I do happen to know that Patty Boster has some openings, but theyre going fast because shes excellent shes also very friendly and easy to be around so ask for Patty Boster when you go in there!

Jayden Higgins Trish was very welcoming and sweet. She struck up a conversation with me and kept engaging in conversation. I am not very experienced in “haircut knowledge” so i asked a simple question involving my hair and she snapped at me and told me to put my hand down. As the manager, she should know how to treat her customers. After a minute or two, she apologized for snapping/being rude and that made the experience a lot better. This place is DEFINITELY a place i will come back to. Thank you so much, Sport Clips, for the amazing experience.

Bret Baker I am a huge Sports Clips fan. I have been to several of their stores and my experience has always been top notch. Trish is my go to stylist at the Yuba City store she is always very friendly and welcoming she seems to always knows exactly what I need. I have had several of the other stylists cut my hair when Trish was unavailable and they have all been excellent. I love the chill and relaxing atmosphere along with being able to watch sporting events while get a haircut.over all definitely a 10/10

Teresa Childers-Noble Oh my gosh, Ive been looking at photos for over a month for the right hairstyle, and reading the reviews on every salon in town. I finally found the exact style I wanted, and I made an appointment at a salon with good reviews. But everything that could go wrong this morning did, so that the stylist had to cancel my 8:30 am appointment. Determined to get my hair done today, I began calling salons. One was open at 4pm and another one had an 11am opening which I booked. At 11 I arrived at Studio 622 on Plumis St. Only to be told I was in the wrong place. Determined, I asked if anyone could cut color and highlight my hair. That is when I met the most AMAZING STYLIST EVER (though I didnt know it yet). I showed her 3 photos and asked her witch one she thought would look best and be easiest to care for ( she picked my favorite one) then we picked a color and I sat down so she could work. WHEN SHE FINISHED I DIDNT RECOGNIZE MYSELF. I LOOK AMAZING, SHE NAILED IT. WHO IS SHE????? "LEANNE", THE BEST STYLIST ANYWHERE. STUDIO 622 ASK FOR HER BY NAME YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Sissy Senn Tabitha Taber is the best! She always does what I ask her to and more. She does wonderful work and I even take my kids to see her for all their hair cuts and styles. makayla scalise I’ve been going to Alisa since she was in beauty school and she’s absolutely amazing! I had red highlights for 2 years and loved them so much! She listened to exactly what I wanted and always did a fantastic job. I recently switched to no highlights and went back to my natural color. She was able to get me back to black no problems. I go to her for hair treatments and haircuts even still. She’s so fun to chat with and makes the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend her for any hair requests.

Jesus Alcantar Stopped by as i was driving through at 8:20 AM in the morning. Glad to see a business that honors their hours. I entered as a walk in and was immediatley given a chair as there was no wait. The service was great, I got an under cut and it lloked as good as it gets. I didnt catch his name but my Barber "South Paw" was friendley and professional. I would definitely recommemd this place and I will stop by again when back in the area.

Kevin Collosi Went in for a beard trim and came out with a haircut, too. This is what I appreciate about Rene. He, himself, was not satisfied with how my hair looked after trimming my beard (and I had just gotten a haircut two days prior from someone else). So, he fixed it. This is attributed to the kind of professionalism and dedication he has with his craft. Im definitely going back to Rene.

SOHAL TRANZ INC These guys joke !! They tell me they do walk in but they don’t tell you have wait for 3 or 4 hours for hair cut and after 2 hours they tell me first we have to take appointments ,if you have 4 or 5 hours do walk in come!!!

Cliff Busler I called last week and said I need somebody who can do a mullet. They asked when I wanted to come in. I said not till the best person was available. I’m in no hurry. I’ve been letting my hair grow out for months anyways so then they said OK if I can wait till Monday, I said Monday would be fine. I get down there. I explained to the lady I had been letting my hair grow out for months so she could feather it and I could comb it back. She said no problem after she started cutting she asked what was wrong. I said I’m nervous because it looks like you’re too short she said she knows what she’s doing!!When she was done, I told her there was nothing left for me to comb back and I had told her if she went too short it would stick up she said she don’t wanna deal with me so I left and I came back to talk to her or the manager and she met me at the door and I told her she didn’t give me the haircut that I wanted and she wouldn’t let me talk to the manager. She said she had everything on video!! She didn’t tell me that she had recorded me in the salon so I thought we were going to look at the video when she slammed the door on my face and locked it, and then proceeded to call the police, when the police got there asked me what was going on. I told him about it and they said yes my hair was Butcher. I want to talk to the manager and they didn’t allow that to happen. I posted on Facebook but they blocked me on Facebook so that’s probably why Facebook has a lot of good reviews because they blockd the bad ones, worst hair salon I’ve ever been to!!

