Sabrina Bravo I called yesterday for an early morning appointment no problem. Showed up today and didnt wait long. Mary started my pedicure and Kim came shortly after to start my manicure. Excellent service and so friendly. My hands and feet feel so good. Will be scheduling my appointments with these two from now on. Thank you ladies.

Nails are crooked, fat & oddly shaped.
I decided to treat myself on Sunday, which I never do. Sucks to have this experience and waste of $50, especially in this economy. Will not be wasting my hard earned money here again.
Very deep cut. Nail tech instantly put some sort of alcohol on my cut to prevent it from bleeding anymore at the shop which made it sting soooooo bad.
My face was in discomfort and I no longer wanted to continue with the service, but I was too timid to speak and hate confrontation
Fingers were swollen for four days. Very sensitive very painful could not use my hands

Ivette Flemate Ill start by saying Ive been coming to this salon for years, never had any issues. Sunday I came in, got a pedicure and full set done. I showed a pic of the nails i wanted got nothing close to it. This was not a white tip this is a half a white nail. I came back 5 min after i left that there were air bubbles all over my nails, all Jennifer did was file once and put more clear polish on them. I told them i was not happy with them, i told them i would come in the next day since they were closing to get them fixed which Jennifer agreed. I came back at 450pm the next day and Jennifer was gone. The lady "in charge" was dismissive, rude, and ignored me and said "she doesnt want to be involved". She gave me multiple excuses as to why not do my nailsor at least make me an appt for the next day since they wanted to go home early. She states no one knew how to make an appt. No one knew how to do nails, no one else spoke english, no one had jennifers number (which they ended up calling her later) they were closing early, this wasnt her problem, she didnt care, and walked off. They called "jennifer" but it was Ellie the owner according to her, and was very apologetic and made me an appt to come in the next day at 5 and they would remove my nails and put a new set. it would all be taken care of. I agreed. I get a call this morning from Jennifer who is supposed to be "taking good care of me today" and says i need to come in at 4 since shes leaving early, i told her my appt was 5 and was assured this issue would be handled today. she again said she was leaving at 4, or i can pick up my refund my full set. Im picking up my refund but they have been so unprofessional and for being such a loyal customer for years this isnt how you do bussiness. STAY AWAY

majaira rojas By far very impressed with the customer care each employee gave me they were so sweet and very gentle I had gotten a pedicure and needless to say I’m very picky with pedicure I’ve been coming here since I moved to Ontario and the way they massage the feet and clean them I was in feet heaven it’s very cozy in the salon they make you feel right at home!
