Ama Konadu This was my first time there. Had both manicure and pedicure and I loved the service I received. Very good and efficient staff, neat environment and modern technology. SeluF Beautifully done Gel manicure. $30bucks. Thorough and well done! I was a few doors down doing laundry and hesitated to come here because of the low ratings but decided to give it a go. I was not at all disappointed. On a Wednesday around 4 ish. I would definitely come here again if I’m in the area. P.s I see now, there were only two people reviewing this before me.

Lanise Woods I hadn’t been to high tech nails in Concord over a year. I went today and got a pedicure and asked for white polish. After the service was completed I asked the cost? She said $50! I was shocked and asked for what? She said for the jell. I never asked for the jell. The technician said that’s what I had the last time. That’s a lie. So she assumed that was what I wanted. Mind you, the last time I was there she didn’t do my pedicure nor did I have the jell. She straight up lied to my face. I will never go back there again! Took advantage of her customer and lost a customer…

I’m also shocked by how well done her gels are - they last ages and grow out before they ever show signs of peeling! Very reasonable prices too. ComplicatedLADY by Francesca Jennifer was super nice and my nails look great! Price was reasonable and place was clean. Would definitely recommend coming here. Just be aware they only accept cash, no credit/debit cards. Regular Manicure and Pedicure was $30.

Thanh Phan Jen is amazing to work with and pricing is very reasonable. She is personable and attentive. She is also thoughtful and is client-oriented. She suggests complimentary colors for skin tone and gives polite nudges to see if you’re open to exploring colors outside your comfort zone. She takes a lot of pride in her work and she is very genuine. She is also very clean and prides herself on keeping her place as sanitary as possible. She is by appointment only so be sure to call ahead of time folks

Robin Thornburg I have been going to Andy for years and its always a pleasant experience. My nails always look great and Andy is the best. The salon is clean, tools are sanitized, and the price is good. Its highly recommended that you call for an appointment because he is the only person there.

I appreciate how this nail salon provides fingerless gloves during gel manicures, to protect your hands & skin! I called for an appointment around 11:30am on a Tuesday and they were able to take me right away. It started to get busier around 12:15pm during lunch hour. This place is cash only but they also take Zelle. Place is clean and service is friendly.

Alicia Guevara I’ve come here a number of times, this place is amazing. You walk into a completely different environment the staff is sweet and friendly. It’s not as fast pace as other salons. It actually a very relaxing and wonder experience. The pricing is great, the service is better. I would recommend this salon to anyone. Once you try it, you will see what I mean. 10/10 would recommend.

Muzhgan Ahmadzad I got my nails done here couple of times, they did such a terrible job. It didn’t even last for a week. I paid $60 for dip and it kept breaking so bad. They are not even willing to fix it or give you a refund or at least behave well. Such a poor customer service.. I will never go there again such a bad experience and waste of my time and money…

Miles Ros “Nubian Sunflower” I asked for shape and for her just to neaten my eyebrows. These are not crescent shaped. I felt like she wasnt really interested in doing my wax. Yeah theyre neat. But theyre not even. And I explained my eyebrows arent thick so you have to get the wax right. I Know I know she said. Looking at these... she didnt know. Then she asked me if they were ok. Wow. If you think theyre ok... yeah we done here. She did good on my lip and chin tho. They all wear masks. There was no wait and parking is free.

Kaky Called same day and Mimi was able to fit me in right away. I asked for Disney themed nails and Mimi did an amazing job. Will definitely be back.

Susan G The "acrylic fill" was done perfectly and the color was applied very professionally! I would have given more stars to this review but my service there was very strange here? I believe only one lady there "Mimi" does acrylic nail fills and color. During this appointment, Mimi was working on my fill then, at one point, she left me to go paint another customers toes. I waited like 10 minutes in chair for her to return. Then she came back to shape my nails and ( after shaping one of my hands) Mimi left me again ( sitting there ) waiting for her to complete my acrylic fill / color. It took longer than 1 hour for her to complete my nail appointment - 1 hour 15 min! Usually 45 minutes @ other local salons. Owner needs to hire additional staff who can do acrylic nail fills, full sets and color in a timely manner - so the customer scheduled nail service isnt interrupted and isnt taking longer than it should normally for an acrylic fill service.

Adriana Tsakoyias The service here is magnificent! The staff is so accommodating, and patient when servicing you! They go the extra mile to take their time, especially when I come in with a new Pinterest design for my nails and they make sure you are pleased with the job. It’s also very clean which is a big plus for me - I love it here and I’ll always keep coming back! The last picture is after 3 weeks, they still look amazing!!

