Tiffany Avina First time patient at Posada Ambulatory Surgery Center having a salpingectomy. Outside of waiting in the office lobby for 30 minutes my overall experience was great. The nurse who stood out the most was Sunny. She is kind hearted, funny, personable and just a beautiful person inside and out.

Gianna Hampton Everyone is so nice and compassionate here; they take the time to explain every step and to provide comfort. Sunny especially helped make the pre-surgical time less scary for me, in the waiting room I started feeling very nervous (light headed) but as soon as Sunny took over her personable demeanor made me feel calm and less alone.

G. Smith Excellent care. Very clean and orderly. Staff is nice and medical faculty were excellent. Plus, I even received a refund I did not even know I was due. That was a huge shock! Would definitely go back.

Michaela Mastache The people here really care and it shows. I’ve had the misfortune of needing to bring my kitty there twice. They performed great diagnostics, were up front about costs and risks and really helped me make the best decision for my kitty. I never want anyone to have to go to the pet ER, but if you do, this is the place. Also both times were way more affordable than I expected them to be with what was going on.

Amy Pupa We had a wonderful experience getting our puppy neutered here. The staff was friendly and informative, and it was hundreds of dollars more affordable than our vet in SLO. Very glad I made this choice and would recommend to anyone! He was back to his normal self the next day and never bothered the stitches once. Great work is done here!!

Jennifer I am giving four stars rather than five Because of how I was treated by Roxy on the phone during an emergency. My dog Candy Has been diagnosed with IVDD. We are currently out of town and candy has suddenly lost the ability to walk normally. I called Atascadero animal hospital for advice as to what I should do to get her back home without pain so she can be seen. Roxy shared with me that I have multiple accounts with them. She was not interested whatsoever in Candy just why I have multiple accounts. I informed Roxy that me having multiple accounts is not my problem. My dog is my problem now. She hung up on me and when I called back, she said that I was yelling at her. I was not yelling at Roxy, I was trying to get her to understand that I don’t care about the multiple accounts. I care about my dog Candy and getting her home safely without pain. Roxy was completely unprofessional and uncaring about our situation. I have never had any problems with any of the staff at Atascadero Animal Hospital and have spoken highly of all the staff. It’s unfortunate that during a very trying time for me I was treated badly. I will continue to bring Candy here and hope to never have this experience again.

Oma Knox Dr Berry is a fantastic physician. She is incredibly smart and thorough. She is personable and really listens during your visits and takes great care of her patients. We are so lucky to have her in our community.

Catherine LaGrange After 8 years of care I have never been treated so poorly. I have always carried health insurance and fell on hard times. I was told by the office staff that Dr Berry no longer would be able to be my care provider. I was told to go to the Health Dept. I have been a private pay patient for over 5 years and always paid my bills. I never knew that the Hypocratic Oath had a clause stating doctors only care for patience with insurance. Her office staff is horrible. I waited 2 weeks for a call from her office regarding lab results and then I had to call. PATIENTS BEWARE

Erika Fromhold Dr Berry has been my doctor for over 15 years. When I moved out of state I continued to see her as my primary when I visited paso twice a year. I did not have insurance for 2 years and was a private payer and there was no issue on keeping me as a client. I write this because of a previous reviewer. I trust dr berrys staff as well. Thank you

Kai Sanson This review is mostly for Dr. Clark. I have seen Dr. Clark 2 times and can say that she has been one of the best physicians I have ever been to. She has a perfect balance of being both professional and caring. She takes time to explain things in detail and also took into account that I was worried about a huge bill after my visit, so we tried basic solutions first for my tinnitus and it is working. Ive had a long history of ear issues, and she took the time to hear my story and go from there. I would highly recommend her and I have no doubt she will be swamped with clients soon. Review would be 5++ stars for Dr. Clark. The office is going through huge transitions and was difficult to contact, needed a referral from my primary, and other hiccups, but the staff was doing their best.

