Gemsofthewild The ladies that work here are a bit catty and love to talk about the women that walk in and are in the establishment. They don’t think I can understand but I am well traveled, I do. They charge up for gel polish which I expected but per the reviews I see many different prices for that charge up. So they clearly just feel you out and charge what they think you should be charged. There is no set price which screams shady business. I decided to up charge for a longer massage, I said I had just hiked and my muscles were sore that’s why I wanted a longer massage and she kid you not told me to go Nextdoor to the foot spa for a massage. I DO NOT recommend getting anything other than the basic pedicure as that’s what you will get regardless of what pedicure package you select. Again, I travel full time all over the country. This spa was nothing special and all ladies that work here are not kind and could use better customer service skills. The place is a bit dirty with nail clippings all over the floor, the pedicure chairs are so worn out you can feel the metal bars while you sit in it and I’m 128lbs it’s SO uncomfortable. If I lived in the area I would not come here again. Thankfully I do not have to come here again. 2/5 stars, the polish on my pedicure came out great but the comfort was NOT there. Not worth my hard earned money when I’m coming for a self care/relaxing time.

SarahBella Loomis This is the 3rd nail place I have tried since moving to North county. I was extremely impressed! David made my nails not only look and feel amazing, but he was fast!!! I highly recommend him. Bonus... the price was very reasonable and even $15.00 cheaper than the last guy I went to, in the Albertsons parking lot in Paso!

Esmeralda Jimenez Second time going and I hated the first time . I thought I’d try a different nail tech cause last time I had an older lady . This time I had one of the younger ladies and she suggested a different color after I told her the one I liked after I told her it was to bright she continued to paint them and kept saying it was cute ?!? So I told her to At least add a couple red hearts a couple means 2 btw and she added a lot of small uneven hearts and silver dots ?! At this point I just wanted to go home and did not want to sit in a chair where they can’t understand me. The nails were too thin . This is only day TWO and it’s chipped already. Never coming again.

keyla springe I recently started going to this place for my pedicures. Its a quiet place owned by the couple who does the pedis and manis. Ive been much happier here than in all the other places I tried before around Paso Robles and Templeton. They have very convenient hours too. Their day off if on Tuesday, that means I can go on Sunday! Love this feature.

Melissa Lair I absolutely loved this spa experience! My 7 year old daughter and I went in for manicures, (hers was a regular- love that they offered non toxic options for her sweet little fingers! ), mine was a fill with gel. Kelvin did a fantastic job! I truly appreciate the nice conversation, and attention to detail! He is a perfectionist, and this has to be the best my nails have ever looked! We will definitely be coming back!

Barbara Hogeland Ben & Mindy have been proprietors for over 15years. They are warm, friendly and professional. Their busy shop is clean & prices are reasonable. Expect long wait time if you drop in. Appointments are preferred.

Naomi Harvey Spent a few days in Paso Robles and needed to get my nails done for a wedding. They were fantastic, prompt, and my nails look great. I called for an appointment and they called me when they had a cancellation so I could get in sooner. Highly recommend!

Alex I took my wife there. The experience was great the gentleman that did her pedicure was professional. And a pleasure to talk to. This was the second time and my wife says shes looking forward to the third time.

hilaryelizabeth elgin Alex and his wife are so incredibly sweet here and do a fantastic job each time. They are patient and never make you feel rushed or hurried here so you can actually relax and enjoy the experience. They are always clean here and are very accommodating. I took my sister-in-law here and she enjoyed the experience and how relaxed they were.

Gina Di Mola I asked for beach themed nails that had palm trees when I walked in, I picked out my colors and then, as they are putting on the color they say they can’t do palm trees and pulled out stickers to go on which was nice but nothing beach themed . I just wish they told me ahead of time they couldn’t so that because if they did, I could have chosen different colors and style. I get the luxury of doing my nails often, so I was super stoked to do this and I had spent my 90$ for mani pedi and walked out super disappointed :/

PATRICK LAMB We made an unscheduled visit to get my wifes nails done. They managed to squeeze her into their busy schedule. Great localtion. Friendly staff teaming to provide a quality and timely service. I highly recommend using them for your nail spa needs while visiting Paso Robles. Also, recommend making an appointment before you stop in.

Rachael Roberson Nail Envy is my favorite place to go! Whether its for acrylics, an organic mani/pedi, or basic gel manicure, I love it. Everyone is so nice, I recommend making an appointment because its just courtesy in my opinion. Ill come back to get my acrylics changed & filled. Though the organic treatment is a bit more pricey than a regular, I really enjoy the exfoliants and lotions they use for the mani/pedi.

