Elva Quijada Would not recommend getting pedicure, I have been here 2 times and this last time I noticed that my toe nails did not seem the same. Later that day my toe nail and toe burned and itched like crazy, It has been 4 days since I got my pedicure and I have an infection on my toe due to them not cleaning their tools properly.

Shannon Woodson I love this nail shop. I get the Dip powder manicure and a pedicure. Its hard to find a good shop out here with the correct prices. But I havent been disappointed by this shop.

Dee Adore THEY DONT CLEAN THEIR SUPPLIES !! this happens every time i go to this salon in victorville by costco. i get a toe infection because they don’t clean their supplies & it is painful. they have goo prices a pedi is $35 but tell them to clean their supplies before they touch you

Miss Michelle I was impressed with the service and quality. Finding a good nail shop thats constantly good has been a struggle for me in the high desert. I normally drive down the hill an hour to my nail shop. With the recent events I tried the high desert again with ups & downs. After reading the reviews on line I gave Pro Nails a try and am glad I did. No complaints. Call and make an appointment before you go. I was able to get in same day, but they are by appointment only right now and have limited staff. This has made it a comfortable and safe experience for me. There was no more then 4 people in the shop both times I went. I love the way they turned out!!! I will be back to Pro Nails.

Kylie Love The man that did my nails was very nice and polite but not gentle at all made me bleed and painted over the blood. He didn’t sanitize when touching the blood he just put the brush back in the bottle. He didn’t wear gloves. When he files he would go around the nails with blood. The nails are very thin. Terrible shape very crooked. When he started doing the detail he had a lady take over. I wouldn’t recommend.

Marsha Huerta I used to have to jump from salon to salon up here in the desert but I have been coming to Wild Nails for almost 5 years now. The staff is always welcoming and kind. They put in the effort to make sure you are satisfied and enjoying your time with them. I get acrylics and have never received a bad set. The pedicures are relaxing and I almost always end up falling asleep in the chair from relaxation. My eyebrows are always perfect when I get waxing service as well. I brought in my daughters to treat them and the staff did an awesome job being patient and keeping it fun for them. Just an overall amazing salon. Pricing is fair and well below what most salons are charging these days. For as long as they stay in business they will have my business.

I made an appointment with Lisa. it was a amazing she massaged my head while washing it. the facial was also amazing, my face felt so clean and fresh. Dont get me started on the body massage, you just need to make an appointment with Lisa and experience it yourself!

The pedicure was fine but when I got home and looked at my nails they weren’t glued all the way down to my real nail. I called them back about five days later because I was In the middle of getting my birthday party ready and they did not offer any compensation at all! Will never go back!

I was greeted and asked to sit down one of the ladies working there approached me and asked if I knew what design I wanted and when I showed her I was seated on a chair and was told it would be 15 minutes. V approached me and asked me what design I wanted and proceeded to help do my nails She was so nice and gentle loved the experience Definitely found my to go nail spot Thank you V!!!

Juan Morales This place is great. Ive taken my daughter twice now and weve gotten right before they close and they still took her in to do her nails. Other places Ive been at close 20 minutes before the scheduled closing time. Also this place has a great atmosphere. It seems like all the workers get along with each other very well. They talk and laugh and they also joke around with the customers. When they speak it doesnt even seem like theyre yelling like other nail salons Ive been to. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to get theyre nails done. I can go on about how great this establishment is but you have to go for yourself. And if you dont like it your free to go elsewhere, but I doubt it. They do accept cash and credit card for those wondering. Also if you want to leave a tip if your paying with card you let them know to add the amount youd like to tip before they charge your card. Also by the way all the workers there have a great attitude and are considerate of your needs. My daughter has seen a gentleman by the name of Lu, hope I spelled it right, and like the rest of them hes great. Again check it out for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

I own a rock business and so I am no sweet and gentle on my nails kind of person... yet, these nails have proven again and again that quality is a guarantee at Beauty Nails and Spa. See Lou and tell him Natalie said hi! :) Oh yeah... and these nails also GLOW IN THE DARK as you can see. Yay!