Vanessa Tambayong Medical Clinic at Higuera aka Pacific Central Coast Health Center - The WORST hospital I’ve ever gone to in my life. My biggest regret! They don’t even deserve a star at all. Is there an option to give them NEGATIVE STARS? I had to wait for 7 months to schedule a preventative care. And on the day of my appointment, I had to wait for over 3.5 hours just to be seen by the doctor. The doctor never followed up on my blood test result nor responded to my message. And their billing process is a nightmare. It took over a year to answer my multiple inquiries on the billing code and they accidentally sent me over to collection while I was waiting for their response with unanswered follow-ups. At the end, they still overcharged me. If you want to go to a healthcare provider which focuses on MONEY MAKING only, then go here. They don’t even care if you are dead or alive, as long as they take your money.

Christina Delekta This office is in chaos. One Dr is retiring, one quitting, leaving Dr Clark. Had an Audiology test with Sandi, who was very kind. Waited to see Dr Clark, did go over the test results, looked in my ears, and told me to go to Costco for hearing aids. When I asked about my sinus condition, she dismissed me. I figured she was busy, or maybe the insurance only covers one body part at a time. EXCEPT, she totally falsified her report! Even wrote that my tonsils were symmetric, they were removed 50 yrs ago! She never looked at anything except my ears!

Brad Cambra This clinic has been very frustrating to say the least. Staff 9/10 times will not complete referrals in a timely manner. My wife originally saw Dr.Goodmen he never once spoke of diet impact like I have read in other reviews nor treated as if they genuinely cared didn’t discuss if maybe environmental issues causing any of her complaints just medication recommendations even when being fully aware of her sensitivities to most pharmaceuticals to me this is just a band aid fix that can add more problems later on down the line. Some how when she tried to make her future appointments Dr.Robles became her physician looks like she was pushed off to someone else maybe in frustration of not wanting to only resort to pharmaceuticals?? It didn’t seem to get much better with this new doctor my wife consistently came in with high blood pressure and immediately she wanted to start her on bp medication.. no discussion on what maybe causing or what her diet is like or monitoring her over a course of time ?? When my wife needed referrals from Dr.Robles as she suffers from uterine fibroid which have been very painful for her she asked for a repeat of pelvic imaging as she explained how she’s had an mri and ultrasound. Instead she put a CT scan. Lastly when asking for a pelvic floor therapist due to her pelvic pain from the fibroids/endometriosis she then sends her to a physical therapist for abdominal pain! As anyone knows the run around and wait time for referrals can get pretty lengthy especially for someone in pain/sick. Just frustrating our search for a good doctor still continues …

Timothy Taylor The female Dr that saw me was so amazing! Ive literally been to countless Drs and ruined my credit with over 20k in medical bills trying to find out why Ive been sick. She was attentive and kind. I told her where the pain was. She actually put on gloves and stuck her fingers in my throat and found the lump Ive been complaining about the other Drs wouldnt believe me about or would try and say oh you have swollen nodes... Im Like no its not that. So she found it... thank God for this woman! Now shes getting it scanned and biopsied to make sure its not cancer. This is the kind of Dr that saves lives. .if only more Drs cares like she does... I cant remember her name but once I get it I will come back to share that.

Stacie Horton I visited on a weekend and was seen quickly, despite a full waiting room. I saw PA Michael Blackwell who did a chest x-ray to confirm that I had pneumonia and prescribed medication and did a follow up visit to confirm it was gone. He went above and beyond and tested me for Valley Fever. I have been there in the past for a UTI and they dispense the medication from the office. Its so hard to get into my primary care provider and I feel very re-assured to have Urgent Care of Atascadero there when I need them!

Tim W Have visited urgent care for stitches coughs and colds. Michael is very informative and has always answered my questions. This is a great facility. Would highly recommend. Thank you for all you have done.

Michele Duff I walked in with a horrible ear ache. Even though I sat in a full waiting room for 50 minutes I was happily seen by the male PA/NP. He was professional and kind, he ordered me medication and I was on my way in 15 minutes.

