Vanessa Davila Ariel is amazing, I booked her for my wedding. She did such a wonderful job with everyone’s hair and my hair came out gorgeous for my big day. We had a trial before and I wanted to go in a different direction with my hair, Ariel listened and got my hair how I envisioned it. She really comes through for her brides. Any questions I had for her she would answer, and she was punctual which is a plus in my book.

Elizabeth Garcia Do not do business with this salon or with stylist Gabby. The stylist cancelled one appointment and then no showed to the rescheduled appointment. I asked her for my deposit back and I have yet to be refunded. When I called the salon I was told the owner will reach out to me. The owner never has reached out. Looks like I’m out my deposit.

Maria Alcantar If you don’t want to be disappointed with the way your hair comes out then I recommend to avoid getting ur hair done by hairstylist Jacqueline. She over charges and does not do the job that is being asked from her. Besides of poor quality she is also very unprofessional. She will cancel minutes before your appointment not giving you enough time to find another hairdresser. Hairstylist like her give all hairstylist a bad name.

Kelli Groves I love this salon. Denise has been doing my hair for many years and I highly recommend her or anyone else there. They are all great. Very friendly atmosphere inside a beautiful old home.

Alex Jacuinde They played in my face. Showed them pictures of the type of hair cut I wanted and I honestly don’t think they looked at it. They cut way to short and have me the sharpest most blunt mullet I’ve seen in my life when it wasn’t the request. I had to cut most of the hair off to save it. Nice people but very tragic hair cut. What I still can’t get over is the fact I provided multiple pictures and gave me the complete opposite. If you want a bit of hair cut off make sure you say a little little little little bit.

Sue Ellen Smith Go see Brian if you want a true professional to transform your hair into something special. Brian took me in last-minute when one of his long-time clients called & asked if he would (thanks, Leslie!). He gave me nice layers on my very straight hair so I could use hot rollers to get some volume, or at least get some movement if I dont use rollers. He also recommended some excellent products that work well for me. My hair is soft & gorgeous now, thanks to Brian.

Jessie A The stylist we saw today was not very good with kids. My three year old didnt have a great experience with her. Children are going to move around and she had zero patience. My son actually does really well with haircuts. He is friendly and tries his best to sit still.

Jesse Rojas We took my son for a simple fade. He (the guy with tattoos) was way too rough moving his head for the right angle for cutting his hair. I abstained from letting him know due to thinking that he knew what he was doing, and at least the haircut would be half decent. It was butchered! Even left hair behind the ears. So much for 10 years experience with childrens haircuts, lol! I fixed it at home with my own clippers, haha. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... Hopefully, you have better luck than we did if you decide to go. 0 stars if I could.

John Rohner I recently visited Darrion the barber with my son, and we both had an excellent experience. He did an amazing job on both our haircuts and also gave me a fantastic beard trim. He was professional, friendly, and really listened to what we wanted. The attention to detail was impressive, and we left feeling great about our new looks. Highly recommend Darrion for anyone needing a top-notch barber!

Spencer Hensley Dayspring is wonderful and cut my hair exactly the way that I asked. It has been very hard to find someone who gives me haircuts the way I request and she delivered. She is also very nice and personable and I love our conversations. Great price, great service.

C Horrible cut, she gave me a mullet. Jessica blew my bangs straight down plastered to my forehead because she had cut them to short. I wear my bangs brushed to the side so either she didn’t notice my style or …. The atmosphere was tense in the salon and Country music was blaring and no one talked to each other. Jessica rolled her eyes when I changed my mind about getting a 1/4 inch of the bottom. I felt so uncomfortable all I wanted to do was leave.

JoAnn Customer service is important, regardless of the pricing. It was my first time taking my daughter in for a haircut. I would never go back I felt so unwelcome by the 3 women in there. When your teen daughter notices how rude these woman are and how uncomfortable she felt. Says a lot

She not only provided me a very customized hair cut but she also made sure the cut up to my satisfaction. Very little waiting time with prior reservations. Great customer service. Thanks Maria.

Darlene Gerard I like the cut, I had a shampoo and a trim. I was charged $37.00 plus I gave a$5.00 tip, it’s not the stylist fault, she did a nice job but 37.00 is way too much to pay for what I had done; also I am a senior and received no discount, even though I like my cut I will not pay that much so I won’t go back!!

Sara Made an online appt for my son. Went in at the visit time & was greeted immediately. My son & I did not have to wait long. Liz was our stylist. She was very kind, professional & did a great haircut on him! The store was clean, the atmosphere was calming. We will be returning.

Sandra Hughan I have really short hair, and I understand that some people just cant do that well, and I would have been willing to wait for someone that was experienced with womens short pixie cuts. Also, a mess up on short hair is really noticeable. That being said, I did not realize just how bad it was until I got home. So now I am stuck with this for a few months before it gets long enough to fix. I just can not understand why anyone would do this? Worst haircut ever. I want a refund, at the very least. Also, why? Shaved one side, left the other side with a few longer hairs, I can fix that, but then to my horror I noticed the back looks like the shaved side as well. This is not OK.

