Taronish Mullan It was good fun. You must visit if you have the time. It takes around 1 hour to complete it. Lovely illusions and trick eye on all the pictures. They have different rates for Individuals and for family packages that work of cheaper. The staff was very helpful and explained us how to take pictures to get a good 3D effect. Kids and adults both will enjoy the place. Follow the instructions given on the floor for each picture to be taken . We went on a weekday and it was practically empty

Angel Khong ArtVo was an art gallery focused on 3D/optical illusion murals, and it made for a fun, photo-heavy experience. The space was surprisingly large - you’d likely be all snapped out by the end! Some murals looked more convincing than others, and the floor stickers showing where and how to pose were super helpful. While it was not the most interactive exhibit, it was still a fun and entertaining outing overall.

Ravindi Kavmini A nice place to see the sunset and relax. You can either take a walk or see the sunset through skyscrapers. And the view is truly breathtaking. I captured these images in August. And this is one of the most beautiful sunsets I ever witnessed in Melbourne. And Docklands is famous and popular destination.

Won Soon Lau Its a nice place to have a stroll and enjoy the sunset. Several bars and restaurants line the wharf. Many tram lines terminate here and its within the free zone of tram ride.

Anirudh PJ We had an exclusive view of the docks firework show at NYE 2025. It was quite crowded but had an excellent vantage point of the fireworks launching from the waters and from the Marvel stadium behind. Be wary of the crowd on the way back though as it can get into a bit of a frenzy at the train station. Would I come back here next year? Probably not, as I missed the fireworks from the CBD which could be viewed from the Yarra riverfront along with the panoramic city skyline.

Brianna LUK Came during the firelight festival (only during these 3 days), there was so much food and the atmosphere were amazing! The view on the docks were fabulous, can’t complain about anything! Recommend coming during the winter!

Thomas Liontis Not a bad spot for a lookout. I visited during the drone light show, it was very impressive seeing all those drones in unison and told a story along with it. Although I thought the drones were too far away I think to get a really good look at everything that was happening.

Brad This is a modern footbridge spanning the Yarra River between The Docklands and South Wharf in Melbourne. The bridge opened in 2009, is 75-metres in length and includes elliptical arches. It is an attractive bridge during the day and evening when lit up with lights, making for an atmospheric crossing and photo taking from the riversides.

sventek Its the kind of bridge that has artistic maritime like features that makes you want to take photos of it, definitely not just a simple functional typical boring looking bridge. Connects Docklands and South Wharf, pedestrians and cyclists only. Probably not many notices, but there are 3 (smaller) arches towards the north side, and 4 (slightly larger) arches to the south giving it that progressive ascension feeling towards the MCEC, as you walk through it, on what feels like wings around you. The river is not usually this brown, just a gloomy days reflection on naturally murky muddy Yarra river, just setting expectations on what it could look like too.

The host could do better job in explaining, but there was a little language barrier there. 6 challenge room games, a 20 minute immersive show.. took about 2 hours. Jumping lattice was the kids favorite, older kids like devil’s eyes

Valent Lau Fun games. The movie was a little bit underwhelming. Might be good for the kids for the first time but otherwise just do the games. If doing the movie I suggest you line up and do not go in the last two rows because you and your child will not be able to see anything.

Maddison Kellett What a perfect hidden gem in the Docklands! We had so much fun and had and everything ticket so we could do the entire experience. The coaster and game rooms were my favourite. The floor is lava was my favourite game room. The staff were great too. Mauve was so friendly and made us feel welcome! She definitely upped the entire experience for me and my partner and made it more fun!

Michael King This was good. The movie at the start was surreal. The effects beyond good. The movie led to six highly interactive games and each was made to challenge your physical and mental capacity with a high grade of teamwork involved. The reason for only 4 stars. Each game could only be played once. If you play, you move on. The experience lasts roughly 40 minutes for an expensive price. Plus, the day we went, the dreamscape roller coaster was out of service. Which is sad because it is included in the price.

