Nidhi S Finally I found one awesome nail salon in my neighborhood which is brand new, squeaky clean and not small and dingy like plenty others in the area. Owner Emma is really nice and she even gave her recommendations when I was trying to decide the nail color. It came out really well. Staff is extremely polite and friendly. Interior is brand new and tastefully decorated. All the equipments are new, clean and modern. Loved the tropical decoration inside. This is located in a brand new complex. Location is awesome as it’s situated on El Camino but not facing El Camino which gets too noisy. So, it’s perfect. Plenty parking in the complex, additional parking on the streets as it’s adjacent to the residential area. Overall a great place and I will definitely come back again and again!

Naian Wu Ava has been doing my nails for the past 5 years, and my nails always look stunning! They use high-quality gel products, including my favorite cat-eye gels. They offer 5 or 6 different types of cat-eye gels, so there’s always a variety to choose from. During my most recent visit, I tried their newest cat-eye gel with Christmas-themed design, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve already received so many compliments! What I really appreciate is how they continuously upgrade equipment to enhance the customer experience. It’s clear they care about providing the best service possible. Highly recommend Ava and their incredible nail art skills!

Vicky Chen Ava’s has been my go-to for years! Her and her team are amazing artists and super friendly. They’re always happy to help me with my design ideas and explain why certain designs from Instagram might not work in real life. They use high-quality gel and are always up-to-date with their techniques. I always leave feeling happy and satisfied. Yuki is an absolute lash extension pro! She works super fast, but she’s also super gentle during the whole process. She’s great at communicating and always listens to my preferences. I highly recommend her! Make an appointment at Hi Nail and treat yourself to some pampering! I guarantee you’ll love it!

Anuradha Tempe I am new to the area and wanted to find a convenient option to get my nails done. The technicians are ok, they do a decent job but what bothers me is that they talk to each other in their language while doing customer’s nails. I happened to notice only Asian clients in the salon so maybe this is acceptable to them. It felt like they were talking about me when I told the nail technician to be gentle while doing my manicure. She seemed to joke about it with her colleague and she ripped off my flesh, to my horror. I am very disappointed by the service and will be searching for other salons that are more customer friendly (to all customers!). I am still unable to use my little finger in day-to-day tasks due to the pain.

Orizema I expressed my interest in getting a manicure and lash lift to a family member who recommended this place for the former but mentioned this place also offers the latter. I was really pleased with the manicure I received; I didn’t seek a particular person but after showing an inspiration pic, they were able to give me the style I wanted. This included regular check-ins such as whether I liked the shape she filed my nails into, the color of polish, the thickness of the white tips. I will say, I am a climber and I have never been a spa/salon person; I’ve probably gotten less than half a dozen manicures my whole life, so I was not used to the slight pain that came from fixing up my cuticles but it was worth it to see my nails so cleaned up! The full manicure does not compare to the ones I had gotten as a teenager; it looked literally perfect with no empty edges and not caked on so it still felt pretty natural. Speaking of, it was neat that my natural nails were used for shaping, I only wish I had let them grow out a bit more before my visit. As for the lash lift, I’ll just say it was my first time getting any kind of lash work and I was so disappointed by the service and execution that I probably won’t be giving it another shot; immediately after the tech finished, the effect was rather subtle on my typically-stick-straight lashes, but I approved. Then disappointingly by the time I got home it was all gone on one side and barely noticeable on the other. In general, I didn’t feel as comfortable and at ease here as I expected, but it was tolerable and the nail service is excellent (albeit expensive) so I may return once or twice more for that.

Ann Wilson I had a pedicure at Glamorous Nail Salon and was one of the best pedicures I ever had. The massage was incredible and the nails still look new, now 3 weeks later. Just a great experience.

anshika gupta I recently visited this place and I can honestly say it was one of the worst pedicure experiences Ive ever had. Its hard to find anything positive to say about this place. The staffs lack of professionalism was also painfully evident. They seemed to be in a hurry, and didnt give proper info on phone. They told me that they do nail art when I called them but midway in the pedicure they said that they didnt do nail art and gave me bunch of colors to choose from. To make it worse, the prices were unjustifiably high for the poor quality of service I received. I chose a pedicure that was $40 and when the final bill came, they charged $15 extra for gel paint. While, choosing the color I was not given the complete info of the types of nail paints and the extra charges. I left feeling completely dissatisfied and regretful of my decision to give this place a try. I strongly advise anyone seeking a quality nail spa experience to stay away from this place. There are many other options out there that offer superior service and professionalism. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for your nail care needs.

