Cassandra Detty I called ahead of time early Sunday to ask if someone could fit me in to get a perm. She repeated back to me a perm. I said yes. She said I can’t do it now but I can later. Be here at 5:20. I show up at five. And at 5:40!!! Tells me she doesn’t have time today. I COULD HAVE GOUNS A PLACE HAD I NIT VEEN TOLD TO WAIT AND COME THERE. AND CASUALLY TELLS ME LIKE SHE DISNT INCONVENIENCE MY WHOLE DAY. Not to mention my plans as to why I needed my hair done that day. When I walked in no one acknowledged us!!! She could have acknowledged me and she would have not made me sit for so long just to turn me away. Horrible horrible horrible service

Donna Norona So glad a friend with stylish hair recommended this place to me. I’ve been going to different salons to find the right fit for me but it’s been mostly an “expectation vs. reality” kind of experience. My hair can be tricky so the cut I like doesn’t always translate. Trina took the time to discuss what I wanted. Color and hairstyle. I showed her pictures of the hairstyle I wanted and basically asked her to make it stylish. I’ve been coming back to her since. So happy to find her!! Costs are very reasonable! The parlor is clean and well-maintained! Service is wonderful! Trina is always booked for a good reason and the 2 other hair stylists are professional and personable like her. No wonder they keep a busy schedule! Thanks, Trina!!

Allison Snow I am a very long time Le Cuts customer. My girlfriends and my entire family all see Trina at Le Cuts. She is an excellent stylist, knows how to cut my fine hair so its full and has such beautiful movement. My children have thick hair, and she can manage the pelt beautifully. Our hair grows out perfectly and I attribute this to Trina King how to cut and style hair as whats best for that persons head. My husband and I used to go to fancy expensive salons in Walnut Creek, but we didnt love paying so much money for a cut, wash and style. Trina is very reasonably priced and very popular in this area. Be sure you make an appointment because she is busy! Shell accept walk ins but you may have to wait. My children need someone who is careful and fast, as they have autism. Trina is very sweet and patient when cutting their hair. Thank you Trina for keeping us all looking great!

David Lamb Avoid this place!!!! Called ahead of time and clarified over the phone what we needed - the lady repeated it back. We confirmed a time for the appointment, showed up and waited for 20 mins. Once it was our turn… THEY TOLD US THEY COULD NOT DO IT. Save your business for someone else.

Adrian Ispas I come here once a month, every month, for the past 10 years. Im a man and they do know how to cook mens hair. I cannot speak for a woman, butt for men Ill give them a full five stars. The owner and her daughter are the ones doing the haircuts. Some free parking available on the side of the building.

Erik Miller This place is a hidden gem. They have raised prices very slightly (men’s cut is now $17 vs $15), but you are still getting WAY more for your money here. Great cut every time, friendly service and usually little or no wait. Kelly is my go-to if she’s working, since she remembers exactly what I want and does it perfectly every time, and always with a smile. I was working out of town, needed a cut and went to a chain place. I got nowhere near the same quality as I do here for more money. Sometimes you pay more for quality, and it’s worth it, but at Cute Cut you don’t have to, and it’s SO worth it!

RAGIE Mecenario Anna my hairstylist is so sweet and knowledgeable about hair. I haven’t had any hair colored for more than 5 years and she made it a good experience for me. She walked me thru the whole process and gave me options to choose. Will definitely come to her for all my hair services and treatment.

She has such a chill personality but her work is total perfection! I am 100% satisfied every single time and I think she is the best cut and color person I have ever been to in my life! Halima Khan I wish i didnt have to write this review but I’m beyond frustrated with this haircut. Ana and the team were kind, however, this has been one of the worst cuts I’ve ever had. I found Ana on Instagram and thought I’d be in good hands, but what I asked for (a trim and curtain bangs) turned into a total disaster. Two months later, my bangs are still unmanageable, and the layers are chunky, leaving my already thick hair looking extremely puffy and flat-out awful. I’ve had to pin up the bangs every day and now I’m stuck trying to grow it out just to fix this mess. When I reached out to fix it, Ana only offered to straighten the bangs for free, but wanted to charge to fix the rest. If you don’t have typical Caucasian hair, do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

theswingtraderpro corp Mens haircut was $12 which is a great deal but when it came to my sideburns which is still apart of the haircut and not a mustache shave which I was charged for an extra $5 for something that took 1 minute. My haircut was very simple and took less than 10 minutes. I was not going to walk out with an uneven blended haircut so I paid the extra. The lady cutting my hair did not ask before starting nor did I think it would be an extra charge knowing that other places I have gone to for many years doesnt charge so I would suggest asking the service charge before even getting a simple haircut at this location.

Hector Soto First time had a Hair cut there, Sigma uses to be my place for hair cut over 15 years, since they moved and can not located the new locations I was trying several haircuts places I was not happy until I tried NiceCut, Van asked me how do I want it she did really good job, definitely I will continue having my haircut there. F. Z I get my hair cut done at this place recently, there are some issues, first she is always late sometimes when i go to get my hair done shop is close, the second problem is that she’s impatient she is rushing doesn’t paying attention to what she is doing.

Sara G Ive been coming here off and on for the 10 years Ive lived in Concord. Im a woman but Im not a girly girl. I am not super particular about haircuts, So much so that Im willing to brave a Super Cuts or Great Clips if Im in desperate need of a haircut. I have gotten the best haircuts of my life and the WORST haircuts of my life in these places. Its really not worth rolling the dice. Premier Cuts will always give you a good haircut. Be prepared for when you walk in, theyll tell you to come back in x amount of time. I just walked in with longer than shoulder length hair asking for a lob (that is still long enough to get into a ponytail) and that woman delivered! I feel like I lost 10 lb of hair which is exactly what I wanted. Womans haircut is $30 now. I have fine wavy hair. I do not know how they do with curly hair here.

Mandy Kuo I drive by this place all the time when I go to downtown Concord. It has decent review and fair pricing online. (Last time I got a quote from a fancy salon for $130 for hair cut and color.) So today I decided to drop in to get hair cut. I have pretty long hair to middle of my back, and want to something different for the new year. I do have perm hair from one year ago from other place. I showed her the picture how I want it, and she did a good job. She only charges me $25 for my long hair cut. I am pretty happy about the cut and she is very efficient. It only took about 20 minutes. Even though the place does not have fancy furniture or salon feel, but it is clean and great skill cut. I will come back when time to perm my hair again and maybe color, too. Highly recommended!

Razciel campos #Be careful about keratin treatment, they sell as a keratin treatment; however they dont make that one. I went for shine to my hair because i know what is the result of kerantin. However after the procedure my hair was the same dull and without shine and with frizz . they just try to sell their shampoo and conditioner. Badddd.
