Juju Juflo “Juflo” This is my first and last time here. What Tina did to my nails was nothing like what I asked for. Unless someone else does my nails, I will not return. I paid $85 for that; what matters to her is money.

Charlise N Vincent did an AMAZING job on my nails! I showed him an inspiration pic from iG and he did exactly that. I am very pleased with the outcome & will certainly come back to him. I love the shape of my nails & the design, he asked questions along the way to ensure I was satisfied, and also held a conversation with me while he worked. 10/10 highly recommend!! Additionally, I got strip lash extensions for the first time & they ITCH like crazy. Will be taking these off soon as I get home. Possibly I’m allergic to the glue or lash itself or the fact the woman that did them didn’t wash her hands or clean anything. Idk but they will be coming off!

Ryan Willis I had the pleasure of being serviced by Chi Chi today. She did an amazing French full set for me. I would definitely return in the near future and she’s the only one who will be doing my nails from now on. Highly Recommend!

Kayla, the nail technician, is a compassionate individual who regularly attends to my pedicures. She knows both me and my children quite well. Daisy Amaral I have been getting acrylic nails pretty regularly for years now and have not had an experience this poor in a very long time. I have a baby so it is difficult for me to make time for myself lately. I called Natalie’s Salon around 11:35 am to see if they had time for a full set before heading there. I had childcare for 1-2 hrs so I wanted to take advantage of that time. They told me that they did have time so I drove there getting there before 12pm. Once I got there, the question was do you want long nails or short (I already got a bad feeling with that question). I said I wanted short nails so they told me where to sit. Once I showed the nail tech that I wanted brown ombré chrome nails she immediately hesitated and said another nail tech would do the design. I noticed right away that she was not experienced but she was nice and I decided to give her a chance. An hour and a half later she was done with the application and by this time my patience was very thin. She’d cut me on almost every finger and had taken so long for the application I wanted to give up. I was fearing that I would not have enough time for a pedicure or even color change on my toes. Again, I tried my best to be patient and had been there so long already I just wanted my nails to be done. When I thought another nail tech would complete my design, they kept taking other clients and forced the tech in training to do my design. She tried many times and could not do the ombré effect on my nails. Another nail tech tried and it did not work out either. They kept trying to use a sponge but it was not blending well. I even asked if they had the airbrush which I’ve gotten in other salons but they ignored my request. In this day, what nail salon cannot do the ombré effect?! I should’ve walked out at this point with unfinished nails but I had invested so much time that I rarely get since having my baby, I really wanted nice nails. I decided to give up on the ombré since no one in the salon was able to help this tech in training and I told her to just do one whole solid color. Once she was done, I asked if she could add chrome on top and again she hesitated and called another tech to help with chrome. The nail tech that came to finish the chrome tried fixing some of the errors but I was not satisfied and they didn’t care if I was satisfied or not. TWO AND A HALF HOURS and $70 LATER I stormed out of there unhappy and sad that I was so stressed on the very little time I have to myself. Short, square basic acrylic nails should not take 2.5 hours long. I wish they would’ve told me they were busy so I wouldn’t have had such a bad experience. I uploaded photo of the ombré nails I requested and what I got in the end.

Kimberly Hernandez Edited to add photos: $50 dip manicure last Friday (I’m posting these pictures on the very next Friday). 4 of my nails were chipped and 2 of them popped off in half. You can see that the shape of some of the nails is uneven. Thats because they started chipping off last week and I was filing them down to keep the chipping from getting worse. Well that obviously didn’t help much. I’ve been here 4 times and I was hoping the service would get better. The staff has a culture of rudeness. I’ve heard 5 of the nail techs on different days blame customers for mistakes that the tech actually made. Nail chipped? Your fault. Polish messed up mix-manicure? Your hit something with your nail. Forgot give your niece a full manicure? You forgot to remind me. Bad nail work? Must have been another tech. I’ve also seen several of them give dirty looks to clients who are specific about what they want. Then they immediately talk about them in Vietnamese. If you go, turn your Google translate on and interpret all of their conversations. You will be AMAZED. They do not respect your time, even when you have an appointment. Got my last and final dip manicure there less than 48 hour ago. Yesterday I had 3 chips on different nails and today another nail chipped.

Karen Rosselly Unfortunately on Monday I went to this salon around 3:30 pm to get my hair done for my wedding day which is in 2 weeks, I asked the hairstylist that I want my hair to be a dimmensional brunette. Not having yellow-orangey highlights. Not coming back to this salon again. I wasted 150$ basically for nothing. I can’t even get my money back. Goodbye have a good day.

Cindy C Got a same day appointment. Place is very clean and follows COVID regulations. I enjoyed my time there, both my daughter and I got our nails (full set) done and I got a pedicure as well. The chairs are very comfortable and new added bonus is that they are massage chairs! I loved the color and shape of our nails, she was very attentive to detail and did not rush though getting us out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean place with great people.

Ashley Ashford Horrible work on my nails! I just wanted overlay and white polish. My nails are so bulky and sloppy. A woman started my nails then called a young man to come finish. He was nervous and sweating, had to stop and wash his hands he sweat so bad! My nails look like big fake teeth on my hands. I’m so irritated i have to pay another nailshop to fix this mess! Older lady did my feet and did a great job.

April I wish I could recommend this place. The people are nice, BUT the quality has declined. Went in for gel nails; and less than one hour later the gel polish peel off and nails were compromised to looking matted and undone. Very disappointed as I have a meeting in the morning and the shop is closed for the day

Rose Azor Now I understand why this salon is always empty! Disappointed does not even begin to explain my experience with this place. This was the 3rd & last time they’ll receive my service. The lack of attention to detail and attitude is unprofessional. The pedicures are fine but manicures aren’t worth it.. They don’t know how to file coffin shapes and when I tried to point it out to Tony, he cut my finger. Don’t even bother and spend your money elsewhere.

