Janet Watson Very rude receptionist and lied to me. Also they claim to be taking new patients and that’s a lie also. They say they take Cigna insurance and I waited a week to get an appointment so I called back after I never received a call back, like I was told I would. The rude receptionist tells me they don’t take new patients with Cigna. She could have told me that when I first called so I could have looked for a different doctor instead of waiting. Makes me wonder if the Doctors are aware of how their receptionist is treating people. I wouldn’t even give them one star but I couldn’t post this without a star!

Eli Powell Easily the worst medical group I have ever worked with. They will advertise online and through insurance companies that you can go to them.And then when you call them, they will tell you that they will only accept certain people with certain hmo plans that have been pre assigned to them. Doctor s offices are supposed to help people not try to make money. Then when I tried to plead my case and tell them how I didnt think it was fair. The rude office lady said she wasnt gonna argue with me and was about to hang up on me before I hung up on her. This is not serving people or trying to help others. Last I heard doctors take a oath to help people not turn them away. Natasha at this office should be fired.

Candice Tuazon I am really pleased with the professional and kind care of Dr. Vaughan. The last time I brought my 2-yr-old son in to see him, he didn’t just quickly identify what was wrong but he also made friends with my boy and even sang him a song! I thought that was a nice touch. I’m really thankful to have Dr. Vaughan as my and my son’s provider.

Jim I was experiencing several symptoms with no apparent cause and though they were getting better slowly after two weeks I thought it was worth a visit. After Dr. Vaughan checked me out he said that it was likely some virus and should take care of itself. It has.

Kyndrah Carson Chapa De is the most amazing place with the most amazing staff. There is no other place like it. I continue to be impressed with the care and services I receive here. They have done so much for me in these past 2yrs- more than any other Dr., therapist, psychiatrist, nutritionist...has ever done for me in my entire 36 yrs of living. I am so blessed and thankful to Chapa De and everyone that works there.

AD Ive been going to Chapa De for about 10 years now and Ive had no issues except with Nurse Scott Dzurella because I found him to be very rude and he wasnt helpful at all but they quickly changed me to another Doctor when I requested. Overall Ive had great experiences here on both sides Medical/Dental/Optometry and everyone has been friendly and helpful and have got me an appointment quickly

Shelby Warfe I have been receiving care at Chapa De in Auburn for 3 years now. I have received great care while being seen at Chapa De. Everyone that I have encountered has been cheerful, professional and genuinely seem to care and their patients well being. All staff from the security guards, receptionists, phlebotomists, medical assistants, nurses and doctors have all been wonderful! I look forward to my doctors appointments!

Dallas Drake I have to say that while I feel there have been situations that aren’t perfect especially when jobs are trying to get completed, I really feel, and have experienced that Recology Auburn has a made substantial changes with their staff and policies and have been greatly improved from what has been experienced in the past. Our drivers have been amazing and the office has really taken care of us this project. I think they do better than most want to take the time to say, and I wanted to take the time to give them credit when due.

Jacqueline Garrens I went here today to dump household articles and I found the experience very easy, well organized and employees friendly. The dump was organized people clearing paths and was not a long wait. As far as money goes I filled up my SUV and got rid of a lot of things for 18 bucks. I think this place gets a bad rap and I had a great experience this morning.

Joe Huntzinger Place is a madhouse. No directions if you’re a new customer. Was told I had to wait until this couple in front of me with a 16 foot trailer full of green waste was done before I could dump mine. I would’ve been waiting all day so I took it upon myself and hopped out of my truck and gave them a hand to expedite the process. Complete chaos all around me and on top of that it’s almost twice the price as the one in Lincoln.

debra clarice ALWAYS friendly, courteous, polite at the gate. Price is reasonable. Location is convenient. Getting in and out is easy enough. Enough spaces, traffic doesnt back up very often at all. Everything is organized. Not confusing at all. Parking and dumping area is clean enough. NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME. I GO THERE 2-3 TIMES A MONTH TO DUMP HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE AND MISCELLANEOUS CLEANUP PROJECT ITEMS.

Heidi Gimness, MSN, APRN Best service ever! Michael Cora went above and beyond today during a new garbage bin delivery. He gladly took it around to the side of our house with the other bins, instead of just leaving it out at the street where our HOA surely would have sent us a violation notice. He even took a loose bag of garbage for us. WOW, what a smile, made our day! Thank you for being awesome Michael!

Bob W I like UC Davis health and I like most of my interactions with most of my providers there, but the frustration level in dealing with this screwed up organization is really getting to me. For example, this morning, it took 40 minutes to make an appointment for my wife and I to get COVID booster shots. Customer service representatives seem untrained and there seems to be no systems to make things work smoothly. There was a problem with a prescription and I tried to communicate with someone there on My Chart, but no joy. Its just constantly frustrating dealing with them. I am using Sutter more and more. They are organized and appear to know how to run their company, something that I cant say for UC Davis Health.
