She genuinely listens to what you’re looking for, which I really appreciated. With my heavy volume hair, she’s the only stylist I trust completely! I highly recommend her to anyone in search of a fantastic haircut. Overall, the staff is also really friendly and helpful!

Ariana Leal This is my honest Review it’s not to bash anybody or the salon . I came here about 3 to 4 weeks ago to get a last-minute install as I happen to be in town and I needed my hair done for a party. I reached out to the salon. They put me in contact with the stylist and I happened to get booked within the two hours. I get there nice location, The salon was beautiful. I’m getting my hair done with Priscilla and we’re having a good time chit chatting getting to know eachother. After two hours and a half I realize that she was taking too long, Usually my installs only take 2hrs30min. She took 5hrs! Left there at 7:30pm! Throughout my appointment, she was telling me how she underquoted me and It was supposed to be more.. but upon booking an appointment, I was very specific in what I wanted which was 300Grams and she agreed with 300$. As she was doing my hair, she was being very messy with the itips extensions , dropping the on the floor , stepping on them , getting it tangled. At the end of the appointment I was picking up my extensions from the floor all tangled and stepped on, which I thought was rude because all that hair was supposed to go on my head and I made specific in what I wanted. I understand that she’s was not used to Client like myself because I was asking her if this was the most hair she’s ever installed on a client and she agreed, and said her clients usually only get 100grams.. I only got 170 grams installed on my head and I wanted 300grams. But that wasn’t my frustration, my problem was how sloppy the install was. It looks like something Beginners do. I feel like she was overwhelmed and Just wanted to get my hair with. I enjoyed my conversations and time with her. She’s a really sweet woman but I wish she would’ve been honest and said something like she’s never done extensions with 300g but she can try , I would of glady accept thatt. Instead of being dissapointed.

When I come here, the results always last such a long time and they are great at giving advice on aftercare. It is a relaxing, clean environment every single time I go and everyone is always so friendly!

It included: Hot Stone Massage (30 min), Soothing Hot Towel Treatment Relaxing Shampoo Deep Conditioning, & Shine Treatment Blow dry & Hair Style Spa Pedicure , Aroma foot soak, Cuticle and Callus treatment, Stress Relieving Leg and Foot Massage The Hot stone massage was good and the lady was super nice. Other than that, it was a bad experience. The “relaxing” shampoo was horrible, the lady was super rough and careless. We DID NOT get the Deep Conditioning and Shine treatment because the lady doing our hair said she didn’t have time, and no one informed her we had long hair. The hair style was super armature and the lady continuously pulled out hair and was using a regular brush to blow dry which she dug into our scalp. The lady doing our nails was very nice, but they shouldn’t call it a Spa pedicure. They literally put our feet in a plastic bin at the bottom of the nail station and painted our toes on her lap. I asked for Gel nails and she said she didn’t do them on toes. We DID NOT get an Aroma foot soak NOR stress releasing leg and foot massage. The services DID NOT sum up to 150. I was so disappointed because it was a gift and they wrongfully advertised and priced it as if it was a luxurious spa day!!!!! I wish i would have said something there but my mother in law and sister in law were with me and i was so emberradef and didn’t want to make a scene in front of them or refuse to pay the total infront of them!

My appointment was at 3:30 I got there at 3:25, and I was still there waiting @ 4:30, and she finally acknowledged me had me sit in back and still waited. I finally got up and left. Im sorry but my time is just as important, So I walked out. If your to busy dont make an appointment that you cant keep and have client wait for an hour and half.

Crystal Ramirez I had a great experience with this salon especially with my hair stylist Erika. First time walking into this location!!! I called around 10am I had a botched hair cut at another salon and was looking to fix my hair. the receptionist that answered my call was super nice and helpful she scheduled me for 3pm same day consultation only with Erika. I heard wrong I guess out of desperation so I showed up at 2pm and Erika still attended me. Erika seen my hair and seen how messed up my hair was and how sad I was and she right away squeezed me in and fixed my hair. I am grateful for her my hair looks so amazing. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this salon especially Erika.

Jade Greenlee I love coming to this salon. I have had haircuts and stylings done by multiple people in the salon including Sabrina, Bailey, Tara, and Vallie. I have also had my nails done by Denise. Everyone has treated me like family and has always made sure I love what my hair looks like before I leave. The salon is professional and you can tell that everyone truly cares about each other. The salon itself is beautifully designed and well taken care of. I recommend anyone in the salon to everyone I know because I know they will get taken care of properly.

Quick and friendly service, but one of the hair stylist insisted that next time I comb out my daughters tangly hair, but that was the reason why I brought my daughter there in the first place. Her hair is unmanageable sometimes so I take her to the shop for help. But next time Ill go somewhere else that doesnt complain about tangly hair I guess. What is a stylist job if not to untangle and help manage tangly hair? Maybe Im confused...dunno.