J M I really like this place so far. This is my second time being at this nail salon. I seem to always come by during non crowded times which is what I like. When I arrived, they seated me right away and also gave me complimentary coffee Frappuccino, water and chips! I was already amazed at that. Then I requested to do the citrus lavender pedicure and also a manicure. I had acrylic nails on so I asked for them to remove it and do a manicure but the nice lady told me to try dip powder because it’s better for my nails after removing artificial nails. This is was first time trying dip powder and I love it!! It looks so good it’s way better than your basic gel manicure without all that extra artificial stuff. I am very satisfied with the customer service and attention to detail. My toes look so good and my nails! It did not feel rushed at all like most nail salons I go too. They took their time and really made me felt relaxed. I’ll be back soon! I highly recommend this nail salon!

There is so much attention to detail and she took care with the scab I had on my thumb from cutting myself. She is fast and does quality work, it’s worth every penny! Le Beave I was looking for a 5 Star professional clean nail salon and found Beautizen. I’ve been in the Bay Area for years and this nail salon is like no other. I rate them at the top and the experience I had was the best I’ve had in years. Both Kristina and Anastasia paid attention to every detail which made me feel special. Erin gomes I went for my first visit and met with Natalia for acrylgel extensions and also got a pedicure (I don’t know her name I’m so sorry) they were both wonderful. Natalia got me in at 7am!!!! That fits so perfectly for my schedule. Everything was perfect. I’m so happy. I wont have to go back for a while but I’m so excited to. Ольга Огринчук Hello everyone! I am writing a review on behalf of my mother Svetlana. I attended a manicure training course with Kristina, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. 1. Unpredictable pricing: Kristina seems to set prices arbitrarily. Initially, she quotes one amount, but if a student hesitates, the price suddenly drops. It feels like she determines the cost based on a person’s perceived financial status or some other unclear criteria. 2. Payment to a personal account: The course payment was made through Zelle, not to a company account but to her personal one. This raises questions about the transparency of her business practices. 3. Lack of basic amenities: The training lasted all day, from morning to evening, but even basic provisions like water or tea were not offered. Considering the high cost of the course, this seemed unprofessional and dismissive toward the students. 4. Misleading license assistance: Kristina emphasized multiple times that assistance with obtaining a license was included in her services. However, all she did was send me a screenshot with contact information for some unknown woman on Instagram, stating that I needed to pay extra. 5. Shortage of models: There were often not enough models during the training. I had to share one model with another student, which hindered my ability to complete the course properly. 6. Certificate issues: The certificate provided at the end of the training looked unprofessional—it had no stamps or official markings, making it seem like something printed off the internet. 7. Constant rescheduling: Kristina promised to provide more models to complete the training, but for two months, she kept postponing sessions with endless excuses. This forced me to rearrange my weekend plans repeatedly, only for the training to never happen. When I finally expressed my dissatisfaction, her response was to call me “rude.” 8. Disrespectful attitude towards students: Kristina behaves rudely during the training. For example, she once said to me, “What do you even have a brain for?” Such behavior is completely unacceptable from an instructor, especially considering the high cost of her courses. Now, I have to attend another training program elsewhere to make up for the time and money I wasted. If you want to drain your wallet and ruin your peace of mind, go ahead and work with Kristina. But I strongly advise seeking other options where professionalism, honesty, and respect for students are prioritized.

Eugenia Kim This place may actually be the best nail salon in the Bay Area. I’ve never gotten a dry mani and pedi before but I don’t think I can ever go back to just getting a regular mani. If you are obsessed with perfect nails this is your go to place. My french mani came out completely perfect with hard gel and my pedicure was so amazing. Siviliya made my nails look better than they have ever looked before and Olga paid such close attention to detail to every step of my pedi. An amazing experience! Will be back!

