Melissa smith 45$ for basic gel polish manicure. Last place I went made the almond shape uneven, she was able to fix the shape and make everything even. The only thing I wasnt thrilled with the old gel polish removal, they used the Dremel tool instead of soaking off. Happy with the outcome, would return.

Erika Carrillo Im giving this place 1 out of 5 stars (which i wish i could give a Zero bit it wont let me)because the women working there this last Saturday were completely unprofessional and extremely rude. There was a sweet young girl that went to get her "back to school" nails done and she left completely uncomfortable and saddened because the grown women working there were talking bad about the young lady and little did they know that she herself can speak Vietnamese. How dare they behave that way when people are paying good money for a professional and positive experience. Definitely recommending the people I know to get their services done elsewhere.

Thereal_RN Today I had the worst experience as a regular customer. Since I moved to Chula Vista I have been going to this nail salon for a year and 1/2 while Lisa was doing my nails I had a problem with the length based on her putting on the nails and doing the first cut I didn’t realize it would be that long. I told her after she cut it that I didn’t think it would be that long and would like a cut. She then told me to wash my hands to move in the next process and then I reminded her I needed a cut down she began to roll her eyes and catch an attitude saying why I didn’t ask for it before. I said I did and since that time until the end of my service she started to talk in her language to others, have an attitude and handle my hands roughly. At the end she ask if I was gonna add a tip and because I said no she had even more attitude. Like do your professionalism deserve a tip you should be embarrassed to ask for a tip after how u act. I am not a problematic person so I just let her finish and then leave I will not be returning to this nail salon over a small situation cause a customer to never return. my friend was also there and told me she could see a difference in how she started to treat me after stating I just need a cut down and felt she was rude. I work hard for my money and I am a paying customer I am not beginning you to do my nails. I will not be treated anyway in a business place that should be professional. This is very upsetting because I have been supporting this business from day one .

Jody Clark Happy I came here! My nail tech was very nice. I showed her what I wanted and got exactly that! I love that she used different techniques to try and get the right shading and blending for the base of my nail. I didn’t get her name but she was amazing! I’m definitely will be coming back here!

I C I was very happy with my gel manicure. Tommy, Did a great job! He even managed to Use some type of magnet to give me a type of swirl. These colors are very soft but different. I never had this Before so I was very excited to get get them done. This plaza is located right off.The freeway on the 805 south.

Roxanna Rodriguez Clean and nice. Overall good job. Didnt hurt me and was proffesional. For $70 i feel like I couldve gotten a design or something not just the white tips acrylics. Narda Reyes I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. The service was super rushed, and the staff was rude from the start. The nail technician didn’t cut my cuticles or did a mani, and the whole process felt unprofessional. I chose a clear color, so I understand that it wasn’t their fault—but there was no design, no extra effort, nothing special at all. Yet, they charged me $69 for this! I honestly don’t understand how a plain color with minimal work could cost that much. The total service lasted about 30 mins... On top of that, when I paid with my credit card, I wasn’t even given the option to leave a tip. The nail technician then said something in her language in a rude tone—I have no idea what it meant, but it didn’t sound good. That was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. After reading other reviews, I see that I’m not the only one being overcharged. Some people mentioned paying $100 for a simple color that chipped right away. Prices like this are ridiculous and feel like an abuse of customers. A salon should charge fairly for the work they actually do and treat clients with respect. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Tracy Moreno I do not recommend this salon. The lady that did my toes didnt even know how to do any toe design except one flower. The guy that did my fill was horrible. Nails are uneven and he cut my side pinky and was very rough. While I was getting my pedicure the nail guy is trying to do my nails Im turned sideways very uncomfortable didnt even get to enjoy my massage which was 2 strokes down each leg she didnt even massage my feet. I DO NOT recommend this salon.. Waste of money!!!

Giovanna Wonderful experience. I got a non gel mani and pedi and i was pleasantly surprised. The mani lasted longer than i though and didnt chip until after 2.5 weeks! And my toes well, they still look fresh! Maria was so wonderful and provided both services for me. Shes such a kind person and super sweet. I loved the complimentary wine and overall ambience. It was so relaxing.

