Chrissy This was maybe the worst place I’ve ever been to. One lady was on the phone yelling the entire time, which was stressful and annoying. The place was freezing and the water was also (my toes turned blue), and it coat $70 for a gel pedicure without any type of services (no wax, no hot stone, cuticles weren’t even trimmed really). They used the same nail file on my toes as they did to “exfoliate” which was weird and uncomfortable. And then they picked off the chipping gel (from 10 min earlier) with their nails and reapplied half a coat with no top coat. It’s also super run down and idk how sanitary it is. I ran away and didn’t get my manicure. I hate leaving bad reviews but… don’t go here

Koy M I use to come here with my mom years ago and will continue to come to this place because they care to meet my needs and I always leave satisfied. My nails always look fantastic and they stay on alot longer. They are reasonably priced, and a friendly environment. I highly recommend.

Rosey Subs The place is bit busy and had to wait for a long time but it was worth the wait!! I love the nails so cute. I gave her an inspo and what I wanted and she achieved it so well. They can do designs so well and I think the prices are worth it. Definitely recommend this place!!

Justmyfavorites 1 The quality of supplies they used was so sub par. The nails lifted and separated at just two days. I can peel it off with such minimal effort. Plus they were so rushed and made my cuticles sore for about 2 weeks. Stay away. I had to wait a full two weeks for my skin to heal and then go to a better salon.

Liz Beth I love this place!! Cindy always does an amazing job on my nails. She is so talented and a TRUE artist who pays attention to detail. My acrylic nails always last at least 3 weeks too, which is a major plus! She has many ombre options to choose from and files my nails to the exact shape that I love. I would highly recommend! As others have said, they do get busy though, so you definitely want to set some time aside when you go. Definitely worth it though, in my opinion!!

Monica Morrell So disappointed, my first impression was it was kinda dirty, but it was Friday night and I was way past due…so I went for it…though I had a decent pedicure, the polish wasn’t great but, I’m more upset about they wouldn’t soak my acrylic nails, they said they only pull (rip) it off with clippers. I said I that Don’t want my acrylic nails ripped off, I’d prefer to soak off acrylic. She said That takes to long…. Now I have to find somewhere that has the same polish color. Very unhappy I have to NOW make two trips to get my P&M..

A ANS I love getting a manicure and pedicure here. A large selection of polish and great pedicure with massaging seats and massage options. I recently got gel done and love it. Eyebrow waxing is also fabulous. It’s a small local business I love to support. I know staffing is challenging everywhere so please bring your patience. Weekdays early in the morning with an appointment have been best for me if I’m in a hurry. Otherwise I’ll check in and head to Ross or Trader Joe’s for shopping and come back. Lots of parking and very convenient for running errands. The manager led the effort to donate food and clothing to fire victims during the Santa Rosa fires. I will never forget that kindness.

Danielle Adams I am not someone who writes reviews but I feel that it’s necessary to let anyone who is looking for a pedicure in Petaluma to not go here. The quality of their work is horrible. My technician was incompetent and had to be replaced. She burned my nail with the drill going to fast, she would not soak off my gel she repeatedly used the drill when I asked for an alternative. She then used the drill at a slower setting and was barely making progress it was taking way too long to remove polish. She cut my nails sideways and did not use the tools properly or cut my cuticles or attempt to remove calluses. It was honestly shocking at how bad this was. I then asked if someone could else could finish my pedicure. The women who did finished did a way better job and completed the pedicure. I hope this salon improves, it use to be a good place to get nails done.