Samantha Green Walked in to this clinic with an urgent appointment. The receptionist, a blonde gal, was super friendly, welcoming, and informative! She was the only redeeming quality of this place. It is immediately apparent that none of the other staff care about their patients. The medical assistant who prepped me for the clinician, Blackwell, was rude, demeaning, barked orders at me, and questioned if I was sure I filled out my paperwork correctly. As someone who has worked many years in a doctors office, I strive to be understanding but I was truly at a loss. The clinician made no attempt to show that he cared, didn’t ask any questions, or listen to my complaints. It was very evident that we were being shooed out the door. Again I will say that the receptionist was the only ray of sunshine in this office. Overall, I don’t think I would visit this clinic again for any health needs unless they retrain their entire medical staff on bedside manner and how to at least appear they care about your problems.

Jessy I showed up 30 minutes before they closed and got turned away because there was too many people in the waiting room. The reception person didn’t say a word to me when I came in, just stared at me until I said something. Then when I said I was extremely sick she said “I need to go ask if we can see you” then after about 5 minutes of listening to them all whisper in the back I got told I can come back in the morning. This place is and forever will be worthless. Clearly these people don’t actually care about patients, maybe change careers?

Nancy Jo Doughty Dr. Silvas is a very good doctor with good bedside manners. He has helped me get through the loss of our daughter and through a couple of tough medical difficults. His staff is excellent.

Lisa Maxwell Dr Silvas is several of my clients primary physician. I am a professional care manager and I work with multiple doctors in the county and Dr. Silvas has always been very accommodating to me and my clients. The staff are always so cheerful and they take my calls as a priority and expidite urgent needs which my clients are grateful for. I highly recommend Dr Silvas he is a top notch professional.

S G This office auto-booked a following appointment one year in advance and then did not call to confirm (we never confirmed) and did not receive a call. Then they charged us a no-show fee and refuse to waive it. We did not even know they had booked the appointment in the first place. Also the Dr was less than impressive. I would never recommend him.

Robert Klebs He is attentive, focused and certainly has helped me. His staff is right on top of things. I have been very pleased with the entire staff.

Judy Wilson Hi This is Judys husband making this review. Why this guy does not have 5 stars from everyone is beyond me! I had cancerous tissue removed above my left eye. The Dermatologist that did it took a chunk of skin out larger than a quarter to ensure he got all the cancer. Needless to say, I was shocked when I saw the results. I thought I would be permanently disfigured. He referred me to Dr. Bukachevsky for "repair" after the biopsy came back with a good report. Dr. Bukachevsky thoroughly analyzed the situation then proceeded to stitch me up so excellently he even accommodated some preexisting asymmetry between my left and right eye areas! It will take awhile to heal, but I am absolutely AMAZED at what Dr. Bukachevsky was able to do for me. I would not hesitate to go back to him. Fact is a little facial work is sounding good about now at my age! LOL!

Dave Maltone To whom this may concern, I would not recommend this man to anyone, should have read the reviews , I have never been treated as unconcerned as this so-called doctor treated me in his office! After having a CAT scan, and then a brain MRI, I was finally cleared to see an ENT doctor for further diagnostics of my situation, which was a sudden loss of hearing in my left side with pain and pressure, so finally, after waiting months to get into see him, a man came into the room, supposedly the doctor, and asked me why I was there, I assumed he would know why I was there as all the records were forwarded to him before my visit,. I told him, and then he said that it sounds like I need a hearing test??? My insurance approved him for five different tests that he was to do to evaluate my hearing loss, pain and pressure, none of which he did at all, absolutely did nothing! And just said I need to go get a hearing test and that he would set it up in a couple of days. It’s been almost 2 weeks. I’ve never heard nothing and that is not the answer to what’s going on? I question him, asking him to at least check my nose or eardrum for pressure, He just brushed me off and outright refused to do it! I’ve never been treated as bad as that in my life , I could tell he was wanting to get out the door as soon as possible. It was near lunchtime probably was thinking more about his lunch than he was about for my situation !! I have since talked to another ENT and will be seen by him, and was told that yes, he should have definitely done those tests to determine why I would have pain , pressure, and sudden hearing loss as the longer you wait, when you have sudden hearing loss, the more likely you could not get your hearing back, so no thanks to him. I’m no better off , in fact really , because of his being unconcerned for my situation, I may have permanent hearing loss!