Ashley G I was long overdue for a haircut and was relieved to get a prompt appointment with Siria! Siria is super friendly and she created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Siria asked questions about my hair and made suggestions for the cut but made sure I was comfortable and in-agreement before proceeding. She also walked me through the styling process and what works best for my fine hair. My hair now feels fresh and healthy! I’m very happy with the results and the experience and will return!

Natalie Darwazeh I had really high hopes because I heard good things. I called and made an appointment for 12 o’clock and explained to them I only had one hour lunch break. I received the confirmation text of my appointment. When I got there they had taken someone else for my appointment and I had to leave after 20 minutes of waiting because I didn’t have enough time to get what I wanted done. They were not rude, but assumed that I was just wanting a trim when I never said that on the phone. I don’t understand the use of appointment setting and scheduling systems if businesses do not properly utilize them and honor the customers. I wasted my lunch hour.

cory lewis I really enjoyed going to this place. Lauren did exactly what I asked for and was honest about any future plans I had with my hair. They used all natural hair products, which I throughly enjoyed and she wasn’t afraid to spike up a conversation. After the remodel of this place, it definitely makes the place more welcoming. I just have a hard time paying so much for a trim every few months, but understand everyone has to make an income.

Mama Of 4 We come in with specific instructions for a haircut, my son leaves happy and the price is reasonable. They get us in on short notice which I appreciate. I would like to see the stylists be a little more friendly but honestly the haircut is why we are there and it turns out great so we can’t complain. I recommend!

Kathrine DeWitt The positive They did get me in the same day I called and they were friendly. The negative My hair was very long, it touched my butt. I asked to have 6" taken off and to have long layers. By the time she was finished it was just below my shoulders. She ended up taking off more than a foot, and its very uneven. When my husband looked at it he suggested that I go back and have it fixed, but I dont want it any shorter, and to fix it, it would need another 3" cut off. To sum it up Its a good thing that I am not a picky person and know that my hair grows fast or I would have had a few unpleasant things to say. In the interest of honesty, the place really needs to be called not so gr8 cuts.

Kari Cline I called ahead and they got me an appointment fairly quickly. Receptionist was polite friendly and efficient. The stylist Megan did a great job with my cut but, she did not smile the entire time and I had to ask her name from the receptionist. She also did not offer to put any curl cream on my hair at the end of the cut. Even though we had discussed parts of my hair were looking very frizzy.

Steve Chadwell Always a very professional and very nice looking hair cut. The stylists are all very personable and extremely professional and competent. The business and the stylists siccors, combs, brushes and clippers are clean, sanitary . They offer a full menu of services. They even sell wigs. Or maybe thats backup in case of a bad do. All joking aside I would recommend them to friends and family and will continue to enjoy getting my hair trimmed and looking good for a 63 year old retired hippy.

Gail Myers Cindy does a wonderful job on both mine and my husbands hair! Weve moved away from the area and still drive 11/2 hour to see her. Shes the best!!

As someone in the service industry, you should know how it effects others when you dont tip, but giving negative reviews months after service without reason? Thats just poor business practices.

Alena Bhagirath I have been going to Christy for about 7 years now. She is such a sweet person and the nail work she does is AMAZING! I have referred as many people as I can because she knows what she is doing! The whole salon is cute and clean. All the ladies are so sweet. Isela has helped with the T-zone area for acne. I have had less breakouts which is GREAT! I highly recommend this place. :)

Kathy Vargas I had an appointment with Jessica Sunday and Wednesday that is approximately 11 hours in the salon. I had to come back Wednesday because when I left the salon Sunday night at 9 pm the toner did not work, so I came back Wednesday at 1 pm and left at 5:30 with the same issues on arrival. I asked for a refund because I did not want to spend another whole day like on Sunday, and get absolutely no progress. This work is unacceptable especially for the amount of hours spent I asked if there would be any possibility I get a refund and reached out to the manager and got absolutely no response Have to spend 10 times more of the money to just to get it fixed would not recommend and as you can see when I decided to leave she didn’t even rinse my hair correctly still had stuff in it

She was genuinely excited by the color and style I wanted to achieve. The salam was easy to find, park, and had a wonderfully inviting atmosphere. I cant wait to go back and keep playing with new colors. For my first service with Liz I did peekaboo brights in Green and Orange.