Roxy R I am sharing my experience with this nail salon as a long-time customer who has been visiting on and off for the past decade. Recently, after getting my nails done, I noticed a dark spot under one of my nails which turned out to be a fungal infection. Upon further inspection, I discovered that another nail was also infected. I reached out to one of the owners, Shana, and shared pictures of my nails. Her response lacked empathy and understanding, simply stating that it was fungus due to trapped water and asking what I wanted her to do about it. While I understand that she may not have personally done my nails, as the owner of the salon, I expected a more caring and professional response. Instead, she suggested waiting for the infected nails to grow out before coming in for a new set. This lack of concern and dismissive attitude left me feeling disappointed and unappreciated, especially considering that my entire family has been loyal customers. To put the cherry on top it’s my birthday weekend as I even told her and still no professional courtesy.

Teezy Banks They took me at 6 for pedicure and eyebrows walk in and I am super grateful . I asked for the Hawaiian pedicure. She does everything except massage the bottom of my feet and toes only my calf’s so I ask you don’t massage bottom of foot . Says she did I said not you didn’t you don’t have to don’t worry. Starts massaging for 3 mins terrible terrible massage I have 3 jobs and rarely get to get out to take care of myself just wanted the bottom so f my feet massaged where I can feel it and I didn’t other then that it was great. Maybe I’ll try here again.

Devy D. Its an old school nail shop. If you understand this you wont be disappointed. I had a great experience their customer care was great and they genuinely have conversations with customers. I got a basic manicure and the woman took time and care to make sure that my nails were cleaned thoroughly. Also if you want to see there recent work they do have an Instagram they post to that I believe is a better reflection of their services.

Jay STAY AWAY! I’m not one to talk bad or put bad reviews but honestly wasn’t happy at all got a pedicure water was cold didn’t see them open a new foot scrub or anything which should’ve been my first red flag the, got dip nails something simple Lisa kept wiping it off saying it was the color yet they were bumpy uneven literally have pics to show her work she kept blaming the color I chose was the reason they looked like that she got upset because I was unhappy with my nails and her work never going there she’s rude & I ended up paying full price $50 for my ugly dip nails would not recommend awful experience & service they didn’t care money hungry for sure.

Adriana Molnar Went in here as I always pass it. Got Tracy as my nail tech, when I walked in, the man who was in there was very nice and told me I could have a seat. I asked for almond acrylic nails, with a grey base and a thin black French tip. The nail tech verbalized okay she can do it however she started to put the black tip and completely did god knows what. She then started to paint the grey when I told her I wanted to base to be grey and it looked like a three year old did it. I told her it’s fine if she can just paint them all black, whatever. Throughout this interaction she had told me she was hot & then told another woman who was working in there something. To my surprise they come over to me and tell me their A/C is broken (I didn’t really care I was confused). Being confused about the interaction I stated no worries. This whole interaction was already at 2 hours when she said go to the front to sit down, I walk to the front and don’t see anywhere except some chairs . I sit for five minutes and leave since it’s been two hours for a simple set. I got these done on Friday, on Sunday as pictured my middle nail popped off. Fast forward 4 days (today) my nails are lifting two have popped off. Save your self the $40 especially for something so simple. See photos below of shape. ( is round more than almond) .

