una Beautiful place but the nails of my friend and I were horrible. My tows the girl thonned out my toe nails? I have never heard of that ever happening my toes are so thin now. The other girl who did my friends toe bleed she cut so far up close to the nerve. My gel X the color chipped off aftwr 4 days I had to clue it back on. I will never go again.

Shealynn Glenn HORRIBLE!!! Don’t waste your money. My nails are not straight. They did the wrong color when they said it was a matte color and half my nail wasn’t even painted!!!! In addition it’s way overpriced!! Highly DO NOT recommend!! Go to TOP nails!

Since moving to California I’ve tried 6 different nail salons and was close to giving up hope until someone recommended Vicky at NL. Vicky is your girl if you want a dip manicure. NL is very clean and they are very attentive to their clients. I highly recommend!

dade chevelle So nice. Really clean. And did a wonderful job on my nails. I was so scared to try a new nail place but they did such an amazing job that I’m going to have to switch. I got my nails done by Thien, he was so sweet. I got pink and white dip nails for the first time and they are perfect. So perfect I was in shock. If you can’t get a hold of your last nail tech don’t be scared to come to Thien he will totally take care of you!!!

Rachel G. I get gel manis and regular pedis at Elegant Nails and it is always such a pleasant experience! Nancy and Johnny, the owners, are incredibly sweet, provide amazing service, and create such a relaxing environment. It is refreshing to have my nails done without the process being rushed or painful. A lot of nail salons Ive been to have cut me, drilled my nails to the point of damage, are loud, overcharge, and are always stressful. It was a relief to have my mani and pedi done with utmost precision and quality from Johnny and Nancy. They truly care and are by appointment only for the most part so the shop is never bombarded with too many clients. They also sterilize the equipment properly and the shop is very clean, which is very important to me. The prices are fantastic. I wish more salons were like this one. I cant wait to come back. I truly am a happy customer and will continue to support this amazing local business.

Jennie Carpel John and Nancy are amazing! They were able to fit me in last minute when I was in town for a wedding. They spent so much time with me and made me feel like family. My nails look phenomenal. Highly recommend this family business!

Lindner Barbara (Travelling Wife) I just left with a pedicure with Nancy. My feet feel like butter and look adorable. She is very good at her work and they are by appointment only so very important to make sure you do before you try them. Only her and her husband doing work here and clean and peaceful. Prices are reasonable and I added 15 minute foot massage and callus removal. Very good value and I enjoyed my time with Nancy. Not a fancy place however Nancy makes you feel welcomed and your feet sparkle!

Abbey Scott Best Nail Salon EVER! Nancy & John actually care about their customers!! They are by appointment only! It’s quality over quantity which is very refreshing! Highly recommend!

Jennifer Ibarra I was a walk in when they first opened for the day and they were very accommodating for a pedicure and a full set of gel-x nails. They were so friendly and professional. I didnt feel rushed to pick a color, or pressured into a lot of up-sales. The atmosphere was relaxing and my technician took great care of me.

Nelly Rubio I had been seeking a new nail technician and was thrilled to discover Justin, who, along with the entire staff at VIP Nail & Beauty, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Justins outstanding nail art skills and gentle demeanor are particularly noteworthy. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming. Highly recommend VIP Nail & Beauty!

Tatiana Vasilyev Always a great experience here. Ive never had a problem which is why this is my go-to salon. I came in around 10:15 for a manicure and it was done in about 45 minutes! Not bad at all. I get the gel manicure and its perfect because it never chips. Thank you again to Ken for a wonderful job! Will be back soon!

Hannah I ONLY come here to get my nails done. They are super gentle, respectful, and clean! A very relaxing environment where you know you are welcomed. Prices are very reasonable too! I really appreciate how they hand you a menu of services they offer so you know what you’re getting upfront with no add on surprises or fees. Fast, yet delicate. Patient, yet efficient. Your nails will come out perfect every time. Personally, I’ve either had mediocre or mostly bad experiences before finding this place making it difficult for me to enjoy getting my nails done… but here, they changed my view to a positive one where everyone is very kind and professional. With the son’s creative talents and his mother’s caring qualities, they work together in harmony making this family owned business stand out from the rest. In the few times I’ve gone here, they remember me and our conversations as if we picked up right where we left off… truly making me feel like an VIP.

Julia Blietz I’ve been going to Jazzy Nails for years and really love the small salon feel of it, where it doesn’t look like everyone is on top of each other. Their estheticians are amazing too, Sandy and Bea especially! I usually get bio gel manicures and regular pedicures there and am always happy with results! Lisa Segal Great place! Always welcoming and accommodating. They take cards, Venmo and Zelle which is helpful in a pinch but I always bring cash. Bea is amazing!

