Blue Dream I really dislike when you show up early to your appointment and the stylist takes an additional 50 minutes doing someone elses hair. This place schedules you for a certain time but when you show up you still have to wait a long time as if you were a walk in. I feel both the client and stylist should be on time out of respect to both parties, this place is not it. Go somewhere else if you dont have time to sit and listen to gossip for an hour for a simple 25 minute haircut.

Monica Delatorre The Stylist there are excellent. Ive been there twice both to fix other stylist mistakes. Great Haircuts great color. Definitely will be going here for my hair styling needs.

Jessica Raylene I asked for balayage and there clearly gave me all over color, chopped my hair off and charged me 300$!!!!! I should’ve listened to the other reviews and been patient enough to go to a REAL salon. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. WASTE OF MONEY. KARMA ALWAYS COMES BACK.

Christy Center I’ve waited to leave this review because I don’t want to hurt the business of nice people, but after waiting 6 months to try and have my hair recover from what was done here, today I finally went to a celebrity stylist and as she was lifting my hair to lighten it she went… what happened last time it was dyed? She told me it cannot be dyed again until it completely grows out and instead of lightening it had to darken it to fix the disaster that laid underneath… I’m devastated and irate. I paid over $500 for the mess of a dye job he did and not only was it hideous but I found out he also RUINED my hair. Here’s the photo I showed vs what I got. My bangs were so fried they literally broke off in half within days. I wouldn’t go in public for weeks. I used color depositing conditioner on them so as not to damage my hair further but to try and cover some of the skunk hair he gave me. I didn’t complain or say anything at the time because he’s the only stylist, so there was zero chance I’d ever let him touch my hair again, and if I said anything I’d have just broken down sobbing. I’m sure the hair cuts are fine but I would not trust him to dye anyone’s hair.

Ricardo Mijangos I recommend coming here if u want the barbers to traumatized you with a haircut. My hair was uneven and it didnt even look like the photo I picked off the wall. To make this better it was 25$

Joseph Schneider My most favorite hairstylist is Victoria. She is so kinda, patient, understanding and all around an awesome person to chat with but my most favorite thing about her is I can trust her and feel good about my haircut knowing she did her best and nothing but her best on my haircut. I also want to add If youve ever felt like a hair stylist didnt do a great job and feel like you just paid for a bad haircut plus tips because you were being nice about it dont feel that way with Victoria; Victoria is amazing and one of the best hairstyles I have had for years and I can tell you she does great work to make sure you get the best hairstyle you want or may fit better with your face shape and if she cant do the hairstyle you wanted shell tell you shell try her best to copy the picture of the hairstyle and being very understanding and open minded about your hairstyle and if your not sure ask her I trust her opinion on what would make the hairstyle look its best so you should too.

Erika This hair salon was nothing but wonderful to me Maria the owner of the salon was able to get the black box coloring out of my hair that Ive had for years! She did what no other salon wanted to do for me in one day and she made it happen. She was friendly, honest, efficient, and very welcoming along with the other hair stylists. I was beyond happy and left satisfied with my hair results. I will definitely be going back to get my hair done here from now on. Thank you Maria, Teresa and alondra for the wholesome welcoming.

Dora Marquez Always nice and friendly. Love the way Lupe cuts and shaves my husband. My daughter loves the way Tere cuts her hair. Got my daughters first haircut and the lady that cut it was so nice she made my 4 year old feel at ease, unfortunately I didnt get her name.

Ana The current stylist are genuine sweet and nice. However, Maria was my stylist and I asked her for s specific haircolor. On top of that, she took hours to work on my hair. After she was done dying my hair, I showed her a picture of what I requested because I was not happy with the outcome. I only paid her because she took 5 to 6 hours on my hair and she missed out on her repetitive clients. Also, she lowered the original price. I am only posting this because I know its important to see the before and after pictures. Also, I am going to post the pictures that I showed her. I know everyone has their good and bad work days so, this was definitely not Marias day. I must note that she did offer to redo my hair but I preferred not too.

C. Salazar They had so much patience with my autistic child (3 years). They didnt say anything regarding the way he acted, and thats what I like about it. Some people give their opinion without knowing. Nice cut. Totally recommend ♡

Brandon Gonzalez I wouldn’t ever bring my son back to this man! Nor would I ever recommend this business to anyone else. He use to cut my son hair all the time, as time passed it’s like he grew more irritated with my son. Before we would be able to walk in and get a cut and now when I arrive we are told do you have an appointment well maybe you should make one is what we are told now. Yet this business does not have it listed as appointments only. Maybe if you post that people would know. Either way theirs plenty of barbers out here that don’t make you feel uncomfortable. Treat paying customers better !