Abel vd Horst An amazing collection worth seeing. All cars are in concours condition. I wish there was more information with each car but the volunteer staff are very knowledgeable and friendly so i can recommend having a chat with them! Apparently the museum does rotate cars frequently so its something that can be enjoyed for multiple visits over the years.

Chris May Amazing car collection, so crazy to see an XJ220 and XJr15 together!!! And then an Enzo, 288,F50 and F40?! Quality over quantity is an understatement! Only bad thing was it being a sunny day it was hard to get good photos because of the sun washing out all the pics! Great experience and worth every penny

mrbaaab After hearing about and driving past this place for years I finally found the opportunity to actually visit. It’s great! There are about 50 cars on 2 levels in a lovely old building - there’s a lift as well as stairs - and what a collection! Some very rare stuff and some of the most beautiful cars ever made. There are volunteer guides who can answer questions, there’s a bit of merch for sale and there was a video playing upstairs with interviews with Lindsay Fox and others talking about the collection. There’s free parking on site too, when I was there, on a Thursday, there were only 2 cars parked there.

Shai N This bridge is in the middle of the docklands and the dfo south wharf. If youre someone who enjoys a walk then just keep walking all the way till you reach the squash court in docklands. I absolutely enjoyed my walk and looking out to the yachts on the river.

G abby One of the best places in Melbourne to have a walk by the water. Very well maintained walkways with beautiful buildings around. It was not busy at all which made the stroll even better. Didnt even use public transportation to get here because it is not that far from downtown core. Not that many stores or restaurants around which is not a bad thing. Beautiful Marina.

Festus Ifiti jr This review isnt about the park but the whole docklands area. When I was in Melbourne, I was told many times by the natives not to come to the Docklands. That the area is rubbish, theres nothing to do there, its sterile and boring. So of course I went. Docklands reminds me of Canary Wharf in the UK. I live near Canary wharf and so I loved the Docklands area. Its modern, clean, with loads of boats and water so its quite calming. You can spend half a day in the area, there arent that many people, there are loads of things to do. I personally dont know why the Docklands is hated. If youre in the area it has all the things you want if you want to stay for a short while or if youre a young professional.

CHOI HYUKJAE (ERIC) Its a quiet and peaceful place, so its a good place for light exercise and walking. But after the weekend social sports games, this place becomes a really dirty place... :^^:

John Locke There are a soccer field, goals, BBQ facilities, chairs and walking paths. Not good for cycling. However, the air is muddy because of the digging construction work and sand. There are also blockades, so I can’t watch the view of the sea. The bridges give shadows. There is sound of traffic. The location is not very accessible.

ConnoisseurToBe The immersive atmosphere was a win! well-designed spaces that really set the mood for strategic gameplay. The game itself was thrilling—full of twists, teamwork, and just the right amount of deception to keep things exciting. The puzzles and challenges were engaging, and the overall experience was well-organized. A must-visit spot for anyone who loves strategy and adventure. Looking forward to coming back for another round!

Emilia Pros: It was a great experience with my friends—we definitely enjoyed the games and had a lot of fun! The concept and gameplay were engaging and entertaining. Cons: Our session had 15 participants, which made it quite difficult for the impostor to eliminate crew members effectively. A group size of around 8 to 10 people would likely offer a better balance and more enjoyable gameplay. Although we booked online in advance, we had to wait an extra 40 minutes for the game to start because there were only 4 players and no one else had booked that session. This aspect could be better organised. We also noticed that walk-in customers were offered discount vouchers, whereas those who booked online received no discounts, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it is recommended. Hopefully the things I mentioned can be improved in the future.