M A I had my hair cut and colored with Jessica, and she did an amazing job! I originally had my hair colored in a high end salon in Los Angeles, but they butchered my hair. I came to this salon to get my hair re-cut and colored, and my hair is now sooo soft, bouncy, and beautifully colored! I will definitely be coming back to this salon to get my hair done in a few months! Highly recommend, esp if you have curly hair and other stylists can never get your hair done perfectly!! Very happy with the service :)

gaby segura Brenda was excellent. She took the time to access my hair needs, fine hair with greying issues around my face, and recommended a thin weaving to start blending gray instead of just highlights. She cut and styled my hair just right. I’ll be back for that weave for sure. Thanks Brenda

She is so friendly and has very good hands! I get facials and get waxed every month from esthetician Veronica. She is absolutely amazing!! She also has lashes coming soon and I can’t wait. She leaves my skin so beautiful. The results leave me feeling like a movie star with my flawless skin. She not only does what estheticians do best, but she also educates on what your skin needs. Go follow the Instagram she just made @gloskin.dreamylashes. I get my hair done by Betty and she is always up to date with the latest trends and is a perfectionist. I show her a picture of how I want my hair and she does it better. Virgie and Liz do nails and toes and are absolute artists. All of the ladies and guys there are so friendly and sweet. This is definitely my to go place. It’s a one and done place. I love how I can go there for all my self care needs.

Jessilyn Gonzalez I went to this salon for highlights and the stylist named Bella who was so rude when I got there . I will never return . While I was getting my hair done the girl was literally pulling on my hair and not really even asking me what I wanted. The way she handled my hair was so rough. Didn’t even make conversation at all I would try to make conversation but she just had a conversation with the other hair stylist instead . She completely ignored me. I went to this salon because I loved how they did my hair the first time but it was a different girl . Overall my hair did not come out the way I wanted it to and she was so rude and I paid so much for it never again .

MadMar Customer service is lacking. Had me waiting for almost 30 mins and I had an appt. The stylist never came by to check on me until I asked someone for assistance. They forgot about me. I was not given any services until 40 mins later. Also, I was sold hair care products 3x over the suggested retail. Ripoff! I was looking for a new salon because I am new to Visalia. Well still going to look.

Brooke was kind, patient, and thorough with my daughter. She did not cut corners. If you ever want an amazing first salon experience for your child or yourself I highly recommend Salon 525. They are fantastic!

Im Flexible Honestly I’ve tried and tried to give this place a fair chance. EVERY time I walk into this place I feel like I’m being judged. You just don’t feel like the girls WANT to do your hair, you feel like they are the ones doing you a favor. I went in to get a trim and a style, i came in right after washing my hair and the lady blow dried my hair and then made me wait 40 minutes while she continued on another customers hair. Then finally once getting back to me and styled my hair with curls and charged $165. Are you kidding me??? I didn’t even have them wash my hair! Also Mari telling me how dry my hair is, I get it! But you don’t sound like a kind friend, you sound judgy.

Teddy Gomez I needed some long layers, some dead ends cut off, and some styling items, & Rococo Salon & Boutique is my new spot! Its a bit pricey, but its worth every dime spent. My stylist was perfection and knows how to cut curly hair (which is an art form!), I was extremely impressed.. Looking for the place thats yours forever? I highly recommend Rococo, youll be glad you went!

Tanyaa Doesn’t even deserve a star, i wanted dark blonde highlights and she made me look like i have literal white hairs. Its so ugly. I hate the finished result.And she rushed it which made it worse.

Subreena Castillo I’m a light skin Mexican and I walked into this salon I wasn’t acknowledged at all I sat in the waiting area for 15 min a man walked in and the woman at the front told the man is Spanish come in sit down when one of the hairdressers was done she said what do you need I said a hair cut the lady in the front chair doing nails told the hair dresser the man has been waiting that’s when the lady finally acknowledge me to let me know he had come in earlier someone will be with you in a minute. I wasn’t upset that he was going first I was upset that I wasn’t acknowledge at all until I was being told to wait

Andreina Solano Horrible experience. Lady who cut my hair was rude and basically did what she wanted with my hair. I asked for a simple medium length bob haircut and she gave me a v-cut. The layers I asked for were so choppy (she tried blaming it on my highlights - which I don’t have) and just horrible. Then she right away began to curl it and parted my hair in a way I never do. I then asked her to leave it parted down the middle and I just wanted it straightened. The roots were still curly and she halfassed the straightening too. Upon paying her, she didn’t even say thank you or have a nice day. All she said was “I received the payment.” She literally went to go sit down before I could even get up from the chair. Once I got home, I noticed the length in the back was a lot longer than what I asked and it’s when I noticed she gave me a v-cut. I went back and asked for someone else to fix it. It looks better but still something I am not proud to walk around with! First and last time I go there. Oh yeah, none of them wear a mask. No hand sanitizer in sight.

Kari Denison I hesitated for my husband to get his hair "trimmed", but we traveled from out of state for a birthday and I didnt bring my scissors or clippers. So I specifically told the guy, just take a little off do not go high and tight. He went beyond high and tight and even left some long hairs and some unblended spots.But worse than that he left holes all over so I had to buy scissors and try to blend and fix what I could. Now he is wearing a hat to the birthday party just to hide that mess!

Melissa Ive came here a few times in the past, had a hair trim, great experience. I went last week wanting a trim/dead ends cut off and the lady cut a lot more than just a trim. My hair is choppy looking and significantly shorter than I wanted. Ive cried literally for 2 days over this. It looks like my 9 year old grandchild cut my hair. Im so upset and the only way to fix what has been done is to get it cut even shorter than what it is now. Very upsetting, I will never go back to this place. My hair looks horrible, I either need to let it grow back out and get it trimmed the correct way or get it fixed which it would be cut up above my shoulders like a pixey or bob cut. Never again.

Lori Salinas No. They do not know how to handle naturally curled hair. Asked for an inch trim and the hair is now OVER my shoulders when it was much longer. Like 7 or so inches r gone now! Avoid