Emily Stewart Was there today for the second time. Walk in, no one greets you, ask for a menu and they direct you to a QR code. Tell them I want a gel pedicure. They ask what kind. Classic is what I choose because I dont see the option for gel on the menu and Ive already said I want gel. I ask if I should walk over and pick a color. No they will bring them to me. I open the color "book" they gave me and asked again if they are gel colors. Yes. I pick one. Fast forward they dont use gel. They apply regular polish and then the nail technician leaves and goes in the back room and eats her lunch. When she finally returns I ask if she used gel. No. I ask her to redo in gel. I show the menu to who I think is the manager to show her gel pedicure isnt listed (gel manicure is). She tells me that gel is $10 more and thats why gel pedicure isnt listed (hmmm gel manicure is.....confusing) and then instead of apologizing, says I told them regular pedicure instead of gel. Unfortunately this was after I had already paid for a $70 gift card for a friend. Good customer service doesnt include blaming the customer. As I looked around, things were dirty and could have been so much nicer. I paid the extra $10 for gel and gave the technician a generous tip. I wont be back.

Debbie Zaragoza I was visiting from out of town and needed my nails done and found Natural Nails near my hotel.. They were very accommodating, friendly and took me in without an appointment immediately. They did a great job! And this comes from a person whos super picky about my nails! Youre lucky to have them in your neighborhood. Give them a try! Theyre under new ownership and youre supporting a local business.

Rachel Muldoon I went in to have my acrylic nails removed, a pedi, brow and lip wax. Pedicure was horrible. Didnt wash my feet. Didnt use lotion. Didnt remove dead skin from my cuticles. They massaged my feet with a massage gun! They obviously have never removed acrylic nails or were to lazy to do it correctly. I could have chewed them off and done a better job.

Christina Williams I have been going to this salon for a couple years now, they do the best work. I have tried several other salons in the past and my nails never look as nice and do not last. My dip powder nails last 3-4 weeks when they do them. I absolutely love this place. Ken is the best.

celine nguyen this nail salon checked all my boxes! their service was exceptional and better than most. when doing my set, i showed them my inspo and they did not disappoint!! the reference photos to my actual nails were excellent, not to mention the price was extremely reasonable.

Amanda Luthy I’m not sure when ownership/management changed, but I was disappointed. I went with my kiddo to get manipedis since they used to have kids’ chairs. The stylist was able to accommodate and gave us what we asked for but it was very awkward to have a kindergartener in a full-size chair. The new management has replaced the kids chairs with an atm and a well worn sign indicating that their credit card machine isn’t working. I didn’t see the sign until after I handed them my credit card to pay. They took the card and told me there would be a transaction fee. (Which was still less than the atm fee would have been) Our mani-pedis were worth the price we paid and the stylists were nice and accommodating. But we won’t be back. The ATM nonsense is a hard “no” from me.

Megan’s skill and attention to details is above par and always done to perfection. I am thrilled I have found a new salon and cannot wait to come back again!

Constance LLoyd I got a pedicure and full gel set. Kim was very sweet and accommodating. I came in with a picture and most salons I’ve been to the manicurist seems confused or irritated with my desired look, but not Kim. She was happy to help and excited to create the look. They came out looking exactly like I wanted them to. I didn’t feel rushed she asked for my input throughout the designing process. The staff made me feel valued and were the friendliest I’ve encountered in a long time. I love how peaceful it is there’s no loud T.V.s playing. The salon is busy but it never feels overcrowded and that’s cause they stagger their appointments versus cramming as many people in as they can. It speaks to the quality and cleanliness of the salon. I’m already planning my next visit back.

Ramneet Mann Kim and her team are wonderful! They spend their time and make sure your manicure and pedicure are perfect. They’re very receptive to your ideas and want to work with you to make sure your nails are exactly as you want. It’s nice that it’s appointment only and they only focus on you during your appointment time. Everyone is very friendly and I truly love coming here.

Whitney L Kathy and her staff are amazing! She does a great job on my nails & eyebrows every time. Any design/style I ask for, she does it. The pedicures are great too and they take their time with each customer even if they are busy. Highly recommend Paseo Nails.

Jen Smets Two stars is being nice. When I arrived I was put into a pedicure chair and a man came over to do my pedi. He seemed unsure the entire time. Used just water.. no soak, soap or anything else. Barely used a scrubber on the bottoms of my feet. While doing my nails over used a drill and did t even shape my nails after he cut them. Saw me watching him so he put a small amount of lotion on my legs and rubbed it in. No lotion on my feet at all. Terrible paint job so kept putting more layers on to hide that fact. Told me it was 35.00 and then said no it is 40. I have never been so disappointed.