Ashlee Jayde We played Saboteurs, and I thought it was a really fun twist on Among Us. The experience was well-adapted for a group game. Although there were a few glitches, it was a solid experience overall. We went with twelve people and were joined by three others. The briefing and suiting up took about 30 minutes as we picked our names and got our gear on, and the instructions were clear enough that we all went in knowing how to play. Once the game started, we played around four rounds. Everyone in our group got a turn as the imposter, and we even had a sheriff in the last two games. Shooting could be tricky at times, some of us struggled with it, while others found it easy. The tasks were cool, especially those with interactive elements like the moving floor and smoke effects. A PA system could be helpful, and I found that the 15-player limit made it a bit crowded. Although the maze layout helped, people tended to group up, and it sometimes felt like meetings happened quite quickly, so not much could get said or done. With a wide range of ages from kids to adults, the excitement made it a bit tricky to focus on figuring out who could’ve killed. I also noticed that crewmate wins happened a lot due to imposters struggling with the shooting mechanics while crewmates excelled at tasks. Overall, we had a great time, and everyone in our group enjoyed it. More rounds would be ideal, as the first couple of games are really just about getting to know the space. I think the experience will keep improving as the tech updates, and I’m excited to come back with more friends. If you’re nearby and a fan of Among Us, definitely check it out!

Wayde Tomlinson Wonderful experience, if you are a fan of among us then this is the game for you. The staff there were a huge help with making us feel at home with how things were running, jack was our host and smashed it out of the park. We also got to play with another group of players who were very welcoming and made the game alot more fun in the long run.

Sean Nairn Good example of the cranes used to unload ships in the mid 20th century when this part of Melbourne was a working dock area. The adjacent cargo shed is currently being redeveloped into apartments and it appears the crane is being retained as an item of historical interest. Easy to spot if you’re walking along the Yarra.

Staff were lovely and super helpful, happily suggesting poses and even taking fun, creative videos. It’s a quick visit—around 20 minutes—but at $20 entry (kids under 4 free), it’s great value. A one-time experience that’s perfect for families or tourists looking for something different.

Staff are friendly, and you can stay as long as you like to get the perfect shot. Great for families, dates, or just something different on the weekend!

However, the waiting time was around 3 hours, so I highly recommend booking your time slot online in advance to avoid long delays. Overall, a fun outing for families and kids

Daniel A flipping good time! What a topsy-turvy experience—literally! This crazy, leaning, upside-down house had us feeling like we were defying gravity, and the disorientation made it all the more fun. Walking on the “roof” while snapping hilarious photos with furniture stuck to the ceiling was an absolute blast. One of the highlights was a staff member roaming around, offering creative pose ideas and even helping take videos—talk about service that’s the right way up in an upside-down world! A couple of furniture pieces looked a little worse for wear, which is understandable given the daily tugging, grabbing, and general gravity-defying antics. A little TLC (or a few replacements) would easily turn this from a 4-star experience into a full 5-star head-spin. Plan for about an hour to 1.5 hours if your kids are all-in on the photo fun. If they’re not feeling it, you could be in and out quicker than you can say “inverted reality.” We even saw a solo visitor with a tripod and selfie stick—if they can make it work alone, anyone can! But honestly, this experience is best shared with a friend or family. If you’re looking for a fun, quirky adventure that turns your world upside down, this place is definitely worth a spin!

Paul Pavlinovich Good heritage area of docklands so far mostly unspoilt. The crane has had a light cleaning and restoration and access to the upper section removed. The shed has had the same. There is some interesting street art on the fascia and inside. There is currently a carpark operating temporarily inside the shed. The building is open 24 hours.

Sean Nairn One of the last vestiges of Melbourne’s history as a port. While the cargo shed is currently being redeveloped into undoubtedly pricy apartments, the crane has been retained in its final position as a reminder of when this was a working area. Easy to see if you’re walking along the banks of the Yarra, but probably not worth a separate trip unless you’re a fan of industrial equipment. Hopefully it will be incorporated into the new development with some interpretive signage.

Lucy Imaginator was really fun! I went with my friend and we really enjoyed it. It’s a little on the smaller side and there were two installations that weren’t working but still really enjoyable

Brel Was with friends, we enjoyed the event its one where you can spend as little or as much time in and take what you want out from it however there were children running around everywhere and destroying parts of the exhabition so it took you out of the moment a bit so best to expect that.