The nail studio is clean, spacious, and has so much variety for nail techs to do any design you may please.

Mylinda Clark I’ve been a client of Montse for over 5 years. Her service is impeccable, salon is always clean and staff is friendly. I have my appointments every three weeks and in that time, my nails don’t break, lift or crack. Montse has completely changed my nail health. I’m in the process of growing my natural nails out with acrylic overlay and not one nail has broke since I’ve started this in October 2023. Montse knows her products and I 100% trust her.

I have been going to Angel the only nail stylist that works there for the past 11 years never had I ever had a problem with my nails and always spend 100+ anytime I told her I didn’t like them or if she could add or change, she would never had a problem until yesterday September 11, 2024 went to get my nails done like I usually do every two weeks and when I went to tell her that I didn’t like something on my nails mind you I showed her the picture before I asked her to do the set. She told me she could do it When we were finished it wasn’t what I wanted so I asked her if she could fix it. I’m a rhinestone girl and a nail art person so all I did was ask her if she could add a couple rhinestones to fill out the butterfly so they can look like butterflies they didn’t look like butterflies at all she upfront told me no I’m not doing it it’s too much if you want it you’re gonna pay more we had already agreed on a price when I showed her the inspiration picture I had no rhinestones on my nails and the picture I showed her had rhinestones and flowers again when I asked her can you please fix it. It’s what I’m paying for. She told me it’s too much. I’m not gonna do it , so I told her you know what I’m sorry I do not like them. I Don’t like them. proceeds to grab my hand and yank me towards her so hard my phone went flying. My AirPods went flying. She knocked over all of her nail powders and equipment in the process of yanking me towards her. She broke my phone screen and threaten to cut my nails off I told her no we don’t need to cut them off. I just want them to be fixed a little bit, then proceeded to start breaking her equipment i got up and walked out. I did not pay for her services. She was very unprofessional very disrespectful and she laid her hands on me again I spend over $120 with her each time I go get my nails done , I will never go to her again after 11 years. I have never been treated the way she treated me. And I am a very loyal client I have never in years, went to another nail tech, and now I have too jump around and find a new nail tech.i had to go to the nail salon down the street to get my nails fixed. An I’m currently replacing my phone screen NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MONEY WITH YOU ANGEL….

Daniella Miranda Ive tried different nail artists and never really stuck with one. Once i met Violet I was hooked, i have followed her from salon to salon to her home and now to her own salon. I have no complaints, any nail design you want they have all the supplies to make your vision come true. Overall great place; friendly atmosphere and great service! Angelica Franklin I came in for a pedicure and asked for the 55 minute one which came with the massage. The appointment was not 55 minutes it was more like 35 minutes. They burn you with the wax they don’t even bother to ask if you’re ok. The thing that I liked was that they didn’t talk to me. She started to force a conversation but I answered and said nothing else to continue the conversation. Will I go back definitely not!

Valeria Bravo Garcia horrendous set of acrylics. by the time i was out of there my nails looked a week old. paint was lumpy and chunky and it seems like the paint didnt cover my nail all the way. i got one nail that was crooked af and the receptionist didnt acknowledge the things that upset me about my set. he completely dismissed everything i said. i waisted my time coming here again to get my nails fixed and they didnt want to fix them without charging me.

Paulina Ojeda I feel so bad coming on here and giving them one star, because I know this is their way of making a living. I’ve never in my life have had to ask to completely remove the acrylic application. Since the start when she was glueing on the tips, it was off. The acrylic application was horrible. She would apply it and drag it down, it was all lumpy very thin by the cuticle area, and very thick at the top, on the sides there was places where there wasnt acrylic. There were air bubbles everywhere, since the acrylic wasnt properly set, it was lifting. I kindly said to the lady that I didnt like my nails and if she can soak them off, because they were not properly applied. Of course she and another worker told me they werent done yet and to let her finish, I asked her again to please take them off and she continued her work. Took forever to drill them down and shape them due to the horrible application. Once she filed them down they still didnt look ok, and she asked if they were ok and I told her it doesn’t matter what I say because you’re still going to continue doing them. She continued to file them, trying to fix them. I appreciate her trying to fix her work but I was already embarrassed and felt completely uncomfortable, I’m pretty sure she felt the same way. I asked her again if she could please soak them off and I didnt want the service anymore because it was never done correctly in the first place. Finally she proceeded to soak them off. Another 30 minutes waisted. Another lady came and offered her manicure services to try to fix the issue, I appreciate it, but for someone to work as a nail tec and not now how to properly apply acrylic is concerning. I went there to relax and have my nails done and the whole time I felt extremely uncomfortable, by being upset and embarrassed. Now due to the soak off from acetone and all the filing my nails hurt! I was only able to record my left hand, but the right one was even worse. Please do not go here for a full set.