heidi harrison Dr. B is a skilled surgeon and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease during what could be a stressful time. I appreciate him greatly when Ive had various procedures that I would only want him to perform. I am always so pleased with the results I get. I know Im in the best hands! His entire staff is wonderful including his wife Anne, and nurses Elle & Elena! They are so considerate and always answer all of my questions quickly. And Stephanie always make me feel so welcome and supported as does Catalina who answers the phone. I would refer anyone to him for any of the procedures he performs. Dr. B is also highly skilled at removing skin cancers. He has helped out several family members with skin/throat/face cancers & a neighbor as well. I feel so blessed to know him. Thank you Dr. B for making my life easier and those I care about!!!!!!!!!!!

Bobbie Dampier My oldest son has had allergies extremely bad. So called around found Dr. Butchasky. The front desk lady said yes he is an allergist we scheduled the appointment paid $150 doctor visit, come to find out when we got there he is not an allergist! And was unable to do anything for us. As we were leaving they mention they do ear cleanings on Tuesdays my middle son and I surf 5 to 6 days a week. Water gets trapped in our ears. We again scheduled an appointment paid the 150 doctor visit her. Doctor came in put the air lights in and said you’re clear there’s nothing He could do. Then looked at my sons and said the same. I have never felt so unsatisfied from a doctor. At 39 years old I have had perfect hearing until recently this last year when water keeps getting trapped in my ear and now my hearing is fading. The last thing you want to hear as that it’s nothing you can do. My son is 12 and should not be feeling pain from water being trapped! I definitely do NOT recommend this Dr.

JM I went in after years of inner ear problems, headaches, post nasal drip problems and more. This Dr. blew me off totally. He looked in my ears and nose for about 5 seconds and said I had allergies and go see a allergist and a neurosurgeon for headaches. I also had a referral I showed him for a nasal endoscopy which he said "oh I looked into your nose and its fine". We dont need to do that , even though Ive been getting sinus infections which he knew about. I knew I was in trouble when waiting for him and all I saw was Plastic surgery literature. I had allergy blood work after my appt, results, no allergies and then went to another ENT DR. I had a total exam, including my nasal endoscopy which showed a chronic sinus infection that Ive probably had for years he said. He went over my cat scan of prior sinus infection, didnt rush me. Put me on antibiotics for 3 weeks, then I was to get another cat scan after done with antibiotics, along with two other over the counter medications to help my problem. Dr. Bukachevsky was a waste of my time and the one star was for the MA that checked me in. Dont waste your time Dr. responding to this as you have no recourse to defend yourself

I know this is a mental facility but your patients are humans, and they have loved ones who care about them! Please just improve your reception service!

Phil Wise This place was not where Terminator 2 was filmed at. That was filmed at both CSU Channel Islands (exterior) and the Lake View Medical center (interior) in San Fernando Valley. which was a former state hospital. People get confused because the name of the hospital is Pescadero State Hospital in the movie (which sounds like Atascadero except if it was a town for fishes). The interiors and exteriors do not even look the same as Atascadero State Hospital. Its not even on the IMDB listing or on any production notes. It is a large structure and the life blood for employment in the North County. If Arnold filmed anything there it would of made huge news back in the early 90s. Having been alive back then with a family member working there, I would of heard about it. You also cant just film a movie in an active prison, let alone a state hospital that treats violent sexual offenders.

Samantha Matthews I have nothing but good to say about this office and staff. Everyone is nice to my family. We haven’t waited very long for an appointment as well as when they squeeze my kids on same day appointments. I recommend this office. We see Dr. Battle and she is amazing.

Lisa Camarda The office staff is not very professional. My daughters doctor moved to this practice so we followed him. The doctor is great but you cant get appointments and even if your child is sick they offer you an appointment 2 to 3 months out. When my child needed a flu shot, again I was supposed to wait until March even though I called in October because that was their next "vaccine clinic ". We are going back to the original office and sorry to lose a doctor. But I cant deal with the office staff.