Brittany Sadly, I thought I found a good hairstylist named Holly for my haircuts and later on color for a couple years now. Everything was great until this last appointment a few weeks ago; for my touchup color appointment. I showed Holly the inspiration photo, she said no problem, she put my color on, BUT then took another customer during my bleach processing. (Which is not only against state board regulations but she did not ask if I was okay with her doing so either). She finally rinsed out my hair and said it was very dry. Which was an understatement, was my hair in perfect condition prior, no, but it wasn’t breaking or dry etc; after she finished styling my hair to conceal the damage, I noticed it was completely trashed and fried. The finished “new” color concluded with my roots a dark & splotchy golden blonde, I had exactly five dark streaks that were uneven and not to the root, and then white not to the root highlights. Which was shocking for the $145+tip I paid, what I asked for, and I’ve never had an experience like this with Holly before. In the sun it looked okay due to the bright sunlight, but inside the salon, my car, and at home it looked awful. My entire household made comments. My husband wanted to get our money back, but I was so mad, upset and tired I just let her keep it. I’ve been very sick the last 6 months and didn’t need any of this. My hair was extremely dry, where I ended up dying it back to black to hide the damage because she ruined my level 8/9 golden blonde shoulder length hair. I had to cut off another inch after her haircut when I got home to avoid excess breakage as well. I will also add that I am a licensed hairstylist of 18+ years, so yeah, this was bad. I would expect the results I had from a new hairstylist with no coloring experience. Even the girls at salon centric were shocked when they saw my hair compared to what it was a week prior. I’m hella nice, and didn’t disclose the stylist who ruined it at the supply store. Be careful going here since they allow the stylists to double book during chemical processes. Completely unprofessional. Double Thumbs down.

She specializes in bleaching hair and extensions and is very knowledgeable and professional. She’s my go to and I’m very pleased with her work! She even does Brazilian wax!

Valerie House Had been here for years with the same artist. Followed her everywhere. I loved her. Personally, a good friend of mine. This happened some time ago where I decided to break ties. I went there for a cut and colored. Granted I did require some bleaching. My hair roughly past my ears. First, I lived an hour away. I made special trips to go down there to see this artist. I arrived at 10:30 and I went home at 8pm that night. Found on the way home they closed all the roads going back home so it took me 2 hours to get home. She continuously left me. She left a total of 3 different times in the middle of doing my hair. For personal reasons. Understanding I get it life happens. Being a mom happens. But 3 times? That was just taking my kindness to another level. Second, I paid her a deposit for color about a week before I went. Like okay understand have to get color for my hair the products. No biggie. I have never spent over 360 with a tip in the 8 years I was with her and my hair was down to my butt every single time I saw her maybe twice a year. I get cost of products went up. World is expensive. When it comes down to the payment. She tells me its another 500 something on top of the 80. Im blown back. Like what the hell? So at this point Ive been there 10 hours so Im like well I just want to leave. So I pay and leave. Guts telling me something is wrong. So I reach out. They cant give me a good explanation besides that products got more expensive. Never would provide me a receipt or a break down of costs. She said she used a special conditioner in my hair and bought me one too. Never approved any extra charges. So again mind you my hair was to my ears and the times before I went my hair was to my butt. Never paid that. If there was a huge pay increase she should of made me aware before I sat those hours, dealt with her constantly leaving. Next day comes around she is in LA on a vacation. Concidence? I reached out to the manager and I personally am not that type of person but something just didnt seem right. The manager said Ill look into please dont leave a bad review. Months go by. Ive called, and messaged. Zero response to anything. The whole process was distasteful and the workers being dishonest. I decided to post this review for the fact of the way they handled everything. For personal reasons I will not say the artist name cause she knows who she is and so does the manager. Be cautious about this establishment. I never in a million years thought someone i trusted and a salon I had been to so a long time could ever do something this sketchy and disrespectful. If they would of been straight forward in the beginning and gave me actual evidence of what they did and how much no problem. The fact they were beating around the bush. Ghosting me when they said they would look into it. Its really disgusting. Have the day yall deserve.

I get the split ends trimmed with a blunt cut straight around, always comes out even. I’m always getting compliments on the straightness & neatness of the cut, she is the only one I trust to get it right!! Lisa Rodriguez Now, I havent had a facial in a few years, so I didnt have anything to compare it to. The woman who did my facial was sweet, no denying that. The room and bed wasnt the cleanest. She played music for about 45 minutes then it ended and wasnt turned back on and for the other 40 minutes, I could hear the other workers talking, bunch of noises so that was a little annoying cause I couldnt relax. The facial seemed like a lotioned massage and thats all. I bought a Groupon for this facial but no I wont be returning for a facial again.

I have gone to multiple salons to get my eyebrows threaded here in Bakersfield but this salon by far is the best one I have ever been to. Angelina Hinojosa **BEWARE** So i made an Appt with Micah for a Brazilian blowout she asked for deposit which i don’t like to normally do did.The Morning of my appt she text & said she sprained her foot ,rescheduled for 2 days later i said ok, the day of that appt she text and said she couldn’t stand (mind u i had already drove the 1 1/2 ..i was mad but she called crying saying she never does this and she was sorry rescheduled for the 3rd time i said ok & made the 1 1/2 hour drive again waited at salon 2 hours she never showed and never txt ..the other ladies in the sola salon says she does this ALOT..she never returned my deposit so i had to file a complaint on cash ap and of course they determined she scammed me and refunded me …SO PLEASE BEWARE ,yes she has great reviews BUT that wasn’t my experience at all she’s very rude and unprofessional !!