Estela Perez This was the first time going and I loved the service. Mimi attended to me at 6:30 pm pm after having explain to her that I went to three different nail salons. This was the day before my wedding and the only time I was able to get them done. She even above and beyond with my nails! Definitely will be going back!

Brittani Atkinson I really hate to write a negative review for any small business. But this was pretty bad so I feel I should let people know of my experience at this nail salon. Starting with the good: The 2 stars were earned because the gel pedicure I got here a week ago was great. It was so great, I decided to book an appointment to get my dip manicure done there too. Big mistake. The woman who did my manicure was careless and rough. She cut 2 of my nail beds and made them bleed. These pictures were taken ONE DAY after I got the manicure and as you can see, one of the nails still has dried blood on it (still hurts, too!) and two of the nails are already chipped. Probably because they were using a gel UV light to try and cure the dip ???!!! which I said something about right away, as my nails were extremely hot in the UV light. Le claimed that thats how they do dip powder manicures there...and that using the UV light makes it last longer......Obviously not. While their prices might be reasonable, there is nothing reasonable about charging the customer full price despite being carelessly injured by one of your nail techs. Needless to say I wont be going back here.

Dishing Oakland Price is good. The ladies are all very nice! I’ve only gotten regular nail polish there but I liked it so far. I look forward to having Le do my nails. She only does acrylic nails. Also, place is clean and they wipe down after each customer (I was paying attention like a hawk!) Addition: $75 for gel toes and fingernail. Seems a little higher than what I usually pay for.

Shelly Demla Le does a really great job, and is very fast. She pays attention to detail and ensures that you like what she is doing, along the way. I think generally nail salon prices, like everything else, have increased, but the prices here seem reasonable in comparison to other salons.

RAMIREZ CARMEN (CARMENCITA) I came in last minute and I was able to get gel manicure and pedicure. They were so gentle and even answered my questions about the gel x difference. The vibes were very monochromatic and glamorous. The lotion the used smelled really good. The playlist had me singing throughout the time I was here. The customer service was on point! They greeted me, the check in process was easy. I highly recommend them.

Jen Florence Paid 70 for this. Did not do my cuticles and the paint job horrible. They offered to have her fix it but I declined. For 70 plus a 1.75 charge for using my card plus tip, just not ok this is the service for that price. On a good note my tech was very nice, but will not be returning

Wednesday Malfaz I’m a big fan of this salon and definitely recommend! I’m new to it but the few times I’ve been here I am already impressed! The pricing is great, artist are able to do all sorts of designs while still receiving a 5 star service. I like how clean the place is, as well as the large polish selection. I specifically recommend Kevin and Phillip they’re really nice and attentive to detail on my nails. Thank you for an amazing service! Another really great nail artist is Natalie she did the Gold designs of my red nail set as well as Ricky he did the red polish and shaping! Amazing service both of them are super nice

Sarah Brussee I took my daughter (5YO) here for her first pedicure. It was my first visit here as well. Pros: -they were so kind to my daughter and so patient with her -the salon itself is beautiful -wonderful selection of colors -clear pricing Cons: -the girl running the front was rude and brisk, clearly disinterested in her job -unfortunately, several of my toes are already lifting after only 3 hours, and a significant portion of one of my toes is bare. I was focused on my daughter and her comfort and did not notice this at the time and wore sneakers afterwards. I have messaged them about this to see if they’ll fix it. -pricey for what you get. It was $52 for my gel pedicure and $42 for my daughter (cash prices). I’ve received far better and cleaner gel pedicures for less. I’m not sure if they were in a hurry because they wanted my daughter and I to finish at the same time, but I can see that it was a rush job based on looks alone, and the fact that we were there for less than 30 minutes. I don’t think we will be back for pedicures (I hear their manicures are wonderful), but I’m grateful it was a good experience for my daughter.

Jenna DeBeaumont My mom and I have been going to this nail salon for close to 5 years now. They have always been fantastic! Neither of us have ever had a single problem. My mom always has Bebe and I normally have Louis. They always listen to what you want and I’ve never left their salon unhappy. I would absolutely recommend going here!!