Cheryl Isaac Sergio did a fantastic job with my hair. I was in the last stages of a gray grow out. He did exactly as I asked and only cut off the blonde ends still leaving as much length as possible. He also cleaned up and textured my hair perfectly. Highly recommend him.

Nicole Connell I had a terrible experience at this salon. My hair Dressers name was Sarah, while she was sweet the quality of my hair cut is very poor. She could have maybe talked less and focused on what she was doing instead I have a choppy mess. To add to that when I called the salon to ask for help with my issue. They basically said there is nothing they can do because it’s been longer than 3 days. I’m sorry but it’s only been a week and the salon was closed 2 of those days. As a busy woman with a full time job I have to schedule a haircut into my routine and just can’t come back whenever I’d like. So will definitely not be returning and neither should you.

Rodri Smith The hairstylist Jamee was amazing! I have curly hair and was getting a curly haircut as well as coloring. It’s hard to find someone who knows how to cut curly hair and let alone understands the struggles with curly hair. I told her what I wanted and walked me through every single step and even gave me tips on how to best manage my hair. She was very friendly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Without a doubt, I will be going back to her for all my future appointments!!

Mimi First of all I have always loved coming here but after today I will sadly have to find a different hair salon. There was a client special for $35 that included hair cut and wash which you would think that blow drying your hair would come with it... WRONG its an extra charge for you not to walk out with your hair wet!! I asked how much it was to style my hair which would pretty much be around the usual price of $55. My stylist says that we discussed that blow drying was not included and that is not true. We talked about styling my hair which at first I said was okay but than she said she had no time so l decided not to curl it. I walked out with a haircut that I wasnt too happy with and I felt that I was scammed. I was expecting to pay $35 plus whatever tax but I ended up paying for a regular haircut plus blow dry which was $55 and that was without styling. I explained to my stylist that I didnt know that blow drying was extra, and that I wasnt expecting to pay $55. If I knew that I was going to be scammed I wouldnt have booked. I love my stylist and Im not trying to talk bad about her or anything but I just wish I knew that blow drying was going to be extra and that I couldve paid $35 instead of $55. Sadly I came home upset and not satisfied.

Marisol Real Hernandez I always go here with my 4 boys and always come in the same days . Well today i went at 1:10pm and they close at 3 I was told they couldn’t take my boys due to not enough time and there was 3-4 people attending customers. The owner is an amazing person and she always does my boys hair and it’s sad the new girls are picking who they can serve.

No one asked me so finally around 4:25 I had to tell them I have an appt. If she was going to come. They said yea and at 4:30 I left...Very rude workers. Will not go or recommend.No stars for them

psychobillybear Paola is always so friendly and very fast and professional cutting my hair. She is amazing with all styles and is one of the few people around who can do old skool hair for men. Pompador high and tight etc. Never had a bad hair cut from her. Ive also had my hair cut by 2 others there and they were awesome as well. She even lines up the hairline with a straight razor very good haircut for the price

Karla Guerrero Lady ruined my hair. Dont come here. My hair was waist length and told her I wanted 3 inches off. She left one side shorter than the other. I had to go somewhere else to fix it. I ended up with short hair. I do not recommend this place

I had beautiful long hair and now its all botched and butchered. I went back and tried to have them fix it the other girl made it more decent looking but still unfortunately has a weird shape to it

Josie Ortega If I can give -20, I would. Went in today and and the Hispanic lady with bleached hair messed up my sons haircut. Not only did she mess it up, but she was laughing with the man who was cutting my other sons hair, thinking she was being discreet, because my kids dont speak Spanish. All while both of them are laughing at his hair and looking at me as if I wouldnt notice or say something. I asked her if there was a problem because I noticed her laughing at my sons head and she tried to say they were laughing at something else, but yet she had called the guy to lean over and look and both were laughing. Even if I wanted them to fix the back, it would make it look very narrow. When I was charged, I asked if it was possible to pay at least half for his because I was not happy with his cut on top of her unprofessional behavior. The young ladies there questioned me about it and still charged me the full price. As I was walking out, they were offering for the man to fix it. If they didnt behave the way they did, I would have said yes, but sadly, I would never return again or recommend this place to anyone. Man does a great job at cutting, but personally, their behavior ruined it. Ill definitely let friends, family, and coworkers aware of this place.