Rachelle Lynn Literally sitting in the parking lot totally frustrated. My thumbnail acrylic was also put on crooked... I asked for a regular acrylic full set. He tried to charge me for a gel finish and almond shape... I said no, that should have been mentioned up front not after you finished my nails and the color is not gel. They gave me 5 dollars back cash and he said he discounted me 5 from the full price. It was supposed to be 35.00. He tried charging 50 but ended up paying 40.. Wont be back!!!

April Hill Paseo Nail Salon is my favorite spot to get my nails done. Ive had a couple nail techs at Paseo (Andrew and Kathy) and they all do a great job. I love that they do acrylic with gel on top so the color stays put until Im ready for a fill! The price is also very reasonable.

Ashley Young Absolutely horrible I had a nail FALL OFF not brake off. FALL OFF THE WHOLE ACRILC NAIL less then 24 hours after my appointment. I figured I would just get it fixed but the day I was back in town already three of my nails fell off in less than four days of getting them! ( i was not doing any hard work with my hand btw)

They did my nails for my engagement, and will be doing my nails for my wedding. The level of customer care and service and honesty and LS Nails is unparalleled. I am forever client. Like seriously what other nail place is going to leave your hands looking incredible with nails that will last you 3-4 weeks???? It’s magic and talent.

Anna Zussman I was looking for a nail salon that does Russian Manicures and was so excited to stumble upon LS Nails. This technique is rare and requires specialized training so its not your average nail salon. These are photos of my natural nails with just gel polish on top! I could have never believed this was possible because my natural nails are very thin and brittle. I also accumulate a lot of cuticle and this manicure style gets rid of all of them for such a clean and precise look. You will spend more money here than at a standard nail salon but you get what you pay for. My pedicure has lasted 4 weeks and I dont plan on getting another one for at least 2 more weeks. No peeling or chipping. I recommend you make an appointment. All of the girls who work here are meticulous, talented and kind. You will not leave disappointed, top tier quality of work. People drive in from LA to come here because theyre that good!!!

Yana Ryzhenko I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I have tried over 20 different nail salons and none compare! I absolutely love how my nails look and they last me for so long without any problems! The manicure itself is done literally perfect! The salon itself also has a very pleasant atmosphere and looks absolutely gorgeous inside! The staff is always super amazing and accommodating! Phoenix Bradshaw worst nail experience ever. After years of being a dedicated, high tipping loyal customer i came into the salon to get my nail fixed after cracking. I have never been treated so carelessly, i’m absolutely horrified. She used an electric file after knowing it was cracked and completely spilt my nail in half. I am now sat in Urgent Care on the day of my best friend’s birthday. Done with this salon and the owner should be very lucky that i’m not suing.

Yasi Alaee Real meaning of perfection. Been there couple times already and yes the price is high but totally worth it. My nail literally last for over a month and if it wasn’t because of my grown nails, I could even go longer. Totally worth every penny.

I go to Jasmine for bio gel and her quality work is outstanding! She always nails it lol She also is fantastic with unique designs (check out the pictures). I also receive great pedicures here no matter who does them. I’m constantly getting complimented on my nails. So if you’re a picky girl like me (shape, color options, want fun holiday designs) and want to leave the salon feeling more fabulous than you can in, you MUST come here! 10/10 recommend all day long!

Bridget Nelson We moved to Thousand Oaks 18 months ago from the valley and needed to find our new nail shop. My daughter and I were trying to find a nail shop that we liked. After trying a few that we didnt like, we found Polka Dot! They are our go to and we go consistently every two weeks. All of the staff are funny, professional, and take pride in their work. They engage in conversation and make an effort to get to know you. We do Bio Gel nails and Gel Deluxe Pedicures and its well worth the money. This is our relaxation and pampering time. The spa chairs are amazing. The prices are competitive and the top quality products and the Volcano Spa products are amazing with the scents of the scrubs, leg mask, and lotions. The Milk and Honey Pedicure is also one of our favorites. There are tons of choices for polishes and the nail designs that the various technicians can do are top notch. Obviously, prices for designs vary based on the complexity of the design. The photos on their IG and FB pages are just a small sample of what they do. If youre looking for a new nail spot, try Polka Dot. Id recommend making an appointment as theyre getting pretty popular. All of the technicians are great.