Destiny Camacho I do not recommend this place at all. I used to come here when Jaime and her husband were owners. Then I returned to this place to get my nails done by the nail tech whose name is Yvvonne. She is no longer there. I will not be returning the work that Was done for my overlay was horrible. I told the lady I wanted an overlay and I wanted keep my length and add tips to the ones that weren’t long enough to match my other nails She tried to tell me that they do not put acrylic tips on the nails for overlay, which is strange because all the other nail salons I have been to have always done that to match the length of my other nails then, when I told her I wanted it round, she did not listen. I had to tell her repeatedly on top of that. She tried to do a lazy job of not making some of them round and I had to tell her they do not match on top of that I paid $15 extra for gel those that get gel polish know they’re supposed to put a clear gel polish on your nails and then put color gel on your nails. She did not do that. She went straight to putting color on my nails. My polish looks bloated. I paid $65 for an ugly overlay on top of that. My nail length is now super short, which is not what I wanted because she kept having to reshape them and file them down. I should have went to my usual nail salons. This work on my nails is embarrassing . As you can see in the pictures they look lumpy and bloated. I wished I could refuse the charge for this on my bank statement. I would not waste your hard earned money getting your nails done at this salon. The length or uneven and the shape is so uneven.

They are super friendly, prices are fair, and the quality is amazing. I love everyone there, really, they are all super amazing. My nails always last so long and the quality is great. They are always able to recreate whatever inspo pictures I bring in for my nails! I also took my daughter here for the first time and they did so great with her as well! I also love the fact that I can go next door and treat myself to some Boba after! Highly recommend coming here!

Sydney Rhea Lindsay was AMAZING! I don’t get pedicures very often and she made my feet beautiful and brand new. I’m very ticklish and she even made that part of the pedicure fun (not an easy task). I asked her to pick a light colored polish for me and I’m very happy with her choice. I’ll be asking for her, specifically, the next time I come.

Julie Pre-gel polish, never had an issue with regular polish. I got a pedicure on Saturday morning (with issues with the girl applying my polish, she left nail polish all over my toes and complained that she had to fix them), on Sunday wore socks and the socks were sticking to my nails. When I came Monday to ask why my toe polish was gummy I was told it’s because I didn’t get gel. That regular nail polish takes days to dry, (even though for years this was never a problem) but it happens and they couldn’t help me. That if I got gel that wouldn’t be a problem. So I paid for matching nails that I can’t match because I have gel nails on my hands and got polish on my toes. I’m not walking around with gummy polish on my toes and using what I have at home. Spent almost $90 for that kind of service. You can see the gummy polish on my toes

And the other was a powder manicure done by someone else, and I hated it.(Because it was way too think for my liking) But overall I enjoy coming to this nail salon they do really good pedicures and is a very relaxing place.

Paid $52 for a deluxe pedicure +gel polish (not including tip) and Id say it was well worth it

Destainee Rudison I decided to do something for my birthday since I never do self care. I went in around 9:30 am as a walk in and they had me go to an older woman who sits in the back. I let them know I just wanted something simple with one small gem on each nail and showed my inspo picture. The lady quoted me $85 which I thought was a bit much , but it was my birthday and I hadn’t had my nail done in a while so I assumed prices just rose. Well to say I’m underwhelmed in an overstatement. First and foremost, there is NO NAIL CARE provided before she starts, no cuticles were pushed back, she didn’t remove any of the old skin or whatever it is , nothing! (I was told at the end you must ASK for that, in the past it was always included so I thought that was odd) She did my nails pretty quick and I’m tbh I loved how she shaped them, but that’s about it. It has been not even a whole week (I got them done 2/26/25) a Wednesday today is Monday smh and almost all of my gems have fallen off and the nail paint also looks old like I’ve had it on there for weeks. I’m very disappointed in my experience here especially with how much I paid for a very simple design which I will post photos of at the end of this to show everyone. In the end I was charged $87 and I also ripped because I’m a good person. But I don’t think I’ll ever return. I reached out to a few other nail artist who work in their home and was definitely told I was overcharged for what I got done especially with the lack of nail care I didn’t receive in the beginning. Moving forward I’ll be going with the in home techs who take their time and for $87 I could have gotten so much more done. I also had another customer tell me if you want good nails done there, the guy that sits in the front by the desk he is pretty great but is always booked and busy.

