Deanna Finney Love this place! Jules has been doing my hair for years and I always get compliments on the color. Even after 3 weeks of washing, the colors are very vibrant. You have to do some self care of course, but its not rocket science. Ill also show you what it looks like after 3 months of growth and shampoos. Everyday I walk down the street, I always get compliments on the color of my hair. It gets called unicorn hair when it fades. So if you like those bright punky colors, go see my girl Jules. She does some awesome hair. Adding to my original post. Picture number 3 is my unicorn hair. Its still very beautiful, and I continue to get daily compliments on it. I do like it a lot, not as much as the original colors because I like the bright vibrant purple/blue. But you can definitely see the silver undertones I ask her to add. Ill be heading back to her in a few weeks, but she is definitely a awesome stylist.

Kathleen v Knotty Hair - Not So Good The historical bank vault is an interesting place to have your hair washed & loved the high windows. I had good things to say about Stacey & her services until…she totally blew me away with how fast she could turn on me. Stacey ran down her list of complaints that were not accurate at all. Paying above the normal tipping rates each & every time and I made sure it was in CASH. This girl is all about you meeting all of her expectations of what a good customer is. (Buy products, pay an exorbitant tip amount in cash, and make sure you use all her services REGULARLY) Stacey has a hidden ungrateful heart & who knows when she will unleash it on the next innocent customer. Beware she’s all about the money!

Ann Marie Lincoln I loved Knotty in so many ways. To start, this historical bank building is gorgeous inside and out. My hairdresser Shery gave me the most professional (and wonderful) color and cut Ive ever experienced. Ive already made my next appointment! Thank you Shery!

Mandalore The Hope Just got my haircut today from this place. So disappointed.The lady who cuts hair next to the cash register. I knew her for a long time but this is the 3rd time that she messed up my hair. I asked for 0-3 fade. I told her the exact spot where to do the blending but here you go. This is the 3rd time she is cutting the way she’s wants instead what the customer wants. Not just that, the left side of my head where she blended the 0 being to a 3 doesn’t line up on my right side..and when I asked if she can fix it a little bit she started getting annoyed and speaking with a attitude in her native language. Not coming back here again.

brianna winmill Terrible experience, just wanted my roots touched up a bit, specifically told her twice to NOT put any more blonde on my ends because they were already very blonde and damaged enough. She even told me she wasnt going to put blonde on the ends and then proceeded to do it anyway. My roots were horribly done and my ends were so dead they were stretchy/falling off, had to go to Elms Beauty to get my hair fixed. NEVER come here to get your hair done.

She didn’t do what I asked for, she did it the way she wanted it, told her not to do it short but she did it anyways. Made my hair uneven, and did adjustments I never asked for, I recommend the place if your trying to get your hair messed up :)

Steven Strecker Cami is a great stylist. Whenever I get my hair cut, in specifically go to Green Valley to see her. She has been cutting my hair for around 7.5 years and always does an amazing job. C S Showed up late for our initial appointment, which I had left 20 minutes later for.. she texted me later saying "shes here"; by which time I was already headed home. We rescheduled an appointment with a deposit. She changed that schedule to convenience herself with another customer, after she refused to change schedule when asked. I just let her have the deposit. Look at the pictures they provide, probably not where you want to go anyway.

Sophia Rodrigues Hair stylist Cescily is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. The salon always confirms your appointment and twice this hair stylist Cescily has got back to me last minute after hours and days of confirming appointment once stating that your appointment is cancelled when I had an important meeting and second time asking can you come tomorrow. Don’t have an option to schedule online if you want to give clients a run around and reschedule their appointment. When I pushed back the second time, she wanted to know what cut I wanted. You don’t confirm appointments based on what cut the clients want. Cescily is extremely unprofessional, unreliable, can’t confirm clients appointments and completely lacks customer service. She tells me I am the difficult one to talk to when I held her accountable for her such unreliable behavior and asked her to confirm my time. I’m not interested in communicating with you or even you having my personal number when you lack basic courtesy. Even if you go to this salon, don’t ever go to this rude hair stylist.

Cassandra Chambers Where do I start? I dropped in for nail and foot services. I just had a cast removed and needed a pedicure. Kevin was my technician! He was patient and delicate due to my leg still a little sore. He did such an amazing job. I will be asking for him each time I go back. But yall the owner Kim took time to cut my hair for me. Ryan Tina is great. I have been going to her for years. She remembers me and always knows what I want done. I witnessed her fix a girl’s disastrous "home cut" in just a few minutes.

Zeidan Freeda (Freeda) This is the worst hair salon, I had very long hair and came in asking her to fix the parting of my bangs (she did not fix the parting when I repeatedly asked) and give me long layers but ended up with shoulder length hair that is terribly cut and there’s no saving it. She also used a straightener on my wet hair which makes no sense because she kept saying my hair was burnt when it was fine. I can not wear my hair down or have my bangs out until it grows out which will take months. DO NOT COME HERE! SAVE UR MONEY! Still waiting for my apology you have my number.

Dennis David We are from solano county. I stumbled on her salon while getting el pollo loco for our lunch in fairfield. My daughter, my wife and myself have been going there for the last three years. Shes really good. My daughter and wife are very picky when it comes to people cutting there hair. She definitely was a good fit for us so we cant wait till her salon opens so we can finally get out haircuts! She wont disappoint.