Ashley Riporti I rarely leave reviews but left today so shocked after receiving my bill. I was here three weeks ago for a fill with Elaine who did a great job and was friendly. I was happy with my nails and what I paid. I went back today and found out she does not work Thursdays but stayed anyway. I was charged extra for long nails (they are not long), I was also charged extra for “shaping - almond” though they were already that shape to start. Then $15 to add chrome powder which I would not have done knowing it would be such a high additional fee. I do not understand why there are so many extra fees! I had the same exact services done and somehow paid more this time. Just be weary of your tech I guess.

Sandy My vacation was ruined because of my full set of nails. Thick, terrible shape , and they rushed . In addition, I could not take photos because they cracked to my skin and caused discomfort and looked terrible . Save some time and money and go elsewhere

Jacqueline Guerra I had a pedicure and attempted to have a fill of acrylic nails done at this particular spot for the first and unfortunately, the last time on 10/26/2018. When I arrived the lady there said I had to wait for a fill because she was the only one there that did fills. I saw two other workers sitting there. One of the the 2 workers did my pedicure, and it was just a basic pedicure, no calus removal or any other special serivices and gel color. They charged me 33 dollars for that. When the pedicure was finished, the lady again said if I could wait for the fill or if I could back later because she was doing another coustumers nails. Mind you it was around 12 noon. I informed the lady I could not wait, but that I would come back later. I did leave and came back around 130pm, and again the lady had 1 customer there, and another worker on her cell phone, and she said she could not do my fill today and to come back tomorrow. Both of the times I walked in there was only one person recieving services. No one else. I just walked right out and ended up getting my nails done somewhere else. I was not at all impressed with their services and will defintely not come back. On top of that, there is no price list posted as for the customers to know what to expect. I have found that when you walk in to a salon and there are prices posted, they end up charging way more that at other places for similar services. For this I would recomend other to just go else where and save your money and time.

Bea Garcia Fernandez I have been going to see Tiffany at Pronails for over 20 years. She’s owner of the shop and the only one working and she does excellent work. I recommend this salon.

Melissa Rubio I was able to get a dipping powder removal and a gel mani as a walk in past 6 pm. Tiffany was the best cuticle remover ever!!! Best manicure ever :) Working in the medical field, washing hands a trillion times+hand sanitizer can cause cuticle nightmares!! She was very thorough with her job. Tiffany was very fast, yet gave me a very nice looking gel manicure. You can tell she is an experienced and skilled nail technician :) There were only two ladies there the day of my visit, so if you are looking for a place with many nail technicians... this may not be the place to go. I definitely will return :)

Paul Batezan I and my wife have only lived in Las Vegas for a week so we were searching Yelp for a nail salon. My wife EXTREMELY picky about her nails so I was going thru the reviews with a fine tooth comb. I came across Nail Time & Spa and was very impressed with the reviews. I decided to give it a try. I booked an appointment online which was very easy. I had chosen one nail tech but I got a call that she wasnt available. I told them that my wife was picky about my nails and asked for someone who was very good. The receptionist said she was going to book me with Julie because she was "one of the best". Let me tell you that statement was TRUE!! When we walked in, we loved the look and vibe of the salon. I was offered something to drink and everyone was very nice. Julie was finishing up a pedi so another tech filed my wife gel polish off. She was very sweet. Then Julie came over. Nice, personable, listened to what I wanted and delivered!! I cant wait to go back!!!