T. Roth I am officially done with this despicable salon! Please read all the way through to save yourself grief, time, your hard earned money, and potentially harmful chemicals from your body. I have been going here off and on since moving to Petaluma nine years, and I am officially done with these deceitful and unprofessional people. I kept myself from posting negative reviews up until now because I believed in them and really thought they were good people especially the owners Theresa and co-owner Lam. Originally, I was getting my nails done with Lam part owner and ex son in law. Lam always did my nails quickly and exactly in the flared shape that I liked. My nails lasted 4 weeks. I had no complaints with him until the day I decided to change the shape and go slightly oval, a completely different look for me. When he was finished my nails they looked like “bird claws”and truly made me laugh out loud! I politely asked him to change it back by filing them more square because the look was not for me. He filed them back to the shape I liked, I paid him over the top in tip as I always had and left on pleasant terms. The next month when I made an appointment with him, I came to the salon only to be greeted outside by the former receptionist Lisa. She appeared anxious and nervous and said Lam refused to take me and would never work on me again. I was shocked and stunned! When I asked her why he agreed to make me an appointment she had no answer. I became very upset and asked that he come and explain himself, and she said he refused to talk to me ever again. As a co-owner of the Salon, I found his demeanor to be extremely unprofessional, cowardly, and immature. I was left scrambling to find another nail salon on a whim. It was a very stressful and hurtful situation for me. Against everybody’s advice, I decided to go back and work with Theresa the owner despite everyone telling me to never give them my business as what they did to me was beyond unprofessional. Although Theresa has always been kind to me, the quality of her work speaks differently. Each time I have gone to Theresa for the past year, my nails have lifted within one to two weeks. I typically go four weeks anywhere else with no problems. It appears since the pandemic there are using cheap acrylic because my nails constantly lift after just one week and come off. I do not use excessive water nor abuse my nails. I also find my skin itching constantly each time I get my nails done here indicating that their products are of cheap quality and probably contain toxic chemicals. I never experience these symptoms anywhere else and I have been getting my nails done for the past 30 years with no issue whatsoever. After giving them one more try last week with a new technician Lynn, as expected all my nails started lifting and breaking one by one less than two weeks of having paid $70 of getting a fill. I contacted the salon and Lam answered and got me back in today to have them fixed by Lynn the same technician that had done my fill list two weeks ago. Mind you I had already done back last week and fixed 3 lifting and broken nails with Theresa. I told Lam and Theresa that I would be expecting a full set this time and not paying! Theresa agreed and said no problem and I went back today. I sat at the salon from 1 PM till 245 and had Lynn provide a full set. I was gracious to her and left her a $20 bill and walked out. I was talking to another customer outside when Lynn chased me outside, screaming and shouting in front of everyone saying that I didn’t pay for my service and to get back into the salon right now as she angrily pointed her finger and treated me like a thief! I walked back in and noticed everyone staring at me and I calmly explained that this was my 3rd time in within the last two weeks and that Theresa and Lam had told me to come back and that I would not be charged. She proceeded to yell louder and louder and said I owed $70 that she has been working on me for the last two hours! I told her that’s not what I was told by Theresa! Now I have ringworm too! NEVER AGAIN!

willow hofmann I love Bella Femme. The only place I ever go. I’ve never been disappointed with service or products. They’re very patient with my common changing my mind a bunch of times before finally committing to color. I usually get acrylics but I’m going soon to try gel on natural and I just don’t trust anyone else.

Jessica Beebe Queen and Kate are simply great! This place is clean, friendly and inviting! They really take care of their customers and make sure they do exactly what you want so when you leave, youre satisfied and happy! I highly recommend! If you havent been, youre missing out on a luxury experience! Please give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

George George Had my nails done by Queen today. Before I sat down I was offered water and tea. She was super friendly, attentive, explained that the place I previously went to did not fill correctly and I was going to get fungus. She gently removed the nails and explained how as a client I should be looking closely to avoid this issue in the future. The space is welcoming, classy and chic..

Simone Archini I’ve in PETALUMA pretty much all my life. I’ve been to nail salon after nail salon. Originally I just stopped in to Crystal nails to remove some old acrylic, And I was gonna give up on them for a while. The sweet lady Kate Talked me into a set. And I’ve been back every 2 weeks either for a nail fill or a lash fill. It’s nice to be able to get all of my services done in one place. They are really amazing at all their services, but they are all so sweet and compassionate to. Every time I set up an appointment I feel like I’m going to my friends house. I Definitely recommend this place.