Mari Netzahualt Our Doctor is wonderful (Dr.Macias) and we have been seen by Dr. Rowland too and hes just amazing. However, we have been seen on a same day appointment basis by other 2 who were not such a joy. They showed no real concern to my sons health complaints and dismissed them quickly without checking. We felt the visit was in a hurry and very superficial. However Im always thankful that they do make a good effort in providing same day appointments, hence my 3 stars. In general, the nurses or receptionists greet you with a serious face barely saying hi. In the years weve been going there I cant remember anyone ever smiling to us. They just seem as if theyre not enjoying their jobs and this might not be as crucial to caring for my sons health but it does feel uncomfortable sometimes. One time we had a same day appointment for my sons extreme case of croup. Doctor recommended medication to be administered at the office.They started the medication thru a mask on him and forgot about us for almost 1 hour (medicine was supposed to take a few minutes but not an hour). It wasnt until I came out to ask if i could take off the mask that had run out of medicine that they realized we were still there. That day we spent a long time(30 mins) waiting for our turn to see doctor even though we had an appointed time. Then we waited so long to be dismissed because they forgot us in the room. It was frustrating. Of course when we left, the office had been closed for a while. If you find a great doctor at this practice and wouldnt mind dealing with unfriendly and sometimes unprofessional staff then go for it. Weve stuck with them for the sole reason that our doctor is very kind and has a unique warmth when interacting with our son since he was born. And as I mentioned before there is at least another pediatrician there who is as wonderful too.

Joe Murray Normal Dr. Is Dr. Bryden and she is awesome. But we had to schedule a day of visit for a concern and we went to see Dr. Macias. The level of care and professionalism was amazing. The examination was so well thought out for a child, and great rapport built with our child during the exam. Then we had issue with radiology, and the CCP team reached out the guide us how to get images faster in this area (thank you all). We are new to the area and have had concerns on when and where to go for a injury. Dr. Macias made sure our child was taken care of during this entire situation. Overall, very happy to have this provider available for our child. Especially during a non normal, but not quite e-room visit situation.

Tammy Jordan I love Dr. Negri! Ive been with the clinic for many years! Dr. Negri is thoughtful, knowledgeable, eager to help, humble enough to refer to specialist for medical and psychological care if needed, empathetic, and an all around great physician! The staff is Incredible! The aids, actually, answers their phones and return messages! They communicate with the doctors, office, and patients! I cant say enough about this office! Best care Ive had in my hometown since we had a family doctor, in the 60s!

Cameron Vaughn Editing 9/15/21 due to Dr. Office response. Within hours of my initial review, I was contacted by the office and they made it right. They apologized and it sounds like it was a mistake. They were able to get me in the next day with a new doctor, Dr. Fuller, who seems great. He spent about 45 minutes with me going over my history and concerns. He was very attentive, and the appointment was not rushed at all. Good Doctors are very hard to find in this area. I was excited to finally find one at the Medical Clinic at Peach. After searching for a year and waiting for nearly 3 months for my appointment, they called me 45 minutes before my appointment and cancelled with no reasoning. They said since I was a new patient, that it would be a long wait to get back in. It just does not make sense to treat your patients that way. I was shocked that they just did not care and werent willing to try to get me in any sooner since it was not my fault for cancelling.

Amanda Vasquez I like the doctor but the nurse practitioner gives me a bad feeling that she talks bad about me behind my back. Same with most of the receptionists but not all. It’s just disappointing because I found a reasonably priced primary care doctor that takes CenCal that I get along with pretty well, but the office is always having problems understanding me and I don’t trust them or feel comfortable talking to them. It would be nice if they made improvements or replaced the negative people in the office. It’s hard to find a good primary care doctor without good insurance. It would be nice if there was one office that was comfortable and trusting and treated people nicely. Last time I was in for an appointment the receptionist had trouble looking up my CenCal insurance. I have recently had to go back on CenCal and they haven’t mailed me my card yet. My card is now on the way to me, but I’ve never had an issue with someone not being able to look up my insurance before. This is the 2nd time we have had to reschedule my appointment. It just seems like the office members don’t respect me or my time.