Apryl Garcia A friend of mine and her daughter decided to go get a pedicures and a full set she lives across the street from the nail shop. Upon arrival the employees were warm certain extent we told them what we wanted it was a bit of confusion however myself and my friends daughter whos 12 by the way received a pedicure additionally her mother had a full set put on. Now during the time of my pedicure I dropped my phone from the seat onto the floor long story short my phone cracked and apparently the same tray somewhat opened and card shifted fast forward its time for payment and Im having issues with my phone being that I pay for my phone using G pay I let the lady know what was going on shes very condescending in the fact kept asking me if I was ready to pay ready to pay if shes clearly she seen me that I was having issues with my phone now let me just say I did have a card on me however I lock my cards therefore if Im going to pay from either my phone and or my card it needs to be unlocked for reasons Im not going to get into she then proceeded to run the card when I told her I had an unlocked it yet and she thought it was funny kept asking me if I was ready to pay as if though to insinuate I didnt have the money to do so mind you had already giving her a cash tip her and the gentleman that performed services for the pedicures long story short what I had to do was I had to pop out the century adjust the SIM card and restart the phone which I did and voila I was up and ready to pay for services provided in between that time another guest had come in and she was sitting there as if to mock me with the guest saying that I hadnt paid yet because of my phone issues I felt that she was very unprofessional and I will never ever ever go there again and its sad because the convenience is just I mean you cant beat it as far as location wise I will say that the owner whom I believe was the owner she did the design on my toenails she was somewhat more pleasant I think she felt the energy it was wasnt good and her employee was totally unprofessional again I would never ever go there again and I would recommend for the public do not have services rendered there due to the fact that employee was totally unprofessional at one point I really I was angry upon rectifying the issue she ran my card no problem but doing that time she was very condescending and as though poking fun at me as though I was lying and I didnt have a job to pay for my services rendered. Unprofessional very unprofessional. Then to top it off the cost from my pedicure was $50 and I agreed to pay for my friends daughters hers her pedicure being $45 yet somehow I was charged $102 $2 for the card usage fee thats still would be 97 not 102 get with it and hire better employees accommodating employees. Also forgot to mention the gentleman who did perform my pedicure for me he was awesome very nice very gentle great polish skills thank you sir hats off to you but to the woman who painted my friends daughters nails who kept pulling her foot telling her not to move find a better line of work that suits you cuz you are definitely not a people person

Daniel Gurtner I’m very happy with the service I received here. Even as guy my shoes can get uncomfortable after a while and coming here and removing some callouses and ingrown toenails definitely helped. I got the #2 spa treatment with a 15 minute massage, hot stones and paraffin. I feel great!

Brianna Haughton In terms of customer service, I would rate this place 5 stars. They are very nice people and I truly believe they want all their customers to feel welcome. Unfortunately, I have two cuts on different toes that are still very painful after several hours. I have worries that the tools used may not have been properly sanitized so I have applied a topical antibiotic to my toes just in case. Also, some of the towels used need to be sanitized or replaced completely because they have a very unpleasant smell that took away from what was otherwise a good pedicure.

Tatiana Bello I tried VIP Nails and Spa on urgency. It is a nice place, welcoming, tight/smaller size nail salon. Happy vibe over all. I came in on a Wednesday night around 6PM, as they close at 7. I was seen by one of their techs Miso. Friendly tech, but she wasn’t really getting the idea of how short I wanted my nails (I showed her a picture for reference). She did leave them medium long, and I wanted short short. I like the most natural nail look. She had added diamonds on my ring fingers for 5 extra dollars. The nails were not all even and did not match one another. I came back the next day to get them fixed. All the gems had popped of and the glue was not done properly. The top coat was groovy and did not have the slick clean look. The ones in the picture are from the tech who fixed my nails (Helen), and she did a beautiful job with extra short nails. She cleaned up the ombré, and clean leveled all the acrylic down to edge my cuticles. Top coat was redone and she filed them short, how I originally wanted them. The 3 *s is from the over all experience. The night before I told the tech I needed them short and shorter, but she thought that was short enough, so I did not argue with her. The diamonds were last minute add on, and it was late already to tell her to take them of. The gems were crooked, and like I mentioned, by the next morning they were all gone. I appreciate they let another tech clean up my nails, and I would give her 4 stars, but the drill bits she was using came from a soiled container. Not the cleanses of place, but it is decent.

