ve been loving it! The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the salon is very clean. Ava has been doing most of my nail designs since my first visit, and I always leave thrilled with the results. For this design, she freehanded it based on my vision because I couldn’t find an exact reference—it turned out perfect! She’s incredibly talented and such a perfectionist in the best way. Joanne takes care of my pedicures, and she’s just as amazing. I’m so happy I found my go-to, trusted nail salon!

Gaby Kayla did an amazing job with my nail design today! She was so kind and accommodating and she nailed the design I asked for. I love this salon and would recommend anyone to come in.

Molly Workman After coming here for close to a year I’m happy to say Milano has become my trusted and recommended salon. All the employees are great but I’m happy to have created a relationship with Rosa, who always gets my nails perfect. I’m always throwing crazy designs at her and she always slays! Today she did my favorite set EVER, thanks so much Rosa!

Miloh Burlon I went around to three other salons to get my nails done, but I realized they couldn’t do the style I wanted so I came here as my last option, and it was my first time here. The atmosphere is very clean and neat, everyone was professional along with them having a wide variety of color to work with. They even do gem design with a lot of the other local salons don’t do. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she did just that! Hands down the best nails I had ever gotten and I’m obsessed with them. I definitely will be coming back as a regular along with having my friends check them out as well

Gloria Gomez What a nice experience! I was having such a stressful morning and decided to treat myself to a pedicure. Immediately, greeted with such friendliness. I got a spa experience and I wish I had taken a picture of the menu but it came with callus remover, paraffin wax, a massage, scrub, orange and cucumber rub, lavender everything, and they offer a complimentary drink to all customers. I felt so good and relaxed and it made up so much for the morning I was having. I spoke with Louis who told me they Glow Nails is under new management and completely renovated with their grand opening at the beginning of February 2025. I dont know how it was before but it is a beautiful and amazing experience now. The service I got is $75 with gel nails and 100% worth it. I should have gotten more names because the Roman who did my pedicure was so nice and kept checking to make sure I was okay and that everything was going okay. There was another woman, who Ill call the mama bear of the salon, who was a amazing as well

The salon was extremely clean, pleasant and I loved the ambiance. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was quickly seated. Genesis Montecinos Toni at front desk was AMAZING. He had amazing phone etiquette & was very welcoming, it was mine & my family’s first time & he answered any questions we had. Tiffany, Tia & Steven did our pedicures & manicures & they were just as amazing. Tiffany kept making sure she was not hurting me when doing my pedicure and was very gentle! OVER ALL THE VIBE WAS GREAT ✨

Andrea Barrera Took a well needed and well deserved “self-care” day. This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it. The service was great from beginning to end. I have a hard time finding a nail place I like. I’m way too picky and always end up doing my own nails at home. I’m so happy I came here. Both of the nail techs (Fenny & Ana) did my Gel-X Medium Stiletto nails & Gel Pedicure and they were both so sweet. I loved my experience and I will definitely be back. As much as I would like to keep this spot lowkey, they deserve the recognition for how great of a job they did!

Jenna Young This is my go-to nail salon in Long Beach. I just moved out here from New York and every woman knows it’s so hard to find a good nail salon/nail tech! It’s clean and a very relaxing environment. I love how they keep the door open on nice sunny days :) always so bright and sunny inside! All of the girls are super nice and thorough. 3 or 4 different girls have done my pedis/manis and they all do a great job. Great variety of colors Also fair prices! It’s right on 4th street close to a cafe so you can grab your coffee before going :) there’s also plenty of street metered parking which is convenient. Def check it out if you’re in Long Beach or visiting!

Andrea Bonilla Recinos Updated review: They are still the best nail salon in downtown Long Beach. I always recommend them to everyone. Megan is very attentive to your needs and Phoebe is a true artist both are very talented. Favorite nail salon they try their best to match any picture of any design you show them and they always make it even better. Phoebe and Megan are the best!

Rebecca Rodriguez I came here because my regular nail salon didn’t have any last-minute availability and I’m so glad I did come in. They were able to see me and get me started with five minutes. Full with set French tip and a small design $90 The girl doing my nails at works extremely quick! But don’t be fooled. Her quality of work is so amazing. I was so surprised she was able to get my nails done so quick, but still make them look amazingly good. She constantly asked me if I enjoyed the shape or if I like the coloring! Which I really appreciated because I could be honest about her, which didn’t need any criticism because she really killed it. I’m excited to see how long they hold up and to get a new set next month with Nails Studio (:

Marie B You need to make an appointment. The place is clean and they do a nice job.The prices are reasonable. Ive been there many times and will continue to go back. They are super busy, professional and consistent with their work. The manicurist did take a long time to polish my toenails. The end result was very nice. Definitely recommend it! All their customers walk out happy. I decided to try the leg waxing, which is reasonably priced. I wouldnt recommend it. The space was more of a storage closet and not set-up for a professional service. Although the end result was well done and nicely waxed legs. I suppose if youre in a pinch and really need something waxed, this will definitely get the job done but just dont expect a spa like space or experience.

Cynthia Saldivar I paid $127 for a pedicure and manicure, they aren’t even worth it at all, most of my nails are uneven and they are so rude. It’s not worth your money!! I was being nice through it all and the workers are rude just sitting down and talking to each other and talking on the phone while working it was ridiculous..

lucy so cute and close to the reference picture! didn’t take long at all but a bit pricey for what I got. this was $90, $20 each hand for the gems/ design, and $50 for the standard set. the nail tech accidentally filed some of the skin on my nails which wasn’t the best, but overall the set was really cute and I liked them!

The atmosphere here is very fun and inviting. The nail tech is very aware of the current nail trends and can make your nail inspiration come to vision! Cheryl Truong Ive been coming to Luxury Nails & Spa in Long Beach for over a year! Anna is my go-to, and knows how I like my nails done. She is calm and very neat, and has great attention to detail. She can literally do any design I show her on my phone exactly like the photo, if not better! Theres always parking available right in front of the salon too, which is a huge plus!