Misgana Sawo The nail salon owner did my nail. She was such in a rush that I was worried about my fingers. Even after I repeatedly told her to slow down, she wouldn’t do it. I was out of there in just a few minutes and this is the result in just two days. It’s not worth your money. This is supposed to be full set gel. I do not recommend going there

Shadowpath Average experience though a bit pricey - i walked in sans appointment and was seated right away - yay! I got offered no special beverages as some VIPs who’ve reviewed. Service was fine, waited a bit too long at the beginning and at the end they abandoned me to figure it out on my own, then started cleaning all around me as if I was a piece of the furniture. The abandonment typically happens at nail places though they usually put you under a dryer or say ‘15 minutes’ or give you some sort of clue as to the next step… sooo it was conveniently located to a gym I was at which is why I went, will I return…nope. Nails For Someone Else.

Pixi I went here the other day for my first time, and I will definitely be back. I just said I waned a pedi, and I didnt ask what it included. When she dipped my feet in a bag of wax and gave me a hot stone massage, I started to wonder about the price. To my surprise, it was $35! Steal of a deal! She was very nice and offered me a bottle of water as well. I definitely found my new nail place!

Rachel Wong I have never written a review in my life, but this experience was horrible! I should have known from the minute I walked in. I asked about some of the nail options they had on the check-in screen, and the lady selected one for me without even answering my question. i corrected her and asked to have a full set with dip and nail extensions. when i sat down to pick a color, she seemed to be rushing me even though it wasn’t busy. they didn’t have the color i asked for so i picked a different one. the color she came back with was way more pink than i wanted, but she started using it anyway. i asked to have nail extensions put on and she kept saying “natural”. i kept saying the color wasn’t what i wanted so she added a lighter color on the last layer which didn’t even change it at all. i asked for round shaped nails and she filed them to be a square with round edges. my nails are thick and uneven. i’m considering going elsewhere to redo them right now, and extremely upset about wasting $50.

Laura Rodriguez I was recommended by a friend, she spoke highly about this place, my first experience was okay but my experience with the second time was absolutely horrible. The estimate wait time was more than an hour and a first come first serve walk-in service, which was fine with me. Since I had no plans for the remainder of the day, as soon as I was called I asked for one employee Who was busy at the time and I stated to them that I was willing to wait, but there wasn’t any problem. ( The person who was going to do my nails I know this when I was explaining to her what I wanted she wasn’t understanding what I was explaining so I decided to wait for Jennifer ) From my understanding, it seemed like they didn’t want me to continue waiting, and they wanted me to leave. As I continue explaining to them that had no problem on waiting I believe the manager came from the back attacking me right away. Well, I was only trying to explain myself that I was willing to wait to see Jennifer.. The customer who she was assisting, decided to welcome her self into the conversation and made it uncomfortable for me to stay after I stated multiple times that I had no problem waiting. I will never return.

Liliana Hernandez Second time coming to Kelly and I’m leaving happy!! I’m a very picky person when it comes to my nails and Kelly has been doing such a great job. I came in for a fill after my nails grew out for a whole month with no breakage, chips, or lifting and I’m a barista so I’m constantly washing my hands or my hands hitting things. I love how she makes them look so natural. She takes her time to make them really pretty and make sure you leave happy.

Fei Liu I came in for a regular mani. Nothing fancy. And after sitting at my desk typing on keyboards for two days, there is what l’ve got. I have got my nails done at various nail salons in the past 15 years. This one is a let down. Three stars as I also got gel pedi and that is holding on well. I guess your experience varies depends on which technician you got.

G B I went to this place before and got my nails done with gel dip powder. And got a pedicure. They did a great job. Last time I tried to come here because I broke a couple of nails and it was done out of town. They did not want to fix my nails even though I called the day before and they said it was okay to come in. The excuse was they didn’t have the color and they use different gel. Poor customer service.

Crystal Agredano I went in for a pedicure that took 3.5 hours I literally went in at 1:30 and got out at 4:30 . It was older lady that helped me she was nice did a good job but the water was cold she took my feet out to dry and didn’t have a warm towel she had to go to the back to get one still not warm ugh I just won’t be coming back I believe I payed 60$ for my pedicure not worth the price if I had a massage included it would of made sense but nope . This place is pricey . She was the only one in the salon and as I walked in there was a really strong smell of a chemical I don’t know what it was . The owner was being called as other customers came in and she kept saying to wait for her she was on her way didn’t show up till 4:00.

Chau Huynh I recently visited MP Nail and had a fantastic experience. The shop was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and professional. The nail technician (Boi) were skilled and paid attention to detail. The service was efficient and I appreciated the wide range of nail polish colors to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend MP Nail for anyone looking for a top notch nail experience.