Chris LaCour If youre a guy that just wants a great hair cut, with none of the BS that you find in all these modern barber shops that pop up now days, this is the place to go. Tina does an outstanding job. I stumbled on this place after being fed up with watching barbers use their cell phones while cutting hair, talking to the other barbers more than paying attention to their clientele, prices that didnt reflect the quality of the cut, or trying to get a decent cut at the budget shops.

Jay Kim Ive visited this salon twice for a mens haircut and was really happy with the results! I used to only go to Korean salons for more specific hairstyles like two blocks and other variations of it since I figured the more expensive and specialized the salon, the better. But this place meets what Im looking for in a stylish haircut and my needs as a Korean guy in his 20s. And the price is well worth it ($17 w/o tips). The shop seems to be owned by one person and would love to see business flourish even more. I definitely plan to continue going here for my haircuts.

Christian O She literally uses a razor to cut your hair. Its the fact that she used a razor the entire time and still doesnt know how to fade and or blend. Its more like a beauty salon for old women not a barber shop. Its cheap but i guess you get what you pay for. Worst asian hair cutter in town. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Oh and by the way she only takes cash.

Kalvin Fogata In the hair game for over 30 years Mama Lee has been perfecting her craft in the Fairfield Suisun area. Supporting the local residents as well as the military she gives nice clean cuts as well as styling for their ladies with super affordable prices 17 for men 22 for womens she is a surgeon and artist with the scissors. Call in a head because she gets busy but walk ins are welcome. Get a car wash next door and some Filipino after and have a great day

hotpockets222 The lady cutting my hair kept breathing on me like she was bored and didnt want to work.. She kept sighing again and again. She told me it was $30, I gave her $40. She didnt question or ask if I wanted change or anything, she just took my money. Putting an ATM inside the store that charges $3 is a scam. We got debit card readers in our phones, but they only accept cash.. So it was $43 for bare minimum service.. no wash or anything. It looks like there are really good people here, I just got one of the worst ones. The haircut looks ok.

Orubaru Not only did the lady have me sitting with my nails in acetone for an HOUR while she cut hair which I’m positive isn’t healthy and I almost got up and left, but then she was using pliers to TWIST off the tips of my acrylics that wouldn’t come off, of course ruining any length that my real nails retained. And then proceeded to paint all outside of my nails and even got some polish on the palm side of my fingers. I should have known as I’ve had bad experiences here before too but nothing this bad. My nails look awful, as if a 3 year old could have done them. Honestly ridiculous to co be coming from a salon. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Edda Maina BIG NO!!! One big mistake you’ll want to avoid is going to this salon.I searched the salon on Google, I called ahead and i asked if she was available to braid both my daughter’s and my hair. She said yes and offered two available times: 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. She told me to come with my hair washed and ready, but my daughter’s hair would be washed and straightened there at the salon, I suggested. I arrived at 8:50 a.m. to find that she had just started with another client. She told me to sit and wait. A lady then came in and was told to start braiding my hair. She began at 9 a.m. and finished at 5:30 p.m. was medium braids size. At 1 p.m., the customer I got when I arrived was done, and the stylist started my daughter’s hair. However, she stopped midway because another customer had arrived. When I asked about this, she told me that the other customer had made a booking. The stylist who worked on my hair was very nice, but she was still training my thinking.The salon owner kept instructing and telling her what to do. I was very annoyed by the poor service, the lies, and the unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, they had an inappropriate show on TV, with explicit content, and my daughter was there. As an African, she understands boundaries and shouldn’t have had to watch that. Couldn’t they have changed the channel? I’m new to California, having moved here a month ago as part of the military, and I mentioned I didn’t have a job to them, I think that’s why she assumed I wouldn’t complain, or she downgraded me, for any reason. Well, I will definitely find another place. It usually takes me about 2 hours to get my hair done, but she claimed it took so long because my hair is short—ridiculous. Lesson learned: If you choose to go there, that’s on you, but I won’t be returning.

Jessica I would not recommend this place the blonde lady that did my hair cut it way to short! I told her and showed her a picture of what i wanted which was face framing long layers with curtain bangs...my hair was long already when i walked in and she completely just cut off inches, she said that it was the same as the picture that it just needed to be styled but no she basically gave me really short layers it wasnt the same and now i have short hair! Not only that she used thinning scissors on me without asking! I wear glasses to see far way so i couldnt tell what she was doing in till it was to late and she was moving onto a different part of my hair to thinne out i was so upset I just payed and left!

SnipeZZxxZ _ September 8, 2022. I while back I got my haircut there and I asked to keep the top and give me a high fade. Instead they shaved the top of my head to a 3 and gave me a buzz cut when that was nothing like I asked. It took 6 months to grow back to my normal hairstyle and now I no longer go there and go to an actual barbershop now where they can listen to what I want.

Belle Bersamin The "only" person that does womens hair cuts butchered my hair. While there I noticed that it was a predominantly male clientele so I would not suggest if youre a woman. I asked for a face frame layer with curtain bangs and I look like a mushroom head with thinned out, much shorter hair (which I did NOT REQUEST). I even showed her a photo and it was NOTHING like it. IM SO ANGRY. she then tried to style and I told her to stop. I didnt want her touching my hair anymore.