Alice Dominguez I have found Dr. Chandler to be superb, I found nurse practitioner Jessica Gash to be helpful and accommodating. The office is clean and attractive, the office staff are friendly and welcoming. However, the inability to make any contact, for clarification of my health care orders, has me looking for a better solution. The phone number does not ring at the clinic but is a general answering machine, possibly for all of dignity health, that only offers two choices, make an appointment, or get the address of a clinic, well actually three choices, the third is go to an emergency room. The website may be even worse. The page offers a chatbot, that is proposed as a diagnostic tool; but answers any question with do you need a covid vaccine, or do you want to read about covid symptoms, Ive totally forgotten the third covid choice. There is no phone number to talk to someone at the clinic. There is no way to contact them by email, to ask if they have an email on file for me to set up my "patient portal". I may be expecting too much. Ive moved back to the states from France. and Belgium where like Camille doctors seem to care about their patients, but unlike the Medical Center at Peach they are not isolated from any and all contact with patients.

A Iliff Waited 8 months to be seen as a new "patient", even though my Dr. That is in the same office just retired, but I have to wait. My first appointment was no more than 5 minutes if that and was given an appointment for another 6 months for a physical? Why what the heck? When I call the office he is always out for the week? Really we need some more options on primary doctors

J D All helpful including Care Connection ride home on first ER, and after 3rd ER, Sam a security guard gave me a cart ride to end of hospital property for just a short walk across the street back home. Tanner RN was especially friendly and helpful on my 05/24/2024 ER for rib pain, so I brought a bottle of Olde Shandon Port Works Syrah and Lou Ferrignos favorite film "I Love You, Man" in thanks. Sam security guard delivered it for me.

jackalynn bidwell Went to this ER a couple days ago, the staff was unprofessional except for one older nurse. I asked if I needed paper work to go home with the nurse said no then when I came in with my husband they stated I left without it. They scoffed like I was the problem. When they put the boot on my broken foot nurse was complaining about her own foot injury. Overall experience was not great.

Lee Osterloh My rheumatologist called me from Santa Clarita Valley telling me to go to ER. This was at 5:30 AM today, Tuesday, Feb 16. She called the ER Doctor Mroz. When we arrived , they checked me in immediately and I got gowned and a bed! Doctor Amrit met with me as well as Jimmy, RN. They took blood work and prescribed transfusion. All tests, chest X-ray and EKG were done courteously and we shared some good humor. I got proper and excellent care while going through transfusion. From m the check in staff to checkout, everyone was highly professional and kind. I would highly recommend French Hospital ER. In addition, I was able to checkout in plenty of time to allow my husband to receive his first dose of COVID vaccine! Thank you to all!

Tom Athey On Tuesday Nov 16 2021 I went to ER after falling with possi le rib fractures and head cut. Was in waiting room from 11am to 2:30pm. I want to comment on the good service by the young nurse in the afternoon.I Didnt catch his name but he was about 30 with red hair. He was flying all over the place taking care of the fullhouse of sick people. It was appreciated. In contrast the nurse in the morning did the minimum. And she was sarcastic when I meet with her. When I finally got to see the doctor I was impressed with him and the nurses taking car of me. Overall it was a long time but I do understand triage.

Cory Bytof Super friendly and professional staff, doctors, and nurses. Took good care of me after my bike accident, did a thorough CT scan and made sure I was ok.