Jewel Hediger I went to nail galleria to get my nails done for a wedding. I went in with the intention of getting a mani and pedi with normal nail polish, totaling $55 before tip. The owner agreed but then pushed me to get gel for both my hands and toes, since it seemed she would not accept me getting normal nail polish. This brought my cost to $85 before tip. Then, the next day, my nail polish on my hands started to peel off. Within 24 hours, I had lost all of my gel nail polish on my hands. I called to explain the situation and politely asked for a refund for my manicure. She refused to give a refund but told me I could come back and they would fix it for me. When I went back, they ended up giving me a shorter manicure treatment and painted my nails with normal nail polish. I thought this was “the refund”, but then, once it was done, they said I had to pay $20 again for this treatment. $20 is the normal amount they charge for manicures. They gave me no refund or even a discount for the poor service they provided originally. While the workers were nice, the entire time, I felt the owner was trying to get more money out of me. I ended up paying $105 plus tip, instead of $55 plus tip, even though it caused me much more trouble. This place is a rip off.

Vira Hora I was passing by San Francisco and was staying at Sunnyvale. My hotel recommended me to come to Nail Galleria to get my Mani Padi and I was so so so happy i decided to do that. The place is amazing. And what makes it even better are the lovely ladies who took care of me. Ms. MAI and Ms. HANNAH. They are both so professional and caring. I needed Gel Mani, Gel Padi and my eyebrows done. And between the two of them, I felt like a princess. I would happily recommend this place to anyone who is passing by at Sunnyvale. MAI and HANNAH, thank you so much for doing an amazing job. I would recommend people asking for either of them. They are a true Gem to this place. Till I return back!

Hannah is super nice and very professional, as well as her colleague. Pick a time of lower affluence and youll have the best service! Ill come back.

I had my gel-x mani and gel pedicure done by Hana and Hunjjy, and they were both super detailed oriented and sweet. Another tech, Bella, also came around and made sure I had water. Everyone was super friendly and inviting, and Boba, the pup is a cutie!

Dylan G I got my nails done here yesterday and i asked for a new set. the nail tech told me no and said i only needed a fill. i asked again a few more times and she said it would take too long. less than 24 hours later my nail broke, i have a desk job. i am not heavy handed. 2 more nails are about to break. Nail techs cut me both on my pedicure and manicure fill i spent over $130.

Tea Sites Been going to Helen for 4 years now!! She used to work at another location in Sunnyvale and she opened up her own store finally! She’s really good with nail design requests and is super precise with her work. Nina, Daniel and Andy are also amazing and highly recommend!! :)

Roberta Quijano I showed a picture of the nails I wanted. The tips looked lighter when I was at the salon but turned into pewter/greenish/silver color afterwards. Also, I think they can do better with the foot/leg massage. I barely felt it! I got the Olive pedicure treatment package that comes with a 10 min massage. That’s my favorite part so I was disappointed. See pictures below. Left is my hand and right was the one I wanted.

Rheddy Setgo Rounding up 2.5 stars to 3! Cute space and comfortable chairs! Cleanliness was not great but at least they wrapped the tub with plastic. Sadly, tools were simply reused unsanitized, they didn’t come out of “sanitized” plastic. Oh well. Very limited colors. They offered 1 book flap (no pages) for color choices. I asked about standard polish colors and was told that the book was the same as the wall. Pedicure was decent, the technician fixed my broken big toe nail which was nice. No proper scrubbing, so you’ll have the same rough feet as when you entered. No massage just the tech running her hands up and down my feet & legs, a little stretching left and right. Her heart was not in it, seems disgruntled with another worker there. She barely touched my nail beds after the big toe with the tool instead of pushing the cuticles for trimming. She tapped them to make it seem like she did them. Haha! Manicure was the same, no massage, just ok, not horrible and not great. The color I chose for gel polish was the easiest being it sparkles, yet there are areas with poor coverage. It’s a hard pass unless you don’t care too much about the final results or cleanliness & not getting a massage. Their list of service provided on their website were beautifully worded but in reality they are simply fluff. The good thing is that they finished both mani/pedi within the hour. Perhaps they are better with nail art? Overall, not recommended, better service elsewhere for the same price.

I have gotten gel manis and pedis, and more recently dipped powder Mani and I couldnt be happier. Cathy has amazing attention to detail which I appreciate so much! The color selection is super too!

Helen did an amazing job with my nails, achieving this soft pink ombré look with a subtle glitter finish that I absolutely adore. The shape is perfect—natural but elegant—and she paid great attention to detail. The salon was clean, relaxing, and professional. I’m definitely coming back for my next set. Highly recommend Helen for anyone looking for gorgeous nails!