Gail Baker I was looking for a new stylist and I was so lucky to find Darlene. She does an excellent job. I have recommended her to a friend of mine and she also is a returning customer. Darlene treats you with respect, listens to my needs regarding my hair.

Alyssa Young I came in today to get highlights the lady that did them was very nice but my hair looks horrible. It was supposed to be blonde. It is definitely not blonde my hair had more blonde in it before she started. And there is spots everywhere and I wear a middle part and you cannot tell I have highlights nor do the sides match. I have never had highlights. I always get highlights so I know what it should look like and this is not it. Let alone the color is not blonde like I said I have less blonde than I started with.

They accept credit/debit and cash. The store itself might not look as high end as other barber shops but the barbers and their skill are great, been going for years and I’m always satisfied.

Jessica Fernandes I was always wanting to give this place a try I drive by it pretty much everyday. I read the reviews on it and I loved the fact that the salon was very nicely put together inside. So I haven’t yet had a opportunity for me to the any hair services done with the salon. This was a few months ago I have been debating on even writing a review. I called to see if I can speak to someone about my hair situation the lady I spoke to said come in so I did. I spoke with a gentleman in regards to my hair. My thing was I didn’t know what was the best options for my hair. Because of the previous dye and etc on it, I felt that basically that I was discarded because of the fact that he was booked out for months. Which I didn’t care that he was, I would have waited for the appointment. All he told me that I can give you your information to the other Hairstylists and possibly some it would give you a call. But then also stated we are all independent contractor so I’m not sure if they will. So I felt as if he didn’t even want my business. So you never know what the other person is going through so maybe food for thought please treat others with respect.

Hannah Braun I have mixed feelings about this salon. Stayza is talented and knows what she is doing with hair but I had issues with her professionalism that eventually made me decide to find a new stylist. She was very late to almost all of my appts when I would show up on time to a locked salon. I was already driving from Sac to Yuba City so it’s not a short drive for me to come to her salon. She would take a long time to respond to messages so I ended up just waiting outside for her to finally message back or show up. I feel like the service was slow compared to other salons because she gets distracted. I found it very upsetting and uncomfortable when she spoke about the cruel way she treated her pit bulls and as an animal lover I decided I did not want my money to support that. 2 stars bc she does care about maintaining the quality and health of your hair.

Daniela Aimee I made an apt on May 14th to get my hair cut on June 1st. I showed up to the salon & tried to walk in, but the door was locked and there were no other cars there. I messaged the hairdresser multiple times and I have not received anything back. I never received any messages or calls about a cancellation so this is really upsetting for me as I really wanted to get this done before I leave on vacation next week. I will definitely not be returning!

Jose Orozco Ive gone here multiple times in the last few years and never had any problems, until recently. On February 15, my wife came to the shop with our 4 year old son and waited because there didnt seem to be an available barber at the time. One of the barbers, who was seated in his chair on his laptop, stated he was open so my wife and son went over. My wife was asked what she was wanting done, and then told "those seats work" implying she shouldnt be standing up next to our kid. At one point, my son moved his head which then caused the barber to let out a huge sigh and then tell my son, in a rude tone, to not move. This barber seemed very unprofessional, rude and unfriendly towards kids. It seemed he also may have messed up my sons hair as theres a patch of shorter hair near the top of his head(photo attached). He never gave his name, but his chair was the furthest from the front door. He was a tall, African American man. Ive once had my haircut done by him and he was very rough with his clippers. I hope the owner reads reviews and is able to find a resolution with my issue/concern. Im not asking for this man to be fired, but for him to be courteous towards others, especially kids. This also serves as a warning to other future patrons, do not get a haircut done by this man, and if this is the shop you choose, then choose any other barber.

Jennifer Walker Theres 1 decent barber that works during the week but we went on the weekend and I told the barber "short on the sides with a comb over and hard part" It looked OK when we left but after my son took a shower I realized how horribly uneven it was. It looked like he had 2 different hair cuts at once. I felt like I got ripped off because I had to take him to another barber and get his head buzzed to fix it costing me another 30 bucks. Never coming here again

Bailey Bye Pretty lazy haircut if you ask me, cut one of my side burns and left half the other one. Asked for a taper, he gave me a 1 all around because it was easier just dont go here