Susanna B The lady didnt push back my cuticles for a manicure and gel nail and the gel started coming off 2 days later. What a waste of money! I dont think Ill be going back here. She was nice her name was Tracy but she didnt listen to me when I asked her to push back my cuticles all the way...if someone spends that much, do a good job at least. :(

Shay Thomas I did not have an enjoyable experience here while receiving an acrylic nail set. I don’t get my nails done very often but when I do, I am pretty sure that basic nail care is involved. My technician did not even clean underneath my natural nails, get rid of any hang nails, pushback cuticles, clip cuticles or anything. He just slapped/glued on the tips and slathered acrylic over my nails. I decided not to go with the original design that I wanted because I was not happy with the service I was receiving so I just got plain nails and although the acrylic on the nails is pretty because I like the color my actual nails look crazy because the cuticle areas were not serviced at all which I’d expected. I will say he did say I could get nail care if I asked, but by the time he said that he had already started doing the tips on my nails. The pedicure was a pleasant experience.

Brittany Santiago Usually I don’t do this. Specially to an establishment that I usually go to and swear by. But these last 2 times I have been here I’ve been disappointed and unsatisfied. I came in for a pedi and a builder gel fill. And was helped by the same person I had been helped by before. My pedicure was ok after multiple times of asking to do certain things. But what really discouraged me from coming back. Was that my nail techs customer skills werent fully there. I asked him for almond french and changed my mind for the color. He lacked communication and when I would ask for recommendation he we would just look at me and ignore me. Now I know sometimes there is language barriers but this wasn’t the case because he spoke in English To me. I made several attempts to have a conversation and again was shut down almost making me feel dumb sitting there. It was to the point that I didn’t want to ask to change the color because I didn’t like it. Because i figured he would be irritated all in all I believe they need to improve in their customer service skills and communication with the client also I was charged for a builder gel fill $70 which seemed a bit much for a fill. But I don’t do it to bash the establishment but to encourage them to do a better job next time.

Ti K I took my daughter here to get her nails and feet done, and myself a basic full set super short with the pedicure package. When walking in the workers look like they do not want to take on another customer, they side eye each other to see who is going to take on the client. They literally talk about you right in your face and get attitude when you request something they do not feel like doing. I didn’t get the full service I paid for (no hot rocks) but they wanted to charge me 85$ just for my pedicure and 70 for my nails. They charged me 10$ more because my “white tip” curved ???. My daughter did the kiddie pedi and it came out to 55$. The lady asked her to pick anyone to do her nails and the lady she picked shook her head no. So someone else did her nails and feet. This place is overcharging and rude and would not recommend. The lady who painted my nails was putting extra charges and even the coworker was trying to tell her she came up with the same price as me. The lady who did my feet left home immediately after and would not answer the phone to confirm the price she told me for my feet so they were stuck. The prices on the board are not what they are charging and they do not inform you of prices, just wait till the end and you’re left with a big bill. I just asked to see if they can break down all the charges and the lady who did my nail paint only (male coworker did the acrylic and shaping) told me she can just cut them off??? I was nice about it and wasn’t even going to say anything about the stones, and was going to tip every employee that helped us & I was willing to pay the amount if I was in fact being charged right but she got rude because she was ready to go home. Gave two stars because the lady who does my eyebrows is always so nice and does a good job, sad to have to find someone else.This nail shop needs to work on customer service and updating clients and updating signs and stop rushing. Nails is a luxury service and supposed to be a time to relax, and unfortunately here they rush to get you out their chair and to collect your payment. Please do better.

Lucy Castello I had the best experience with Tiffany Le at Royal Nails & Spa. She did a fantastic job on my gel manicure and wax. Tiffany is not only talented but also incredibly friendly and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with every step of the process. My nails look stunning, and the waxing was smooth and easy. The spa has a relaxing atmosphere, and Tiffanys expertise made the visit perfect.
