Nayeli If I could give 0 stars I would ! Jacky was very rushed , putting her stuff away before I approved of the finish job , VERY MESSY WORK, on the edges of my nails I had very messy polish wasn’t finish work , I should’ve never paid her , didn’t deserve a penny . Tried contacting her about redoing the messy work and got ignored … she chooses who she wants to do a good job to and who doesn’t deserve a finish job . Wouldn’t recommend booking with Jacky .

Elianna Nielson Very disappointed with my stylist, Trevena. She takes forever to respond to any text messages (I fully believe in work/life balance, but Im talking about multiple days worth of not responding. And not just on weekends.) I saw her once before a few months ago to get my roots retouched and toned and she did great. My hair turned out pretty grey, which I didnt prefer, but I told her I wanted a silvery white blonde, so I guess she gave me what I asked her. We had discussed my budget and settled on $150 for the services. At the end of my appointment I told her my hair looked great (it did) and she said she could continue doing my hair for $150. I scheduled a second appointment and sent her a picture and asked her if that would be something we could do. She said it was. Now, I admit I assumed we were still talking about what was possible within the budget that we had already agreed on and failed to confirm that. That part is partially on me. However, I would think it is pretty obvious that if youre going to charge someone $200 more than the budget you already spoke about that you would at least give your customer a heads up about it before you touched their head with product. Ill include pictures of what I wanted versus what I ended up with. She asked me during the consultation portion if I wanted to incorporate my natural roots into the look so that it would be less maintenance, to which I said "no, I dont want that". When my hair was finished and still wet, I said "wow, that looks really dark" and she said, "its just because theres more dimension in your hair now, but we can dry it and see later". To my shock, I found that she had incorporated my roots into the hair. My hair was grey again (which I didnt think to say was something I didnt want because we were doing something totally different). My hair is literally nothing like the reference photo I gave her. I did expect some slight differences with the colors since I asked for a more cool toned version of the reference photo, but the top of my hair is literally brown. Because you can still see my roots. You can see exactly where my hair was lightened in my previous appointment. I told her that I didnt like the roots and mentioned that she had asked me and I said no and she responded with "oh, there must have been a misunderstanding". I dont see how you can misunderstand the word no to mean yes. She said she could fix it but we would have to reschedule. We scheduled for 9 am the next day. I texted her later and asked her to verify that she wasnt going to charge me for the appointment to fix it. She responded at 2 am saying she had to cancel and reschedule. I texted her and said that was fine. I texted her again the next day and asked her to confirm whether or not she was planning to charge me. She never responded. I assumed that meant she was, in fact, planning to charge me to fix something I specifically said I didnt want done. So I canceled the appointment to fix it. I already spent $430 to get hair I hate, I wasnt about to pay more so that I hate it slightly less. VERY upset with the whole experience. I added two photos of how my hair turned out and the reference photo. I started with platinum blonde hair with brown roots.

Central Valley picker Great haircut but was charged over $100 more than the original quote of $140 for a child’s haircut. Did not give us any notice or any type of heads up of the price difference until finished. Thank goodness we were able to afford it. Hairstylist was 15 min late as well prices are misleading. When I asked about the overcharging, it was blamed on pre-Covid prices, which Covid was over a year ago, and already been declared over. Over $125 more

Raquel Flechero Erin did a great job. My daughter was very happy with the work that was done on her hair. I am looking forward to getting some highlights done in the summer by her.

Krystal S If you go here I do not recommend Dani.
I had my hair done on 10/4 with Dani. My hair was originally red. Before I actually saw her, I sent her pictures of my current hair and let her know I wanted to go purple. A vibrant purple. She said she could do it. She quoted that I would be there for 4 hours. The day of my appointment not only was I there for 8 hours but left with hair so dark that it looked black!
At my first appointment she kept saying if you’re not happy I’ll take care of it. She said that to me multiple times. She DID NOT once say it won’t be what you want. By the time I left it was late and dark outside. My hair looked black! I was shocked but she said in the sun you will be able to see it more.
Also, please note multiple people she works with kept telling her that I wasn’t gonna be purple but Dani kept saying “nope she’s gonna leave purple.”
Full disclosure, I did say the purple looked great but I wish it was brighter but this was literally the next day. I was also trying to give her the benefit of the doubt.
I also went back to get my haircut adjusted because she didn’t even do that correctly. When I came in to adjust the haircut I had only washed it one time and it was still super dark.
On 10/13 I leave for Mexico. While there I washed my hair one time (since the original appointment this was my second wash) after this wash my hair looked blotchy and uneven. People on this trip even noticed! I had to keep my hair curled because it looked bad. I have had my hair done multiple times before and have never had this happen.
I texted Dani when I got back on 10/20 (16 days after service) to let her know what was going on. She asked me to come in which I did and this time something had changed. She was very different towards me very passive aggressive! I explained to her what was going on and she blamed me saying well when you swimming in the ocean or pool this can happen! FIRST OF ALL I’ve been getting my hair bleached and vibrant colors for almost 8 years and I know never to go to the pool or even ocean right after. Just to be clear I DID NOT go swimming in the pool nor the ocean which she kept saying I did. Yet she blamed me and decided to charge me $85 to add more purple to my hair to cover up the blotchy and uneven areas until my next appointment. Even though said she would take care of me.
I ended up not doing this and leaving because I had purple hair dye at home that I ended up using.
When I got home I was shocked and kept thinking how rude she was and the fact that she was gonna charge me so I messaged her asking how much the next appointment would be and she never responded to me!
Then I cancelled the next appointment and still she did not once message me!
I reached out to the owner and the only thing she could offer was a redo and I am not comfortable going back.
The issue overall is that in the 8 hours she didn’t do what she said she would do and when I told her I was not happy she was going to charge me. Also she was very rude and passive aggressive towards me. (Others have confirmed this)
I ended up going to another stylist and they were stunned and let me know that my hair not done well at all!
Please beware when booking.