Valentina monroy If you have the opportunity to go to this place, please don’t do it!! The service was really bad. The nail tech seemed like she didn’t want to do the job, she was constantly texting at the beginning and rushing to get the nails done even when the place was completely empty. Also, she didn’t even do a good job with my nails, Left some of the green color I had before, the gel is extremely thick and use a completely different blue. you can see the pictures and judge it yourself

Miranda Pieper I called and talked to gorge about needing a full set, that my last tech refused to work on me after already putting 4 nails on and cutting me. they were afraid of infection so they said to leave so I left crying with only 4 nails and a small cut. So I told gorge I was heading into town for just the day and he made time for me his wife Kathy and himself took great care of me they heard what I wanted and did a even better job then I could have asked for thanks again cant wait to be back in town to do my fill

Emelyn Nguyen Gina did such an amazing job on my Acrylic nails and Loana did a beautiful french gel pedicure! I highly recommend coming here! Both my nails and Pedicures stayed on 4weeks+ without any lifting or chipping while i was on vacation!

Jules Cabezud I got my toes done 3 days ago. 3 days ago! One toes polish is already completely gone, another chipped. My big toe has an open sore from burnishing so roughly. I used to like this place, but apparently the old owners (man and wife duo) sold to these new people.They were completely rude. The worst part of all, She said she could do a wax foot massage and cuticle repair on my feet, she grabbed the dusty bottles next to her station and made up a concoction by rubbing the tip of the bottles directly on my toes and never wiped it off! I think i also have athletes foot because i have a lot of rough dry dead skin that’s been impossible to remove so the fact they did this was completely unsanitary and irresponsible. They had some sort of floor flooding going on with fans and chemical cleaning bottles all over the floor. Not very esthetically pleasing when you walk in. My phone fell on the ground and was covered in dust, nail dust, there was an old nail clipping on my tray at the pedi chair. Just disgusting.

Danett Williams I do not want to give a negative rating. Yet, since my gel nails only lasted 6 days, I feel compelled. This is the worst gel manicure Ive ever gotten. It was not even cured correctly. They are nice but it was not worth my time or money. They also painted outside the lines on my toes. Another girl in the salon had to redo some of my toes that were running before I left. I feel they rushed. I hope they get better as they were very nice. I also do not feel they have a good selection of colors, glitter, and art. Maybe this review will help them improve.

Helen Bond I recently visited this salon after being enticed by their Facebook promotion. I called and texted them, sharing the advertised design I wanted and confirming my appointment. Upon arrival, I was informed that the technician doesn’t do designs and insisted I choose from her options. I had a broken nail and requested a repair to match my existing nails. She mentioned the color wouldn’t match, so I suggested adjusting the other nails for consistency. The result was a crooked nail, and the technician was uncommunicative and unprofessional throughout. This experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning. I urge others to be cautious of their misleading advertisements, as the quality of service does not align with what they promote on Facebook.

La Jany Everyone at the nail salon was very nice. I went in for a nail fill. And I noticed they work very fast my nails where poorly filed and didn’t even clean my hands of so much acrylic dust. My gel color looks grown out already, my nails were not shaped at all. My nails Look lumpy and not filed, and they look as if I had 5 layers of gel on them. I also took my daughter in and she had a full set done. Her nails are going in different directions and you can see the glue from the rhine stones and are very poorly shaped. They are all so sweet but their nail work is so sloppy. Sorry I won’t be coming back to this place again.

Andrea Guerretta It was my first time going here to get my nails done. I absolutely loved the atmosphere, the girls are all so sweet and nice. I had dip powder nails done and they look so pretty, I love them so much. I also like that they try to use chemical free products to prevent skin irritation. Ill definitely be back again. Marcy Shone My husband of 52 years finally agreed to get a pedicure and Lena did such a great job that he (nor I) even recognize those feet they are so neat and tidy!! He is so happy that his toes feel so much better after Lena worked her magic. He wasn’t expecting the nice massaging of his legs and feet and the hot wax treatment! Angela Valentine I have been going here for years and I have NO complaints. Its clean and they run on time. I get gel fills and pedicures. You get some extras like hot stones on your feet and of corse hand and lower arm massage after your nails are done. I like that its a smaller salon also so the techs never rush and its not full of a lot of people.