Miss Tarrah Ive gone here a couple of times and each time Ive had a wonderful experience. They are clean, polite and friendly! I get my nails filled and designs on every one of them and they are inexpensive. I got a pedicure once and it was great as well!

Gustavo Juarez Phillip is the best his designs are new and puts his own twist to things. His wife works with him and they both are very friendly. They have an older lady that does pedicures and she is awesome, she takes her time and she gives you the full service with her gentle hands. Would recommend them with a 10. Also the prices are not bad for the service you receive.

Tiffany My daughter had her nails done by Phillip. He did not tell her the price beforehand, he only stated that the design requested would be "more expensive." After he finished her nails he charged her $150. When I called him, he lied about what he had said. My daughter has never agreed to any service price before letting me know. I believe that he took advantage of charging her a price for his time. Phillip stated to me that her design "went over into another clients appointment." That sounds like he needs to learn how to both manage and prioritize his time with clients. My daughter should not have been subjected to paying for his inadequacies. That is unethical business practices.

Helping Hands Childcare I was so happy to get my nails (full set) done by Trina, and my pedicure done by Kim. Both ladies were detailed, social, nice, and made sure that I was happy with their services. This was my first time at this shop, and I can now say that Lone Tree Nails is my new nail shop! Diana did my nails and they came out great, everyone was friendly and I was very happy with their service. roevin geronimo Very hospitable and kind people! I didn’t get her name but my nail tech was a woman and she wore blue/grey framed glasses. She was very gentle and kept asking if I liked the color and the shape throughout the process. I showed her my reference and she color matched the glitter and nude base so perfectly. The music played in store was also soo good. I’m very happy with the way my nails turned out and fully recommend coming here!!

Harika Maddala I like how my nails turned out. I didn’t get the name of my nail artist, but she was very patient and meticulous with her work. I got a simple one color on acrylic nails, but she did a very clean job with my nails. Definitely coming back to this place

Rini Pu I was injured three times while getting a manicure. The technician was aggressive overall with the nail file, buffer, and cuticle tools. I ended up not completing the service and walked out because of how horrible the experience was. See pictures of my injuries. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

JAMIE ARSON The first few times i went to the salon for my acrylic nails i was happy, the spa pedicures were just mediocre, being new to the area this salon is about a 20 minute drive from me so i spent a few months trying to find a salon closer to home, unhappy with each of those services i returned for a new full set and to have my old set soaked off. I was sat in booth 3, My services took 2 hours, which wouldn’t have been an issue, if i weren’t quitely watching the mess occurring infront of me.. my nail tech seemed agitated with my request.. which was simple all black medium length coffin nails. I could see her right shoulder was in pain and tried to be understanding. As her frustration grew, and her time with me was running out and she wanted to go to her next client she was extremely rough filing my nails, into horrible shapes at that, she caused me to bleed on two fingers as she saws into them, and when one started pouring blood she seemed more upset at me once again, i held back my frustration and mentionedshe was being extremely rough. She finished very poorly but not as aggressively shaping my nails and asked if it was good enough.. not wanting anymore pain i said yes but could you please even the thickness and lumpyness out? She sighed heavily and aggressively sanded them down. All while this aggressive service was happening she was looking me up and down trying to upsell me more services all while doing the current service rushed rough and so aggressively. I guess my search for a salon is back on. Today my fingers are bandaged because the cuts open and close and are causing so much pain. It’s unfortunate that i have to wait to heal before i can even go pay someone else to fix this. I visited the salon 11-7/24 at 11 am and this was my experience

Curdria Stevens I love going to Randy‘s nails he always does my nails and he’s very good at it he has patience he does not rush and that’s what I love about him and he always make sure I’m happy when I leave out.no matter what I request he always tries to make it happen,if I don’t have an idea he will come up with one my nails are short so I just get overlay nails and when he do them he makes it look like as if I was wearing a long nails.that’s how much work and design and detail he put into my nails I rate him a five stars for that and because it’s very family friendly and they always treat my little girl like she’s one of theirs love love love this shop.

ĻØvĘ Younice Yesterday, I decided to get my manicure and pedicure, so I started looking for reviews of salons near me, so I decided to go to Buchanan Nail Salon because people had left good reviews. when I came out from getting my nails done, I realized the work done was not good, I thought the worst thing was that people really dont post real and reliable reviews. Personally, I do not recommend this place. They didnt remove the cuticle from my nails properly. The nails look poorly finished, I honestly give this place 2 stars. Never receive less than what you deserve especially if you pay, if they dont want to correct their work leave an honest review and dont be lying by leaving 5 star reviews for nail salons that are doing their job poorly. Remember: " You teach people how to treat you."

Lourdes Mendez I’ve seen Tina here and she does a solid job on my nails. I’m pretty picky about my nails and have had a lot of trouble finding someone I like here in the Pittsburg area. I’ve gone to a few different places and was not happy until I found Buchanan nails. Besides doing a good job on my nails and making them look pretty, they are super nice people in general. I would definitely recommend for dip nails and bring in pictures if you want a specific look.

She just kept say no no this 70 so I paid not wanting to be rude just for them to break a week after my first time trying a new place in Pittsburg highly disappointed … save your money go to someone who has same prices nicer and longer lasting nails I should have know .. if they say they not busy rn just know they are going to charge you a lil more

Angela Mendoza I went for a pedicure and dip nails. I appreciate the quaint setting and I never feel rushed which seems to be the case at most other nail salons. I really enjoy Studio 8 and will continue to go back.