AJ The front receptionists were extremely rude. I asked if I could be seen because I had leg pain and as I was explaining the 3 receptionists standing there looked at me like they didn’t care. I waited for a response but none of them said anything, it was as if they didn’t care. Then they finally told me I should go somewhere else where I had been seen. I told them I had been seen there a couple times. And one of the receptionists I think (Becky) told me no again and I asked her if there was anything they could do. She walked to the back and when she came back she told me there was no availability. I asked if she knew where I could go because I couldn’t walk and my insurance always told me to go there. She logged in to her computer without telling me a word and said all of a sudden they had an opening but had to wait an hour. Dr. Kristen on the other hand was amazing! Super sweet and did everything and anything she could to help me and provided me with what I needed. If it wasn’t because Dr. Kristen knows my situation and I feel comfortable with her I wouldn’t go back. I have never felt looked down upon like I did at the front with the receptionists.

Moke Sisha Very rude. The lack of bed side manner with the Urgent Care Doctor doesnt help people get healthier, especially when we are in a time that we as a nation were asked to show kindness. People are trying not to go to the hospital during the pandemic and a terrible doctor is not good for them to fall back on.

Susan Baca I went in on March 11, 2023 because of shoulder pain from falling the night before. I was in extreme pain and was impressed with the service I recieved from signing in, to consulting with Dr. Lisa Vasak. I was able to have x-rays and answers quickly. Because I had broken a bone I was sent to the ER. I was impressed when Dr. Vasak called me Monday morning to check on me. She was genuinely concerned and wanted to let me know that I could contact her if I needed help with getting an appointment to the orthopedic clinic. Amazing follow up!

Kirk N Dr. Vasak is excellent to work with and a great doctor! 5 stars for her and Id highly suggest her! However, the BILLING here though is a joke... a $40 bill I tried to pay on their system multiple times never went through (I tried for months). I couldnt get a human on the phone, so I gave up until recently. I had to call multiple companies/numbers related to the billing to figure this out - turns out, they sent my bill to collections! You gotta be kidding me... the billing guy only figured it out after ~15 min on the phone due to the error codes I was receiving in trying to submit the payment. What is the time period in which they do this? Why wasnt I notified by the company / collection agency? I have zero idea how Im supposed to pay this meager $40 bill now. Why dont they have an online billing system that works? or send you an email based bill? or an easy to get a hold of someone that can actually help? Sorry - but Id give 0 stars if I could. It seems many other people have issues with this Dignity Health location and the corporate team probably needs to fix these problems!

Kristie Steele Was extremely disappointed with my treatment by Dr. Lisa Vasak. I had an appointment scheduled for the next day with a different doctor, but came into urgent care as my symptoms had escalated. She was rude, told me this was an urgent care and not for people who had appointments, and disregarded my symptoms and the pain that I was experiencing entirely. She made me feel like I was wasting her time by being there. The front office staff, however, was so kind and encouraged me to come in if my symptoms got worse. Specifically Alecia was helpful in getting me scheduled for an appointment quickly and was great at answering my questions in a kind and professional manner.

Alicia Zambrano Incompetent hospital! Not seeing people in the waiting room should had been a warning sign. The receptionist was nice though. Other than that, please stay away because my husband almost lost his life. We had to go to a different ER after.

keren esparza Staff are really nice. The Dr though is a waste of time and space. Staff there deserve to have a doctor who actually cares. Patients deserve a better doctor. Between his what do you want me to do, unprofessional appearance what a joke.

Juanita Martinez I had to take my man to the hospital with deep lacerations to 2 of his fingers. We were quickly seen by Dr. John Ziomek,who did a great job stitching him up.

Ashley DiNapoli Ive never seen such negligence & incompetence in healthcare. This hospital is a trainwreck. Understaffed by mostly traveling RNs. Systemic abuse, neglect & malpractice. One of the hospitalists "lost" her DEA number to prescribe controlled RXs and was forced to quit. Their days of playing fast & loose are numbered, Im sure. Youre better off going to a veterinarian. Seriously, go to Adventist in Hanford, it will save your life. Dont get me started on the SNF side. This is the most depressing place Ive ever been. The vibe is oppressive and sad.

Eddy The RN whose name is Amber S, was attending my mother and rolled her eyes during the questionnaire portion. My mom isn’t a fluent Spanish speaker and they had to get a translator, during this she looked visibly annoyed and wasn’t empathetic towards my mother at all. Not the kind of people you expect to encounter at a hospital.