Mathis Hubbard I had been running around all day, and I needed a little break, so I decided to pop into this salon. The moment I entered, the calm atmosphere made all my stress melt away. The technician was absolutely amazing—she took her time and made sure every detail was perfect. My nails looked beautiful, and the design was so well done, I couldn’t stop admiring them. The level of professionalism and care at this salon is beyond impressive, and I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Shane would leave a 0 star rating if i could, my girlfriend went in to get her nails done paying 80 dollars and they ended up doing the wrong nails and wrong length and won’t fix there mistake and want to make her pay full price for a their mistake. bad service.

Jodie Ahmed Great service!. My technician was efficient, and the color application was smooth and opaque. There were some edges where the polish got on my skin, but that washed off easily enough. I would love to come back another time when I can keep my nails longer to get a gel manicure with a more intricate design.Regular Manicure

Every service I have had has been great and every nail tech Ive had has been excellent. I have not found another nail salon in Thousand Oaks that even begins to compare to Lavish Nails & Spa!

Mina Sealund I had a good experience here. I got a much needed pedicure with Candy. She took her time and was very thorough. Most importantly the salon felt clean. They used tub liners and got tools from sterilizer bags. My husband got a foot massage. He said they didn’t use much pressure and tried to upsell several times for different services. (This is why I have removed a star) I also got my eyebrows done. They were quick and efficient and did a nice job! Overall, I would absolutely come back.

Alyssa Jayne I driver over an hour total out of my way to try this place and I’m so grateful I did. I needed nice nails for an event and I received the best manicure pedicure ever. I also added chrome which made my nails look so pretty. These nails lasted over 3 weeks, that had never happened to me! They do high quality work here. My nails lasted so long and looked good the entire time, even after I went camping and did a bunch of moving. I was shocked! Diane the owner is amazing so are all of the staff. **update these nails lasted me nearly a month without breaking or chipping and I was camping, washing dishes, cleaning etc and none of them broke!!!! The best manicure ever thank you Dina can’t wait to see you again

Laurel Klein I’ve gone here now 3 times & each time has been better than the last! Pedicures are always thoroughly done, bio gel nails always look incredible & actually last the full 2-3 weeks! Super relaxing inside too. Everyone is always super nice as well. I do recommend making an appointment though! But highly recommend!!!

Stephanie Aguirre Feb ‘25 update: Mr. T is no longer here, but I’ve gone to Vy two times and I’ve been super happy with my nails. The second time I went, I wanted my shape to be more pointed than the first time she did my nails. She is amazing! Mr. T did my wedding nails (Gel X) and they came out amazing. I was a bit nervous since I’ve never done Gel X and also it was my first time with Mr. T. I found him after reviewing recent reviews/review photo on Yelp/Google. I came in with an inspo pic (French pearl acrylic with pearls) but ended up leaving with ombré white tips. It exceeded my expectations and excited to see how it will look in my wedding photos and video. Thank you, Mr. T! Also I garden during my free time and my nails have held up nicely after one week!

Jackie M Alex and Andrew are the kindest and most hospitable nail shop owners. You are greeted with smiles and great attitudes. They truly care to make sure you are comfortable and happy with their services. Their communication is impeccable and I’ve NEVER waited more than 1 minute for my services. The salon is squeaky clean, peaceful and quiet. Everyone is experienced here. Alex is my fav for pedicures. Andrew does my teenager’s acrylics and she raves that he has all the cool designs.

Deborah Sweeney The first few times I was there were okay. I had been looking at many places in Thousand Oaks that would do a good job on my nails. After about 5 places I came to village nails and Andrew did a great job on my nails. His attitude wasn’t good. I dismissed it because everyone has a bad day. It was this last time I went there that did me in! When I got there I could see that they were really busy. After being seated Andrew approached me to tell me that he couldn’t do my nails because they overbooked and he had to do his other client. I thought I wasn’t important but I said ok. He had another girl that started to work on me. She left for a minute and when she came back she said she had to help another client and that someone else was going to help me and Andrew told her that he would give me a discount. My nails were half way done so what else could I do? That girl did a great job which made me happy. When I went to pay for my services I was expecting Andrew to give me some kind of discount. Instead, the amount was way over! I was so upset by that time that all I wanted to do was get out of there! I tipped the girls and left. The people that work there are great! It’s that Andrew didn’t tell the truth with the discount and that he passed me around like I didn’t matter. When I go to get my nails done I expect to be pampered and treated with respect. To relax and leave loving my nails and pedicure. The salon is clean and Alex seems to be great, but Andrew is not even close to be running a business like this. I hope he can make some changes for the people that do a good job there. I’ve found a new place that I’m being pampered like I should be. Andrew, I wasn’t on your books for today. It was a week ago this happened. Don’t try to wiggle out of it!!