Lori Ladd Able to get a same day appointment. Although they do take walk ins just call first. Super clean and comfortable surrounding. I loved my pedicure and my toes look beautiful

tara hoffmann I went here because of the other reviews and concur that this is a wonderful place to get a pedicure! They are very clean and thorough and I never had a hot stone massage before and that was great! Highly recommend and I will be back the next time Im in the area!

Kylee Segobia This is the first time coming here and I came with my stepmom, the person that did my nails didn’t even do the design right, cut them to short, and the lady that did my stepmoms nails was very aggressive on her and she has a hurt hand already so the lady hurt it even worse by twisting it the way she wanted it, we were also told that the nails were gonna be 110, but when we told the ladies what they did wrong they changed the price to 125, I wanted the black v tips and my stepmom wanted French tip nails but the lady was aggressive on her. I’m sorry but we are never coming here again

Ruby Angel I went to get a pedicure and a full gel set and I told the lady I wanted almond shape and she did her choice and they are crooked it’s been five days since I got them done and they look like I need a fill. For my pedicure the guys scrubbed hard and made my toe nail bleed and my foot too, I wouldn’t go back to them,

Kristina Pickering After work relaxing manicure/pedicure was much needed and to my surprise, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had at Vessel. The husband and wife duo really treated me right. I got the powder gel French manicure and a traditional gel pedicure. I will certainly be back!

J Mae This place should have a sign that says "by appointment only" and even then, dont expect to get in if you need a quick pedi. When I tried to make an appointment for both my mother and I, we had to wait 10 days for an opening and even then they seemed overbooked. When I tried to walk in another time they told me to come back in 4 hours. I would have been willing to wait while there a long time but they just couldnt help me. I dont find their quality or service to be spectacular, so I dont know why they are apparently so popular.

Amber Valentine I went the other day for my first time to TKS. I haven’t been to a nail salon in months because my last experience was so bad, but this salon completely changed my mind. The work was done so quickly, but still to the highest quality of work. They had me out within an hour with some of the best nails I’ve ever had! I will definitely be a returning customer. (PS, Uyen is incredible!)

Alissa Vitervo Vazquez Ive been a long time customer and first-time reviewer. But I just love paso nail and spa. They all do great work. I request Henry because he is thorough in his work and pays attention to detail and the French tip is done by paint brush both mani and pedis. He picks very natural colors for the nail bed. Go to him on your day off for exactly what you want!

rachel burson came in to get one nail fixed, said i was happy to wait. the woman didn’t want to help me and said she doesn’t know how to fix and they don’t use OPI. i saw opi on the shelves and pointed it and she said the product was old. i said ok can you choose a red that will match? she said no and kept on insisting she can’t fix it & doesn’t know how, felt like she just wanted to chase me and leave. so i left.

Citlali S Honestly, all I asked for was a manicure. Thats it, no color. Just a simple manicure. And yet I was disappointed. Worst manicure ever!!!! My nails uneven and looks like a kid did them. Left hand nails longer than my right and not even cuticle softener was added!!! Skip this place and safe your money!!!

Yadira Mendoza I usually don’t do bad reviews. But today I really got upset and I paid for service that I didn’t get. A while ago I had gone and I had a bad service by a guy who didn’t do a good job either. I stopped going for a while and went to different place. Unfortunately, that place was closed today so I decided to give them a second chance. I told him I wanted A deluxe pedicure and manicure. Unfortunately, I had the same experience but this time with the young lady. She barely touched my feed. I feel like my feet only got soaked, nail cut, and then nails painted. That was not a deluxe pedicure I was paying for. When I told her she needed to take the dead skin off, she said “we cant do that you need to come more often”. I’m sorry, but my feet are not that dry she only put a cream underneath my foot and barely touched with the yellow sponge or whatever it’s called. So that was the first red flag it got me thinking here we go again. When she got to my manicure she only soak my fingers, cut and file my nails then said she was “done”. I asked her don’t you put like a lotion or something. I feel like we’re missing a couple steps. This didn’t feel like a deluxe pedicure or manicure. So one of the guy (worker) said “yes she needs to give you a massage on your hands. She will do it right now”. So I just got up and left I told her she wasn’t doing her job. I was upset because I was paying $68.00 for something she wasn’t doing I could’ve done that at home. As I was paying a lady(customer) said “your right they’re not doing what they supposed to be doing.” I’m glad I wasn’t the only one thinking the same thing. So less and learn here. I will definitely will not be going back. If you’re looking for a place that they’re gonna do their job for what you’re paying for let’s just say this is not the place $68.00 it’s not cheap.