Cassie Shikano I recently moved to Petaluma and needed to find a new nail salon. I tried a few different places, but none of them were the right fit. As soon as I went to Posh Nails, I knew I found my new spot. Ben and Cindy are both incredible. You can tell they’re perfectionists and always do phenomenal work. The nail salon is so cute and clean. Plus they have online booking which makes setting an appointment very easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

Mia Aurelia Waste of time and money. I decided to come in for a quick and simple manicure on my natural, short nails. My expectation was realistic—clean and tidy nails, nothing fancy. She did a terrible job on my cuticles (but didn’t cut me) and was sloppy with the polish. Initially she wanted to do 1 coat of stripy polish where you could clearly still see my nail, and I had to ask her to do an additional coat. She dented the polish and just moved on—again, I had to ask her to fix it. She didn’t paint down to the cuticle, so my nails already look grown out. On top of that, she painted over a broken nail that ended up snagging and cracking. Totally waste of time and money. Literally came home and took the polish off.

Dory The fish Absolutely disgusting. Didn’t wash hands after giving someone a pedicure, was eating while doing my nails, my nails are uneven, chipped, and she started yelling at me when I asked for a refund.

Everything from the nails being beautiful to a really fantastic massage on my legs and feet and good work on my calluses without any up charges This is a great value and if you haven’t tried it or haven’t tried it lately I highly recommend !!!

Genuine Molina Hard Gel polish removal and nude neutral anil color gel manicure nails wall in no appointment made prior purchased. Wonderful people. I love to pop in ear phones and let them do their thing and they were very nice, not rough with nails. And treated the nail bed as gently as possible with the removal aspect. I appreciate this as I have a hard time growing layers of nail so I have thin nails anyhow. They ended with a small neck massage and prefer cash or venmo as the card reader they sadly have to charge for the card transaction. But I was fine with the extra card charge. Great family.

Chloe Lechuga I was looking for a new place in Petaluma and found Bloomingails! It’s a wonderful environment. They take cleanliness and sanitizing seriously and have great customer service. They offer complimentary beverages too! This is the first place I’ve gone where my gel actually stays. Everyone I’ve had has been great. Prices are pretty typical, but it’s worth it because the gel stays so long.

Heather Gould I tried giving this place another chance after my usual place was booked, and I was reminded why I stopped going there. The services were extremely rushed (pedicure took about 15 min), and the quality of my hard gel manicure & pedicure was terrible. I had to go back in after looking closer at my pedicure- there were bubbles and the top coat didn’t even cover the whole nail. And my hard gel manicure was not clean around the edges at all and my nail shapes were totally uneven. I highly recommend looking somewhere else if you want a quality mani/pedi.

Amma I definitely won’t be going back. My friend and I decided to try them out and I think it was a huge mistake. The lady helping me out didn’t even bother to ask what shape I wanted for my nails. I will say the service was very quick but it’s only because they double booked and they were rushing to get us out. And I think their work suffered for how fast they were. My nails started chipping only TWO DAYS after getting them done. Don’t waste your time here.

Noelia Intriago My nails were absolutely gorgeous when they were painted not going to lie but the only problem I have with it is that they did not file the first layer of my natural nail before gluing on the nail which made two of my nails easily break. I’m absolutely upset with the fact that my nails broke in only two days. The lady was super nice I won’t lie about that but only thing I would recommend is filing down the first layer of the nail before putting on any acrylics so the nail can stick on longer. As you can see here the natural nail was not filed down which causes the acrylics to not stay on longer. :(

TSH I was disappointed. The pedicure was ok. Not nearly like what Im used to. Im used to a longer process with more stages done. The manicure was waaay too expensive ($25) for the barely 15 min. she spent on it. Some of my nails were barely filed. Neither pedi nor mani were dry but they wanted me to leave, even though an hour remained until they closed, because they had no more customers. Wasnt I a customer? Another customer had come in 5 min. before this and was just getting started with a pedicure! I was looking for a relaxing experience and this was not it, sadly. I am a visitor to this adorable and friendly city. Others looking for a mani or pedi while here should look elsewhere, in my humble opinion.