Tina Chagolla This has been our go to barber for the past 6 or 7 years. We have not had a problem here at all until the last month or so... We have been trying to go and I attempted 3 time within this last month to get my son a haircut but customer service isnt the the same anymore, no friendliness or greeting. No eye contact nothing.

I got a haircut a couple times here, hoping I will get a different results in my haircuts but they all ended the same, horrible. Evreytime that I went here and came out of the place I will be so furious on my haircut. Only one worker their actually understands on how to cut hair and I think he could go someplace better than this dump. Every other worker their should get fired and never try to cut hair again. I will be going to a different place from now on.

Julio Contreras Terrible service. They left my sons hair a mess. He asked for a little trim on his ends because it was getting too long and came out with his hair shorter then what he asked for. The gave him a horrible fade and it looked choppy. She tried telling him that was what he asked for. She then began to tell me that i shouldn’t let my son ask for a hair cut himself. My son is old enough to ask for what he wants and doesn’t need me telling him what to get.

Elisa Flores My experience here was the worst! I have ever encountered with getting my hair done . I decided to go here because it is very close to my home and I need to get my hair done very badly. I thought that it wasnt going to be bad especially because I was dealing with the owner ,but it was . My color wasnt what I expected I ended up with hot roots and random pieces of dark brown and light brown in between my hair . I asked for a trim and soft layers because I wanted to grow my hair out after cutting it short previously and I had already grown it out to my shoulders after having it in a a line but When she cut my hair it was a disaster and I think this is the most upsetting part about my experience because I hate my hair cut !! She gave me a very blunt cut and my layers were very blunt all stacked on top of each other at the bottom !! I immediately told her I didnt like it to fix and I end up with my hair hacked off!! The back of my hair is a disaster its all different lengths just as if she went to town grabbing any piece and cutting!! I ended up leaving and paid her expensively. I went home to inspect my hair and it was crooked one side longer than the other and the back just chopped up my hair looks like a damn mushroom now!! I went back a week later because I was so upset at how my hair looked I figured at least she can fix my roots!!! Well she tired and failed again! Still have hot roots!!! And my hair cut is terrible I cant help but cry every time I look at it I dont understand how she could have done that she knew it was messed up and she didnt care!! Anyone can see it ! And they did!! After her trying to fix my roots I had went home to style it and once I realized it still wasnt fixed I went back and requested a full refund and she did! I will never ever ever go there again I am completely traumatized by my experience here and I dont think Ill have anyone else touch my hair for a very long time.

Charlie Tremble My final & dipped result after 14 hours... I rode out the experience thinking it would sort out eventually which didnt.. I called the next day to ask for help to finish/fix.. 9 days later, still no reach out or check in. I wish I could lie about this, but I spent 15 hours to finish the braiding & re dip by myself.

Carrie Magana I came in a couple months ago and asked for a simple trim of my hair and long layers trimmed up also. I also requested side swiping bangs. First of all the haircut took a whole 8 minutes and I looked like a 8 year old butchered my hair. I ended up going the following day to have it fixed because I was so furious I had to leave. I used to love this local and all the stylists and never had any issues and now I will never return. Clearly the stylist needs more training before she does this to someone else

Raul Valdez I have been coming to this location for over 12 years and received an excellent haircut every time. It doesn’t really matter who you get; they are all talented. I mainly get Yami; she’s an amazing person, very friendly and professional. She gives you exactly what you ask for. Management is always very helpful. I wont get a haircut anywhere else now except here. It is also good to support your local small businesses. Thank you for making a wonderful haircut experience well worth the price.

Martha Ruggles I generally like Supercuts and most of my experiences have been good. My only complaint is the exorbitant suggested tips. I paid for a $30 haircut and then it was suggested on the card reader that I tip either 10, 20, or 30 dollars. I have usually tipped 15 or 20% in the past which would be in the range of 4 to 6 dollars.

Frank Agudo Well if you have the time to invest waiting on your hair cut you will be happy here. But I think if it takes 50 minutes to be waited on and another 30 to get your hair cut this is way to long. I always try to aupport all the local businesses were I live but with this carelessness and not even an acknowledgement as to the time it takes, I cant think of any good reason to continue coming here.