Savannah Simpson We came in last week for 3 pedicures. We made an appointment in advance. We also made it very clear this appointment was for MY WEDDING DAY. They sat my daughter down first, and told my mother and I that we had to wait for our chairs to become available. After 20 minutes we were finally in a chair. The service from there was okay. My mom is diabetic and her feet are very sensitive and she told him multiple times he was hurting her, and his continued response was "Im not hurting you." They did the typical trying to upsale services by asking if I wanted my daughters nails painted for $10 and asking my mom if she wanted to pay $7 for additional foot scrub. Once it was time to pay, they informed my mom they were charging her $10 to remove her former nail polish. And then had the audacity to ask her who and how much would be tipped. It was very rude I would not recommend this location. Do yourself a favor, and go literally anywhere else.

Stacey Love Ive been a customer here for about 6 months. Heres what your experience will typically be like. You will wait. No one will remember you until youve been there for months and tipping will make absolutely no difference in the quality of your work so you might as well not. Rates change constantly without any disclosure. Dont you dare call to change your appointment because you might get electronic I did. God Im so sorry that my life interferes with getting my nails done sometimes and occasionally I am gonna need to change my appointment. Upon calling to request a different appointment yesterday I received a very rude lecture about how I am wasting their time And need to make a decision immediately. I was so flabbergasted by the rudeness that I decided to go ahead and cancel my appointment And I will not be back ever again. Tommy stopped doing my nails as well as he was in the beginning so theres really no point. He was using the wrong pink powder and then switched halfway through my last appointment. I think he assumed I didnt notice but I did. My nails are now different colors. This isnt the 1st time he made this mistake. I used to love my nails but now I only kind of like them. So definitely time for me to find another place to go. Ive tried every place in paso and its been an unsatisfactory experience so Im going to try going to Atascadero to a place that has a much higher class atmosphere than any place in paso can offer.

Jennifer E. Whittle Decent experience but definitely MAKE AN APPT. They seem to be the only decent salon in PR so they are very busy! My experience with Helen & Lisa was good. Definitely recommend for dip powder (SNS) & gel manicures. I got dip powder in a pretty Christmas tree green color for the holidays which I am still very pleased with.

Ashleigh Diaz I have been coming here for months for full sets and fills. The lady convinced me last time to get a pedicure, I was super hesitant because of other places causing ingrown nails in the past. But I decided to give her a chance. She blew it. I decided to still continue to go to her for my nails though. I got a fill done within a few hours of leaving a nail broke. I called her the next day and she told me she didnt have time to fix it. I told her it needed to be fixed that day(as mom of 3 kids) I dont have time to be waiting around for her. When I went In later that afternoon she was very rude didnt greet me. Was very physically rough with my hands and continued to give me excuse after excuse as why this happened. She said I need a new set because mine were old. Why she didnt just do the full set the previous day is beyond me then it would have saved her having to fix 1 nail and would have saved her from losing a regular customer.

Linda Ellis I am so happy with the service here. MAI did an excellent job on my pedicure. The other girl also phenomenal who did my gel manicure. There all very professional. VERY thorough. I had a lot of ingrown toe nails from the previous salon. Mai took care of it. I highly recommend this place. Kenny is nice also. Peaceful and very caring to the customer.

Susan H I made an appointment but found it not a relaxing experience. I felt like they rushed through and the lady was rough using a cheese grater like tool on my feet. My nails were not cut evenly and upon getting home I felt ridges on my feet from the tool she used so I used an emery board to smooth them off. She did not put a nail hardening finish coat. The man who owns the shop looks very stressed. I have mixed feelings about going again. It is a clean shop which is a plus.

We were able to make appointments in advance, and the staff was so welcoming when we got there. They were thorough and made sure we all got the right shape and color we wanted. Helen Lawver The gentleman did a decent job on my gel nails but a some side spots were lightly missed and a couple areas dried onto my cuticle. Unfortunately after less than a week a chunk about 1/2 the nail popped off. I went in 2 days later & they repaired for free which I appreciated. This morning another 1/2 of a completely different nail popped off too. I won’t be going back.

Vanessa Baez We just moved to the location, and I tried out this salon hoping I got quality work for the price. The gentleman who worked on my nails didn’t bother to ask what I wanted once I told him after he laid the clear acrylic he was upset stated I should have said something before. The thing is I did explain what I wanted to not only one woman but two of them. Yet the message wasn’t relayed to him. After I compromised and chose something different I look at my nails so upset then looking through the reviews I can’t believe people pay high prices for terrible quality!!!! 60$ wasted. Also I hate curved nails so outdated