Lisa Scaduto I’ve been coming to this salon for over 10 years. Cathy runs a very beautiful salon. I appreciate that she takes appointments as a priority but also open to walk ins if they have time. Her staff is always friendly and works extremely hard. This salon has racks and racks of the best nail polishes and colors. Cathy is always up for trying new designs.

Nicole Sharratt I have been going to Beauty Fusion for many years. It’s a treat for myself at least every 3 to 4 months. I book for an early Saturday morning and it’s the best part of a weekend of rest. All of the nail techs are amazing. My go to is Hien on the weekends. My nails are always perfect and my legs and feet feel like they are 10 years younger. Everything is so clean, calm and professional. Everyone knows your name and you feel like you are being welcomed back to friends. Cathy knows exactly who everyone is when you walk in the door. Highly recommend Beauty Fusion for a peaceful and high quality experience!

Sara Tish Mikoczi I am from out of town and just needed a place to relax after a week of work. It was also late and I was looking for a place that was open late. So I called and they said come on by. At first I was suspect as I was the only one at 6:45 walking in but they were all super nice. Gel Selection: They had an amazing gel selection that I could just walk around and choose colors from. It was 4 columns of turn styles to choose. Great choices. Once they put it on one toe they even asked twice to make sure I didn’t want to change. Super sweet! Atmosphere: It is a bit dark and older building but they make up for it in cleanliness, customer service and amenities. Besides the color selection, the chairs run fantastically and the buttons all work, are clean and give great massages with the ability to recline and adjust. The staff makes sure you are well accommodated and asks to see if you are happy each step of the way. They also take cash or credit and have an atm (note it was broken when I was there). Pedicure: At first I didn’t think it was worth the $60 + $15 for Gel I paid. The gel was put on after just scrubbing and the typical pedicure. But that was were all the magic began. They gave me a salt scrub. warm towel massage, hot oil massage, and last actual a medium grade Thai massage with closed fist (which I was not expecting and tried not to laugh) at the end. Next it was actually followed by a neck and shoulder massage of 15-20 minutes with oil followed by warm towel, this was really unexpected! All I can say is wow! And honestly the pedicure itself looks amazing too. Amazing work all around.

S I had been to multiple Russian nail salons in the Bay Area before finding LC salon and none of them even compare! LC salon does the best manicures and pedicures I’ve ever had. They have high quality products and so many colors to chose from. The salon is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Anastasia and Daria are so skilled and detailed and very welcoming and kind. Sophie Canepa This was my first time at Organic, and I enjoyed my experience. I was a walk in but I only had to wait maybe 15 minutes. Jenny took extra time to file down my old gel (from another salon that was quite thick) and shaped my nails very efficiently and gently. I like how the gel turned out and I would definitely be back! Price was reasonable as well for the area.

My nail tech did a great job with my gel pedicure and provided such a relaxing spa experience. I don’t normally write reviews, but truly want to emphasize how great an experience this was!

Edith Victoria I came with my mom and sister. Don’t bother making an appointment online. They don’t honor those times anyway so you’ll be waiting an additional 30-45 minutes. If there are people before you, they will rush your service to get back to finishing the other ones. My manicure was a simple nail manicure but they rushed through it and it was okay but there was a lot of nail polish left on the tips of my nails. I will never be coming back.

Leah Johnson Worst owner ever! The only reason why I use to go here is because of Andy and David. They’re the best ones there. The owner is completely rude and disrespectful and I didn’t want to spend another dollar there. She fixed my nails before and it was horrible and I asked her to fix it and she refused to do and I left home with messed up nails so I switched to Andy. Every time I called to set my appointment she would hung up on me or double book me. Pure evil!!! Don’t waste your money here. I had to call Andy direct to book my appointment.

Diane Luu They did an okay job overall on my toes but my nails were pretty messy. I also understand Vietnamese and the two ladies kept commenting on my appearance to each other in Vietnamese, which was rude. Be aware that they will be talking about you behind your back.

Kelli Ben I have gotten my nails done by CiCi every 2 weeks since I moved to Sunnyvale. She takes her time on cuticle care and pays attention to every detail AND she always takes me within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The nail salon is beautiful inside and they have so many color options. They also do chrome and practically any design you would want. Highly recommend Cici to anyone in the area!