Denise Kramer Im curious to note that while there are several great reviews for this salon on Google, they have only chosen to take three excerpts from one bad review to post . . . My experience at Glamour has been good, for the most part. I like the copper bowls since they promote cleanliness and help fight any nasty fungus. The hot stone massage is wonderful! Ive had no problems with any of my nails chipping, even with regular polish, on my pedicures. I dont have nail polish on my fingernails, and they do a really nice job buffing my nails. The wax treatment is an inexpensive and lovely extra! I am taking my crew there tomorrow as a bonus!

Sandra Muckinhaupt I have lived in Sonoma County for over 25 years and have searched for a good salon. This one is the best! Everything about the salon is top drawer. The use of copper bowls instead of plastic lined baths is such a luxury. The staff is so nice and always accomodating. My sister lives in Petaluma and found the salon. I dont live in Petaluma but find it is worth the drive.

Blyn Pro I went to this salon for a gel manicure removal, and my experience was quite disappointing. The initial technician who filed my nails was gentle and attentive, but after a few minutes, an older lady took over. Unfortunately, she was much harsher and started digging into my nails, which was painful. I told her it hurt, but instead of easing up, she continued grinding my nails down. As a result, they became uneven and extremely thin. Now, I can barely grip anything due to the pain. I believe there are talented nail technicians here, but I urge the salon to prioritize customer comfort. People come in to relax, not to leave in pain. Based on my experience, I wont be returning, and I cant recommend this salon to others.

Helen Bond ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience! The staff is super friendly, and the salon is spotless and relaxing. I got a gel manicure by Lisa and spa pedicure by Kim, and they were both done to perfection. The technicians are skilled, attentive, and use high-quality products. Highly recommend booking in advance since they get busy, but it’s worth the wait for a truly pampering experience!

Bridget Lyons Today, my daughter Jessica and I decided to treat ourselves to a gel manicure and pedicure. What a fantastic treat! This place is so clean, and they do such a wonderful job! Oh, and the chairs actually work and give you a real massage!

Rena Ribeiro I came here for a gel removal and I had to tell the lady doing my nails to continue taking off parts that she missed and I had to go home and cut my nails and file them down and I still have pieces of gel coming off. I called to request a refund as I was not happy with the service, and she declined a refund and said it’s up to the owner but then couldn’t tell me when the owner was going to be in. I would not go here.

Liz On the weekends $80 for a full hard gel set. Seemed steep but whatever. Just went back for a full and it was $70 for 30 minutes and they are lumpy. For $70 it better look like Jesus himself came down from the sky and did them. They look like I glued kidney beans to the top of my nails and then painted them lilac.

Angelina P Mila and Kim are both amazing at doing pedicures. If you have ingrown nails, they are the ones that you want to ask for! As for nails 0⭐️s I had a Horrible experience none of my nails look the same shape the are all different and he folded my nail beds to the max. I was going to get French tip but didnt want to pay an extra $15 on top of $80 for just getting a bad job. Havent been this disappointed in nails ever really. I wont leave a low star review just because the pedicure was defeated worth it.

Cliff Olson Very sloppy job for a pricey fill. They didnt even bother to fill up to her cuticles. I picked this place based on the reviews and I feel bad for my beautiful wife. She will not be returning to this place.

Kuemmeler Lauren (Q) Tam and Henry and their team are the BEST. Tam can literally replicate any complex nail design you could imagine. They have a huge selection of colors and glitter. The massage chairs are lovely and the Saon is always very clean. The gel manicures don’t peel or chip, they last at least three weeks. I recommend this spot to everyone.

Chilito What more can I say other than "I freakin LOVE this place!!!" From the receptionist, to the pedicures, to the manicures.. Cris is awesome, funny, and great at her work! Ive also had places shave down my nail so much it hurts or burns, not here! This place has become so popular with their work, so you NEED to make an appt! Which is ok with me :) good for them! Heather Gould BEST nail salon in Petaluma, and I’ve tried a lotttt of other salons. They take their time, and the result is very high quality. The prices are fair, and the staff is friendly. They even have a convenient text system for booking! And they do hard gel, which a lot of other places don’t offer, and can do just about any nail design! Just be sure to book at least week in advance, because they do book up.

Ai Vo Neo Nail Spa is new salon. They are consistently amazing. Very professional. Friendly staff. Very elaborate designs and immaculate attention to detail. I love this place and thats the only place where I get my manicure done now.