Mizz Mom This is now my go-to nail shop! Today was my first time here and while the shop was busy, I was attended to right away. Dandy gave me a Perfect full set and was very nice, personable, quick but not rushed. Nails are Flawless! Tina was Amazing! She took care of my horrendously disfigured dead toenail and made it beautiful again. Whats even more impressive is, in the last couple of decades of getting my excessive ingrown toenails removed during pedicures, Tina is the very first person to remove them without any pain, Ever! Amazing! To top it all off, they did not charge me an arm and a leg either, I called every nail shop in Eastlake prior to coming here and VIP nails is definitely the most reasonably priced. I am definitely going to be a frequent customer, highly recommend Dandy and Tina!

I cant remember her name but the nail tech I had was super sweet and went over her work over and over making sure it was right and asked me if it was okay too. 10/10 I would recommend this place and come back again for Halloween nails. This set was $65 and I left her a $20 tip. Edit: 8/28 only a week and I lost 2 nails already.

Massage chairs worked my back and neck (you must lean back fully and RELAX) and lower leg massage performed by manicurist. I chose gel polish for hands and regular polish for nails. Nami, the daughter, kindly educated me on the various types of nails they offer. She was so nice to have conversation with. Rainy Eames Ive never been so unhappy with my nails. Came in with a photo of exactly what I wanted, and ended up with the shortest acrylics ever, and an uneven paint job, where there are huge gaps on all sides of the nail. These are freshly done and look like theyre a week or two old... (included photo of what I wanted at the end) Ill give them credit for caring and trying to make it right by taking 10% off, but I will still never go back. An extra star for a very sweet staff, but still very poor work.

Sheena Hart Came in to repair a broken nail, when Yumi saw how my whole nails were done, she recommended getting them redone because it didn’t look good at all (which I knew). They were done at another salon and I was completely unhappy with it but because of timing I left with what was done. Thanks to Yumi and Jessica, my nails came out looking flawless. I love them! They are definitely my go-to spot. All the girls there are nice and friendly.

I was greeted and welcomed from the moment I stepped foot in the door. All of the ladies were so nice and the energy was so positive in the salon. They had really good music playing as well which made it that much more enjoyable. The salon was clean and very well kept. Kathy did my nails and let me say, she NAILED it! 10/10. T. S. I came to this place to get a refill done for my civil wedding the next day. I had the classic ombré (as most of the time) and asked for the same style. He went in and started taking off the acrylic. After he only used a nude colour to fill up tge bottom of the nails and the tips had tge white colour from my refill before in. After ONE week exactly I realized that under my right ring finger there is a very dark spot unter the acrylic nail. I went immediately to the store to grab some items to remove that nail. Only to find out there is a nail fungus! I removed all the nails. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to! 40$ service + 5$ tip and this is what you gut. Super disgusting. Never again!

Vamos Vane The nail tech said the prices were based off length so I did them a bit short asked questions and she seemed very defensive, I didnt want her to get upset so I just sat there as she so obviously was talking about me her tone said it all, it was so uncomfortable, then when she put acrylic the nails looked good so I said please don’t file anymore they are perfect the way they are, she files them down and makes them sharp they looked bad I said that I didn’t like that, she got very upset of me saying they looked a bit sharp and she started ripping them off with her nail clipper and it was very embarrassing, I spoke to the manager who was very professional and sweet since I got there, i said I would be back but I don’t think so after the experience. shiran levi Not professional! Rude! I was a regular customer for a whole year. I always did full service and gave good tips. Once I was debating between 2 colors which is very normal. Ivy made me feel very uncomfortable! She spoke to the girls in a foreign language, they ran jokes, then Ivy changed her face and became really rude! She made my nails ugly, thick and clumsy! Would give 0 if I could!

Samantha Pinnick Honestly this place is trash. The girl that did my nails put no effort into them she literally was watching a show and doing my nails .now I see why people pay to go to nail techs. I asked for a simple short French full set and she literally glided the nail file over each nail for like 10 seconds.i feel cheated. Not to mention they only lasted a week at 57$ plus a tip never going here again.2 thumbs down also it was around 10am so she had nothing else better to do. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
